[0021] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the Fig. 1 to 8, a low-noise transmission rod is provided, which is configured to be mounted in a groove 310 of a profile 300 and connected to a locking block of the profile 300. The low-noise transmission rod comprises a transmission rod base 10 and a buffer base 20. The transmission rod base 10 has a mounting groove 11. The buffer base 20 is mounted in the mounting groove 11, and opposite ends of the buffer base 20 extend out of the mounting groove 11. The buffer base 20 may be made of plastic. A side of the buffer base 20 facing away from the mounting groove 11 has a first projection 21, and the first projection 21 is in contact with a side wall of the groove 310. The opposite ends of the buffer base 20 extend out of the mounting groove 11 and form two second projections 22. Both sides of each second projection 22 are in contact with the side wall of the groove 310.A side of the buffer base 20 facing away from the first projection 21 has two third projections 23, and the two third projections 23 are arranged adjacent to opposite ends of the buffer base 20. The transmission rod base 10 is arranged between the two third projections 23. The two third projections 23 are in contact with the side wall of the groove 310. The first projection 21, the second projection 22, and the third projection 23 are in contact with the side wall of the groove 310, so that the transmission rod base 10 is suspended in the groove 310, and the transmission rod base 10 is spaced from the side wall of the groove 310.
[0022] Specifically, the first protrusion 21 and the third protrusion 23 cooperate to allow the transmission rod base 10 to be suspended in an up-and-down direction and spaced from the side wall of the groove 310, and the second protrusion 22 allows a left side and a right side of the transmission rod base 10 to be spaced from the side wall of the groove 310. In this way, instead of the transmission rod base 10 coming into contact with the side wall of the groove 310, the buffer base 20 comes into contact with the side wall of the groove 310. Since the buffer base 20 is made of plastic, friction between metal and metal becomes friction between plastic and metal, effectively reducing noise during use of the transmission rod and solving the problem that the noise of the transmission rod is relatively loud during opening and closing.
[0023] In this embodiment, as shown in the Fig. As shown in Figures 2 to 8, the first protrusion 21 includes two arcuate arms, each in the shape of an arcuate bridge. A central portion of each arcuate arm protrudes in a direction away from the transmission rod base 10. Specifically, an outer surface of the arcuate arm is an arcuate curved surface 211, and an upper portion of the arcuate arm contacts the side wall of the groove 310 to reduce friction between the buffer base 20 and the side wall of the groove 310, thereby reducing noise.
[0024] In this embodiment, as shown in the Fig. 1 to 5 and 7 to 8, one end of each second projection 22 has a convex curved surface 221, and a central portion of the convex curved surface 221 protrudes from a side edge of the transmission rod base 10. Specifically, an upper portion of the convex curved surface 221 is in contact with the side wall of the groove 310 to reduce friction between the buffer base 20 and the side wall of the groove 310, thereby reducing noise.
[0025] In this embodiment, as in Fig. 4, Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 8, a distance between the upper portions of the two convex curved surfaces 221 of the two second protrusions 22 is 20.5 mm, and the width of the groove 310 is 20 mm. Specifically, a maximum width of the buffer base 20 is 20.5 mm, and the width of the groove 310 is 20 mm, so that the convex curved surfaces 221 of the two second protrusions 22 are pressed by the side walls of the groove 310 to prevent the transmission rod base 10 from contacting the side wall of the groove 310 and to change the metal-to-metal friction into metal-to-plastic friction.
[0026] In this embodiment, as in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 8, the third protrusion 23 is formed on the second protrusion 22 and is in contact with the side wall of the groove 310. Specifically, the third protrusion 23 is formed on the side of each of the two second protrusions 22 opposite the first protrusion 21. The third protrusion 23 is in contact with the side wall of the groove 310, so that a side of the transmission rod base 10 corresponding to the third protrusion 23 is spaced from the side wall of the groove 310.
[0027] In this embodiment, as in Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 8, the distance between an upper portion of the first protrusion 21 and a lower surface of the third protrusion 23 is 3 mm, and the height of the groove 310 is 3 mm. Specifically, a thickness of the buffer base 20 is 3 mm, and the height of the groove 310 is 3 mm, so that the buffer base 20 is tightly fitted into the groove 310 and the transmission rod base 10 is suspended.
[0028] In this embodiment, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the transmission rod base 10 includes a connecting member 30 provided in the mounting groove 11. The connecting member 30 is connected to the buffer base 20 so that the buffer base 20 is mounted in the mounting groove 11. Specifically, the connecting member 30 is configured to fix the buffer base 20 to the transmission rod base 10 to prevent the buffer base 20 from detaching from the transmission rod base 10.
[0029] In this embodiment, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the connecting member 30 is a connecting shaft, and a shaft hole 24 corresponding to the connecting shaft is formed in the buffer base 20. The connecting shaft is press-fitted into the shaft hole 24 to fix the buffer base 20 to the transmission rod base 10. Specifically, two connecting shafts are provided in the mounting groove 11. The two connecting shafts are arranged in parallel and spaced from each other, and the two connecting shafts extend perpendicular to the transmission rod base 10. The connecting shaft extends through the corresponding shaft hole 24 in a press-fit manner to connect the transmission rod base 10 to the buffer base 20.
[0030] In this embodiment, as shown in the Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, two buffer bases 20 and two mounting grooves 11 are provided, and the two buffer bases 20 are spaced apart from each other in the two mounting grooves 11. Specifically, two mounting grooves 11 are provided that are spaced apart from each other on the transmission rod base 10. The two buffer bases 20 are in contact with the side wall of the groove 310, so that friction between the plastic and metal is maintained, thereby reducing noise.
[0031] In this embodiment, as shown in the Fig.As shown in Figures 1 to 4, a locking point cover 40 and a locking point shaft 50 are connected to the transmission rod base 10. The locking point cover 40 and the locking point shaft 50 are configured to be connected to the locking block of the profile. The locking point cover 40 is connected to one end of the locking point shaft 50. An end of the locking point shaft 50 remote from the locking point cover 40 extends through the transmission rod base 10 and is fixed to the transmission rod base 10 by rivets.
[0032] The above describes only specific embodiments of the present invention, but these are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification or substitution apparent to a person skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
