Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a modular net tensioner for attaching safety or safety nets to scaffoldings. For reasons of work protection for relatives of construction occupations moving on scaffolding, numerous measures are necessary and are prescribed for their safety. Scaffoldings can, as is known, extend over several floors of a built-in building and represent a considerable source of danger and risk of falling for the construction workers working there. Therefore, extensive measures are necessary for their protection, but also for protecting passers-by against falling objects.Starting from a crash height of 2.00 m, a scaffolding or handrail must be created for securing purposes. In the new construction of a house, roof works or rehabilitation works on a bodyshell, scaffoldings are prescribed. If only grinder operations are to be carried out up to a height of 3 m, a stand and safety measures are often dispensed with.As working protection measures, so-called fall protections are provided, which are fastened as screens, railings or arresting nets to the outer frames of the structural framework. In this case, arresting nets or roof arresting nets have proven particularly successful in scaffolding construction, since they can be universally adapted and used. For effective protection, however, it is necessary to connect these securely to the scaffolding supports and transverse spars. For this purpose, finished scaffolding nets drawn onto scaffolding pipes are offered as a complete set, the scaffolding net of which, however, has to be tested every year.If the scaffolding net is defective, the entire assembly must be disposed of, with the pipe and net. When exclusively using scaffolding nets according to conventional methods, these must be hooked very laboriously onto the scaffolding supports and must be laboriously threaded onto the transverse beams with the individual net loops. It is therefore the object of the present invention to avoid the disadvantages in the attachment and tensioning of scaffolding nets to scaffoldings and to propose a system for tensioning scaffolding nets which can be disassembled in a modular manner and can be handled easily. The system is intended to contribute substantially to the ease of work of the employees. This object is achieved by the characterizing part of the first claim in conjunction with the features of the preamble. The dependent claims specify further advantageous embodiments of the invention.According to the invention, a modular net tensioner for hanging and tensioning arresting nets in scaffolding construction is specified, which comprises in each case a carrier rail in the upper region between two vertical scaffolding supports of a scaffolding, and a corresponding carrier rail in the lower part of a floor of the scaffolding. The two carrier rails are each equipped over their entire length with numerous catch net straps for receiving and tensioning a catch net. Both support rails consist of a stable metal construction and are preferably arranged instead of the usual transverse beams for connecting the vertical scaffolding supports and are firmly connected to these. The carrier rails are preferably designed as square tubes, on the underside of which an angle iron is arranged, preferably welded on.The angular plane of the angle iron aligned and arranged with the working platforms is provided with numerous recesses, the projecting parts of which, designed as net straps or angle hooks, serve for the suspension of the meshes of the arresting net.The outer mesh of the arresting nets or nets is or are easily hung into the metallic net straps of the angle iron. The net straps of the support rail of a scaffolding floor lying opposite the bottom are correspondingly oriented downward for the suspension of the arresting net.The fastening of the support rails to the scaffolding supports is effected by one coupling per support in the joint region of the upper and / or lower scaffolding floor. The coupling is provided with a pivotable holding bracket on a counter rail which is connected on one side with a transverse bolt. The holding bracket and the counter rail are welded to a square tube via a spacer piece. The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment and FIGS. 1 to 4.The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows the carrier rail 1 with catch net flaps 2, FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the carrier rail 1 with welded-on angle iron rail and safety net plate, FIG. 3 is a side view of the coupling 3 with coupling tube 8 and retaining bracket 4, FIG. 4 is a plan view of the coupling 3.The attachment of safety nets or parapets in scaffolding construction is prescribed for reasons of work protection and serves both for safety of the employees on the scaffolding and on the ground. Especially in larger scaffolding heights, fall protections are also important against objects falling off in an uncontrolled manner. To secure complete scaffolding floors, safety nets which are clamped between the scaffolding spars and supports have proven themselves by their low weight and their flexibility. However, the complicated attachment of the arresting nets is very disadvantageous, which is, however, substantially simplified by the invention of the modular net tensioner described in the present case. The arresting nets do not have to be threaded in a troublesome manner here, as before, stitch by stitch via the transverse spars fastened only on one side, but can easily be suspended in the net straps 2 of the carrier rail 1 fastened on both sides to the scaffolding supports 9 (FIGS. 1 and 2 ).According to the invention, the second support rail 1 is arranged in the lower region of the scaffolding floor instead of a cross member which has been customary hitherto. The lower carrier rail 1 is arranged rotated in the longitudinal axis in such a way that the net flaps 2 are oriented with their opening opposite the net flaps of the upper carrier rail 1. The net flaps 2 of both carrier rails 1 are oriented in the direction of the working platform, which allows a secure suspension and tensioning of the safety net.The catching net meshes of the catching net can now easily be suspended and tensioned in net flaps 2. The tensioning of the catch net can take place in a simple manner by the selection of other catch net meshes during the suspension. The fastening of the support rail 1 to the two scaffolding supports of a scaffolding floor takes place by the coupling 3 according to the invention (FIGS. 3 and 4 ). The coupling 3 has, on the one hand, the modules 4, 5, 6 for fastening to the vertical tube of the scaffolding support 9 and, on the other hand, a coupling piece 8 which is designed to be insertable as a square tube into the carrier rail 1.The dimensions of the coupling piece 8 and the square tube of the carrier rail 1 are designed to correspond to one another in such a way that both parts 1 and 8 can be inserted into one another, form a positively locking and loadable connection. The coupling 3 initially attached to the upper end of the first scaffolding support 9 is placed around the scaffolding support 9 by means of the retaining bracket 4, which is pivotably connected on one side to a counter rail 10 via a pivot joint and is fastened by means of a fixing screw 5. After appropriate alignment of the coupling tube 8, the square tube of the carrier rail 1 is pushed onto the coupling tube 8. Further connecting means, such as bolts, can be provided by both square tubes. In the same way, the support rail 1 is now also fastened to the upper end of the horizontally opposite scaffolding support by means of coupling 3.The safety net can now easily be hung from the working platform into the safety net straps 2 of the carrier rail 1. The mesh meshes of the arresting net are to be selected in accordance with the height of the scaffolding floor to be secured. After the lower carrier rail 1 has likewise been fastened to the framework supports 9 by means of coupling 3, the safety net can likewise be hung into the downwardly directed safety net flaps and tensioned.According to the invention, the dimensions of the individual modules 1 to 8, 10 can easily be adapted during production to the dimensions of the scaffoldings to be secured. This also relates to the number and geometry of the catch net flaps 2 to be provided on the carrier rail 1.In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the carrier rail 1 has a length of approximately 250 cm, a width with the net flap 2 (FIG. 2 ) fastened of approximately 7 cm, and a height of approximately 4 cm. The coupling tube 8 has an overall length of about 35 cm, with a coupling piece of 13 cm being available for the carrier rail 1 on each side. The fastening module 4, 5, 6 for the scaffolding support 9 is arranged with a size of about 9 cm in the middle of the coupling tube 8 (FIG. 3 ).In further embodiments, other conventional plug connections and their securing between the carrier rails 1 and the couplings 3 can also be provided.AdvantagesThe proposed invention of a modular net tensioner is particularly advantageously suitable for a fast and uncomplicated attachment of arresting nets to scaffoldings. In particular, the simple attachment of the arresting nets in the planes of the scaffoldings has a gentle effect on the back and the health of the employees charged therewith. It is also advantageous to continue using the individual modules 1, 3 of the network tensioner with new safety systems if the old safety systems are defective and have to be replaced. The heretofore more common and cost-intensive complete disposal of trap net attachments is dispensed with when the invention is used.Reference numerals denote reference numerals1 Support rail, square 2 catch net plate, angle hook, net plate 3 coupling for scaffolding support 9 and 1 4 retaining bracket for coupling 3 with counterrail 10 5 fixing screw for retaining bracket 4 6 spacer 7 welded seam 8 coupling tube, square tube 9 scaffolding support (vertical) of the scaffolding, scaffolding tube 10 counterrail of 4 with thread for 5
