[0002] As people today place increasing emphasis on physical fitness and maintenance in the face of their busy lives, a wide variety of fitness and massage devices have been developed. Foot massage can relieve pressure on the human body's meridians, improve organ metabolism, relieve foot fatigue, stimulate acupuncture points on the feet, promote muscle and air and blood circulation, and regulate the internal organs of the human body. It is a natural method for maintaining health. Therefore, the foot massager has become a common fitness device.

[0003] Conventional vibrating foot massagers use an eccentric motor to generate vibrations through an eccentric wheel. These vibrations achieve a massage and stimulation effect. However, the vibrations generated by the eccentric motor are transmitted to the entire body of the foot massager, causing it to vibrate and generate noise.
