Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present utility model relates to the technical field of cleaning devices, in particular a cleaning device. State of the art
[0002] In recent years, with the rise in living standards, housecleaning has become increasingly automated and intellectualized. The cleaning devices provided by these devices can relieve the burden of housecleaning and reduce fatigue.
[0003] To equip a cleaning device with an automatic cleaning function, a laser distance sensor (LDS) is typically installed in the cleaning device. This sensor emits a laser beam while rotating at high speed. It uses the time between the laser beam's emission and its reception after reflection from an obstacle to determine the distance of the laser distance sensor to the obstacle, thus establishing a relative position and enabling positioning. A cleaning device with a laser distance sensor also exhibits high positioning accuracy, enabling precise positioning even in a dark environment.
[0004] However, due to the way the laser distance sensor works, there is a problem that it protrudes from the top of the cleaning device and is prone to collisions with obstacles above the cleaning device. Disclosure of the utility model
[0005] In the embodiments of the application, a cleaning device is provided in which, by appropriately designing the parts in the cleaning device, the cleaning device is enabled to be equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor, so that the laser distance sensor is effectively protected from impact and the application scenarios of this cleaning device are increased.
[0006] The application provides a cleaning device comprising a device body, a laser distance sensor assembly, a lifting assembly, and a control board. At least a portion of the lifting assembly and the control board are disposed within the device body. The laser distance sensor assembly is disposed on the lifting assembly. The lifting assembly is used to drive at least a portion of the laser distance sensor assembly to extend to an upper surface of the device body or retract back into the device body. The control board is disposed between an outer periphery of the device body and the lifting assembly.
[0007] In the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the application, by providing the lifting assembly and arranging the laser distance sensor assembly on the lifting assembly, the cleaning device is equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor, allowing the cleaning device to travel under an overhead obstacle, such as under a bed, without impact, thereby expanding the cleaning area. By arranging the control board between the lifting assembly and an outer periphery of the device body, the components of the cleaning device can be appropriately designed to reduce the thickness of the device body and thus the thickness of the cleaning device. Furthermore, the liftable laser distance sensor can expand the application scenarios and improve the user experience.
[0008] In one possible implementation, the device body comprises an edge side, and the control board is located between the edge side of the device body and the lifting assembly.
[0009] By locating the control board on the edge side of the device body, the electrical connection between the lifting assembly and the control board, as well as the connections to some parts located near the edge side, can be facilitated, thus reducing the difficulty of assembly. Because the control board is located on the edge side, the distances between the control board and the parts located near the edge side are reduced, thereby reducing the total amount of cables used for electrical connection in the cleaning device and thus saving costs.
[0010] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises at least one of an edge sensor, a side brush, and an extendable cleaning mechanism. When the edge sensor is present in the cleaning device, the edge sensor is arranged on the edge side of the device body, and the edge sensor is electrically connected to the control board. When the side brush is present in the cleaning device, the side brush is arranged on a lower surface of the device body, and the side brush is arranged near the edge side of the device body. The side brush is electrically connected to the control board. When the extendable cleaning mechanism is present in the cleaning device, the extendable cleaning mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the device body and near the edge side of the device body. The extendable cleaning mechanism can be switched between an extended and a retracted position. The extendable cleaning mechanism is electrically connected to the control board.
[0011] In the cleaning device according to the embodiment of the application, by providing the edge sensor, the distance between the edge side of the device body and the obstacle, such as a wall, can be measured, thus enabling the cleaning device to perform edge cleaning along an obstacle, such as a wall. By arranging the edge sensor on the edge side of the device body, the distance between the edge sensor and the control board can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cables between the edge sensor and the control board, thus facilitating the connection between them.
[0012] By providing the side brush, the cleaning area can be expanded and the cleaning effect and efficiency of edges or corners can be increased. By arranging the side brush on the edge side of the device body, the distance between the side brush and the control board can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cables between the side brush and the control board, thus facilitating the connection between them.
[0013] By providing a retractable cleaning mechanism, the cleaning effect can be enhanced. By arranging part of the retractable cleaning mechanism near the edge of the device body, the distance between the retractable cleaning mechanism and the control board can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cables between the retractable cleaning mechanism and the control board, thus facilitating the connection between them.
[0014] In one possible implementation, when the side brush is present in the cleaning device, the control board and the side brush are arranged one above the other in the vertical direction.
[0015] By arranging the control board and the side brush one above the other in the vertical direction, the distance between the side brush and the control board can be shortened and thus the connection of the side brush and the control board can be facilitated.
[0016] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a roller brush assembly. The roller brush assembly is arranged in the device body. The device body comprises a front end and a rear end. The direction from the front end of the device body to the rear end of the device body is perpendicular to an axial direction of the roller brush assembly. The lifting assembly and the control board are located between the front end of the device body and the roller brush assembly.
[0017] By arranging the lifting assembly and the control board between the roller brush assembly and the front end of the device body, the control board and the lifting assembly can be appropriately designed, thus facilitating a compact arrangement of the parts of the cleaning device in the device body.
[0018] In one possible implementation, the device body includes an edge side and an opening is provided on the lower surface of the device body, wherein the opening allows contact of the roller brush assembly with the floor. The edge side is located at one axial end of the roller brush assembly.
[0019] By providing a rolling brush assembly, the cleaning device is provided with a cleaning function, and by providing an opening in the lower surface of the device body, the rolling brush assembly of the cleaning device can be brought into contact with the floor to clean the floor.
[0020] In one possible implementation, the control board and at least a portion of the roller brush assembly are arranged vertically one above the other. The control board is located between the upper surface and the roller brush assembly.
[0021] In one possible implementation, the roller brush assembly includes a drive structure used to rotate the roller brush assembly. The drive structure and the control board are arranged vertically one above the other.
[0022] By arranging the part of the rolling brush assembly and the control board one above the other, the control board and the rolling brush assembly can be designed appropriately, so that the parts of the cleaning device can be mounted more compactly and thus promote the downsizing of the cleaning device.
[0023] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a dust container assembly and a fan assembly. The dust container assembly and the fan assembly are located between the roller brush assembly and the rear end of the device body. The dust container assembly communicates with the opening, and the dust container assembly communicates with the fan assembly to exert a suction force on the dust container assembly with the fan assembly.
[0024] By providing the dust container assembly and the fan assembly, and by connecting the fan assembly to the opening in the lower surface of the device body through the dust container assembly, the fan can exert a suction force on the opening through the dust container assembly during operation, so that the debris is sucked through the opening into the dust container assembly for floor cleaning. By providing the dust container assembly, the debris sucked through the opening can be collected, facilitating concentrated disposal.
[0025] By arranging the lifting assembly and control board between the front end of the device body and the rolling brush assembly, and arranging the dust container assembly and fan assembly between the rolling brush assembly and the rear end of the device body, the components of the cleaning device can be appropriately designed to prevent the increase in the thickness of the device body in a cleaning device equipped with the liftable laser distance sensor. This expands the range of application scenarios and improves the user experience.
[0026] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a battery assembly. The battery assembly is arranged on a side of the lifting assembly facing away from the control board. The battery assembly is used to supply power to the cleaning device.
[0027] The battery assembly provides power to the cleaning device. By locating the battery assembly on the side of the lifting assembly facing away from the control board, a suitable design of the cleaning device components can be achieved, enabling a compact structure for the cleaning device.
[0028] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises an optical assembly. The optical assembly is located at the front end of the device body and is used at least to detect an obstacle in front of the device body.
[0029] By providing the optical assembly, an obstacle in front of it can be detected to prevent the impact of the cleaning device.

The drive device is connected to the laser distance sensor assembly. The drive device is used to set the laser distance sensor assembly in motion in the vertical direction.
[0031] Since the lifting assembly is configured to include the first base, the lifting assembly can be firmly connected to the device body to increase the stability of the lifting assembly. Furthermore, support for the laser distance sensor assembly can be provided to improve the stability of the laser distance sensor assembly. By providing a drive device, the laser distance sensor assembly is powered so that it is movable in the vertical direction.
[0032] In one possible implementation, the laser distance sensor assembly comprises a laser distance sensor, a second base, and an upper cover. The upper cover is located at an upper end of the second base. A receiving chamber is formed between the upper cover and the second base. The laser distance sensor is located in the receiving chamber. The second base is connected to the first base for movement in the vertical direction. The drive device is connected to the second base. The drive device is used to set the second base in motion in the vertical direction.
[0033] Because the laser distance sensor assembly includes the second base and the top cover, installation of the laser distance sensor is simplified. Furthermore, the top cover protects the laser distance sensor from damage and dust. The second base supports the laser distance sensor, thus improving its stability.
[0034] In one possible implementation, a linear bearing is provided on one of the first base and the second base. A through hole extending in the vertical direction is provided in the linear bearing. [0038] In one possible implementation, the lifting assembly further comprises a screw positioning element. The screw positioning element is fixedly connected to the second base. The second axial end of the jack screw is connected to the screw positioning element in a fitting manner. The jack screw is used to set the screw positioning element in motion in the vertical direction in order to move the second base in the vertical direction.
[0039] Since the lifting assembly is designed to include a screw positioning element, the lifting screw can be limited to prevent the shaking of the lifting screw.
[0040] In one possible implementation, a view window is provided on the device body. The view window is located on a side wall of the device body, and the side wall is located between the upper surface of the device body and the lower surface of the device body. The laser distance sensor of the laser distance sensor assembly captures information from the environment through the view window when the laser distance sensor is retracted into the device body.
[0041] By providing the see-through window, the laser distance sensor maintains a specific viewing angle even when retracted into the device body. This means that information about the surrounding environment, such as the presence of an obstacle in a direction relative to the cleaning device, can still be detected through the see-through window. This can prevent the cleaning device from colliding with the obstacle.
[0042] In one possible implementation, the see-through window is arranged at the front end of the device body when the laser distance sensor assembly is arranged near the front end of the device body.
[0043] In one possible implementation, the see-through window is arranged at the rear end of the device body when the laser distance sensor assembly is arranged near the rear end of the device body.
[0044] By arranging the see-through window at the front or rear end of the device body when the laser distance sensor assembly is arranged near the front or rear end of the device body, the distance between the see-through window and the laser distance sensor can be reduced to increase the viewing angle of the laser distance sensor and increase the localization accuracy of the laser distance sensor.

Furthermore, the liftable laser distance sensor can expand the application scenarios and improve the user experience.
[0047] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a dust container assembly and a battery assembly. The dust container assembly is used to collect the debris sucked into the cleaning device. The battery assembly is used to power the cleaning device.
[0048] The inclusion of a dust container assembly allows the debris sucked through the opening to be collected, facilitating concentrated disposal. The inclusion of a battery assembly provides power to the cleaning device.
[0049] In one possible implementation, the dust container assembly is located between the lifting assembly and the front end of the device body, while the control board is located between the lifting assembly and the front end of the device body. The control board and the dust container assembly are arranged one above the other, and the control board is located near the bottom surface of the device body.
[0050] By arranging the control board and the dust container assembly one above the other, the installation space can be used appropriately, which facilitates the design of the parts of the cleaning device and reduces the difficulty of assembly.
[0051] In one possible implementation, the battery assembly is located between the hub assembly and the rear end of the device body, while the control board is located between the hub assembly and the rear end of the device body. The control board and the battery assembly are arranged one above the other, and the control board is located near the top surface of the device body.
[0052] By arranging the battery assembly and the control board one above the other, the installation space can be used appropriately, which facilitates the design of the cleaning device parts and reduces the difficulty of assembly.
[0053] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a roller brush assembly, wherein the roller brush assembly is arranged in the device body. An opening is provided on the lower surface of the device body, allowing contact of the roller brush assembly with the floor. The direction from the front end of the device body to the rear end of the device body is perpendicular to an axial direction of the roller brush assembly.
[0054] By providing a rolling brush assembly, the cleaning device is provided with a cleaning function, and by providing an opening in the lower surface of the device body, the rolling brush assembly of the cleaning device can be brought into contact with the floor to clean the floor.
[0055] In one possible implementation, the cleaning device further comprises a fan assembly, wherein the dust container assembly and the fan assembly are located on two sides of the roller brush assembly in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the roller brush assembly. The dust container assembly communicates with the opening, and the dust container assembly communicates with the fan assembly through an air duct to exert a suction force on the dust container assembly with the fan assembly, thereby collecting the debris sucked through the opening by the dust container assembly.
[0056] By providing the dust container assembly and the fan assembly, and by connecting the fan assembly to the opening in the lower surface of the device body through the dust container assembly, the fan can exert a suction force on the opening through the dust container assembly during operation, so that the debris is sucked through the opening into the dust container assembly for floor cleaning. By providing the dust container assembly, the debris sucked through the opening can be collected, facilitating concentrated disposal.
[0057] In one possible implementation, the lifting assembly comprises a first base and a drive device. The first base is mounted in the device body. The drive device is arranged on the first base. The laser distance sensor of the laser distance sensor assembly captures information from the environment through the view-through window when the laser distance sensor is retracted into the device body.
[0068] By providing the see-through window, the laser distance sensor maintains a specific viewing angle even when retracted into the device body. [0076] The cleaning device according to the embodiments of the application is described in more detail below in connection with the figures.
[0077] Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the structure of a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 shows a schematic exploded view of the structure of the cleaning device according to the embodiment of the present application.
[0078] In the embodiment of the application, a cleaning device 100 is provided. As in Fig. 1, the cleaning device 100 comprises a device body 10 and a laser distance sensor assembly 40 arranged in the device body 10. As shown in Fig. 2, the cleaning device 100 further includes a lifting assembly 30 and a control board 80. The lifting assembly 30 and the control board 80 are arranged in the device body 10. The laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged on the lifting assembly 30. The lifting assembly 30 is used to drive the laser distance sensor assembly 40 to extend to an upper surface 13 of the device body 10 or to retract back into the device body 10. The control board 80 is arranged between the lifting assembly 30 and an outer periphery of the device body 10.
[0079] In the cleaning device 100 provided in the exemplary embodiment of the application, by providing the lifting assembly 30 and arranging the laser distance sensor assembly 40 on the lifting assembly 30, the cleaning device 100 is equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor 41, allowing the cleaning device 100 to travel under an overlying obstacle, such as under a bed, without impact, thereby expanding the cleaning area. By disposing the control board 80 between an outer periphery of the device body 10 and the lifting assembly 30, the thickness of the device body 10 and thus the thickness of the cleaning device 100 can be reduced. Furthermore, the liftable laser distance sensor can expand the application scenarios and improve the user experience.
[0080] In the embodiment of the application, the control board 80 can be located either between the lifting assembly 30 and the front end 11 of the device body 10 or between the lifting assembly 30 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10. Of course, the control board 80 can be located on either side of the lifting assembly 30. In the embodiment of the application, the arranged position of the control board 80 is not intended to be further limited.
[0081] For example, the device body 10 may include an upper housing 16 and a lower housing 17. The upper housing 16 and the lower housing 17 are arranged opposite one another. A receiving space is formed between the upper housing 16 and the lower housing 17. The laser distance sensor assembly 40, the lifting assembly 30, the control board 80, and the like are arranged in the receiving space.
[0082] The lower housing 17 comprises a portion of the side walls and a lower cover. The lower cover is arranged at an end of the side wall facing away from the upper housing 16. The lower cover is used to support the parts arranged in the receiving space. The upper housing 16 comprises a portion of the side walls and an upper cover. The upper cover and the lower cover are arranged opposite one another between the side walls. The surface of the lower cover facing outward from the device body 10 represents the lower surface 14 of the device body, and the surface of the upper cover facing outward from the device body 10 represents the upper surface 13 of the device body.
[0083] In some embodiments, the device body 10 may be formed in the shape of a circular cylinder, a quadrangular prism, and the like. In the embodiments of the application, the specific shape of the device body 10 is not intended to be further limited.
[0084] In one possible implementation, the device body 10 includes an edge side 15, and the control board 80 is located between the edge side 15 of the device body 10 and the lifting assembly 30. The edge side 15 is the side that is located between the front end 11 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10 during operation and is used to perform edge cleaning. By arranging the control board 80 between the edge side 15 of the device body 10 and the lifting assembly 30, the electrical connection between the lifting assembly 30 and the control board 80, as well as the connection of the control board 80 to some parts located near the edge side 15, can be facilitated, thus reducing the difficulty of assembly.Since the control board 80 is arranged on the edge side 15, the distances of the control board 80 to the parts arranged near the edge side 15 are reduced, thereby reducing the total amount of cables used for the electrical connection in the cleaning device and thus saving costs.
[0085] Fig. 3 shows a further schematic view of the structure of the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application.
[0086] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the cleaning device 100 may further include an edge sensor 92. The edge sensor 92 is arranged on the edge side 15 of the device body 10, and the edge sensor 92 is electrically connected to the control board 80.
[0087] In the cleaning device 100 according to the exemplary embodiment of the application, by providing the edge sensor 92, the distance between the edge side 15 of the device body 10 and the obstacle, such as a wall, can be measured, thus enabling edge cleaning along an obstacle, such as a wall, by the cleaning device. By arranging the edge sensor 92 on the edge side 15 of the device body 10, the distance between the edge sensor 92 and the control board 80 can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cable between the edge sensor 92 and the control board 80 and thus facilitating the connection between the edge sensor 92 and the control board 80.
[0088] In some embodiments, the cleaning device 100 may further include a side brush 93. The side brush 93 is disposed on a lower surface 14 of the device body 10. The side brush 93 is disposed near the edge 15 of the device body 10. The side brush 93 is electrically connected to the control board 80. The rotation of the side brush 93 allows the floor to be cleaned.
[0089] By providing the side brush 93, the cleaning area can be expanded and the effect and efficiency of cleaning an edge or corner can be increased. By disposing the side brush 93 on the edge side 15 of the device body 10, the distance between the side brush 93 and the control board 80 can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cables between the side brush 93 and the control board 80 and thus facilitating the connection between the side brush 93 and the control board 80.
[0090] In some embodiments, the cleaning device 100 may further include an extendable cleaning mechanism 94. The extendable cleaning mechanism 94 is disposed on the bottom surface 14 of the device body 10 and proximate the edge side 15 of the device body 10. The extendable cleaning mechanism 94 is interchangeable between an extended position and a retracted position. The extendable cleaning mechanism 94 is electrically connected to the control board 80.
[0091] For example, the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 may include a cleaning body 941 and a control unit 942. The control unit 942 is used to control the cleaning body 941 so that it can switch between the extended position and the retracted position. The control unit 942 is electrically connected to the control board 80. For example, the control unit 942 may be located on the edge side 15 of the device body 10.
[0092] In some embodiments, the cleaning body 941 of the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 may, in particular, be a cleaning element capable of performing a cleaning operation, such as a mop or a side brush. Of course, in other embodiments, the cleaning body 941 of the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 may also be a different structure. In the embodiments of the application, the specific structure of the cleaning body 941 is not intended to be further limited.
[0093] It should be noted that when the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 is swung out, a corner, a hard-to-reach area, or an edge area that the roller brush of the cleaning device cannot reach is cleaned. By providing the extendable cleaning mechanism 94, the cleaning effect of the cleaning device can be increased.
[0094] By disposing the control device 942 of the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 near the edge side 15 of the device body 10, the distance between the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 and the control board 80 can be shortened, thereby shortening the connecting cable between the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 and the control board 80 and thus facilitating the connection between the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 and the control board 80.
[0095] It should be noted that the number of extendable cleaning mechanisms 94 can be one, two, three, or four. In the embodiments of the application, the number of extendable cleaning mechanisms 94 is not intended to be further limited. The shape of the cleaning body 941 of the extendable cleaning mechanism 94 can be circular, rectangular, triangular, or irregular. In the embodiments of the application, the specific shape of the cleaning body 941 is not intended to be further limited.
[0096] With further reference to Fig. 2, the cleaning device 100 may further include a rolling brush assembly 60, a dust container assembly 20, a fan assembly 91, a battery assembly 50, and an optical assembly 70. The rolling brush assembly 60, the dust container assembly 20, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, and the optical assembly 70 are arranged in the device body 10.
[0097] It should be noted that the device body 10 includes a front end 11 and a rear end 12. The cleaning device 100 can move forward or backward during operation. In the exemplary embodiment of the application, the end of the device body 10 facing forward during operation of the cleaning device 100 represents the front end 11 of the device body 10, and the end of the device body 10 facing rearward during operation of the cleaning device 100 represents the rear end 12 of the device body 10.
[0098] The optical assembly 70 is located at the front end 11 of the device body 10, and the optical assembly 70 is used at least to detect an obstacle in front of the device body 10. The battery assembly 50 is arranged on a side of the lifting assembly 30 facing away from the control board 80. The battery serves to supply the cleaning device 100 with electrical energy. By providing the optical assembly 70, the optical assembly 70 can detect an obstacle in front of it to prevent the cleaning device 100 from colliding with it.
[0099] In some embodiments, the optical assembly 70 may be a camera, a sensor, or similar device that can be used at least to detect an obstacle in front of it. For example, if the optical assembly 70 is a camera, the optical assembly 70 can be used to capture image information in front of the device body 10 and further to determine the type of obstacle based on the image information in order to achieve strategic obstacle avoidance. In some embodiments, the optical assembly 70 can also enable viewing of the situation in the house or remote communication with a pet. In the embodiments of the application, the specific structure and function of the optical assembly 70 are not intended to be further limited.
[0100] As in Fig. 2 in combination with Fig. As shown in Figure 3, in the arrangement of the control board 80, the control board 80 and the side brush 93 can be arranged vertically one above the other. This can shorten the distance between the side brush 93 and the control board 80, thus facilitating the connection of the side brush 93 and the control board 80.
[0101] It should be noted that in the embodiments of the application, the vertical direction means the thickness direction of the cleaning device, i.e. the Z direction in the figures.
[0102] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the control board 80 and at least a portion of the roller brush assembly 60 may be arranged one above the other in the vertical direction (Z-direction). The control board 80 is located between the upper surface 13 and the roller brush assembly 60. That is, the control board 80 is arranged near the upper surface 13.
[0103] For example, the roller brush assembly 60 may include a drive structure used to rotate the roller brush assembly 60. The drive structure and the control board 80 are arranged one above the other in the vertical direction (Z direction).
[0104] By arranging the part of the rolling brush assembly 60 and the control board 80 one above the other, the control board 80 and the rolling brush assembly 60 can be appropriately designed so that the parts of the cleaning device 100 are mounted more compactly and thus promote the downsizing of the cleaning device 100.
[0105] Fig. 4 shows a schematic sectional view of the structure of the cleaning device 100 of Fig. 1.
[0106] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, an opening 141 is provided on the lower surface 14 of the device body 10. The opening 141 allows the rolling brush assembly 60 to contact the floor. The edge side 15 of the device body 10 is located at an axial end of the rolling brush assembly 60. The direction from the front end 11 of the device body 10 to the rear end 12 of the device body 10 is perpendicular to an axial direction of the rolling brush assembly 60. The lifting assembly 30 and the control board 80 are located between the front end 11 of the device body 10 and the rolling brush assembly 60.
[0107] By providing a rolling brush assembly 60, the cleaning device 100 is provided with a cleaning function, and by providing an opening 141 in the lower surface 14 of the device body 10, the rolling brush assembly 60 of the cleaning device 100 can be brought into contact with the floor to clean the floor.
[0108] It should be noted that the roller brush assembly 60 may be configured with a single, two, or more roller brushes. In the embodiments of the application, the specific structure of the roller brush assembly 60 is not intended to be further limited.
[0109] For example, rollers 95 can be provided at the axial ends of the roller brush assembly 60 so that the cleaning device 100 is movable and steerable. A steering roller 96 can be provided at the front end 11 or the rear end 12 of the device body 10 to assist in the redirection of the cleaning device 100.
[0110] In the exemplary embodiment of the application, the rollers 95 can be used as drive wheels of the cleaning device, and the steering roller 96 can be used as the driven wheel, so that the drive wheels can supply the cleaning device with power, thereby making the cleaning device movable and steerable. By providing the driven wheel, the cleaning device can be supported during normal operation. In the exemplary embodiments of the application, the specific structure of the rollers 95 and the steering roller 96 is not intended to be further limited.
[0111] In the embodiments of the application, the numbers and arranged positions of the rollers 95 and the steering roller 96 are not further limited and can be adjusted according to practical needs.
[0112] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the control board 80 and the drive wheel of the cleaning device 100 are arranged one above the other in order to appropriately design the control board 80 and thus achieve a compact arrangement of the parts of the cleaning device 100.
[0113] As in Fig. 4, the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91 are located between the rolling brush assembly 60 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10. The dust container assembly 20 is in communication with the opening 141 and the dust container assembly 20 is in communication with the fan assembly 91 to exert a suction force on the dust container assembly 20 with the fan assembly 91.
[0114] By providing the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91, and by communicating the fan assembly 91 with the opening 141 in the lower surface 14 of the device body 10 through the dust container assembly 20, a suction force can be exerted on the opening 141 by the dust container assembly 20 during operation of the fan, so that the debris is sucked into the dust container through the opening 141 for cleaning the floor. By providing the dust container assembly 20, the debris sucked through the opening 141 can be collected, which facilitates concentrated disposal.
[0115] For example, the dust container assembly 20 may include a container body 21 and a container lid 22. The container lid 22 covers the container body 21. A first through-hole 221 and a second through-hole 222 may be provided in the container body 21. The first through-hole 221 faces the rolling brush assembly 60 and communicates with the opening 141 in the lower surface 14 of the device body 10. The second through-hole 222 communicates with the fan assembly 91. When the fan is switched on, a suction force can be exerted on the container body 21 of the dust container assembly 20, thereby applying the suction force to the opening 141, so that the debris is sucked into the dust container assembly 20 through the opening 141 or the rolling brush assembly 60.
[0116] By arranging the lifting assembly 30 and the control board 80 between the front end 11 of the device body 10 and the rolling brush assembly 60, and by arranging the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91 between the rolling brush assembly 60 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10, the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiment of the application arranges the battery assembly 50 and the control board 80 on two sides of the lifting assembly 30. Thus, the parts of the cleaning device 100 can be appropriately designed, so that the cleaning device 100 has a compact structure, thus avoiding an increase in the thickness of the device body 10 even in the cleaning device 100 equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor, which in turn expands the application scenarios and improves the user experience.
[0117] In some implementation scenarios, the laser distance sensor assembly 40 and the lifting assembly 30 can be arranged such that they do not overlap the other functional parts in the vertical direction (Z-direction) to further limit the thickness of the device body 10 of the cleaning device. This means that when the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is retracted into the device body 10 in the vertical direction (Z-direction), the upper end of the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is flush or substantially flush with the upper surface 13 of the cleaning device, and the end of the lifting assembly 30 facing away from the laser distance sensor assembly 40 directly abuts the lower cover of the cleaning device 100.
[0118] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the control board 80, the laser distance sensor assembly 40, and the lifting assembly 30 may also be arranged one above the other. For example, the control board is arranged at the end of the lifting assembly 30 facing away from the laser distance sensor assembly 40 and between the lower cover of the device body and the lifting assembly, so that the cleaning device can have a liftable laser distance sensor assembly. In the embodiments of the application, the specific arranged position of the control board 80 is not further described.
[0119] In the cleaning device 100 explained in the above embodiment, an approach is adopted in which the control board 80 is arranged between the lifting assembly 30 and the edge side 15, and the fan assembly 91 is directly connected to the dust container assembly 20. Of course, in some other embodiments, the positional relationship between the control board 80 and the lifting assembly 30 may be adjusted differently, and an air duct 97 may also be provided between the dust container assembly 20 and the fan.
[0120] As in Fig. 5, a cleaning device 100 is provided in the application. The cleaning device 100 may include a device body 10, a laser distance sensor assembly 40, a lifting assembly 30, a control board 80, a dust container assembly 20, a fan assembly 91, and an air duct 97. The laser distance sensor assembly 40, the lifting assembly 30, the control board 80, the dust container assembly 20, the fan assembly 91, and the air duct 97 are disposed within the device body 10. The laser distance sensor assembly 40 is disposed on the lifting assembly 30. The lifting assembly 30 is used to drive the laser distance sensor assembly 40 to extend to an upper surface 13 of the device body 10 or retract back into the device body 10.
[0121] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the control board 80 is arranged near the bottom surface 14 of the device body 10, and the dust container assembly 20 is provided at an upper end of the control board 80. That is, the control board 80 and the dust container assembly 20 are arranged one above the other, and the control board 80 is located at the bottom of the dust container assembly 20.
[0122] For example, the control board 80 and the dust container assembly 20 are located between the lifting assembly 30 and the front end 11 of the device body 10. The fan assembly 91 is located between the lifting assembly 30 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10. The air duct 97 is arranged between the fan assembly 91 and the dust container assembly 20.
[0123] For example, the dust container assembly 20 may include a container body 21 and a container lid 22. The container lid 22 covers the container body 21. A first through-hole 221 and a second through-hole 222 may be provided in the container body 21. The first through-hole 221 faces the rolling brush assembly 60 and communicates with the opening 141 in the lower surface 14 of the device body 10. The second through-hole 222 communicates with one end of the air duct 97. The other end of the air duct 97 communicates with the fan assembly 91. When the fan is switched on, a suction force can be exerted on the container body 21 of the dust container assembly, thereby applying the suction force to the opening 141, so that the debris is sucked into the dust container assembly 20 through the opening 141 or the rolling brush assembly 60.
[0124] For example, the air duct 97 can have a flexible tubular structure so that it can be easily arranged in the device body 10. Of course, the air duct 97 can also have a kinked, rigid tubular structure so that the stability of the air duct 97 can be increased. Of course, the air duct 97 can also have a different structure in other embodiments. In the embodiments of the application, the specific structure of the air duct 97 is not intended to be further limited.
[0125] With further reference to Fig. 6, in the exemplary embodiment of the application, the cleaning device 100 can also include an optical assembly 70 and a battery assembly 50. The optical assembly 70 is arranged at the front end 11 of the device body 10, and the optical assembly 70 is used at least to detect an obstacle in front of the device body 10. The battery is used to supply power to the cleaning device 100. The battery assembly 50 can be arranged on one side of the lifting assembly 30 and opposite the air duct 97, thus facilitating the arrangement of the individual parts of the device body 10 without mutual interference.
[0126] By arranging the dust container assembly 20 and the control board 80 one above the other and arranging the dust container assembly 20 and the control board 80 between the front end 11 of the device body 10 and the lifting assembly 30, the parts of the cleaning device 100 can be appropriately designed in the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiments of the application, achieving a compact structure of the cleaning device 100. This allows the thickness of the device body 10 and thus the thickness of the cleaning device 100 to be reduced. Furthermore, the liftable laser distance sensor can expand the application scenarios and improve the user experience.
[0127] In addition, by arranging the fan assembly 91 between the lifting assembly 30 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10 and arranging the air duct 97 between the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91, the flexibility in the design of the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91 can be increased.
[0128] By disposing the battery assembly 50 on one side of the lifting assembly 30, the air duct 97 can penetrate the other side of the lifting assembly 30 and connect to the dust container assembly 20. Thus, the parts in the device body 10 can be appropriately designed, so that the cleaning device 100 has a more compact structure, thus avoiding an increase in the thickness of the device body 10 even in the cleaning device 100 equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor, which in turn expands the application scenarios and improves the user experience.
[0129] It should be noted that the structure in the embodiment of the application is identical to the structure in the Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, with the exception of the arranged positions of the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, the rolling brush assembly 60, the optical assembly 70, the edge sensor 92, the side brush 93, the extendable cleaning mechanism 94, the lifting assembly 30 and the laser distance sensor assembly 40, can therefore be referred to the description of the device body 10, the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, the rolling brush assembly 60, the optical assembly 70, the edge sensor 92, the side brush 93, the extendable cleaning mechanism 94, the lifting assembly 30 and the laser distance sensor assembly 40 in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. This will not be discussed further.
[0130] It should be noted that the above embodiment uses an approach in which the dust container assembly 20 and the control board 80 are arranged one above the other. Of course, in other embodiments, the control board 80 and another part, such as the control board 80 and the battery assembly 50, may also be arranged one above the other.
[0131] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, in the embodiment of the application, a cleaning device 100 is provided. The cleaning device 100 may include a device body 10, a laser distance sensor assembly 40, a lifting assembly 30, a rolling brush assembly 60, a dust container assembly 20, a control board 80, a fan assembly 91, and a battery assembly 50.
[0132] The laser distance sensor assembly 40, the lifting assembly 30, the rolling brush assembly 60, the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, and the battery assembly 50 are arranged in the device body 10. The laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged on the lifting assembly 30. The lifting assembly 30 is used to drive the laser distance sensor assembly 40 so that it extends to an upper surface 13 of the device body 10 or retracts into the device body 10.
[0133] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the control board 80 and the battery assembly 50 are arranged one above the other. The control board 80 is arranged near the upper surface 13 of the device body 10. The battery assembly 50 is located at the end of the control board 80 facing the lower surface 14 of the device body 10. The lifting assembly 30 and the laser distance sensor assembly 40 are arranged near the front end 11 of the device body 10. Thus, a large reserved space is formed between the lifting assembly 30 and the rear end 12 of the device body 10, which is used to arrange the rolling brush assembly 60, the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, and other parts.
[0134] In one possible implementation, the rolling brush assembly 60 can be arranged adjacent to the lifting assembly 30. The rolling brush assembly 60 is located on the side of the lifting assembly 30 facing the rear end 12 of the device body 10. The dust container assembly 20 is arranged on the surface of the rolling brush assembly 60 facing away from the lifting assembly 30. The battery assembly 50 and the control board 80 are arranged on the side of the dust container assembly 20 facing the rear end 12 of the device body 10. The fan assembly 91 is arranged on one side of the rolling brush assembly 60. For example, the rolling brush assembly 60 is arranged on the side of the device body 10 facing away from the edge side 15. Alternatively, the fan assembly 91 can be arranged between the rolling brush assembly 60 and the edge side 15 of the device body 10.The fan assembly 91 and the dust container assembly 20 communicate with each other via the air duct 97.
[0135] The rolling brush assembly 60 and the dust container assembly 20 can be connected in a contacting manner. The dust container assembly 20 can include a container body 21 and a container lid 22. The container lid 22 covers the container body 21. A first through-hole 221 and a second through-hole 222 can be provided in the container body 21. The first through-hole 221 faces the rolling brush assembly 60 and communicates with the opening 141 in the bottom surface 14 of the device body 10. The second through-hole 222 communicates with one end of the air duct 97. The other end of the air duct 97 communicates with the fan. With the fan switched on, a suction force can be exerted on the container body 21 of the dust container assembly 20 and thus the suction force can be applied to the opening 141 so that the garbage is sucked into the dust container assembly 20 through the opening 141 or the rolling brush assembly 60.
[0136] With further reference to Fig. 8, in the exemplary embodiment of the application, the cleaning device 100 can also include an optical assembly 70.
[0137] By arranging the battery assembly 50 and the control board 80 one above the other and arranging the battery assembly 50 and the control board 80 between the rear end 12 of the device body 10 and the lifting assembly 30, the parts of the cleaning device 100 can be appropriately designed in the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiments of the application, achieving a compact structure of the cleaning device 100. This allows the thickness of the device body 10 and thus the thickness of the cleaning device 100 to be reduced. Furthermore, the liftable laser distance sensor can expand the application scenarios and improve the user experience.
[0138] By disposing the fan assembly 91 on one side of the lifting assembly 30 and connecting the fan assembly 91 to the dust container assembly 20 through the air duct 97, the flexibility in the design of the dust container assembly 20 and the fan assembly 91 can be increased. By disposing the lifting assembly 30 at a position near the front end 11 of the device body 10, more effective installation space can be reserved for other parts, thus reducing the difficulty of arranging the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, and the rolling brush assembly 60 in the device body 10.The parts in the device body 10 can be appropriately designed so that the cleaning device 100 has a more compact structure, thus avoiding an increase in the thickness of the device body 10 even in the cleaning device 100 equipped with a liftable laser distance sensor, which in turn increases the application scenarios and improves the user experience.
[0139] It should be noted that the structure in the embodiment of the application is identical to the structure in the Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, with the exception of the arranged positions of the lifting assembly 30, the laser distance sensor assembly 40, the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, the rolling brush assembly 60, the optical assembly 70, the edge sensor 92, the side brush 93, the extendable cleaning mechanism 94, the lifting assembly 30 and the laser distance sensor assembly 40, the description of the device body 10, the dust container assembly 20, the control board 80, the fan assembly 91, the battery assembly 50, the rolling brush assembly 60, the optical assembly 70, the Edge sensor 92, side brush 93, extendable cleaning mechanism 94, lifting assembly 30 and laser distance sensor assembly 40 in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. This will not be discussed further.
[0140] The specific structures of the lifting assembly 30 and the laser distance sensor assembly 40 are described below in conjunction with the figures.
[0141] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the lifting assembly 30 may include a first base 31 and a drive device 32. The first base 31 is mounted in the device body 10. The drive device 32 is arranged on the first base 31. The drive device 32 is connected to the laser distance sensor assembly 40. The drive device 32 is used to move the laser distance sensor assembly 40 in the vertical direction (Z direction).
[0142] For example, the first base 31 and the device body 10 can be connected to each other by welding, riveting, screwing, or bolting. In the exemplary embodiments of the application, the attachment of the first base 31 to the device body 10 is not intended to be further limited.
[0143] Since the lifting assembly 30 is configured to include the first base 31, the lifting assembly 30 can be firmly connected to the device body 10 to increase the stability of the lifting assembly 30. Furthermore, this can provide support for the laser distance sensor assembly 40 to improve the stability of the laser distance sensor assembly 40. By providing a drive device 32, the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is powered, allowing the laser distance sensor assembly 40 to be moved in the vertical direction (Z direction).
[0144] In one possible implementation, the laser distance sensor assembly 40 may include a laser distance sensor 41, a second base 42, and an upper cover 43. The upper cover 43 is located at an upper end of the second base 42. A receiving chamber 44 is formed between the upper cover 43 and the second base 42. The laser distance sensor 41 is located in the receiving chamber 44. The second base 42 is connected to the first base 31 for movement in the vertical direction (Z direction). The drive device 32 is connected to the second base 42. The drive device 32 is used to move the second base 42 in the vertical direction.
[0145] In some embodiments, the laser distance sensor 41 may be used to obtain the information about the position of the cleaning device and to position the cleaning device to prevent the impact of the cleaning device with an obstacle during operation.
[0146] Since the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is configured to include the second base 42 and the top cover 43, the installation of the laser distance sensor 41 is facilitated. Furthermore, the top cover 43 can protect the laser distance sensor 41 from damage and dust. The second base 42 can support the laser distance sensor 41, thereby improving the stability of the laser distance sensor 41.
[0147] In one possible implementation, the drive device 32 may comprise a screw motor 321, a jack screw 322 and a screw holder 323, as shown in Fig. 10. The screw motor 321 and the jack screw 322 are mounted on the screw bracket 323. The screw motor 321 is fitted to the jack screw 322, and the screw motor 321 is used to rotate the jack screw 322. The jack screw 322 is oriented in the vertical direction (Z direction). A first axial end 3221 of the jack screw 322 is fitted to the screw bracket 323. A second axial end 3222 of the jack screw 322 is fitted to the second base 42. The jack screw 322 is used to move the second base 42 in the vertical direction (Z direction).
[0148] For example, the screw motor 321 can rotate the jack screw 322, and during the rotation of the jack screw 322, the second base 42 fitted to the jack screw 322 can be moved along the jack screw 322. Since the jack screw 322 is arranged in the vertical direction (Z direction), the second base 42 can be moved in the vertical direction (Z direction). Since the laser distance sensor 41 is arranged on the second base 42, the second base 42 is moved in the vertical direction (Z direction) and can move the laser distance sensor 41 in the vertical direction (Z direction).
[0149] In one possible implementation, the lifting assembly 30 may further include a screw positioning element 33. The screw positioning element 33 is fixedly connected to the second base 42. The second axial end 3222 of the jack screw 322 is fitted to the screw positioning element 33. The jack screw 322 is used to set the screw positioning element 33 in motion in the vertical direction (Z direction) to move the second base 42 in the vertical direction (Z direction). Since the lifting assembly 30 is configured to include a screw positioning element 33, the jack screw 322 can be limited to prevent the jack screw 322 from shaking.
[0150] Since in the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiments of the application, the drive device 32 is configured to include a screw motor 321, a jack screw 322, and a screw holder 323, the structure of the drive device 32 can be simplified, thereby reducing costs.
[0151] Of course, in other embodiments, the drive device 32 may be designed differently, such as, for example, as a lifting mechanism with cylinders, with a crank and connecting rod, with gears, with screws, with connecting rods, with a frame, etc. In the embodiments of the application, the specific structure of the drive device 32 is not intended to be further limited.
[0152] In one possible implementation, a linear bearing 421 is provided on one of the first base 31 and the second base 42. A through-hole extending in the vertical direction (Z direction) is provided in the linear bearing 421. A guide rod 45 is provided in the through-hole, and the guide rod 45 is fixedly connected to the other of the first base 31 and the second base 42 to move the second base 42 in the vertical direction (Z direction) along the guide rod 45.
[0153] By providing the linear bearing 421 and the guide rod 45, the laser distance sensor assembly can be moved along the guide rod 45 and the linear bearing 421 to avoid pinching, shaking, and similar problems in the operation of raising or lowering the laser distance sensor 41.
[0154] For example, the linear bearing 421 is arranged on the second base 42, and the guide rod 45 is fixedly connected to the first base 31. Alternatively, the linear bearing 421 is arranged on the first base 31, and the guide rod 45 is fixedly connected to the second base 42.
[0155] Of course, in some embodiments it is also possible that a guide groove 311 is provided in one of the first base 31 and the second base 42 and a guide 422 is provided on the other of the first base 31 and the second base 42, as in Fig. 11. The guide groove 311 is arranged in the vertical direction (Z-direction), and the guide 422 is positioned in the guide groove 311, so that the second base 42 is arranged in the vertical direction (Z-direction) with respect to the first base 31. In the exemplary embodiments of the application, the guide structures on the first base 31 and on the second base 42 are not intended to be further limited.
[0156] In the above embodiments, the embodiment in which the control board 80 is arranged between the laser distance sensor assembly 40 and the edge side 15 of the device body 10 was explained. Of course, in some other embodiments, the parts of the cleaning device 100 can also be arranged in other positions, which also ensure that the cleaning device 100 has a smaller thickness and an extendable laser distance sensor 41.
[0157] As in Fig. 12, in some embodiments, a viewing window 181 is provided on the device body 10. The viewing window 181 is located on a side wall 18 of the device body 10, and the side wall 18 is located between the upper surface 13 and the lower surface 14. The laser distance sensor 41 of the laser distance sensor assembly 40 detects the information from the environment through the viewing window when the laser distance sensor 41 is retracted into the device body 10, as shown in Fig. 13. The laser distance sensor has a certain viewing angle even when the laser distance sensor 41 is retracted back into the device body 10. This means that information about the surroundings, such as information about the presence of an obstacle in a direction relative to the cleaning device, can still be detected through the viewing window. This can prevent the cleaning device from colliding with the obstacle.
[0158] This solves the problem that the cleaning device in the prior art cannot detect information about the surroundings and thus cannot operate properly when the laser distance sensor 41 is retracted into the device body 10, so that the cleaning ability and the detection ability of the cleaning device in a low-height space are improved.
[0159] It should be noted that the see-through window is made of a transparent material, such as
[0160] Glass or transparent plastic. The see-through window can also be designed as an open structure. In the exemplary embodiments of the application, the structure of the see-through window is not intended to be further limited.
[0161] By way of example, the arranged position of the laser distance sensor assembly 40 may be either near the front end 11 of the device body 10, as in Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, or near the rear end 12 of the device body 10, as shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15 shown.
[0162] The viewing window 181 is arranged at the front end 11 of the device body 10 when the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged near the front end 11 of the device body 10. The viewing window 181 is arranged at the rear end 12 of the device body 10 when the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged near the rear end 12 of the device body 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the laser distance sensor assembly 40 can also be arranged in a central portion of the device body 10. In the embodiments of the application, the arranged position of the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is not intended to be further limited.
[0163] By arranging the see-through window 181 at the front end 11 of the device body 10 when the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged near the front end 11 of the device body 10 and by arranging the see-through window 181 at the rear end 12 of the device body 10 when the laser distance sensor assembly 40 is arranged near the rear end 12 of the device body 10, the distance between the see-through window 181 and the laser distance sensor 40 can be reduced to increase the viewing angle of the laser distance sensor 41 and to increase the localization accuracy of the laser distance sensor 41.
[0164] It should be noted that the cleaning device may be a cleaning robot, a mop, a vacuum cleaner, or any other device with a cleaning function. The specific structure of the cleaning device is not further described in the embodiments of the application.
