AI Technical Summary
Existing solutions for mounting top floors, especially at short distances from ceilings and over window mountings, often result in damage to walls and ceilings, require multiple assemblers, and lack flexibility in accommodating uneven surfaces and built-in features like radiators and roller shutter boxes.
A modular system comprising a wall holder, base plate, angle, adjusting screw, and profiles that allows for flexible adjustment and compensation for uneven walls, minimizing damage during assembly. The system enables easy height adjustment and allows for access to roller shutter boxes without compromising previous settings.
The system significantly reduces assembly effort, allowing a single assembler to manage long floors with minimal damage to walls and ceilings. It provides flexibility in accommodating uneven surfaces and built-in features, and allows for easy access to areas like roller shutter boxes.

Abstract
Description
[0001] With this system it is possible to install top floor, especially with small distances of up to 50mm to the ceiling and over-window installations, even with roller shutter boxes.
[0002] To install the top panel, the wall bracket (4) is mounted to the wall. This can be done close to the ceiling and, for example, to the left and right of a window. By positioning the base plate (3) with the wall bracket (4), it is possible to flexibly compensate for unevenness in the wall. In addition, damage to the wall during installation is minimized. The position of the wall bracket (4) can be adjusted using two grub screws (7). The bracket (1) is pushed into the wall bracket (4) from below and held in place by the adjusting screw (6) for height adjustment.
[0003] To install the floor, the Profile_2000 (5) and the Z-profile (2) are attached to the inside of the panel with screws. The Profile_2000 (5) can be shortened accordingly; the delivery length is 2,000 mm, for example. This floor is then simply pushed onto the bracket (1).
[0004] To adjust the height, the floor must be pulled a few cm away from the wall and corrected from below with the adjusting screw (6) at the angle (1). The floor can then be pushed onto the wall without any further screwing.
[0005] The floor will rest completely on the Z-profile (2) thanks to the lower, beveled tabs of the Profil_2000 (5). With sufficient clearance between the floor and the Profil_2000 (5), even installing recessed spotlights is no problem, as the cables can be routed unhindered between the floor and the Profil_2000 (5).
[0006] If a roller shutter box is located above the window, this system allows you to remove the floor to access the box without any special measures. All previous adjustments remain intact. Using this system allows for flexible installation and minimizes damage to walls and ceilings. It can be used not only as a complete system, but also with a single bracket (items 1-4) or as a pair (including item 5).
[0007] By using the system, the installation effort for long floor coverings is very low and can be managed by just one fitter, whereas previous solutions would have required an assistant. 1 angle 2 Z-profile 3 Base plate 4 wall brackets 5 Profile_2000 6 Adjusting screw 7 grub screw 8 Topsoil 9 Ceiling / Wall
Claims
[1] Variable fastening of a topsoil to walls, among other things to bridge longer distances characterized by that the wall bracket (4) is mounted on the wall with the base plate (3), the angle (1) is pushed into the wall bracket (4) from below and held by the adjusting screw (6), the optional profile_2000 (5) and the Z-profile (2) are fastened to the inside of the top panel with screws and the top panel is pushed onto the angle (1) [2] Topsoil fastening system according to claim 1 characterized by that the form-fitting fastening of the top floor with Z-profile (2) and the angle (1) allows the floor to be removed from the wall without tools, e.g. for the inspection of roller shutter boxes behind top floors [3] Topsoil fastening system according to claim 1 characterized by that the parallelism of the top floor to the ceiling can be adjusted using the grub screws (7) [4] Topsoil fixing system according to claim 1 characterized bythat the distance of the angle (1) to the ceiling can be adjusted using the adjusting screw (6) [5] Topsoil fastening system according to claim 1 characterized by that the Z-profile (2) reinforces the top floor and the fastening to the wall can be done with a large distance from each other, for example to bridge windows with roller shutter boxes [6] Topsoil fixing system according to claim 1 characterized by that the Z-profile (2), apart from the fastening tabs, is designed with a gap to the top floor to allow, for example, cable routing for lighting
