Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a structural element for framework applications, which has an optimized material composition. The combination of high-performance fibers, mineral crystallization particles, microencapsulated binders and nano-silica combines increased mechanical load-bearing capacity with autonomous crack healing. The material composition may additionally contain CO 2- reducing constituents, such as slag sand, fly ash, slag or calcined clays, which contribute to reducing the cement content and improve the environmental balance of the component. The structural element can be designed as a divided or one-piece construction, whereby it is suitable for different static and dynamic loads.STATE OF THE ART AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENTThe applicant is already the owner of the utility model DE 20 2021 002 498.0, which describes a specific application of concrete construction elements in underground construction. The present application extends this technology by an optimized material composition and its use in framework structures such as bridges, elevator shafts or baluns. While existing technologies already use individual ones of the components used in concrete mixtures, the invention combines high-performance fibers, mineral crystallization particles, micro-encapsulated binders and nano-silica with optional CO 2- reducing constituents in a concrete matrix in a targeted manner for the first time. This special mixture improves the mechanical strength, minimizes crack formation and activates autonomous self-healing of the material structure by environmental influences.Technical Differences from the Previous SolutionThe invention differs from existing solutions in particular by the targeted combination of a plurality of material innovations for increasing the long-term stability and the crack healing properties. High performance fibers increase tensile strength and minimize microcracking, mineral crystallization particles actively crack by moisture, microencapsulated binders release polymeric healing materials once crack formation occurs, and nano-silica compresses the material structure and improves durability. The material mixture can additionally contain CO 2- reducing constituents which reduce the cement content and reduce environmental pollution. These include, for example, slag sand, fly ash, slag or calcined clays, which can be used in variable proportions in order to optimize the mechanical properties of the structural element and at the same time to improve sustainability.DRAWINGSThe accompanying drawings are shown on two separate sheets:FIG. 1 shows the structural element in a divided and one-piece construction, with the reference numerals 1 for the supporting frame structure of the divided construction, 2 for the connecting elements and 3 for the one-piece construction as a continuous material body.FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of the material composition with high-performance fibers (4), mineral crystallization particles (5), microencapsulated binders (6) and nano-silica (7).The representation of the particles in FIG. 2 is exemplary and not limited to a specific geometric shape, so that the inclusion of the components in the material structure can take place in different shapes and processes.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader. The list is not part of the German patent application or utility model application. The DPMA does not take any adhesion for any faults or omissions.Patent Literature citedDE 20 2021 002 498.0

Claims
Structural element for frame applications, characterised in that it is constructed in a modular construction either as a divided variant with two vertical support elements with the reference numerals 1 and four horizontal connecting elements with the reference numerals 2 or as a one-piece variant with a single, continuous material body with the reference numeral 3, illustrated in FIG. 1.Structural element for load bearing applications according to claim 1, characterised in that the combination of the construction and the material composition leads to an improved crack healing and an increased mechanical load-bearing capacity by crack formation processes being influenced in a targeted manner by the material system and the structure, illustrated in Figures 1 and 2.Hybrid concrete mixture for bearing structure applications, characterized in that it contains a combination of high-performance fibers, mineral crystallization particles, microencapsulated binders and nano-silica, wherein the fibers consist of carbon-based, natural or synthetic materials and can in particular comprise carbon, hemp, basalt or comparable fibers, illustrated in FIG.
2. The concrete mixture can additionally contain CO 2- reducing constituents which lower the cement content and improve the sustainability of the mixture. These include, for example, slag sand, fly ash, slag or calcined clays, which can be used in variable proportions in order to optimize the mechanical properties of the matrix and at the same time minimize environmental pollution. The concrete mixture preferably contains 0.5-2.0 vol.% high performance fibres, 1.0-5.0 wt.% mineral crystallisation particles, 0.1-2.0 wt.% micro-encapsulated binders and 0.5-3.0 wt.% nano-silica, deviations within these ranges being possible to meet specific material requirements or processing conditions. The proportions of the individual components can be adjusted within these ranges in order to ensure optimum performance of the concrete matrix depending on structural, climatic or mechanical requirements.
