The collar former (CollarLD) is an innovative aid for the shape stabilization of shirt and blusk collars. The product is used to bring and fix the collar in a symmetrical and pleasing position after washing, without ironing.The collar former (CollarLD) is fastened after washing to the top button of a shirt or blouse. For this purpose, the product has a central eyelet, by means of which the product is attached to the top button. The two collar sides are then fixed by the wings made on the product. This brings the collar into the desired shape and fixes it (during storage.)The item of clothing can either be stored horizontally in the cabinet or suspended on a clothes hanger. The collar retains its shape thanks to the collar former (collarHE)--without additional treatment by iron or steam equipment.The collar former (collarLD) is preferably made of a lightweight, dimensionally stable plastic (e.g. polypropylene or PET) which is moisture-resistant and also temperature- and shape-resistant. The wings are ergonomically shaped and easily flexible to optimally conform to various collar shapes without damaging the material of the garment.
