Abstract
Description
2. Technical area:
[0001] The invention relates to functional clothing, in particular clothing with integrated, zone-specific cooling based on physical principles such as phase change, infrared reflection and hygroscopic reaction (planned under the brand name AIDEM.clear). 3. Object of the invention:
[0002] The aim is to provide a fashionable, wearable garment that, when exposed to heat, has a cooling effect through various textile-integrated technologies - without the need for external energy. 4. Solution:
[0003] To implement the invention, the clothing system preferably has several combinable functional zones, for example: a) PCM cooling zone A textile area (e.g. in the back or chest area) equipped with microencapsulated phase change materials that stores heat at ambient temperatures above approximately 28-32 °C. b) IR-reflecting outer layer An outer fabric treated with coldblack®, titanium oxide or silver components that reflects solar and infrared radiation and prevents the garment from heating up c) Moisture-activated contact cooling zone: A textile area with hygroscopic or evaporation-promoting additives such as xylitol or menthol, preferably placed in the sternum, armpit, or spine area. This zone creates a noticeable cooling sensation through a hygroscopic or evaporative reaction when skin comes into contact with sweat or moisture.
[0004] The individual zones can be incorporated into garments in a modular or integrated manner, with variable arrangement, thickness and material combination. 5. Advantages of the invention: - No energy requirement - Multi-zone cooling with focused effect - Aesthetically integrated into clothing - Suitable for sensitive or overheating-sensitive wearers - Synergy of fashion, function and sensory
Claims
[1] Clothing system with temperature-adaptive cooling function, characterized by that it has at least one textile zone with a microencapsulated phase change material (PCM) that stores and releases heat at an ambient temperature of approximately 28-32 °C. [2] Clothing system according to claim 1, characterized by that it contains an outer layer with infrared-reflecting components such as Coldblack®, titanium oxide or silver, which reflect solar radiation and prevent the clothing from heating up. [3] Clothing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that it contains a zone with hygroscopic or evaporation-promoting additives such as xylitol or menthol, which create a noticeable cooling sensation when the skin comes into contact with moisture. [4] Clothing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the individual zones are variable in their arrangement, thickness and material combination and can be incorporated into garments in a modular or integrated manner.
