Description

The tool or technical aid described in claim 1 is based on the problem of creating a new tool with which the punching out of screed insulation layer materials (for example. Polystyrene-EPS, Styrodur-XPS) of any kind is possible without any problem. Punching out or releasing screed insulation layer materials after produced (circular) core holes in floor structures is an important component of preliminary work, for example for the initiation of technical drying measures after moisture introductions of any type which are not at all in determination.Punching out is possible by a conically tapering end of the stainless steel tube (3) with the slotted and sharpened surface. As a result, the stainless steel pipe can also cut through multilayer different screed insulation layer materials if necessary. This feature is contained in claim 2. The tool is guided by hand through the two handles (2).With the aid of this tool, it is possible with the additional ejection aid, consisting of a weight (5) with a rod (4) connected in the stainless steel tube, to squeeze the punched-out materials out of the stainless steel tube (1) again. The ejection aid is automatically pressed upward when the tool is pressed or stamped into the screed insulation layer. This advantage is presented in claim 3.With this tool, the punched out materials of any kind can be removed and subsequently packaged with the ejection aid in such a way that any microbiological examinations necessary (ex. Moulds, bacteria and coliform bacteria) are possible without any complications. All the installed components of this tool consist of stainless steel, so that the tool is durable, stable and robust and autoclavable. This advantageous embodiment of the tool is contained in claim 4.The exemplary embodiment is explained graphically with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The following are shown: FIG. 1 : the stainless steel tube with the integrated ejection aid (retracted) and the handles FIG. 2 : the stainless steel tube with the integrated ejection aid (pulled out) and the handles FIG. 3 : the stainless steel tube with the ejection aid removed (rod with weight and thread for fastening in the stainless steel tube)List of reference characters1 Stainless steel tube Ø42 mm, length=500 mm 2 grips (length: 130 mm each) made of stainless steel, 3 tapered, slotted and sharpened ends of the stainless steel tube Ø36 mm 4 integrated metal rod 5 integrated metal weight (permanently connected to rod) Ø35 mm 6 threads for fastening the integrated rod (4) to the weight (5) in the stainless steel tube

Claims

The tool is characterized in that the design of the stainless steel tube with a conically tapering end (3), the handles (2) on both sides and a ejection aid is designed such that the punching out of screed insulation layer materials from floor structures after the production of core bores is possible without problems. The tool according to claim 1, characterized in that, due to the length of the stainless steel pipe (1) of 500 mm and due to a conically tapering end of the stainless steel pipe with the slotted and sharpened surface (3), punching out of multi-layer, different screed insulation layer materials is possible.Tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a throw-out aid consisting of a weight (5) with a rod (4) connected in the stainless steel tube is present, which makes it possible to push the punched-out materials out of the stainless steel tube (1) again.Tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that all materials or components of this tool consist of stainless steel, so that the tool is durable, stable and robust and autoclavable.
