Description

[0001] The invention relates to a complex training device for practicing fire service knots and their application.

[0002] Firefighting knots and their applications – especially securing equipment and securing people – can be practiced on real equipment and with real people. However, particularly with larger learning groups, the number of available devices does not allow for efficient training. Likewise, the preparation effort is usually considerable. Commercially available "knot practice boxes" or similar models are too abstract in size and shape to guarantee realistic training. They represent several devices in a basic form that are not intuitively recognizable. Furthermore, only one knot or knot combination can be tied on such aids at a time. This must be untied before another combination can be practiced.

[0003] Such aids can be found under the following file numbers: - DE 20 2021 001 113 U1 - DE 20 2004 017 826 U1

[0004] The invention aims to enable training in the application of all common knot applications used by the fire service and specified in the fire service regulations, using a simple and durable aid, even in original size.

[0005] The invention consists of a disc-shaped plate 2 to 5 cm thick, 1.9 m high and 90 cm wide, with which in Fig. 1. Contour shown. On this plate are a ring screw (B), a D-ring with safety rope of a fire brigade safety belt (K) and a piece of rope approximately 40cm long and 2cm thick (L).

[0006] Scale reductions, down to a scale of 1:5, are also possible.

[0007] Various plastics, wood, metals and concrete can be used as materials.

[0008] The record after Fig.1. It is mounted on the floor, parallel to a wall, or set up using a base.

[0009] The exercises are (referring to the elements of the illustration): 1. The safety chain for holding with the fire service rope, using the body contour (A) for attaching the chest strap, a D-ring (K) for inserting the clove hitch, the rope loop of a fire service holding belt for inserting the laid double figure-eight knot, the attachment point (G) for attaching a large clove hitch and clove hitch with sheet bend. 2. The safety chain for catching with the fall protection equipment set, using a ring screw (B) for threading the double figure-eight knot and a fastening point (E) for attaching a clove hitch with a sheet bend. 3. Tying on a fire axe (J) for pulling up. 4. Tying on a jet nozzle (C) with a hose attached for pulling upwards. 5. Attaching a distributor (I) with a hose attached for pulling upwards. 6. Tying up a fire hose (D). 7. Tying a sheet bend with a pull-up loop on a piece of rope (L). 8. Attaching the extension rope to the rungs (F) of a sliding ladder. 9. Connecting a suction line (H).
