Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention falls into the category of carousels for gardens or playgrounds. Conventional playground equipment of this type uses either a concrete foundation buried in the ground or large, heavy base plate structures above ground level to ensure stability. Concrete foundations are expensive for the user and can only be moved to a different location with considerable effort. Large, heavy structures above ground level require a lot of space and can only be moved with significant physical strength. In the simplest case, the equipment lacks any adjustment mechanism to accommodate children of different heights. The use of plastic for seats and handles is common practice, but this precludes sustainability and use in a circular economy.
[0002] The present invention addresses the problem of creating a highly stable carousel that can be easily assembled and disassembled by the user. This stability is usually achieved in known carousels by embedding them in a foundation, typically made of concrete. However, since this involves considerable effort and the original state cannot be easily restored, such a construction is often impractical, particularly in the private sector, and is also material- and cost-intensive.
[0003] The problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1.
[0004] The invention achieves the separation of the stability structure from the actual carousel construction by a plug-in system. This allows the carousel to be assembled and disassembled with minimal effort and without tools.
[0005] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the carousel's seats can be positioned at different heights above the ground by means of a telescopic mechanism. This allows children of different heights to propel the carousel with their legs.
[0006] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the selection of high-quality materials and a durable construction ensures a long product lifespan. By consistently avoiding plastics and using detachable connections, the carousel can be recycled as a valuable resource after its use.
[0007] An embodiment of the invention is described with reference to the Fig. explained. It shows: Fig. Front view of the complete carousel Fig. Plug-in system and height adjustment in the lowest position in detail Fig. Section through the screw connection between seat and handrail Fig. Carousel construction Fig. Design for stability
[0008] In Fig. The structure is shown sunk into the ground for stability. The axle 2 of the carousel structure can be easily inserted into the tube 1 and removed again if necessary. The bolt 6 transmits the vertical forces to the tube 1 and into the ground 4. The wings 3 absorb torques resulting from the weight of the children.
[0009] Fig. shows in detail the plug-in system between tube 1 and axle 2 and the height adjustment through the bores 5, the bolt 6 and the cotter pin 7.
[0010] One of the detachable screw connections 13 is in Fig. to recognize.

Claims
[1] Carousel for direct installation in the ground via a fastening device , characterized by , that the fastening device has a tube (1) which serves to receive the axle (2) of the carousel construction, with attached wings (3) which taper downwards, so that it can be easily inserted into the ground (4) and provides sufficient stability by means of a positive fit with the soil. [2] Carousel according to claim 1, characterized by , that the carousel is height-adjustable, realized via a telescopic mechanism, wherein the axis (2) of the carousel has several bores (5) at different heights, in which a bolt (6) with cotter pin (7) sits and transmits the vertical forces to the pipe in the ground (4). [3] Carousel according to claim 1 characterized by, that only the materials steel and wood with weather-resistant coatings and detachable screw connections (13) are used, thereby achieving a long service life of the product as well as recyclability of the materials of the individual parts.
