Abstract

Plant holder with a base body (1) and with two passages (2) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base body for receiving a wire-shaped fastening element (4) for plants, characterized in that the wire-shaped fastening element (4) forms a ring which is adjustable in diameter and can be set as an open ring (6) or closed ring (7).

Description

[0001] The invention relates to a plant holder according to the preamble of claim 1. Plant holders as open rings with downward-curved ground spikes are known.

[0002] These plant holders have several weaknesses that are eliminated by the invention.

[0003] The above technology has the following shortcomings:

[0004] The rings are rigid, not adjustable, and therefore cannot be adapted to the growth of the plants. New rings must always be purchased for different plant and perennial sizes.

[0005] The present invention solves these disadvantages by means of a plant holder with the features of claim 1.

[0006] Preferred embodiments of the new plant support are specified in the subclaims.

[0007] The advantages of the new invention are: The ring diameter is adjustable by means of the flexible wire (4) with plastic coating. The ring can be set open (6) or closed (7).

[0008] The base body (1) preferably has two feedthroughs (2) which are preferably designed as conical feedthroughs (3). so that the wire (4) cannot get stuck if it has a small diameter.

[0009] The base rod (5) made of metal or plastic is preferably pressed into the base body (1).

[1] Plant holder with a base body (1) and with two through-holes (2) extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base body for receiving a wire-shaped fastening element (4) for plants, characterized by , that the wire-shaped fastening element (4) forms a ring which is adjustable in diameter and can be configured as an open ring (6) or closed ring (7). [2] Plant holder according to claim 1, characterized by , which consists of a brake (8) for the fastening means (4) made of O-rings arranged in the through-holes (2) of the base body (1). [3] Plant holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the through-holes (2) are preferably designed as conical through-holes (3). [4] Plant holder according to claim 1, characterized in that a base rod (5) for holding the base body (1) is preferably pressed, glued or screwed into the base body (1).
