[0008] In order to better understand the technical solution of the present application, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the embodiments described below are a part of the embodiments of the present application and not the entire embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive effort fall within the scope of the present application.
[0009] In relation to Fig. 1 to Fig. Figure 3 illustrates a portable liquid storage device according to one embodiment of the present application. The portable liquid storage device includes a heating cylinder assembly 11 and an air bag assembly 12 disposed below the heating cylinder assembly 11. The air bag assembly 12 is connected to and communicates with the heating cylinder assembly 11, allowing the liquid contained within the heating cylinder assembly 11 to be expelled by compressing the air bag assembly 12. In one embodiment, the liquid contained within the heating cylinder assembly 11 may be lubricating oils, essential oils, and the like, and the present portable liquid storage device may be used to provide oils at a preset temperature for adult products such as masturbation cups, love eggs, dildos, etc.
[0010] A mouth assembly 20 is disposed on and detachably connected to the heating cylinder assembly 11. When the mouth assembly 20 is separated from the heating cylinder assembly 11, the liquid can be injected into the heating cylinder assembly 11; and when the mouth assembly 20 is connected to the heating cylinder assembly 11, the liquid within the heating cylinder assembly 11 can be squeezed out. Thus, it is convenient to inject and discharge liquid into and from the heating cylinder assembly 11. A soft shell 13, which may be made of silicone rubber, is attached around the heating cylinder assembly 11. A cap 10 is disposed on the mouth assembly 20 and connected to the soft shell 13 to seal the mouth assembly 20. When the cap 10 is opened, the liquid within the heating cylinder assembly 11 can be squeezed out via the mouth assembly 20.
[0011] As in Fig. 3 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the heating cylinder assembly 11 includes a heat conducting cylinder 113 with upper and lower open ends. A sealing member 114, which may be made of soft rubber, is provided at each open end of the heat conducting cylinder 113. Through-holes are defined in the sealing members 114. The through-hole in the sealing member 114 at the lower open end communicates with the air bag assembly 12, allowing the fluid inside the heating cylinder assembly 11 to be forced through the air bag assembly 12. The through-hole in the sealing member 114 at the upper open end communicates with the mouth assembly 20 to achieve discharge of the fluid from the heating cylinder assembly 11.
[0012] The heating cylinder assembly 11 further includes a first closure cover 110 connected to the lower open end of the heat conducting cylinder 113. A flexible electric heating element 112 is mounted around and secured to an outer wall of the heat conducting cylinder 113. A cylinder mounting sleeve 111 is mounted around and spaced from the heating cylinder assembly 11. A battery 17 and a circuit board 18 connected to the battery 17 are disposed within the cylinder mounting sleeve 111. The circuit board 18 is electrically connected to the flexible electric heating element 112 and controls the heat generation of the flexible electric heating element 112. The heat generated by the electric heating element 112 is transferred to the heat conducting cylinder 113, allowing the heated heat conducting cylinder 113 to heat the liquid contained therein.
[0013] The soft shell 13 is covered on the cylinder mounting sleeve 111, and the soft shell 13 and the cylinder mounting sleeve 111 together form a housing of this portable liquid storage device. A lower part of the soft shell 13, which protrudes beyond the cylinder mounting sleeve 111, is configured as the air bag of the air bag assembly 12. Since the soft shell 13 is made of silicone rubber, the air bag easily deforms when a force is applied to it. When the user presses the air bag with their hand, the air inside the air bag is forced out and flows into the heat-conducting cylinder 113, thereby expelling the liquid inside the heat-conducting cylinder 113 through the mouth assembly 20.
[0014] Since the battery 17 is arranged inside the present portable liquid storage device to power the electric heating element 112, this device is portable, and it is easy to maintain a constant liquid temperature in the heat conduction cylinder 113. A temperature measuring element 19, such as a temperature measuring probe, is provided on the top of the heat conduction cylinder 113 and near a liquid outlet hole of the heat conduction cylinder 113 to penetrate into the heat conduction cylinder 113 to contact the liquid and thus detect the liquid temperature, and signals corresponding to the detected temperature are transmitted to the circuit board 18. The soft shell 13 is equipped with temperature control buttons 16, and the temperature control buttons 16 are arranged correspondingly to the circuit board 18.By operating the temperature control buttons 16, the circuit board 18 is controlled to adjust the heat generation of the flexible electric heating element 112, thereby adjusting the heating temperature of the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113.
[0015] The heat conducting cylinder 113 may be formed as a hollow cylinder and made of heat-conducting materials such as aluminum, iron, copper, and the like, which can not only store liquids therein, but also transfer the heat of the flexible electric heating element 112 from the heat conducting cylinder 113 to the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113, thereby heating the liquid to a preset temperature, wherein the preset temperature is preferably close to body temperature.
[0016] As in Fig. 5 to Fig. As shown in Figure 8, a partition plate 130 is provided in a central part of the soft shell 13 to divide an interior space of the soft shell 13 into an air bag chamber 132 and a cylinder chamber 133. The air bag assembly 12 is located in the air bag chamber 132, and the heating cylinder assembly 11 is arranged in the cylinder chamber 133. Sealing rings may be provided on two opposite sides of the partition plate 130 to prevent liquid from entering the air bag assembly 12. The cylinder fixing sleeve 111 is arranged around the heating cylinder assembly 11, with the upper and lower ends of the cylinder fixing sleeve 111 being open. A support seat 1112 is provided at the lower end of the cylinder fixing sleeve 111, and the battery 17 is supported by the support seat 1112.A position of the battery 17 is raised by the support seat 1112 to prevent fluid flowing into the cylinder mounting sleeve 111 from contacting the battery 17 and thus causing malfunctions. Furthermore, a support seat may be arranged corresponding to the circuit board 18.
[0017] In this embodiment, an inner wall of the cylinder fixing sleeve 111 is provided with a first step 1110, and the circuit board 18 is placed on the first step 1110. A notch is defined in the cylinder fixing sleeve 111 to expose the circuit board 18. A part of the soft shell 13 corresponding to the notch is provided with a keypad 15, and a clamp 150 is provided on the keypad 15. By engaging the clamp 150 with the cylinder fixing sleeve 111 at a periphery of the notch, the keypad 15 is detachably connected to the cylinder fixing sleeve 111, which improves the appearance of the present portable liquid storage device. Circular holes 151 corresponding to the temperature control buttons 16 are defined in the keypad 15. Buttons 181 corresponding to the circular holes 151 are provided on the circuit board 18, the buttons 181 corresponding to the temperature control buttons 16.Digital display tubes 180 are mounted in a central portion of the circuit board 18, and the keypad 15 is transparent. The battery level and the detected liquid temperature can be displayed through the digital display tubes 180, allowing intuitive recognition of the liquid temperature and remaining battery level.
[0018] As in Fig. 9 to Fig. As shown in Figure 13, the first closure cover 110 includes a support base 1100 having a recessed cavity 1104 defined in a central portion of the support base. The lower end of the heat conducting cylinder 113 is fixed in the recessed cavity 1104, and a plurality of locking columns 1101 extend upward from a top surface of the support base 1100. Each locking column 1101 is provided with two reinforcement plates 1102 on two opposite sides thereof. Due to the fact that the locking columns 1101 need to be longer, attaching the reinforcement plates 1102 can increase the strength of the locking columns 1101. The locking columns 1101 together form a mounting space 1103 for receiving the heat conducting cylinder 113. A gap is formed between the reinforcing plates 1102 of adjacent locking columns 1101 to facilitate the installation of the heat conducting cylinder 113 into the mounting space 1103.The reinforcement plates 1102 fix the heat conduction cylinder 113 in the mounting space 1103. A through-hole 1105 is defined in a central portion of the recessed cavity 1104 of the support base 1100, connecting the heat conduction cylinder 113 to the air bag. The air bag assembly 12 supplies air to the heat conduction cylinder 113 through the through-hole 1105, thereby draining the fluid inside the heat conduction cylinder 113.
[0019] The heat conducting cylinder 113 may be open at its upper and lower ends, and sealing elements 114 are attached to the open ends of the heat conducting cylinder 113. With reference to Fig. 11, each sealing element 114 includes a side wall 1140 and a bottom wall 1141 integrally formed with the side wall 1140. The bottom wall 1141 has a circular hole 1142, and the side wall 1140 is secured to an outer wall of a corresponding open end of the heat conducting cylinder 113. The bottom walls of the sealing elements 114 seal the upper and lower open ends of the heat conducting cylinder 113, and the circular holes 1142 in the bottom walls 1141 allow air supply and fluid discharge for the heat conducting cylinder 113. A silicone fastener at the lower end of the thermally conductive cylinder 113 may be disposed in the recessed cavity 1104 to provide some support for the thermally conductive cylinder 113, while the recessed cavity 1104 increases the sealing performance of the connection between the sealing element 114 and the thermally conductive cylinder 113.To prevent the first closure cover 110 from wobbling, limiting ribs 1113 may be provided within the cylinder mounting sleeve 111. The limiting ribs 113 and the support seat 1112 jointly fix the first closure cover 110 to prevent wobbling.
[0020] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 13, in order to achieve uniform heating of the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113, a plurality of heat conducting fins 1131 are provided inside the heat conducting cylinder 113. The heat conducting fins 1131 extend radially from an inner wall of the heat conducting cylinder 113 toward the center, and the heat from the heat conducting cylinder 113 can be transferred to the fins 1131 to quickly and efficiently heat the liquid in the center of the heat conducting cylinder 113, resulting in more uniform heating of the liquid at any position inside the heat conducting cylinder 113. The heat conducting fins 1131 can be straight or curved. If the heat conducting fins 1131 are formed in an arc shape, their heat exchange area can be further increased, thereby better heating the liquid in the center of the heat conducting cylinder 113.Due to the presence of the flexible electric heating element 112, the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113 can always have a preset temperature.
[0021] As in Fig. 9 to Fig. As shown in Figure 10, a second step 1111 is provided on the inner wall of the cylinder fixing sleeve 111, located between the first step 1110 and the first closure cover 110. A temperature measuring hole 1130 is provided on an upper end side of the heat conducting cylinder 113, and the temperature measuring element 19 is inserted into the heat conducting cylinder 113 through the temperature measuring hole 1130 to measure the temperature of the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113. A part of the temperature measuring element 19 beyond the heat conducting cylinder 113 is placed on the second step 111, and a force is applied to this part of the temperature measuring element 19 by the printed circuit board 18 toward the heat conducting cylinder 113 to prevent loosening.
[0022] As in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, an air inlet 120 and an air outlet 121 are defined in the air bag assembly 12, wherein the air outlet 131 is set corresponding to the through hole 1105 of the support base 1100 and the air inlet 120 is set corresponding to an air guide column 1106 (as shown in Fig. 12) provided on the first closure cover 110. The air outlet 121 is connected to the lower end of the heat conducting cylinder 113, and a one-way valve may be provided between the air bag assembly 12 and the heat conducting cylinder 113 to prevent the liquid in the heat conducting cylinder 113 from flowing into the air bag. When the air bag is compressed, air flows into the heat conducting cylinder 113 through the one-way valve and pushes the liquid inside the heat conducting cylinder 113 toward the mouth assembly 20, thereby discharging the liquid for normal use.
[0023] As in Fig. 9 and Fig. As shown in Figure 12, to facilitate air intake of the air bag assembly 12, the air guide column 1106 is provided on the first closure cover 110 and passes through a mounting hole 1116 of the cylinder mounting sleeve 111. A lateral mounting column 1114 is provided on a lateral side of the cylinder mounting sleeve 111. A waterproof and breathable film 22 is provided inside the lateral mounting column 1114, and a suction member 14 is provided outside the lateral mounting column 1114. A lower end of the lateral mounting column 1114 is provided with an opening 1115 corresponding to the mounting hole 1116 of the cylinder mounting sleeve 111.Air enters the intake element 14 and flows through the waterproof, breathable film 22 into the lateral fixing column 1114, then enters the air guide column 1106 via the opening 1115 and finally enters the air bag assembly 12, which leads to a better intake effect.
[0024] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the mouth assembly 20 is disposed above the heating cylinder assembly 11 to facilitate the injection of liquid into the heat conducting cylinder 113. The mouth assembly 20 includes a second closure cover 201 coupled to the upper end of the heat conducting cylinder 113 and connected to the soft shell 13. The upper ends of the locking pillars 1101 of the first closure cover 110 can be inserted into holes in the second closure cover 201, respectively. Thus, the first closure cover 110 and the second closure cover 201 respectively close the upper and lower ends of the heat conducting cylinder 113. The second closure cover 201 is provided with a liquid injection hole 2012 connected to the heat conducting cylinder 113 for liquid injection. A bottle mouth 200 is detachably connected to the liquid injection hole 2012, and a liquid outlet hole 2000 is provided at the bottle mouth 200.The liquid outlet hole 2000 corresponds to the liquid injection hole 2012, and liquid can be discharged through the liquid outlet hole 2000.
[0025] As in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 5, an upper end of the soft shell 13 is provided with an annular flange 131 extending upward from an inner periphery of the soft shell 13. The second closure cover 201 is provided with an annular protrusion 2010 corresponding to the flange 131. When the second closure cover 201 is placed on the heating cylinder assembly 11, the annular protrusion 2010 surrounds the annular flange 131, which can not only seal the upper end of the heat conducting cylinder 113 but also keep the outer surface of the mouth assembly 20 and the outer surface of the soft shell 13 in a flat state.
[0026] A recess 2011 is provided on the top of the second closure cover 201, and a silicone pad 202 is mounted in the recess 2011. Screw holes in the recess 2011 can be sealed by the silicone pad 202 to prevent liquid from penetrating the heating cylinder assembly 11 through the screw holes and coming into contact with electronic components. An outer wall of a lower end of the bottle mouth 200 is provided with longitudinal ribs 2001, which can increase the frictional force when the bottle mouth 200 is rotated. The bottle mouth 200 is formed as a conical structure with a small upper end and a large lower end, with the liquid outlet hole 2000 defined at the smaller upper end to control the liquid discharge. A gasket 203 is provided in the bottle mouth 200.When the device leaves the factory, the gasket 203 seals the liquid injection hole 2012 at the top of the second closure cover 201, and the bottle mouth 200 is screwed onto the second closure cover 201 and around the liquid injection hole 2012. When the device is in use, the bottle mouth 200 is opened to remove the gasket 203, which facilitates the injection of liquid into the heating cylinder assembly 11 and the discharge of liquid from the heating cylinder assembly 11 for normal use.
[0027] With reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. Figure 15 illustrates a portable liquid storage device according to a second embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the portable liquid storage device includes a heating cylinder assembly 11a and a pump assembly 30a connected to the heating cylinder assembly 11a.
[0028] The heating cylinder assembly 11a includes a cylindrical heat-conducting cylinder 113a for containing liquid therein, and a flexible electric heating element 112a mounted around and secured to an outer wall of the heat-conducting cylinder 113a. A battery 17a is electrically connected to the flexible electric heating element 112a via a circuit board to provide electrical energy, which the flexible electric heating element 112a uses to generate heat to heat the liquid in the heat-conducting cylinder 113a. Similar to the previous embodiment, the heat-conducting cylinder 113a is configured with upper and lower open ends, and sealing elements 114a are provided at each open end of the heat-conducting cylinder 113a.
[0029] In this embodiment, a piston plate 115a is slidably disposed within the thermal conduction cylinder 113a, and the pump assembly 30a is configured to push the piston plate 115a upward, which in turn moves the fluid within the thermal conduction cylinder 113a. Specifically, the pump assembly 30a includes an air pump 32a and piping for connecting the air pump 32a to the thermal conduction cylinder 113a. Generally, a solenoid valve may be provided between the air pump 32a and the circuit board to control the operation of the air pump 32a. During operation, the air pump 32a supplies air into the lower end of the thermal conduction cylinder 113a to push the piston plate 115a and the fluid toward the upper end, resulting in the fluid being ejected.
[0030] In this embodiment, the heating cylinder assembly 11a is mounted in a cylinder mounting sleeve 40a, and the pump assembly 30a is mounted in a pump mounting sleeve 42a, with a lower end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a connected to an upper end of the pump mounting sleeve 42a. The cylinder mounting sleeve 40a and the pump mounting sleeve 42a together form a housing of the portable liquid storage device. In other embodiments, the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a and the pump mounting sleeve 42a may be integrally formed as one piece.
[0031] In this embodiment, the lower end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a is open to facilitate the installation of the heating cylinder assembly 11a into the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a. A partition plate 44a may be provided at the upper end of the pump mounting sleeve 42a to seal the lower end of the heat-conducting cylinder 113a. The lower end of the pump mounting sleeve 42a may be open and covered by a bottom cap 50a, which facilitates the installation of the pump assembly 30a into the pump mounting sleeve 42a. In other embodiments, the partition plate 44a may be provided at the lower end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a, which may also seal the lower end of the heat-conducting cylinder 113a.
[0032] In this embodiment, an air outlet 46a may be defined in the partition plate 44a to connect the air pump 32a to the heat conduction cylinder 113a, and an air inlet 48a may be defined in the pump mounting sleeve 42a to connect the air pump 32a to the outside world. In other embodiments, the air inlet 48a may be defined in the bottom cap 50a. In other embodiments, the upper end and / or the lower end of the heat conduction cylinder 113a may be closed, and the air inlet 48a may be defined in the heat conduction cylinder 113a.
[0033] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 15, the upper end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a is provided with a liquid injection hole 49a for introducing liquid into the heat conducting cylinder 113a, and a bottle mouth 60a is connected to the upper end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a to cover the liquid injection hole 49a. In this embodiment, the bottle mouth 60a is screwed to the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a, and a liquid outlet hole 62a for discharging the liquid is defined in the bottle mouth 60a. The liquid outlet hole 62a communicates with the liquid injection hole 49a.
[0034] Preferably, the liquid outlet hole 62a is much smaller than the liquid injection hole 49a. Thus, when the bottle mouth 60a is removed from the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a, the liquid can be quickly refilled into the heat-conducting cylinder 113a through the liquid injection hole 49a. When the bottle mouth 60a is screwed onto the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a, the liquid can flow out of the heat-conducting cylinder 113a through the liquid outlet hole 62a at an appropriate speed. Similarly, a top cap 52a can be coupled to the cylinder mounting sleeve 40a to cover the liquid outlet hole 62a.
[0035] In this embodiment, the liquid outlet is controlled by the air pump 32a, which is more convenient and labor-saving compared to manually compressing the air bag in the previous embodiment, and can precisely control the amount of liquid discharged. The discharged liquid is heated to a predetermined temperature (generally close to or slightly higher than body temperature) by the flexible electric heating element 112a, making it more comfortable to use on the human body and improving the user experience.
[0036] With reference to Fig. 16 and Fig. Figure 17 illustrates a portable liquid storage device according to a third embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the portable liquid storage device includes a heating cylinder assembly 11b and a pump assembly 30a connected to the heating cylinder assembly 11b.
[0037] The heating cylinder assembly 11b includes a cylindrical heat-conducting cylinder 113b for containing liquid therein, and an annular electric heating element 112b mounted around and secured to an outer wall of the heat-conducting cylinder 113b. A battery 17b is electrically connected to the flexible electric heating element 112b via a circuit board 18b to supply electrical energy so that the flexible electric heating element 112b generates heat to heat the liquid in the heat-conducting cylinder 113b.
[0038] In this embodiment, the pump assembly 30a includes an air pump 32b and piping for connecting the air pump 32b to the heat conduction cylinder 113b. During operation, the air pump 32b supplies air to the lower end of the heat conduction cylinder 113b to push the liquid in the heat conduction cylinder 113b toward the upper end, resulting in the liquid being ejected. Compared to the second embodiment, the piston plate is omitted.
[0039] In this embodiment, the heating cylinder assembly 11b is mounted in a cylinder mounting sleeve 40b, and a space is defined between the heating cylinder assembly 11b and the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b to accommodate the pump assembly 30b, the circuit board 18b, the battery 17a, etc. The battery 17a may be arranged above the air pump 32b, and the circuit board 18b may be arranged on a side opposite the battery 17a. In this embodiment, the lower end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b is open, which facilitates the assembly of this portable liquid storage device. A bottom cap 50b may be connected to the lower end of the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b to seal the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b.
[0040] In this embodiment, an air outlet 46b may be defined in a support base connected to the lower end of the heat conducting cylinder 113b to connect the air pump 32b to the heat conducting cylinder 113b, and an air inlet may be defined in the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b or the bottom cap 50b to connect the air pump 32b to the outside world.
[0041] As in Fig.As shown in Figure 17, the upper end of the heat-conducting cylinder 113b is open, which can be considered a liquid injection hole for introducing liquid into the heat-conducting cylinder 113b. A bottle mouth 60b is connected to the upper end of the heat-conducting cylinder 113b and partially engages the liquid injection hole 49b. A liquid outlet hole 62b is defined in the bottle mouth 60b for discharging the liquid at a suitable speed. Similarly, a top cap 52b may be connected to the cylinder mounting sleeve 40b to cover the liquid outlet hole 62b.
[0042] Finally, it should be noted that: the above describes only preferred embodiments of the present application, without intending to limit the scope of the present application.
