Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The invention relates to a foldable leg lifting device with a resistance coupling mechanism, which has a folding function and enables alternating leg lifting movements with resistance. State of the art
[0002] A conventional leg raiser generally includes a base, a front handle, a rear support rod, a drive mechanism, a magnetic resistance mechanism, and a linkage mechanism. The drive mechanism consists of two rods pivotally mounted on either side of the rear support rod at one end and pivotally connected to a pedal at the other end. Sprockets and a chain are mounted between two sides of the rear support rod and one end of the two rods. The magnetic resistance mechanism can be driven in one direction by the sprockets, generating resistance. The linkage mechanism allows the two rods to pivot in opposite directions. However, there are the following drawbacks: (1) The cost of the sprockets and chain is too high, and calibration and adjustment for smooth rotation is time-consuming.(2) The magnetic resistance mechanism requires at least a magnetic control assembly, wheels, and a belt (or chain), resulting in high costs. (3) The above two points also result in long assembly times and excessive costs for the entire device. In the current economic downturn, buyers cannot accept this, and it is difficult to sell. (4) Folding is not possible, thus requiring a large amount of space.
[0003] Therefore, how to implement new structures to truly address the above-mentioned deficiencies and how to conduct research and development to improve the structure are indeed the goals that relevant industries need to work hard on. Object of the invention
[0004] The folding components of the conventional leg lift machine are too complicated, resulting in excessive costs. Furthermore, they don't generate any resistance during use, preventing the desired fitness effect. This makes them difficult to sell.
[0005] The invention relates to a foldable leg lifting device with a resistance coupling mechanism, comprising: a base assembly having a first support rod, a second support rod, and a third support rod, the first and second support rods being connected at their lower ends to a crossbar that can lie flat on the ground, the upper end of the second support rod being foldably connected to the center of the first support rod, and the upper end of the third support rod being fixedly connected to the upper end of the first support rod; a main handle support having its upper end attached to the front portion of the first support rod and having a handle at the upper end;Two drive rods, each pivoted at their upper ends to either side of the first support rod, can pivot forwards and backwards alternately along an arcuate path of motion, with a pedal pivoted at their lower ends; a fixed pulley arranged at the front of the third support rod for winding a rope, the two ends of the rope being connected to the upper ends of the drive rods; and two resistance cylinders pivoted at the lower end to the left and right sides of the third support rod and at the upper end to the upper ends of the drive rods, so that the two drive rods can pivot alternately via the two resistance cylinders and the rope.
[0006] The advantages of the invention are as follows: When the legs are alternately raised, the resistance of the two resistance cylinders effectively trains the hips, knees, and ankle joints, and stretches the core muscles such as the abdominals and glutes. Furthermore, the folding components are simple, reducing the shipping volume and making storage convenient, reducing the cost of the entire device and facilitating transit. [0007] Fig. 1 to 7 show the first embodiment of the foldable leg lifting device with resistance coupling mechanism of the invention, which comprises: a base assembly 10 comprising a first support rod 11, a second support rod 12, and a third support rod 13, the first and second support rods 11 and 12 being connected at their lower ends to a crossbar 14 and 15, respectively, which can lie flat on the ground, the crossbar 14 of the first support rod 11 being connected to two rollers 18, the upper end of the second support rod 12 being foldably connected to the center of the first support rod 11, the upper end of the third support rod 13 being fixedly connected to the upper end of the first support rod 11, and the lower end lying on the ground; a main handle support 20 having an upper handle support rod 21 and a lower fixing rod 22 hingedly connected to each other at one end, the upper handle support rod 21 and the lower fixing rod 22 being fixed to each other by a fixing pin 80, the upper handle support rod 21 being provided with a handle 23 at the other end and a control panel 24 at the top, and the other end of the lower fixing rod 22 being fixed to the front portion of the first support rod 11; two drive rods 30, which are pivoted with their upper ends to the two sides of the first support rod 11 as a pivot point and can pivot alternately forwards and backwards along an arcuate path of movement, wherein a pedal 40 is pivoted at their lower ends in each case, and wherein a first joint part 31 and a third joint part 33 are provided at the upper ends of the two drive rods 30 in each case; a seat 50 disposed on the first support rod 11 and near the upper end of the first support rod 11; a fixed pulley 60 arranged at the front of the third support rod 13 for winding a rope 61, the two ends of which are connected to the third joint parts 33 of the drive rods 30; and two resistance cylinders 70 which are pivotally connected at the lower end to the left and right sides of the third support rod 13 and at the upper end to the first joint parts 31 of the upper ends of the drive rods 30, so that the two drive rods 30 can pivot alternately via the two resistance cylinders 70 and the cable 61.
[0008] The first support rod 11 is provided with a joint element 111 on each of its two sides and is connected to the upper ends of the drive rods 30 via the joint elements 11.
[0009] Fig. Figures 8 to 12 show the second embodiment of the invention in which the following components are added: Two auxiliary handle support assemblies 90 which are hinged to two sides of the base assembly 10, wherein the upper ends of the two drive rods 30 are each provided with a second hinge part 32, wherein the auxiliary handle support assembly 90 includes a first coupling rod 91, wherein the lower end of the first coupling rod 91 is hinged to one side of the main handle support 20, wherein a second coupling rod 92 extends from the first coupling rod, wherein the first coupling rod 91 and the second coupling rod 92 have different angles, wherein the lower end of the second coupling rod 92 is hingedly connected to the front end of a third coupling rod 93, and wherein the rear end of the third coupling rod 93 is hingedly connected to the second hinge part 32 at the upper end of the drive rod 30.
[0010] With the above structure and composition, the use of the present invention is described as follows: (1) First, as in the first embodiment in Fig. 1 to 7, the user grasps the handle 23 with both hands and steps on the pedals 40 with his feet. The fixed pulley 60, the rope 61 and the two resistance cylinders 70 cause the two drive rods 30 to pivot alternately forwards and backwards along an arcuate path of movement against the resistance. (2) Secondly, as in the Fig. In the second embodiment shown in Figures 8 to 12, in addition to the above paragraph (1), the auxiliary handle support assemblies 90 are added to both sides of the base assembly 10. The user can grasp the first coupling rods 91 with both hands, which pivot by the pivoting of the two drive rods 30, so that the user can simultaneously perform the alternating pivoting movements of the hands and legs.
[0011] With the structure of the above specific embodiments, the present invention can achieve the following advantages: (1) When the legs are alternately raised, the resistance of the two resistance cylinders 70 allows the two drive rods 30 and the auxiliary handle support assemblies 90 to swing smoothly and evenly, thereby effectively exercising the hips, knees and ankle joints and stretching the core muscles such as the abdominal muscles and gluteal muscles. (2) In the second embodiment, in addition to the advantages described in paragraph (1) above, the hands can also swing forward and backward alternately to stretch the forearms, upper arms, triceps and other muscle groups. (3) Since the resistance cylinders 70 move up and down almost straight, the drive rods 30 of the resistance cylinders 70 are directly pulled, so that the arcuate movement distance of the swing is extended. (4) The coupling mechanism, consisting of the two drive rods 30, the fixed pulley 60, and the two resistance cylinders 70, is simpler. At the same time, the length of the third support rod 13 can be shortened, so that the third support rod 13 and the second support rod 12 do not fold together. This allows for quick assembly and reduced assembly and component costs. The cost and selling price of the entire device are quite competitive, making it easily popular with buyers and consumers. (5) As in the Fig. 6 and Fig.As shown in Figure 11, the user only needs to quickly fold the first support rod 11, the second support rod 12, the upper handle support rod 21, and the lower fixing rod 22. Folding is easier. The seller reduces the shipping packaging volume, and the buyer reduces import costs. In addition, folding and storage are more convenient for the consumer.
