Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle lifting platform device with at least one load-bearing surface element, designed to overcome a pre-definable height difference of at least 30 cm between the ground and a loading area of a vehicle, and designed to dismantle / relocate the at least one load-bearing surface element from an operating position outside the vehicle shell into a transport position inside the vehicle in an at least approximately vertical orientation of the at least one load-bearing surface element, comprising a support unit coupled / coupleable to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner and a lifting unit structurally connected thereto in a load-bearing manner for lifting and lowering the at least one load-bearing surface element. The present invention also relates to a vehicle equipped with such a vehicle lifting device, in particular in a load-bearing arrangement in the trunk / cargo area of the vehicle. The present invention can also be implemented based on a method for actuating at least one kinematics of such a vehicle lifting device, in particular with purely mechanical kinematics without electrical, hydraulic, or similar non-mechanical drive components.Last but not least, the present invention also relates to the use of at least one purely mechanically designed kinematic system without electrical and / or actuator and / or hydraulic components, and also without active drive components, for providing such a vehicle-specific lifting platform device, which is preferably only attached to the vehicle's cargo area floor and otherwise does not further intervene structurally, electrically, or otherwise in the vehicle architecture. In particular, the invention relates to a device and uses according to the preamble of the respective independent claim. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] For motor vehicles (motor vehicles) used to transport wheelchair-bound persons and / or individual loads, particularly in the 30-150 kg weight range, ramps or platforms are known that can be folded out or extended from the trunk or that are structurally integrated into the vehicle's undercarriage in an underfloor arrangement. The latter variants are comparatively cost-intensive and only feasible for relatively large vehicles (not to mention small vans or delivery trucks) with sufficient ground clearance, particularly in the professional healthcare sector (e.g., emergency services, patient transport).

[0003] According to the current state of the art, barrier-free access to vehicles is achieved either by relatively complex vehicle-specific designs or by structures that interfere with the vehicle's structure, which require approval from, for example, road traffic authorities. Alternatively, removable ramps are retrofitted, which unfortunately only allow access to or exiting the vehicle in a more or less risky manner.

[0004] Based on this, there is interest in device-technically slim design concepts for barrier-free vehicle access, which can advantageously be operated without much support from third-party devices.

[0005] An example is publication DE 10 2021 107 487 B4, which describes a cargo / wheelchair ramp that can be advantageously installed in a vehicle trunk (or loading area) without taking up much space, and that can be conveniently operated and positioned manually. To ensure barrier-free accessibility, the ramp rests on the trunk edge (or on a support structure arranged at this height) when extended / unfolded. However, a disadvantage of this type of ramp can be seen in its comparatively steep gradient, which may be difficult for the wheelchair user or the load to be moved, especially in the case of high trunk edges.Although the length of the ramp could be designed to be large enough to overcome a comparatively large difference in height with a moderate gradient, this would mean that the ramp would protrude very far to the rear or to the side of the vehicle in question - such spatial conditions are rarely encountered in practice and would also represent a high risk or obstruction potential for other road users (cars, pedestrians, bicycles).

[0006] Based on the current state of the art, there is a noticeable need for technological improvements in the context of barrier-free use of motor vehicles, whether in the context of transporting wheelchair-bound persons or in the context of loading / unloading relatively large, bulky loads, e.g., the size of a washing machine or a Euro pallet (or of masses or indivisible individual loads in a comparable weight range, e.g., in the range of 30-150 kg). Last but not least, with a view to minimizing the risk when using barrier-free devices, there is also interest in an advantageous design solution that requires only relatively small gradients, particularly with regard to the height difference between the ground and the loading edge. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The object is to provide a device for barrier-free access to a motor vehicle, in particular to a trunk, by means of which a wheelchair or a similar load can be moved into and out of the motor vehicle in a particularly safe manner. The object is also to design such a device in such a way that the device takes up little space in the motor vehicle and requires little effort in connection with its installation in the motor vehicle, and in particular also enables unproblematic registration or even does not require registration at all, i.e. requires as few changes to the motor vehicle itself as possible. Last but not least, the object is also to design such a device in such a way that the device remains slim in terms of technology, can be operated easily and, if possible, requires only a minimal amount of additional equipment or tools or handling effort.

[0008] This object is achieved by a vehicle-based lifting platform device according to claim 1, as well as by a vehicle equipped therewith, and by uses according to the respective subordinate use claim. Advantageous developments of the invention are explained in the respective subclaims. The features of the exemplary embodiments described below can be combined with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise.

[0009] Provided is a vehicle-technical lifting platform device with at least one load-bearing surface element, configured to overcome a pre-definable height difference of at least 30 cm between the ground and a loading area of a vehicle, and configured to dismantle / relocate the at least one load-bearing surface element from an operating position outside the vehicle shell into a transport position inside the vehicle in an at least approximately vertical orientation of the at least one load-bearing surface element, comprising a support unit coupled / coupleable to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner and a lifting unit structurally connected thereto in a load-bearing manner for raising and lowering the at least one load-bearing surface element; According to the invention, the vehicle lifting platform device is configured to displace the at least one load-bearing surface element from the at least approximately vertical orientation in the transport position to an at least approximately horizontal orientation in the operating position. This enables an advantageous combination of space-saving storage within the vehicle and efficient use in the operating position, i.e., an optimization of the device combined with easier use, particularly thanks to the horizontal orientation of the load-bearing surface element(s) during the entire usage phase, i.e., across all operating positions (no incline to overcome).

[0010] A lifting platform device is understood to mean, in particular, a device with a lifting function which can provide at least one surface element or platform for load-bearing. This means that the at least one load-bearing surface element is not necessarily designed as a platform in the narrower sense. In this respect, the term "platform" is used here merely in a general way for the purpose of an abstract reference to platforms, surface elements or the like, in particular for the storage of a wheelchair or a pallet or a pallet truck or the like.

[0011] It is to be understood that, throughout this disclosure, reference to motor vehicles is synonymous with reference to vehicles generally; thus, reference to motor vehicles is to be understood merely as a reference to an exemplary vehicle type.

[0012] It should be understood that the support unit can also fulfill or include a support function for accommodating the mechanics / kinematics, especially if the support unit is designed to be at least largely self-contained, box-like. This can also increase safety during handling, particularly in such a way that jamming, blocking, or similar obstructions, e.g., caused by goods / cargo transported in the vehicle, cannot occur.

[0013] Personified terms, unless formulated in the neuter form, can refer to all genders within the scope of this disclosure. Any foreign-language expressions or abbreviations used here are standard industry terms and are familiar to those skilled in the art. Any German-language terms used / usable synonymously may be provided here redundantly for the sake of completeness, or vice versa.

[0014] According to one exemplary embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device is configured to displace the at least one load-bearing surface element, which is at least approximately horizontally oriented in the operating position, in an at least approximately vertical direction to overcome the predefinable / predefined height difference (lifting / lowering optionally with the load to be carried), in particular when the at least one load-bearing surface element and any load to be displaced are supported exclusively on the vehicle via the support unit. This also facilitates the advantageous use described here without requiring an inclination or oblique orientation of the at least one load-bearing surface element.

[0015] According to one exemplary embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device ensures floor-free support (without ground contact), in particular exclusively via the support unit that is coupled / coupleable to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner. This also facilitates simplified handling when exiting the vehicle, particularly starting from a wheelchair position in the cargo area, and in particular without the need for assistance from another person. This can also further improve self-sufficiency. The respective mechanics or kinematics can therefore advantageously be supported exclusively via the support unit on the vehicle interior, in particular on the corresponding loading / trunk floor or a chassis structure accessible above it, i.e., without ground contact.

[0016] According to one embodiment, the at least one load-bearing surface element can be displaced by a rotary drive movement from the transport position into the operating position and / or within the operating position in at least an approximately vertical direction, wherein the rotary drive movement is advantageously provided by a drive external to the system, e.g. manually or by a cordless screwdriver or similar drive independent of the vehicle, for example a hand crank. In other words: The device's own mechanics or kinematics provide a transmission of a drive movement, but are preferably designed without a drive. This promotes the greatest possible (system) independence from the respective vehicle, thus increasing the usability for numerous different vehicle types, and can also lead to a lifting platform device that can be provided particularly cost-effectively, in particular when a drive external to the system, e.g.provided by a commercially available cordless screwdriver, which can / could also be recharged via a 12V plug in the vehicle (if desired). Non-system-related here is understood to mean something that is not part of the vehicle as standard, at least not dependent on the vehicle's equipment or its power supply. For example, a drive unit (particularly in the form of a cordless screwdriver that can be used for the respective lifting process) can also be arranged in a housing provided for this purpose. The vehicle lifting platform device can provide a housing-like cavity for this purpose. The associated advantages also have an impact, for example, when the vehicle lifting platform device described here is used indoors, particularly since it is possible to completely dispense with cable harnesses, installed cables, control units or the like.Instead, motorized operation can be optionally implemented based on a simple limit switch. For even greater independence, an energy storage unit can be provided, particularly in combination with a charging unit. Although this is not necessarily required, especially when using a cordless screwdriver, it at least increases system-related variability.

[0017] According to one embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device provides at least one drive interface for a drive external to the system, e.g., a hexagon socket interface for a cordless screwdriver. An advantageously standardized drive interface also allows the type of drive used (whether motorized or manual) to be left to the individual user, depending on their individual capabilities. In this respect, too, high ergonomics and user-friendliness can be achieved in a streamlined manner.

[0018] According to one exemplary embodiment, the at least one load-bearing surface element can be displaced out of the support unit into an extended position by a translational displacement against the intended direction of travel. This can advantageously be carried out with minimal effort, in particular purely manually. The device glides securely in / against the direction of travel, advantageously in roller guides or ball bearings or plain bearings, and is advantageously supported in / the box of the support unit or via the box. The translation advantageously takes place relative to a box-like frame or box-like housing of the lifting platform device, in particular in an arrangement slightly above it. The support unit advantageously has a box-like frame or box-like housing which can easily absorb torques and leverage forces in a structurally rigid manner and transmit them to the vehicle in a torsionally rigid manner.

[0019] The term “extended position” is to be understood in particular as an intermediate position of the platform or of the at least one load-bearing surface element, namely an intermediate position between the transport position within the vehicle shell and the tilted operating position in a horizontal orientation.

[0020] According to one embodiment, the at least one load-bearing surface element can be tilted from the extended position in a vertical orientation into a tilted position in a horizontal orientation, in particular by at least approximately 90°, wherein the tilted position preferably corresponds to at least one of the operating positions, in particular the uppermost operating position with respect to the vertical displacement. This also favors a mechanical / kinematic structure that enables a tilting axis around the translational axis.

[0021] According to one embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device is configured to support the at least one load-bearing surface element in each of the possible positions exclusively via the support unit that is coupled / can be coupled to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner, i.e., without direct ground contact. This simplifies handling and maximizes the degree of self-sufficiency achievable even by a physically limited or disabled person.

[0022] According to one embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device comprises a translational kinematics system effective for the at least one load-bearing surface element, the movement path of which is predefined, in particular, by the arrangement / orientation of the support unit and / or by a scissor mechanism or slide unit displaceable therein. This facilitates the combination of translation, tilting, and lifting / lowering described here and also enables a particularly structurally rigid type of support, even with comparatively large leverage forces or moments.

[0023] According to one exemplary embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device comprises tilting kinematics effective for the at least one load-bearing surface element, the movement path of which is predefined in particular by a tilting axis extending on one side of the at least one load-bearing surface element, wherein the tilting axis is formed or defined, for example, by a rotary joint which is coupled to a / the translational kinematics. This also facilitates the specification of a desired sequence of relative movements, in particular tilting only when the fully extended position is reached. The tilting kinematics may also be ensured by a comparatively simple rotary joint. The term "tilting kinematics" is to be seen here in the context of the two further movements or kinematics (translation, lifting / lowering).A joint that allows tilting movement as a degree of freedom is advantageously combined with a gas pressure spring or similar spring / damper element, in particular to ensure a high safety standard with regard to the handling of the load-bearing surface elements when tilting (up or down).

[0024] It should be understood that the kinematics described here can be formed, for example, by a tilting joint in combination with several scissor mechanisms (or several scissors) and / or at least one carriage unit and / or at least one triangular arrangement with a length-adjustable leg, in particular at least one scissor mechanism or carriage unit guided in a box for the purpose of implementing the translation, with load-bearing support, and at least one scissor lifting mechanism or triangular arrangement with a length-adjustable leg for the up / down movement of the load-bearing surface elements. It has been found that a scissor mechanism and / or at least one triangular arrangement can be supported in a comparatively robust and stable manner, even when the direction of force action changes and / or comparatively large leverage forces must be transmitted.

[0025] According to one embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device comprises lifting kinematics which are effective for the at least one horizontally oriented load-bearing surface element, the movement path of which is predefined in particular by at least one guide which is at least approximately vertically and / or at least approximately horizontally oriented in the operating position. This also favors the concept described here of sequentially effective kinematics which are each provided or effective for one or in one of the movement phases described here. The lifting kinematics can advantageously be actuated by means of a drive external to the system, e.g. a cordless screwdriver. The guide is predetermined, for example, by a profile edge which can be extended downwards, in particular with the lowering movement, and on which a counter-moment against the support unit can also be supported. The guide is, for example, specified by a rail in which a scissor mechanism or a triangular arrangement is displaceably mounted.

[0026] According to one embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device comprises a triangular kinematics / mechanism with angled legs, configured for translational displacement in / against the direction of travel for positioning the at least one load-bearing surface element outside the vehicle shell, and configured to overcome the predefined height difference of at least 30 cm using the legs. This also provides a particularly advantageous compromise between material usage, rigidity, space requirement, and low-force operation.

[0027] According to one exemplary embodiment, the vehicle lifting platform device comprises at least one linear spindle mechanism coupled to the at least one load-bearing surface element and having at least one lifting column (in particular a linear lifting unit with one or two lifting columns) configured to overcome the predefinable / predefined height difference in a load-bearing manner. This also enables a particularly safe and space-saving implementation of the lifting mechanism / kinematics, in particular even with only a small amount of force. It is understood that the linear spindle mechanism can be implemented alternatively or in addition to the triangular arrangement described here. Based on the present disclosure, the person skilled in the art can decide on the particularly preferred type of mechanical / kinematic optimization for the respective size and load range.

[0028] According to one embodiment, the lifting unit comprises a triangular arrangement with legs that are guided on at least two leg sections and positioned in a torsion-resistant manner. This enables, on the one hand, advantageously rigid and resilient kinematics, and, on the other hand, the advantageously robust transmission of load moments transmitted from the at least one load-bearing surface element to the mechanics / kinematics and into the loading space floor. The at least two guided leg sections are advantageously translationally guided leg sections that are held at a predefined longitudinal distance, by means of which the current height position can be defined. A relative translational positioning of the two guided leg sections relative to one another is a load-bearing positioning, or a positioning carried out under load on the platform or the at least one load-bearing surface element; the axial relative position of the leg sections (orcorresponding translationally guided carriage) and thus also the current height position can be specified, for example, by means of a spindle.

[0029] According to one embodiment, the lifting unit comprises a triangular arrangement with two legs that position the at least one load-bearing surface element in height, which legs (e.g. each mounted in a carriage with rollers) can be adjusted, in particular continuously, by means of at least one adjusting screw or at least one spindle mechanism between a fully extended, maximum low operating position (with carriages positioned as close as possible axially relative to one another) into a fully retracted, maximum flat-elongated position (with carriages positioned as far apart axially relative to one another). This also makes it possible to design a further kinematics, apart from the translatory extension of the lifting unit and the lifting process itself, for providing / unfolding the at least one load-bearing surface element in a comparatively simple / robust manner, in particular by e.g.A tilt hinge is provided which can be locked at a rotation angle of 90° and which is moved translationally together with the lifting unit and, in the transport position, also advantageously finds its place within the support unit.

[0030] According to one embodiment, the vehicle-specific lifting platform device is a purely mechanical lifting platform device without electrical and / or actuator and / or hydraulic components, and also without active drive components. This simplifies the provision and installation of the lifting platform device, as well as any approval procedures, particularly at least largely independent of the respective vehicle (type). Furthermore, the lifting platform device can be provided with an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Any desired drive components can be provided cost-effectively, for example, using cordless screwdrivers or similar standard tools. Optionally, the lifting platform device can be handled or operated entirely manually without active drives.

[0031] The above-mentioned object can also be achieved by implementing the device described here for a method for positioning a vehicle-mounted vehicle lifting platform device in a / the transport position in an at least approximately vertical orientation and / or in an operating position outside the vehicle shell in an at least approximately horizontal orientation, in particular a vehicle lifting platform device previously described above, wherein at least one load-bearing surface element is displaced translationally relative to a support unit coupled to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner (by means of translational kinematics) and is tilted from the vertical orientation into the horizontal orientation in the operating position (by means of tilting kinematics), in which state the load-bearing surface element is advantageously supported only via the support unit, and is shifted vertically from horizontal to vertical (particularly by means of a lifting unit connected to the support unit in a structurally load-bearing manner), or vice versa. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to independence from the surface conditions, minimal or no inclines for the wheelchair user, and a high degree of autonomy.

[0032] Such a process can optionally be carried out with the aid of external drive means such as a cordless screwdriver or manually by applying a geared rotary drive movement.

[0033] Advantageously, the method is implemented using a purely mechanically designed kinematics system without electrical, actuator, and / or hydraulic components. Alternatively, an external, particularly vehicle-independent, active drive component can be used to actuate the kinematics.

[0034] The aforementioned object is also achieved by a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, with a vehicle-specific lifting platform device as described above. The vehicle-specific lifting platform device is advantageously connected to the vehicle purely mechanically, in particular to a trunk / cargo area floor of the vehicle, advantageously via an underside and optionally also a side of the support unit. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to streamlined implementation or retrofitting of the device on (any) vehicle.

[0035] According to one embodiment, a support unit of the lifting platform device, in particular a support unit box, is permanently connected to the vehicle, e.g., bolted. This also facilitates retrofitting for vehicles that have already been manufactured or are already in use. It should be understood that force-locking / positive-locking connecting means facilitate installation in the vehicle and any desired disassembly; nevertheless, the support unit can also be designed to be integrally connected to the vehicle, particularly if this measure does not require any additional steps regarding vehicle technical approval / release by road traffic authorities or similar institutions.

[0036] According to one exemplary embodiment, the at least one load-bearing surface element can be decoupled from / is decoupled from a support unit of the lifting platform device. This also enables an even more advantageous type of use or integration into the vehicle, particularly since the at least one load-bearing surface element can be removed when not needed, e.g., by being disengaged from the translational kinematics of the box. Advantageously, the at least one load-bearing surface element is coupled only to the lifting unit via a hinge that locks the rotation angle, but not directly to the support unit.

[0037] The aforementioned object is also achieved by a vehicle lifting platform device according to the present disclosure, which is produced by forming a translatory kinematics which is effective on a support unit of the vehicle lifting platform device between a / the transport position and an operating position, and by load-bearing coupling of the translatory kinematics to a tilting kinematics for moving at least one load-bearing surface element from a vertical to a horizontal orientation, and by load-bearing coupling of at least the translatory kinematics to a lifting kinematics for raising / lowering the at least one load-bearing surface element in the operating position between the trunk / loading compartment floor of the vehicle and the ground. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to an optimal compromise between minimal intervention in the vehicle and maximum independence from electrical, hydraulic or similar actuators and also maximum independence from the nature of the ground.

[0038] The aforementioned object is also achieved by a vehicle with a vehicle-technical lifting platform device according to the present disclosure arranged in the loading space of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle thus equipped is manufactured by load-bearing mounting / fastening of the support unit to a vehicle loading space floor (floor / plate of the loading area), in particular by means of screw connections or similar positive / positive connection means, in particular with a purely mechanical interface without an electrical or hydraulic or similar actuator interface to the vehicle. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, in particular with regard to particularly easily and cost-effectively available accessibility in connection with mobility situations ensured by vehicles.

[0039] The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a vehicle-based lifting platform device according to the present disclosure in the loading / trunk area of a vehicle, in particular with rear-side accessibility. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to the advantageous, space-saving integration of the lifting platform device on one side of the loading area described here, without excessively restricting the space for, for example, Euro pallets or similar bulky loads.

[0040] The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a purely mechanically designed kinematics without electrical and / or actuator and / or hydraulic components, and also without active drive components, to provide a vehicle-specific lifting platform device according to the present disclosure. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to cost-effective provision and streamlined integration or retrofitting of the lifting platform device, in particular without requiring a (new / additional) official registration (or operating permit) for the respective vehicle equipped with the lifting platform device.

[0041] The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a purely mechanically designed kinematics without electrical and / or actuator and / or hydraulic components to provide a vehicle lifting platform device according to the present disclosure, wherein the kinematics are configured for a linear displacement or for a translation of the at least one load-bearing surface element in the vertical direction. This also provides further possibilities for integration into a vehicle, be it in the rear area or laterally. For example, the translation in the vertical direction is / is ensured by means of at least one lifting spindle that acts or can be aligned in the vertical direction. Optionally, the integration into / onto a vehicle is also realized in combination with at least one rod or similar device-related support components provided on the outside of the vehicle.

[0042] Summary: Accessibility for wheelchairs or similar loads can only be ensured in a comparatively complex manner, especially in vehicles, especially when accessibility equipment requires a (new / additional) official approval (or operating permit) for the respective vehicle. A vehicle-specific lifting platform device is provided with at least one load-bearing surface element, configured to overcome a predefined height difference of at least 30 cm between the ground and a loading area of a vehicle, and configured to dismantle / relocate the at least one load-bearing surface element from an operating position outside the vehicle shell to a transport position inside the vehicle in an at least approximately vertical orientation of the at least one load-bearing surface element.comprising a support unit coupled / coupleable to the vehicle in a load-bearing manner and a lifting unit structurally connected thereto in a load-bearing manner for raising and lowering the at least one load-bearing surface element; wherein the vehicle lifting platform device is configured to displace the at least one load-bearing surface element from the at least approximately vertical orientation in the transport position into an at least approximately horizontal orientation in the operating position. This provides a particularly advantageous compromise between a slim device design, low manufacturing / provision costs, minimal intervention in the respective vehicle, and easy retrofitting.A high degree of autonomy for the respective person requiring accessibility. The present invention also relates to such a device implemented for a method for actuating at least one kinematics of such a vehicle lifting platform device, as well as corresponding uses. The load-bearing surface element 11 can be tilted about the tilting axis X1 at any time during use, either manually, by motor, or at least with mechanical assistance. Optionally, the at least one load-bearing surface element can be designed to be variable in size about the folding axis X2. Fig. 1A also illustrates the three spatial directions x, y, z, namely the first horizontal direction (x) in particular longitudinal in the direction of travel, the second horizontal direction (y) in particular transverse to the direction of travel, and the perpendicular direction (z) in particular corresponding to the vertical.

[0051] In Fig. 1B illustrates a head section Z12 of the support unit which accommodates kinematic-mechanical components of the lifting unit, wherein the height difference Δz which can be overcome by a / the triangular arrangement or within the support unit 12 is indicated. In addition, an (optional) drive interface 18 for at least one external drive is indicated, e.g., a coupling for a hand-held cordless screwdriver.

[0052] In Fig. 1C shows a / the preferably purely mechanical interface 5 between the vehicle and the lifting platform device, i.e., an electrical supply to any kinematic or actuator-actuating components of the lifting platform device is not necessary or can be dispensed with. The lifting unit 13 is shown in the transport position.

[0053] In Fig. Figure 1D shows a detail of the hinge of the tilting mechanism 22, where a locking pin 17.1 can ensure a high level of safety. The locking pin 17.1 can be effective in both the transport position and the operating position, i.e., in at least two relative rotation / tilt positions of the load-bearing surface element. Tilting / folding can be achieved in both directions around the X1 axis, particularly depending on the size / design of the load-bearing surface element and the arrangement of the guides for the lifting unit.

[0054] In the Fig. 2 illustrates an embodiment of mechanical / kinematic components installed in the support unit, which can also provide the lifting mechanism, in particular by compressing or stretching a triangular arrangement along a spindle or the like, thereby displacing the downward-pointing tip of the triangular arrangement in the vertical direction, while the base of the triangular arrangement is supported within guides in or at least on the support unit. Fig. 2A shows an arrangement of the corresponding mechanical / kinematic components inserted into the support unit, at least largely corresponding to the arrangement in the transport position. Fig. Figure 2B shows an arrangement of the corresponding mechanical / kinematic components partially removed from the support unit, in which the rollers or wheels (or equivalent sliding guides) are at least partially supported within the support unit, and in which the triangular arrangement is exposed, allowing vertical positioning free from any structural restrictions. A load-bearing surface element (not shown), which is to be positioned at least vertically, is thus coupled to the apex of the triangular arrangement.

[0055] In the Fig. 3 shows an embodiment with a comparatively large-area load-bearing surface element, which also remains comparatively large in the dismantled transport position in the vehicle. Fig. 3A shows a load-bearing surface element 11, which can optionally be unfolded, i.e. its surface area can be further enlarged (indicated by a dashed line). Fig. Figure 3B shows the operating position in which the load-bearing surface element 11 can be positioned vertically between the ground and the cargo area floor by means of the lifting unit or by means of at least one lifting column 19. The dotted arrows indicate the folding and lifting movements.

[0056] In the Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the support unit has two guide rails on which the lifting unit is mounted by means of rollers (or similarly acting sliding guides) together with the load-bearing surface element, wherein the lifting unit comprises at least one lifting column 19. In Fig. 4A shows the extended (not yet folded down) position Pa0, and in Fig. 4B shows the position, for example, lowered to the ground when the load-bearing surface element is folded down (operating position) Pa1, Pb.

[0057] In the Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which the load-bearing surface element in a comparatively large-area design can be optionally decoupled from the support unit or lifting unit in the transport position, e.g. by means of a force-locking / form-locking load-bearing coupling. Fig. 5A it can be seen that the comparatively large-area load-bearing surface element 11 can be displaced translationally, optionally independently of a kinematics defined by the support unit and / or lifting unit, and from an extended position ( Fig. 5C) can be tilted horizontally. Components of the lifting unit are in Fig. 5A are merely indicated, and can, for example, be coupled to the load-bearing surface element 11 when this has already been tilted horizontally (in particular with the load-bearing cross strut at the bow end of the load-bearing surface element). Accordingly, after coupling, the load-bearing surface element is uncoupled from the guide rail arranged on the cargo space floor, in the sense of a load-bearing transfer to the support unit and lifting unit. Optionally, a translational pulling of an apparatus defining the lifting mechanism can also take place, e.g. by providing a corresponding recess or guide slot in the box-like frame. For related components, reference is made to the kinematic and mechanical and, where applicable, electrical components shown in the other figures. Fig. In the state shown in Figure 5B, the load-bearing surface element may still be decoupled. Fig. 5C shows in detail the translational guide for the load-bearing surface element arranged on the loading space floor.

[0058] In Fig. 6 illustrates the steps of a method or process for moving or positioning the individual components between the transport position and the operating position: first step S1: translational displacement of the lifting unit (extension or retraction / dismantling); Second or third step S2: Height adjustment of the extended lifting unit, in particular manually, optionally at least partially motor-driven (downward or upward); Second or third step S3: Provision of the platform, in particular unfolding at least one load-bearing surface element, or vice versa (dismantling); Further step S4: Locking of at least one mechanical / kinematic component.

[0059] It should be understood that the order of steps S2 and S3 may vary. Step S1 is initially performed for use of the lifting platform device (or reversibly for dismantling the lifting platform device), step S3 is performed in the unloaded state, and step S2 is optionally performed under load or in a largely load-free state. Optionally, all steps S1 to S4 can be performed manually, whereby the device remains independent of a power supply. Fig.The diamond-shaped fields indicated in Figure 6 between the individual steps illustrate individualization / optimization measures and / or control measures which can be implemented by the person skilled in the art in an application-specific manner, be it, for example, relating to motor support, be it, for example, relating to a safety measure such as locking with regard to the tilting movement and / or locking with regard to at least one translational degree of freedom of the load-bearing surface element and / or kinematic components.
