AI Technical Summary
Modern diets often lead to high levels of hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia, necessitating reduced starch consumption, particularly in white rice, which is rich in starch and contributes to elevated blood sugar levels.
An inner pot for a rice cooker designed with numerous water drain holes, allowing starch to be leached out during cooking and collected in a receiving space within the cooker, where it can be concentrated and easily removed.
Effectively reduces the starch content in cooked rice by leaching it with liquid during cooking, allowing for easy concentration and disposal of the starchy liquid, thereby achieving carbohydrate reduction in rice.

Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURETechnical Area
[0001] This application relates to a rice cooker, in particular to the inner pot of a rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice. Description of the state of the art
[0002] General prosperity has led many modern people to the so-called three highs: hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia. Among these, hyperglycemia results in prolonged exposure to elevated levels of glucose (blood with high sugar levels), which leads to chronic inflammation and weakening of the blood vessel walls. Damaged blood vessels lead to decreased blood flow and thus insufficient transport of oxygen and nutrients to the organs. This increasingly impairs organ function and leads to conditions such as cardiovascular disease, retinal damage, impaired kidney function, and difficulty in wound healing. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of starch (a polysaccharide), as this is a factor in increasing blood sugar levels.
[0003] However, white rice, a staple food in Asia, is high in starch, and doctors often advise patients with high glycemic hemoglobin levels to reduce their consumption of white rice.
[0004] Therefore, the development of a rice cooker that can reduce the starch content of rice is a problem that the applicant wishes to solve. SUMMARY OF REVELATION
[0005] One of the objects of this application is to provide an inner pot for a rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice, which can leach the starch contained in the rice with liquid during the cooking process, thus achieving the purpose of reducing carbohydrates.
[0006] Another object of this application is to provide an inner pot for a rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice, which allows the leached starchy liquid to be concentrated in a receiving space in the cooker.
[0007] To achieve the above-mentioned object, this application provides an inner pot of a rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice, which is housed in a rice cooker with a circumferential top surface and an inner bottom surface. The inner pot comprises a pot body with numerous drainage holes and an outer bottom surface and a protruding upper rim. The inner pot is housed in the rice cooker and is held in place by the protruding upper rim, forming a space between the outer bottom surface of the inner pot and the bottom surface of the rice cooker, forming a space for holding water in the rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice.
[0008] Compared with the prior art, this application has the following effects: In addition to reducing the starch contained in rice by leaching by liquid during the cooking process, the collected starchy liquid can be concentrated in the receiving space of the rice cooker and can be easily poured out or used for other purposes after cooking. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a three-dimensional drawing of the inner pot of this application. Fig. Figure 2 is a three-dimensional drawing of the inner and outer pot of this application. Fig. Figure 3 is a three-dimensional drawing of the application before the lid is closed. Fig. 4 is a sectional view of this application after assembly according to Fig. 3. Fig. Figure 5 is a partially enlarged drawing of the pot of this application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0009] The detailed description and technical contents of this application are illustrated below with the aid of the drawings. The drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit this application.
[0010] The present application provides an inner pot of a rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice. As described in the Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the rice cooker for low-carbohydrate rice (abbreviated to: rice cooker) comprises: an inner pot 100, an outer pot 500 and a lid 700.
[0011] As in the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the outer pot 500 has an inner bottom 501 on the inside of the outer pot and an outer opening (not marked with a reference numeral) opposite the inner bottom 501. In addition, the outer pot 500 has a conical, upwardly narrowing rim 51 at the upper opening. As shown in Fig. 4, the wall of the outer pot has a thickened layer 5 in the lower part, the upper edge 51 lies above the thickened layer 5.
[0012] As in the Fig. 1 to 4, the inner pot 100 is intended to be housed in the outer pot 500 and is formed from a pot body 1 and an upper rim 3 which projects beyond the pot body 1.
[0013] The pot body 1 has a plurality of outlet openings (W) for draining water and comprises a round pot wall 11 and a pot bottom 12. The pot wall 11 has an upper opening (115, see Fig. 4) and a lower opening (no reference symbol). The pot base 12 covers the lower opening and has a pot base outer surface 121, see Fig. 4. The pot wall 11 has an outer side 111.
[0014] The projection 3 can be any object that projects beyond the pot wall 11, and this application is not limited in this regard. In this application example, a circumferential projection 31 is used for illustrative purposes. The circumferential projection 31 or projection 3 preferably projects outward from the pot wall outer side 111 at the upper opening 115.
[0015] When the user places the inner pot 100 into the outer pot 500 as shown in the Fig. As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the projection 3 is supported on the upper edge 51 of the outer pot 500, so that a space (S) for receiving water is formed between the outer surface of the pot bottom 121 of the inner pot 100 and the inner bottom 501 of the outer pot 500. Finally, the lid 700 is attached to the opening of the outer pot 500.
[0016] Thus, when the inner pot 100 containing rice is placed in the outer pot 500 and the lid 700 is closed for cooking, a portion of the starch contained in the rice, along with the liquid drained from the inner pot 100 through the outlet holes (W), can be drained downward into the water absorption space (S). This allows the starch contained in the cooked rice to be reduced, thus achieving the goal of carbohydrate reduction. The discharged liquid containing starch can be concentrated in the water absorption space (S) in the outer pot 500 and can thus be easily poured out by the user or used for other purposes. Due to the distance between the outer surface of the pot base 121 and the inner base 501, the rice in the inner pot 100 does not come into contact with the starchy liquid in the inner pot 100.
[0017] Furthermore, the inner pot 100 may also have a handle 4 attached to the pot body 1 or the protrusion 3, which is not limited by this application. However, in this embodiment, the connection to the protrusion 3 is explained as an example. This allows the user to remove the hot inner pot 100 from the outer pot 500 without burning their hands.
[0018] Specifically, one or more handle suspensions 311 are provided on the projection 3, to which the handle 4 can be rotatably attached. This allows the handle 4 to be erected by rotation, as shown in Fig. 2, or lie flat on the projection 3, as shown in Fig. 4 so as not to hinder the closing of the lid 700.
[0019] In summary, the inner cooking pot of the low-carbohydrate rice cooker described in this application actually achieves the expected uses and effects and overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, which is why the application was filed.
[0020] The embodiment described above represents merely a preferred, practical example of this application and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Any structural modifications made using the contents and figures described in this application that achieve an equivalent effect are also considered to be within the scope of this application.
