Abstract
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202520146597.4, filed on January 22, 2025, which is hereby incorporated by reference. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Technical field of the invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a goalkeeper glove, particularly to a goalkeeper glove capable of preventing aging of the inner edge of a sewing thread of an anti-slip padding of the glove. 2. State of the art
[0003] In soccer, the ball's speed often exceeds 100 km / h, and the impact when catching or stopping the ball is very powerful, so goalkeepers can suffer serious hand injuries if they catch the ball with their bare hands. Therefore, goalkeepers wear goalkeeper gloves to protect both hands.
[0004] Known goalkeeper gloves comprise a non-slip padding layer and a fabric material. The non-slip padding layer comprises a palm portion, a plurality of finger padding portions, and an inner wrist portion, wherein the finger padding portions are arranged at a first end of the palm portion and the inner wrist portion is arranged at a second end of the palm portion. The fabric material comprises a back-of-the-hand portion, a plurality of finger padding portions, and a back-of-the-wrist portion. The back-of-the-hand portion is sewn to the palm portion, the finger padding portions are arranged at a first end of the back-of-the-hand portion, the finger padding portions are each sewn to the finger padding, the back-of-the-wrist portion is arranged at a second end of the back-of-the-hand portion, and the inner wrist portion is sewn to the back-of-the-wrist portion.
[0005] When the goalkeeper catches, saves, parries or deflects the ball, the palm section provides an anti-slip effect for the palm, the finger pad sections provide an anti-slip effect for the finger pads, and the inner wrist section provides a non-slip pad for the inside of the wrist, thereby protecting the palm, fingertips, inner fingers and inner wrist from injuries caused by strong forces.
[0006] However, the non-slip padding is prone to aging, which causes the surface of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the non-slip padding to tear easily.
[0007] In addition, the fingertip sections and both lateral finger pad sections of the finger pad sections are key positions for intercepting, defending, parrying and deflecting the ball and touch the ball more frequently and are therefore more likely to be affected by cracks or breaks due to wear and tear than other parts.
[0008] In addition, the anti-slip effect of the pads with anti-slip effect is limited. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] An object of the present invention is to provide a goalkeeper glove capable of preventing aging of the inner edge of a sewing thread of an anti-slip cushioning layer, thereby protecting the inner edge of the sewing thread of the anti-slip cushioning layer from aging or wear and improving the anti-slip effect by an adhesive layer.

[0026] The embodiments of the present invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and reference numerals so that they can be carried out or reproduced accordingly by those skilled in the art after studying this description.
[0027] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Fig. Figure 2 shows a front view of the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the present invention provides a goalkeeper glove capable of protecting an inner edge of a sewing thread of a non-slip padding layer from aging or wear, the goalkeeper glove comprising a non-slip padding layer 10, a woven material 20, and a first paint layer 30. The non-slip padding layer 10 includes a palm portion 11, a plurality of finger padding portions 12, and an inner wrist portion 13. The finger pads 12 are disposed at a first end of the palm portion 11, and the inner wrist portion 13 is disposed at a second end of the palm portion 11. The woven material 20 is made of fabric and includes a backhand portion 21, a plurality of finger padding portions 22, and a back wrist portion 23. The backhand portion 21 is sewn to the palm portion 11.The finger back portions 22 are arranged at a first end of the hand back portion 21. The finger back portions 22 are each sewn to the finger pad portions 12. The wrist back portion 23 is arranged at a second end of the hand back portion 21. The wrist back portion 23 is sewn to the inner wrist portion 13. The first color layer 30 is arranged at the inner edge of the sewing thread of the non-slip pad layer 10 and has adhesive properties.
[0028] When the goalkeeper catches, saves, parries, or deflects a ball, the palm portion 11 provides an anti-slip effect for the palm, the finger pad portions 12 provide an anti-slip effect for the finger pads, and the inside wrist portion 13 provides an anti-slip effect for the inside of the wrist, thereby protecting the palm, fingertips, inside fingers, and inside of the wrist from injuries caused by strong force.
[0029] As a result, the goalkeeper glove according to the present invention prevents the inner edge of the sewing thread of the non-slip cushioning layer 10 from aging or wearing away due to the first color layer 30 with stickiness, so that the surface of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the non-slip cushioning layer 10 does not have any cracks or breaks even after prolonged use of the goalkeeper glove according to the invention.
[0030] Furthermore, the goalkeeper glove of the present invention enhances the anti-slip effect of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the anti-slip cushioning layer 10 by the first paint layer 30 having adhesiveness, whereby the goalkeeper can hold or handle the ball stably without the ball slipping from the hands, reducing the risk of losing the ball.
[0031] Preferably, the non-slip pad 10 is made of latex.
[0032] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the goalkeeper glove according to the present invention in the first preferred embodiment further includes a plurality of second ink layers 40, 40A. The second ink layers 40, 40A are disposed on the finger pad portions 12, are located at an inner side region of the first ink layer 30, and have adhesiveness. More specifically, the second ink layers 40, 40A having adhesiveness in addition to the first ink layer 30 further protect the finger pad portions 12, which are key positions for catching, blocking, parrying, and deflecting the ball and frequently contact the ball, from aging or wear, so that the surface of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the finger pad portions 12 does not exhibit cracks or breakage even after long-term use of the goalkeeper glove according to the present invention. In addition, the second paint layers 40, 40A with adhesiveness further enhance the anti-slip effect of the finger pad portions 12, allowing the goalkeeper to hold or operate the ball stably without the ball slipping from the hands, reducing the risk of losing the ball.
[0033] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, each second ink layer 40 preferably has a plurality of stripes 41 for the finger pad portions 12 associated with the thumb, index finger, and little finger, wherein the stripes 41 are distributed on both sides of the finger pad portions 12, and one end of each stripe 41 is arranged on the first ink layer 30. In particular, since the fingertip portions and both sides of the finger pad portions 12 are key positions for catching, parrying, blocking, and deflecting the ball, and touch the ball more frequently, the stripes 41 with adhesive property, in addition to the first ink layer 30, protect the inner edge of the sewing thread of the fingertip portions and both sides of the finger pad portions 12 associated with the thumb, index finger, and little finger from aging or deterioration.Wear, so that the surface of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the fingertip portions and both sides of the finger pad portions 12 associated with the thumb, index finger, and little finger will not show any cracks or breaks even after prolonged use of the goalkeeper glove according to the invention. Furthermore, the strips 41 with adhesive property further enhance the anti-slip effect of the inner edge of the sewing thread of the fingertip portions and both sides of the finger pad portions 12 associated with the thumb, index finger, and little finger, thereby enabling the goalkeeper to hold or handle the ball stably, preventing the ball from slipping from the hands, and reducing the risk of accidentally losing the ball.In particular, the adhesive strips 41 are sufficient to achieve the above-mentioned two advantages, and it is not necessary to arrange the second color layer 40 on the entire surface of the finger pad portions 12 associated with the thumb, index finger, and little finger, which contributes to cost reduction.
