Description

Technical FieldThe invention relates to a storage and cost-reducing foldable leg lifting device which has a cost-effective resistance mechanism, reduces the space requirement during folding and enables changing leg lifting movements with resistance.Prior ArtThe conventional leg-lifting device previously filed by the inventor, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, includes at least a base assembly 100, a main handle support 200, two driving rods 300, a fixed roller 600, and two resistance cylinders 700, the base assembly 100 having a first support rod 110, a second support rod 120, and a third support rod 130 that can be folded. The main handle support 200 is fixedly connected to the front portion of the first support rod 110. The two driving rods 300 are respectively pivotally connected at their upper ends to the two sides of the first support rod 11 as a fulcrum and can alternately swing forward and rearward along an arc-shaped moving distance. At their lower ends, a pedal 40 is articulated. The fixed pulley 60 is disposed on the third support rod 13 to wind a rope 610. The two ends of the cable 610 are connected to the upper ends of the two driving rods 300. The two resistance cylinders 70 are hinged at the lower end to the left and right sides of the third support rod 130, and at the upper end to the upper ends of the drive rods 300. Thereby, the functions of collapsing and training by leg lifting are achieved. The two drive rods 300 can perform an alternating resistance pivot motion through the two resistance cylinders 700 and the cable 610. However, there are the following disadvantages:(1) In the two resistance cylinders 700, after long use, oil or air may leak out, which requires maintenance and replacement and increases the maintenance cost of the apparatus.(2) Due to the currently extremely poor international economic position and the weak purchase force, sales of sports goods are going back. Buyers hope that manufacturers may offer products at a lower cost with the same function to drive the consumer's purchase waste and purchase strength.(3) Fig. 14 shows the conventional leg-raising apparatus after folding. Since the current international logistics costs are not only high but also increase further, the transport costs for the export are increased, which indirectly leads to the end sales price of the products increasing, so that it makes it difficult for buyers and consumers to accept and buy the products. Thus, customers also hope to further reduce the transport volume of the products in order to reduce logistics and transport costs and thus the overall product costs.Object of the InventionThe object of the invention is to provide a storage space and cost-reducing foldable leg lifting device comprising:a base assembly comprising a first support rod and a second support rod, wherein the first support rod and the second support rod are each connected at their lower ends to a cross rod that can lie flat on the ground, and wherein the upper end of the second support rod is foldably connected to the center of the first support rod; a main handle support that is fixed at its upper end to the front portion of the first support rod and is provided with a handle at the upper end; two drive rods that are pivotally hinged at their upper ends to the two sides of the first support rod and can alternately pivot forward and rearward along an arcuate travel path, wherein a pedal is hinged at each of their lower ends; a fixed pulley disposed at the rear of the first support rod to wind a rope, the two ends of the rope being connected to the upper ends of the drive rods; and two elastic resistance members disposed at two sides of the first support rod and connected at one end to the cross rod and at the other end to the drive rods to provide resistance when the two drive rods alternately pivot. The advantages of the invention are as follows:By improving the mounting position and structure of the two elastic resistance members, not only can the cost for maintenance and replacement of parts be saved effectively and the cost of the parts be decreased, but also the volume after folding can be decreased, thereby reducing the packaging volume and the transportation cost. The import cost of the product is decreased and the sales price of the product is reduced, thereby increasing the marketability of the consumer and making storage more convenient.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 3 is a front view of the fixed pulley and cable of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the inside of the driving rod of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 6 is a folding diagram of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 7 is an illustration of the insert of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the other example of the elastic resistance elements of the first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the invention, FIG. 10 is an exploded view of the second embodiment of the invention, FIG. 11 is a folding diagram of the second embodiment of the invention, FIG. 12 is an illustration of the insert of the second embodiment of the invention, FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the conventional leg-lifting apparatus, FIG. 14 is a view showing the folding of the conventional leg-lifting apparatus of FIG. 13.WAYS OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTIONIn order to provide a more thorough understanding and understanding of the purpose, features and effects of the invention, the invention will be described in detail in conjunction with the embodiments in the brief description of the drawings. First, as shown in the first embodiment in Figs. 1 to 8, the bennzer grasps the handle 23 with both hands and steps on the pedals 40 with feet. By the fixed pulley 60, the rope 61 and the two elastic resistance members 70, the two drive rods 30 alternately swing forward and rearward along an arc-shaped movement distance against the resistance, thereby raising the two legs alternately against the resistance. 2. second, as in the second embodiment shown in Figs. 9 to 12, in addition to the above paragraph (1), assist grip support assemblies 90 are added on both sides of the base assembly 10. The user can grasp the first link rods 91 with both hands that swing by the swing of the two drive rods 30, so that the user can simultaneously perform the alternate swing motions of the hands and the legs. 3. third, the invention has improved the resistance. The elastic resistance elements 70 are formed by elastic annular bands or elastic ropes and can generate resistance when the drive rods are alternately pivoted. Moreover, the elastic resistance members 70 are detached at all times (leg raising motion without resistance) or are mounted again (leg raising motion with resistance). Thereby:(1) As shown in FIG. 1, when the two elastic resistance members 70 are elastic annular bands, they can respectively wrap around the first connecting member 141 of the cross bar 14 and the second connecting member 34 on the inner side of the drive rod 30; and(2) As shown in FIG. 8, when the two elastic resistance members 70 are elastic wires, they may be connected at one end to the first link 141 of the cross bar 14 and at the other end to the second link 34 on the inner side of the drive rod 30, respectively.4. Finally, in practice, it is a better embodiment to provide three spaced apart second connecting elements 34 on the inside of the drive rod 30, wherein one end of the resilient resistance element 70 can be connected to one of the second connecting elements 34 at different distances to obtain different pulling force and thereby provide different resistances as the drive rod 30 pivots. With the structure of the above specific embodiments, the present invention can achieve the following advantages: 1. in comparison with the conventional leg-lifting apparatus, the present invention can use the two elastic resistance members 70 (elastic ring-shaped straps or elastic ropes) in alternating pivotal movements of legs and arms to obtain resistance, which not only makes the pivoting of the two driving rods 30 and the additional assist grip support assemblies 90 smooth and smooth, but can also effectively train the hip, knee and ankle joints and stretch the core muscle groups such as the abdominal and buttocks muscles. Secondly, it is noteworthy that if the user desires a light training mode, the user can simply connect one end of the two resilient resistance elements 70 (resilient annular straps or elastic cables) to another second connection element 34 or remove it completely to enjoy the alternating pivotal movements with different resistance or without resistance, so that the user can select between different training modes at all times to increase the fun on the training. 2. as a continuation of the above paragraph 1, in the two elastic resistance members 70, regardless of whether they are elastic annular bands or elastic ropes, the problem that after a prolonged period of use, oil or air leaks from the two resistance cylinders 700 of the conventional leg-lifting device can be avoided, thereby solving the problem of maintenance and replacement of parts and thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the device. 3. the present invention has a much lower part cost for the two resistance elastic members 70, regardless of whether they are elastic ring-shaped straps or elastic ropes, than that of the two resistance cylinders 700 of the conventional leg-lifting apparatus. This not only can the total product cost be reduced, which positively affects sales of the seller, but also results in consumers being rather ready to accept the final price and having higher market costs for this. 4 Referring to FIGS. 6 and 14, in the present invention, the third support rod 130 and the two resistance cylinders 700 of the conventional leg-lifting apparatus are omitted. Therefore, the volume of the present invention is further reduced after collapsing, which not only reduces the volume of shipping packaging and reduces product transport costs, but also allows buyers to reduce product import costs and product sales prices, thereby increasing consumers' purchase capabilities. Moreover, the user can fold it smaller for easier storage.List of reference characters[Related Art] 100 Base assembly 110 First support rod 120 Second support rod 130 Third support rod 200 Handgrip support 300 Drive rod 400 Pedal 600 Fixed pulley 610 Cable 700 Resistance cylinder [Invention] 10 Base assembly 11 First support rod 111 Link member 12 Second support rod 14 Cross rod 141 First link member 15 Cross rod 18 Pulley 20 Main handgrip support 21 Upper handgrip rod 22 Lower handgrip rod 23 Handle 24 Operation panel 30 Drive rod 31 Axle rod 32 Fixing member 33 Link member 34 Second link member 40 Pedal 50 Seat 60 Fixed pulley 61 Cable 70 Elastic resistance member 80 Fixing pin 90 Auxiliary handgrip support assembly 91 First coupling rod 92 Second coupling rod 93 Third coupling rod
