Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging for receiving at least one knife consisting of a preferably fixed blade and a handle, having a cover part and a base part, which can be placed on top of one another.Such a packaging is known, for example, from DE 10 2021 116 966 A1.A knife in the sense of this invention is a cutting tool, in particular for processing foods, the packaging of which must be suitable not only for protecting and presenting the knife but also for protecting the purchaser or a viewer from injuries. The blades of new knives are sharply ground and can lead to considerable injuries to the customer of the viewers if the packaging is improper. In addition to the protection, however, the packaging also has a presentation task, so that the potential purchaser recognizes the contents of the packaging or the type of knife located in the packaging.Furthermore, packaging in the manner of a box or box is known, into which a plastic insert or the like is inserted, which has a trough-shaped recess for the knife, in which recess both the blade and the handle of the knife are accommodated largely immovably.A disadvantage of the known packages is that the sharply ground cutting edge of the blade comes into contact with parts of the package. If there is play between the recess and the knife, the knife can move, for example, during transport in the package and the blade edge rub against the wall of the recess, thus making it dull. If no play is present and the knife is held firmly in the recess, there is the risk that, when it is removed from the packaging or placed back into the packaging-for example when reviewed by a potential purchaser-it is rubbed with the cutting edge over the recess and the cutting edge becomes blunt in the process. The packaging known from DE 10 2021 116 966 A1 consists of cardboard and is folded from a blank. To protect the blade, a separate compartment is provided which can be folded by itself from the blank while the knife handle is exposed and the knife is thus presented to the customer. In order to protect the customer from injuries, however, the separate compartment completely surrounds the blade, so that here too the aforementioned problem arises that the cutting edge comes into contact with the material of the packaging during vibrations or during removal of the knife from the packaging and then wears and becomes dull.Starting from this problem, the packaging for a knife that can be used as a cutting tool is to be improved in such a way that the knife is securely accommodated in the packaging and the disadvantages known from the prior art with regard to the dulling of the cutting edge are prevented. For solving the problem, a packaging of the generic type is distinguished in that the mutually superposed surfaces of the cover part and of the base part are closed, but only at least one recess is provided in each case both in the cover part and in the base part, which recess is large enough to accommodate only the handle.By means of this embodiment, the knife can be securely fixed within the closed packaging by means of its handle. However, the blade does not lie in any recess and also in any free space, but is clamped between the cover part and the base part. It is thereby also fixed. However, the cutting edge cannot come into contact with the material of the packaging even in the event of vibrations, but a gap corresponding to the thickness of the blade is formed between the cover part and the base part, so that, if slight movements occur, the cutting edge can nevertheless oscillate freely. The knife is fixed between the cover part and the base part by its geometry without the use of additional securing means such as cords, retaining clips, foams or blade protectors, as are also known from the prior art.Preferably, the cover part and the base part are pivotably connected to one another. This achieves a particularly simple configuration and simplifies the production of the packaging. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the edge contour of the recess corresponds to the circumferential contour of the handle. The term edge contour is to be understood here as the peripheral line of the cutout and the peripheral contour of the handle is to be understood as the silhouette of the handle or the peripheral line of its projection surface. The handle is fixed not by embedding in a trough-shaped recess (plastic insert), but by a planar contour cut out continuously, which corresponds exactly to the silhouette of the handle in plan view. This type of recess is not recessed, but rather is similar to a precisely defined hole in the surfaces of the two packaging elements cover part and base part. As a result, the handle is not covered in the closed state of the two elements, but is visible from the outside. This principle brings the following advantages: a. Staggered unboxing in two clearly separate steps with dramatturgic voltage build-up.The two-stage opening concept produces an intentional intention-comparable to a stage occurrence in which central elements become visible one after the other.Step 1: After removing the outer packaging wrapper, the handle becomes visible - through the silhouetted opening.Step 2: By removing or unfolding the upper packaging element, the blade is completely exposed. The staggered visibility directs the focus of the user specifically to individual product features-first the shape and color of the handle, then the sharpness and precision of the blade. c. Immediate visual product presence and identification of the product by the visible handle part is possible for a first tactile and visual encounter with the product already before the complete opening of the packaging. b. This offers the advantage, especially in the sales environment, that female customers and customers can gain a direct impression of the individual grain and coloring of the respective handle-without having to fully open the packaging. The characteristic shape of the handle, which is always slightly different, for example, in hand-made products, can also be seen at first glance, which contributes to differentiation and decision making. At the same time, it is also possible to identify at a glance in the storage or shipping process which grip variant is located in the packaging, which significantly facilitates handling and sorting. The handle is fixed against movement in the plane only by the two recesses-one in each case in the cover part and one in the bottom part of the packaging (X / Y direction). It is thus prevented that the knife moves laterally or longitudinally. The blade lies flat between the two parts and is thereby fixed against movement upwards and downwards (Z direction). The particularly sensitive cutting edge (sharpened lower region of the blade; frequently also called cutting edge) is significantly thinner and does not touch any packaging material, but floats freely in the intermediate space of the two parts. The following advantages are achieved with the invention: a. Complete fixation without additional materials. The knife is stabilized in all spatial directions-solely by its shape and the packaging geometry. No further fixation mechanisms or materials are required. e.g. effective protection of the blade. The cantilevered blade never comes into contact with other materials during transport, storage and handling. This prevents wear or destruction of the cutting edge and thus of sharpness. c. High transport safety. The controlled storage does not damage the product or the environment. The cutting edge remains securely in the interior without being able to puncture or protrude. i.e. optimized handling during assembly and unpacking. Dispensing with separate fixing elements (cable ties, protective caps, etc.) reduces the effort and errors in assembly. At the same time, the removal of additional packaging layers or packaging materials, which may possibly be perceived as awkward, is dispensed with for the user. e. No visual impairment of the blade is avoided. In contrast to conventional packaging solutions with blade protectors, the blade remains completely visible after opening the cover part-without visual covering or disturbing intermediate materials.Preferably, the cover part and in particular preferably also the base part consist of two mirror-image-shaped halves which are pivotable relative to one another and can be placed against one another. This configuration achieves stable packaging.Preferably, the cover part and the base part consist of corrugated cardboard or honeycomb board. This makes the package light and yet stable. For both parts, preferably multi-ply corrugated cardboard or honeycomb board is used. This material is mechanically stiff, light, easily processable and environmentally advantageous. The structured surface with visible waves and cut edges is not a side effect, but can be used as a deliberate design element. The advantages of this principle are: a. safety due to high rigidity and dimensional stability. Corrugated and honeycomb boards have compressive strength in all directions and have high structural rigidity. They reliably protect against deformation of the package and thereby effectively reduce the risk of the blade coming into contact with the outside world - and thus also the risk of injury, e.g. protection of the blade without accessory materials. The material rigidity and dimensional stability also contribute substantially to the fact that the cutting edge does not come into contact with the packaging elements by external pressure and could thus lose sharpness or even be damaged. c. Resource-saving and lasting. The corrugated or honeycomb paperboard package may be made of partially to fully recycled material and may in turn be fully recycled after use. Compared to many other packaging materials, their production itself is also resource-saving. The construction requires no plastic, metal or composite materials, i.e. low weight, high functionality. Despite its stability, the package remains light and saves transport volume and transport and storage costs. e. Visual support of the brand identity. Intentionally visible wavy structures, rough cut edges and minimal imperfections can emphasize the handy, authentic character of the product-in contrast to smooth, industrially acting packaging solutions. In order that the cover part can be easily lifted off the base part, a punching is preferably provided on a side edge, preferably on the longitudinal side, of the cover part or of the base part. The cover and base parts are preferably firmly connected to one another. This results in a one-piece inner packaging, consisting of two functional halves which are joined together via a fixed connection (e.g. folding or adhesive bonding). This construction makes it possible to easily fold open the packaging without having to disassemble it and separate individual parts. In order to ensure the transport of the packaging, a closable sleeve can be provided which surrounds the cover part and the base part on four sides when these are situated one on top of the other.Preferably, the sleeve extends in the longitudinal direction of the packaging and engages around the bottom part and the cover part on their transverse sides. In order to increase the stability of the packaging, a rectangular envelope can preferably also be provided as an outer packaging, which envelope is closed on at least four sides and the inner periphery of which corresponds to the outer periphery of the pack consisting of the cover part and base part or of the pack consisting of the sleeve, cover part and base part, so that the pack can be pushed into the envelope. This embodiment also achieves a high-quality packaging. Of course, an outer packaging could also be selected which encloses from six sidesThe advantages of this principle are: a. reduction to a total of two or three packaging parts. Only one or two outer packaging and one inner packaging. The inner packaging is the cover and base part, which are integral by the connection. No other loose parts. The entire inner packaging is retained as a unit. b. Simplified handling during production, storage and shipping. The one-piece construction of the cover and base part means fewer process steps, less space requirement and simpler assembly. c. Intuitive, trouble-free opening. The one-piece construction is opened by folding open-no separate parts need to be deposited elsewhere during the unboxing process, which would thus interrupt and / or interfere with it.The packaging according to the invention can be used as a packaging for a set of multiple knives if a second number (i2) of recesses corresponding to the first number (i1) is provided for receiving a first number (i1) of knives (i=1,... n and i1=i2). The size of the recesses depends on the size of the handles. The recesses can thus be of different sizes in order to be able to offer knives of different sizes in a set.It is self-evident that it is not necessary for the invention that only recesses are provided for the handle of the knife, but also further recesses can be provided-whatever for whatever purpose. It is important according to the invention only that these further recesses are designed in such a way that it is ruled out that the cutting edge of the blade can come into contact with material which forms the edge of such a recess and thus becomes dull. The preferably fixed blade of a knife must be clamped between the closed surfaces of the cover parts and base parts lying one on top of the other. In one embodiment of the packaging construction according to the invention, specific recesses can be located in the lid and / or bottom part in the region of the blade-namely exclusively in the upper region of the blade, that is to say where the blade is the thickest and which lies in the vicinity of the folded edge, that is to say the location at which the lid and sub-element of the packaging are connected by the fold. Decisive is: The lower part of the blade-in particular the cutting edge-remains completely cut out from the recess. This region is further fixed by the cover and base part. The cutting edge itself floats freely in the intermediate space of the two elements as before and, furthermore, does not come into contact with any material. The sharpness protection function and the fixing of the knife in all directions are thus retained without limitations by this measure. The following advantages of the principle are thus obtained: a. Optimization of the fit and optical appearance in the closed state. Without the specific cutout, the material thickness (thickness of the blade) in the upper, thicker blade region would lead to a marked spreading of the two packaging parts-in particular since this section is situated close to the hinged connection and there, for geometrical reasons, the spreading effect of the blade thickness acts most strongly. This material tension is reduced by the partial recess: b. The gap between the top part and the bottom part is reduced in a visible manner. i. With slight flexibility of the corrugated board, the gap can even be completely closed in the closed state. ii. This leads to a cleaner, more precise outer contour and overall to a higher-quality appearance of the packaging in the closed state. This structural adaptation thus improves the optical quality of the packaging without causing functional losses during protection, fixing or unboxing.A blank for a packaging made of corrugated or honeycomb board, having two parallel opposite longitudinal sides and two parallel opposite transverse sides, a top side and a bottom side, having a first incision pointing from the bottom side in the direction of the top side, which incision extends parallel to the transverse sides over the full width and runs centrally to the longitudinal sides, so that a first half and a second half are formed, and a second incision and a third incision are provided, which incision point from the top side in the direction of the bottom side, which extend parallel to the transverse sides, extend over the full width and divide the first half into two first fields and the second half into two second fields, wherein a first punching is provided in one of the first fields and a second punching is provided in another of the first fields, the second cut is mirror-image of the first cut, wherein a third cut is provided in one of the second fields and a fourth cut is provided in the other of the second fields, which fourth cut is mirror-image of the third cut via the third cut, and wherein the third cut is mirror-image of the second cut via the first cut.Such a blank can be folded together in the manner of a Leporellos to form the packaging, wherein the punching can then form the recesses for the knife handle and be produced in accordance with the configuration of the handle. The second punching A 2 and / or the third punching A 3 can be followed by a further punching which has the form of a blade. This cut-out is narrower than the blade of the knife to be received. However, it may be longer. Because it is narrower than the blade, the blade cannot later be fully accommodated in the cut-out in the package. The cutting edge is in any case free and cannot come into contact with a wall of the punching. The thicker part of the blade is, however, at least partially accommodated by the punching, whereby the gap between the cover part and the bottom part is reduced when the package is closed. How the cut-outs are produced is unimportant. They can be produced by punching, cutting or in another way. From this blank a package can be folded which consists of four contiguous layers of corrugated cardboard which are connected to one another via a continuous zigzag fold (Leporello). Two layers each form the upper and the lower packaging element, these two elements also being firmly connected to one another. This results in a one-piece packaging part which can be fully unfolded and in the process unfolded into four segments connected in a planar manner. The advantages of the principle are: a. Extended communication area. After removal of the knife, the package can be fully unfolded. An area is produced which corresponds to four times the base area. This is ideally suitable for printing brand messages, images from manual production, care instructions or further information on the product-without additional inserts or books. b. Efficient printing process. All surfaces that appear in the non-boxing lie on one side in the unfolded state and can thus be printed in a single printing operation. This saves production time, reduces printing costs and provides uniform design quality. c. Cost efficiency through standardized material height. The construction of two layers of corrugated board per packaging element (cover part and base part) is more cost-effective than a construction with only one layer each, thicker for this purpose (e.g. of particularly thick special corrugated board or honeycomb board). The reason is that corrugated boards having a total height of about 1⁄4 of the typical grip thickness (grip thickness usually about 20-30 mm), such as the so-called "BC shaft", for example, having a material thickness of about 6 mm, are much more widely used and thus available in large quantities and more favorably. In order to achieve the necessary height of construction for the handle receptacle, a double layer of these standard materials is more economically viable than the use of double as thick, less frequently single plates. The Leporello fold (zigzag fold) of the packaging is made possible by a targeted incision or scoring both on the top side and on the underside of the starting corrugated or honeycomb board. It is important here that this incision or scoring does not completely cut through the starting material, but instead, in the case of an incision or scoring from above, leaves the lower bottom layer of the corrugated or honeycomb board to stand, or, in the case of an incision or scoring from below, leaves the upper top layer of the corrugated or honeycomb board to stand. This double-sided scoring technique makes it possible to fold the material alternately upwards and downwards, whereby a uniform, precise zigzag structure is produced in which all four layers can be placed cleanly on one another by the folding on one another. This results in the following advantages of the principle: a. By folding the individual layers onto one another, exact positioning of the individual layers over one another is achieved. In comparison to a one-sided scoring, the two-sided scoring makes it possible for all four segments of the packaging to be positioned precisely one above the other.Alternative 1--only one-sided scoring plus hinge embossing: if scoring is effected only from one side, the material can be folded in a controlled manner only in one direction. For the opposite direction, a so-called "hinge"-a combination of pressing and cutting is frequently used. This solution is inaccurate, however, and leads to the individual layers not being congruently superimposed. This complicates the exact placement of recesses and impairs the clean appearance of the packaging.b. Pleasing, Resistanceless Opening. The hinge solution also leads to a noticeable resistance during unfolding, which negatively impairs the haptics and the packaging experience. The scoring on both sides, on the other hand, ensures uniform, easy opening-without disturbing tension or exertion of force. c. Avoidance of adhesive bonding efforts. Alternative 2-bonded folding connection: In order to enable folding back, the folds could also be produced by bonding with adhesive tapes or other connecting elements. However, this would have two disadvantages: firstly, increased manufacturing complexity arises, since additional bonding processes are necessary. Secondly, the glue joint can interrupt the designal overall surface and thus interfere with the visual appearance-in particular if the packaging is used as a communication surface. The corrugation structure (also referred to as "corrugation tunnel") of the corrugated board used is preferably oriented such that it extends perpendicularly to the cutting edge of the knife-that is to say approximately at an angle of 90° to the blade edge. This results in the following advantages:Increased rigidity against pressing the packaging in the direction of the cutting edge and thus higher safety. Corrugated board offers its greatest resistance to compressive forces in the direction of the wave tunnels. The perpendicular orientation to the cutting edge significantly makes it difficult to press the packaging in the direction of the blade. This significantly reduces the risk of unintentional contact with the cutting edge-and thus increases the protection against injuries and damage during transport or handling.b. Optimized appearance. At the cut edges of corrugated board, the side at which the corrugations are openly visible acts much cleaner and more uniformly than that which runs parallel to the running direction of the corrugation tunnels. Due to the targeted orientation of the corrugated structure, the more optically appealing corrugated side is visible on the long viewing edge of the packaging-i.e. the side which faces the observer frontally during the unpacking. This contributes to a higher quality, cleared overall impression of the packaging.c. The cuts which make it possible to fold the blank preferably pass through the corrugated layer of the cover part or through the corrugated layer of the lower part as far as the respectively last cover layer, but do not cut on the respectively last cover layer. The respective last cover layer thus serves as the hinges which enable the folding of the blank. If a fifth punching out is provided in the second panel, which extends as far as the second cut line, a grip recess can be produced for the packaging, which facilitates the lifting of the cover part from the base part.Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with the aid of a drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first package in a case; FIG. 2 is a top view of the first package with inserted knives; FIG. 3 is a perspective view according to FIG. 1 without a sheath; FIG. 4 shows the unfolded packaging in a perspective illustration; FIG. 5 shows a partially folded first package; FIG. 6 shows the packaging according to FIG. 5 with inserted knives; FIG. 7 is the representation according to FIG. 3 with the marking of the corrugated board; FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along the line VIII--VIII of FIG. 7; FIG. 9 shows the simplified illustration of the upper side of a blank; FIG. 10 shows the simplified illustration of the underside of the blank according to FIG. 9 ; FIG. 11 shows a second unfolded packaging in a perspective illustration; FIG. 12 shows the second unfolded packaging in another perspective; FIG. 13 is a view similar to FIG. 5 of the second package; FIG. 14 shows the packaging according to FIG. 13 with inserted knives. With reference to two packages, both of which are based on the same principle, the invention will now be described.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the packaging, which is partially inserted into a casing 5, so that the handle 6.1 of the knife 6 accommodated in the packaging itself is visible. The packaging consists of a cover part 1 and a base part 2, which are pivotably connected to one another in such a way that the cover part 1 can be placed on the base part 2.As shown in FIG. 4, the cover part 1 consists of a half 1.2 and a half 1.3. The base part 2 consists of a half 2.2 and a half 2.3. Via an incision E 2, which is guided from the upper side 10 in the direction of the lower side 20 but does not extend through the material in a continuous manner but rather ends at the lower cover layer 2- 1 (cf. FIG. 10 ), a hinge is formed, which allows the two halves 1.2 and 1.3 to be mutually interlocked. Through the incision E3, which is embodied in the same way as the incision E2, the two halves 2.2 and 2.3 are pivotable relative to one another. Provided centrally to the longitudinal side and parallel to the transverse side is an incision E1 which is guided over the full width and is guided from the underside 20 in the direction of the upper side 10 and, like the incisions E2, E3, does not extend through the full material but rather ends at the upper covering layer 1-1. Through this first cut E1, half 1.3 of the cover part 1 and half 2.3 of the base part 2 are pivotable relative to each other and can be placed on each other. In this case, they lie with their upper sides 1.4; 2.4 (compare FIG. 5 ) on top of one another. The halves 1.2, 1.3 and 2.2, 2.3 lie with their rear sides against one another when the packaging is closed. The packaging consists of corrugated cardboard or honeycomb board, which is mechanically stiff, light, easily processable and environmentally advantageous. The packaging is formed via the cuts E1, E2, E3 by folding the halves 1.2, 1.3; 2.2, 2.3 in the manner of a Leporellos. In the halves 1.2, 1.3 and 2.2, 2.3, punchings A1, A2, A3, A4 are provided which are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another and form the recesses 1.1; 2.1 (cf. FIGS. 9 and 10 ). As FIG. 4 shows, the recesses 1.1; 2.1 arranged in the halves 1.2; 2.3 and the recesses 1.1, 2.1 arranged in the halves 1.3, 2.2 are identical to one another, because the mirroring takes place via the incisions E1, E2, E3. The recesses 1.1, 2.1 correspond in their circumferential contour to the circumferential contour of the handle 6.1 of the knife 6 (compare FIG. 6 ). It can be seen that the circumferential contour of the handle 6.1 means its silhouette or projection surface. Exact mirroring via the incisions E 1, E 2, E 3 is not absolutely necessary. A slight offset can be harmless in order to fix the handle or handles 6.1 of the knives 6 later. If the base part 2 is formed by pivoting the halves 2.2, 2.3 towards one another, the knife 6 can be placed on top and placed with its handle 6.1 into the recesses 2.1. The blade 6.2 then lies flat on the closed surface of the half 2.3. To close the packaging, half 1.3 is then pivoted over half 2.3, so that the upper sides 1.4, 2.4 lie on top of one another, and finally half 1.2 is placed with its lower side on the lower side of half 1.3. The knife 6 is then fixed in the X / Y plane via the recesses 1.1, 2.1 and in the Z direction via the halves 1.3, 2.3. As FIG. 8 shows, a thin gap 3 is formed between the cover part 1 and the base part 2, which gap can be at most as large as the blade 6.2 at its thickest point. The incision E1 extends over the full width B1 of the blank and is guided from the lower side 20 in the direction of the upper side 10, wherein the corrugated structure of the corrugated layer 1-2, 2-2 is completely severed, but the incision E1 ends at the covering layer 1-1, which is not severed, so that the hinge is formed. The same applies to the cuts E2 and E3 in an analogous embodiment. After the knife 6 has been placed in the packaging consisting of the lid part 1 and the bottom part 2, a sleeve 4 consisting of a strip of thin cardboard or kraft paper can be placed around the lid part 1 and the bottom part 2. The strip has approximately the length of two longitudinal sides L and two thicknesses D of the package, so that it can be folded over longitudinally around the package and then sealed by an adhesive tape or the like. The package is then enclosed on four sides by the sleeve 4. For further packaging and forming a transport package, this package consisting of package and sleeve can then be inserted into the casing 5, which can be printed with advertising and the like.At the cut edges of the corrugated board, the side at which the corrugations are openly visible acts much cleaner and more evenly than that which runs parallel to the running direction of the corrugation tunnels, which can be seen from FIG. 7. Due to the targeted orientation of the corrugated structure, the more optically appealing corrugated side is visible on the longitudinal side L of the packaging-i.e. the side which will face the observer frontally during the unpacking. This contributes to a higher quality, cleared overall impression of the packaging.FIGS. 9 and 10 show purely schematically a blank of corrugated cardboard from which the packaging can be produced. The corrugated board can be formed in one or more layers. The blank is rectangular. Centrally to the longitudinal side L, over the full width B 1, a first incision E 1 or a first scoring is made, which starts from the underside 20, penetrates the wave structure and ends at the covering layer 1- 1 of the upper side 10 without severing the latter. This forms two halves I, II. These halves I, II are divided into four fields F1-1, F1-2 and F2-1, F2-2 by a second incision E2 and a third incision E3. The second and third cuts E 2, E 3 are made from the top side 10 toward the bottom side 20. They likewise extend at right angles to the longitudinal side L and over the full width B. They pass completely through the wave structure and end at the lower covering layer 2- 1 without severing and forming the latter, as a result of which hinges are configured such that they can be pivoted with respect to one another by the surfaces F 1- 1 and F 1- 2 and by the surfaces F 2- 1 and F 2- 2. The longitudinal side L1 of the blank becomes the transverse side Q of the package and the transverse side Q1 of the blank becomes the longitudinal side L of the folded packageIn order to form an engagement with which the cover part 1 can easily be lifted off the base part 2, a 5th punching E 5 is provided, which is provided centrally in the surface F 1- 2 with respect to the direction of the width and ends at the incision E 2 or the scoring.A second embodiment is shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, and the packaging according to the second embodiment differs from that according to the first embodiment only in that in the cover part 1 and / or in the base part 2, more precisely in half 1.3 and / or half 2.3, the recess 1.1 and / or 2.1, which corresponds to the silhouette of the handle 6.1 of the knife 6, is extended by a recess 1.1' and or 2.1'. This recess 2.1' has the contour of a blade, but it is narrower than the blade 6.2 of the knife 6. Because it is narrower, the blade 6.2 continues to lie on or abut on the closed surface of the halves 1.3, 2.3 in the region of its cutting edge 6.3, so that it has no contact with the material and cannot blunt. Ideally, the recess 2.1' is somewhat longer than the blade 6.2. The recess 1.1' and / or 2.1' has the task of reducing the gap 3, in which a thicker part of the blade 6.2 can be accommodated therein. Due to the elasticity of the corrugated board, the gap 3 can be closed almost zero or even completely.List of reference characters1 Cover part 1.1 Recess 1.1' Recess 1.1.1 Edge contour 1.2 Half 1.3 Half 1.4 Underside 1-1 Cover layer 1-2 Corrugated layer 2 Base part 2.1 Recess 2.1' Recess 2.1.1 Edge contour 2.2 Half 2.3 Half 2.4 Upper side 2-1 Cover layer 2-2 Corrugated layer 3 Gap 5 Casing 6 Knife 6.1 Handle 6.2 Blade 6.3 Cutting edge 10 Upper side 20 Underside A1 First punching A2 Second punching A3 Third punching A4 Fourth punching A5 Fifth punching B Width B1 Width D Thickness E1 First cut E2 Second cut E3 Third cut F1-1 First panel F1-2 First panel F2-1 Second panel F2-2 second field I half II half L longitudinal side L 1 longitudinal side Q transverse side Q 1 transverse side X direction Y direction Z directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
