Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to a woven tape, and more particularly to a seamless woven tape, a headband, a clothes tape, and a product fastening tape.Prior ArtIn existing connecting straps, the strap, when connected at one end to a closed ring, is usually first guided through the closed ring, then bent over by 180° and then sewn, so that it is fastened to the closed ring. This method of attachment produces a double step-like structure at the seam. On the one hand, this step-like structure has a relatively visually striking and low aesthetic effect, and on the other hand, the step-like structure can cause a clearly perceptible feeling of foreign bodies when in contact with the body. With prolonged contact and friction, this can lead to stinging pain or even skin abrasions.Content of the Present Utility ModelThe object of the present invention is to provide a seamless woven tape, a headband, a clothes tape and a product fastening tape to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art.The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:A seamless woven tape comprising a base segment, the base segment being formed of an integral segment and a branched segment disposed at the end of the integral segment, the integral segment and the branched segment being integrally woven, the branched segment comprising an upper branched portion and a lower branched portion, the length of the lower branched portion being greater than the length of the upper branched portion, the end of the lower branched portion being folded over and aligned with the end of the upper branched portion to form a splicing portion, the two ends constituting the splicing portion being joined together by ultrasonic welding or bonding, whereby the folded-over part of the lower branched portion forms a closed joint ring. The base segment is cut from a long band, the long band consisting of a single-layer segment and a double-layer segment spaced apart. The integral segment is the single layer segment and the branched segment is formed by staggered cutting of the double layer segment. The long band is woven through an upper warp, an upper face warp, an upper weft, a lower warp, a lower face warp and a lower weft. In weaving the double-ply segment, the upper warp and the upper face warp are woven only across the upper weft, and the lower warp and the lower face warp are woven only across the lower weft. When weaving the single-ply segment, the weave of the upper warp with the upper weft remains unchanged, the weave of the lower warp with the lower weft remains unchanged, the upper face warp is cross-woven with the upper weft and the lower weft, and the lower face warp is also cross-woven with the upper weft and the lower weft. The connecting ring is connected to a buckle, wherein the buckle comprises a closed ring for connection. The lower branched portion is ultrasonically welded or bonded after passing through the closed ring. There is also provided a headband comprising a seamless woven tape as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven tape are provided with connecting rings. There is also provided a clothes tape comprising a seamless woven tape as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven tape are provided with connecting rings. There is also provided a product fastening tape comprising a seamless woven tape as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven tape are provided with connecting rings. The present invention has the following advantageous effects: A base segment in the present invention is composed of an integral segment and a branched segment disposed at the end of the integral segment. The integral segment and the branched segment are integrally woven. The branched segment includes an upper branched portion and a lower branched portion, wherein the length of the lower branched portion is greater than that of the upper branched portion. The end of the lower branched portion is folded over and aligned with the end of the upper branched portion to form a splice portion. The two ends constituting the splice portion are joined together by ultrasonic welding or bonding, whereby the folded-over part of the lower branched portion constitutes a closed joint ring. The tape has good bond strength, resists larger tensile forces and external forces, and does not tend to be loosened or broken. In addition, the joint at the splice portion is planar, and the total thickness of the integral segment and the branched segment remains uniform. This avoids the step-like structure, which can cause a foreign body feel during use. Moreover, the surface is smooth and planar, making the appearance more aesthetic. The tape is suitable for headband, apparel tape, product fastening tape, and similar applications.Brief Description of the DrawingsThe present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Note that in the present utility model, the embodiments and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other as long as there is no conflict. It should be understood that these descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.Hereinafter, in conjunction with drawings, one of the embodiments of the present invention will be described.Referring to Figs. 1 to 8, there is shown a seamless woven tape comprising a base segment 1, the base segment 1 consisting of an integral segment 2 and a branched segment 3 disposed at the end of the integral segment 2. The integral segment 2 and the branched segment 3 are integrally woven. The branched segment 3 comprises an upper branched portion 4 and a lower branched portion 5, the length of the lower branched portion 5 being greater than that of the upper branched portion 4. The two ends forming the splice portion 6 are joined together by ultrasonic welding or bonding, whereby the folded-over part of the lower branched portion 5 forms a closed joint ring 7. The tape has good bond strength, resists larger tensile forces and external forces, and does not tend to be loosened or broken. In addition, the joint at the splice portion 6 is flat, and the total thickness of the integral segment 2 and the branched segment 3 remains uniform. This avoids the step-like structure, which can cause a foreign body feel during use. Moreover, the surface is smooth and planar, making the appearance more aesthetic. The two ends forming the splicing portion 6 are fully abutted against the front end of the lower branched portion 5. The connecting ring 7 is formed entirely by the lower branched portion 5. Between the two ends forming the splicing portion 6 and the lower branched portion 5, a reinforcing plate 11 is inserted which is coated on both sides with hot melt adhesive, and then a thermal pressing is carried out, wherein the reinforcing plate is formed as a net-shaped structure of yarn with hot melt adhesive PA, TPU, PUR or mixtures thereof, and the reinforcing plate is made of non-elastic or slightly elastic material, wherein the thermal pressing corresponds to the state of the art without particular requirements, and wherein the adhesive can be applied pointwise or flatly. Thereby, the two ends constituting the splice portion 6 and the leading end of the lower branched portion 5 are joined into one layer. Since this welded and pressed region is not elastic or only slightly elastic, fracture cannot occur at this point.Alternatively, the two ends constituting the splice portion 6 may be directly joined (to ensure the joint strength, they may be fastened by sewing). Here, the upper branched portion 4 and the lower branched portion 5 together enclose the connecting ring 7.The base segment 1 is cut from a long tape, the long tape being composed of a single-layer segment 8 and a double-layer segment 9 spaced apart. The integral segment 2 is the single-layer segment 8, and the branched segment 3 is formed by staggered cutting of the double-layer segment 9. The long band is manufactured by the braiding machine, and then a plurality of base bands 1 are formed by offset cutting. In weaving the long tape, the upper warp 12, the upper face warp 13, the upper weft 14, the lower warp 15, the lower face warp 16, and the lower weft 17 are used. In weaving the double-ply segment 9, the upper warp 12 and the upper face warp 13 are woven only in a crossed manner with the upper weft 14, and the lower warp 15 and the lower face warp 16 are woven only in a crossed manner with the lower weft 17. Thereby, the three types of yarns, namely, the upper warp 12, the upper cover warp 13 and the upper weft 14, remain independent of the other three types of yarns, namely, the lower warp 15, the lower cover warp 16 and the lower weft 17 (as shown in FIG. 7 ). When weaving the single-ply segment 8, the weave of the upper warp 12 with the upper weft 14 remains unchanged, the weave of the lower warp 15 with the lower weft 17 remains unchanged, the upper top warp 13 is cross-woven with the upper weft 14 and the lower weft 17, and the lower top warp 16 is cross-woven with the upper weft 14 and the lower weft 17 (as shown in FIG. 6 ), thereby forming the single-ply segment 8. The upper weft 14 and the lower weft 17 consist of a composite weft of nylon thread and fusible thread. In the cutting, a hot cutting method is used, in which the fusible thread in the composite weft is fused and sealed in order to avoid the cutting edges from ripping out.The melt filament is either high melting polyester or low melting polyamide. In the present invention, the low melting point polyamide is used. The proportion of the melt thread is varied depending on the production requirements. The connecting ring 7 is connected to a buckle 10, the buckle 10 having a closed ring for connection. The lower branched portion 5 is ultrasonically welded or bonded after passing through the closed ring.Embodiment 1: The integral segment 2 may have the branched segment 3 only at one end, while the other end remains the integral segment 2 itself. In this embodiment, one end of the integral segment 2 is formed as a branched segment 3 to form the connecting ring 7 and connect it to the buckle 10, while the other end is fixed to a product such as a shoulder belt of a backpack.Embodiment 2: The two ends of the integral segment 2 are formed as branched segments 3. In this embodiment, the two ends each form a connecting ring 7 for connecting a buckle 10, wherein the two buckles are designed as counterparts (male / female) and can be locked to one another. This embodiment is particularly suitable for fixing straps used, for example, for tying together a folded tent to prevent accidental detachment. There is also provided a head band comprising a seamless woven band as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven band are provided with connecting rings 7.There is also provided a clothes tape comprising a seamless woven tape as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven tape are provided with connecting rings 7.There is also provided a product fastening tape comprising a seamless woven tape as described above, wherein one end or both ends of the seamless woven tape are provided with connecting rings 7.In the present invention, unless otherwise stated, the term "plural" means two or more.
