Abstract
Description
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a safety seat and, more particularly, to a belt positioning structure for a safety seat.
[0002] A safety seat, especially a child safety seat, typically uses a five-point harness (i.e., a safety belt) structure that can securely connect a child's body to the seat at five attachment points through two shoulder straps, two lap belts, and a crotch strap to ensure the child's safety in the safety seat. However, in practice, the straps may be either above or below the child's body when inserting or removing the child from the safety seat, which may prevent a caregiver from smoothly inserting or removing the child from the safety seat.
[0003] Currently, some safety seats on the market are equipped with automatic belt ejection devices, which allow the belt to automatically move to an area outside the safety seat after being unlocked. However, this structure is complex, the ejection process is noisy, and the ejection position is relatively fixed. Other safety seats are equipped with positioning structures, and after the belt is unlocked, the caregiver can hang the unlocked belt on the positioning structure. However, this process is cumbersome and there is only a single positioning location, which is not practical for daily use.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need to improve the existing belt positioning structure of the safety seat to position the belt at any location to improve the flexibility of use and user-friendliness.
[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a belt positioning structure with a simple structure that can conveniently position a belt at any location.
[0006] To achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a belt positioning structure comprising: a positioning member connected to a safety seat; and a belt cover fitted over a belt extending from the safety seat. When the belt is in an unfastened and loose state, at least a part of the positioning member is movable relative to the safety seat under an external force to be positioned at an arbitrary location after the movement, and the belt cover is connected to the at least a part of the positioning member that has moved, so that the belt over which the belt cover is fitted is positioned at an arbitrary location corresponding to the at least a part of the positioning member according to the movement of the at least a part of the positioning member.
[0007] In one embodiment, the positioning element is firmly connected to the safety seat, the positioning element is made of a deformable material, and the positioning element deforms relative to the safety seat under the action of external force and retains its shape after deformation.
[0008] In one embodiment, the positioning element comprises a positioning element connecting end fixedly connected to the safety seat, and a positioning element body extending from the positioning element connecting end; the positioning element body is bendable at any angle relative to the positioning element connecting end under the action of an external force and retains its shape after bending, so that the positioning element body moves relative to the safety seat and is positioned at any location after the movement.
[0009] In one embodiment, the positioning element is movably connected to the safety seat, and the positioning element moves relative to the safety seat under an external force and is positioned at an arbitrary location after the movement.
[0010] In one embodiment, the belt positioning structure further comprises a fixing seat connected to the safety seat; the positioning member includes a positioning member connecting end received in the fixing seat and abutting against an inner peripheral surface of the fixing seat, and a positioning member body extending from the positioning member connecting end to the fixing seat; when the positioning member as a whole is subjected to an external force, the positioning member connecting end rotates relative to the fixing seat, and the positioning member as a whole is positioned at an arbitrary location after the rotation by abutment between the positioning member connecting end and the inner peripheral surface of the fixing seat.
[0011] In one embodiment, the fixing seat comprises a first fixing seat (part) and a second fixing seat (part), wherein the first fixing seat (part) is connected to the safety seat and the second fixing seat (part) is detachably connected to the first fixing seat (part); the positioning element connecting end is received in the first fixing seat (part) and abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the first fixing seat (part); the second fixing seat (part) is arranged around the first fixing seat (part) to prevent the first fixing seat (part) from moving away from the positioning element connecting end.
[0012] In one embodiment, the second fixing seat (part) is provided with a blocking part on a side of the first fixing seat (part) remote from the safety seat; the blocking part is provided with a through hole to allow the positioning element body to extend out of the fixing seat; a size of the through hole is smaller than a size of the positioning element connecting end.
[0013] In one embodiment, the blocking part is recessed toward the safety seat to form a groove, and the groove extends from an inner surface of the second fixing seat (part) to an outer surface of the second fixing seat (part); when the belt is in a fastened and tensioned state, the positioning element body engages the groove.
[0014] In one embodiment, the positioning member connecting end is formed in a spherical shape; the first fixing seat (part) includes a plurality of arc connecting portions spaced apart along a circumferential direction, and the plurality of arc connecting portions are arranged around the positioning member connecting end.
[0015] The present disclosure further relates to a safety seat comprising: a backrest member; a seat member; a headrest member; a belt extending from the backrest member, the seat member, or the headrest member; and the belt positioning structure according to the present disclosure, wherein the positioning member is connected to the backrest member, the seat member, or the headrest member from which the belt extends.
[0016] The above and other objects, features, aspects and advantages of the present disclosure will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017] The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in this application, illustrate embodiments consistent with the present disclosure and, together with the following description, serve to explain the principles of the present disclosure.

[0019] Exemplary embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the present disclosure is subject to various modifications and alternatives, specific embodiments are illustrated by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but should include all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives within the spirit and scope of the embodiments.
[0020] In embodiments of the present disclosure, a belt positioning structure is attached to, but is not limited to, a child safety seat. The belt positioning structure of the present disclosure is applicable to any seat that requires belt positioning, such as a stroller seat, a high chair, a rocking chair, and the like.
[0021] Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an embodiment of a safety seat 100 without a seat cushion according to the present disclosure. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, the safety seat 100 includes a seat member 112, a backrest member 111 disposed above the seat member 112, and a headrest member 113 disposed in front of the backrest member 111; and the backrest member 111 and the headrest member 113 partially overlap in a front-to-rear direction. Of course, some safety seats may also be equipped without a headrest member. A belt 200 and a belt positioning structure 300 for positioning the belt 200 are provided on an inner side of the safety seat 100. The belt 200 may include at least a shoulder belt, a waist belt, and a crotch strap.
[0022] In the present disclosure, the belt positioning structure 300 includes positioning members 310, 320 and a belt cover 330. The positioning members 310, 320 are connected to the safety seat 100, and the belt cover 330 is mounted over the belt 200. The belt cover 330 primarily serves to cover the belt 200, thereby preventing the belt 200 from contacting and rubbing against a child's skin on the neck, shoulders, waist, and crotch. When the belt 200 is in an unfastened and loose state, at least a part of the positioning elements 310, 320 can move relative to the safety seat 100 under the action of an external force and can be positioned at an arbitrary location after the movement, and since the belt cover 330 is connected to the at least a part of the positioning elements 310, 320 that have moved, the positioning elements 310, 320 are indirectly connected to the belt 200 over which the belt cover 330 is attached, so that the belt 200 covered with the belt cover 330 can move with the at least a part of the positioning elements 310, 320 and can be positioned at an arbitrary location corresponding to the at least a part of the positioning elements 310, 320 that have moved.
[0023] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, in this embodiment, the positioning element 310 is firmly connected to the safety seat 100. The positioning element 310 may be made of a deformable material. Here, the term "deformable" refers to a material that can flexibly deform in multiple directions under external force and retains its shape after deformation, such as a gooseneck tube or a serpentine tube. To prevent the positioning element 310 from coming into contact with and rubbing against the child's skin on the neck, shoulders, waist, and crotch, a belt cover 330 is attached over the positioning element 310. In other embodiments, the positioning element 310 may also be exposed outside the belt cover 330 and arranged on a side of the belt cover 330 facing away from the safety seat 100. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the positioning element 310 includes a positioning element connecting end 311 and a positioning element body 312 extending from the positioning element connecting end 311. The positioning element 310 may be a rod-shaped element or a plate-shaped element. The positioning element connecting end 311 is fixedly connected to at least one of the backrest element 111, the seat element 112, and the headrest element 113 of the safety seat 100. The positioning element body 312 is connected to the belt cover 330. In particular, the positioning element body 312 may be sewn to an inner side of the belt cover 330 or inserted into a space enclosed by the belt cover 330.Since the positioning member 310 can be made of the deformable material, the positioning member body 312 can be bent at any angle relative to the positioning member connecting end 311 and retain the shape after bending. Therefore, the positioning member body 312 can move relative to the safety seat 100 and be positioned at any position after the movement, and the belt 200 covered with the belt cover 330 can move to any position according to the positioning member body 312. A line indicated by double-dotted lines in FIG. Fig. 2 enclosed area can be provided with the belt cover 330.
[0024] It should be noted that the positioning element connecting end 311 may be directly connected to the safety seat 100 or may be fixedly connected to the safety seat 100 by means of other components, such as a fixing seat 340.
[0025] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the fixation seat 340 may be attached to the safety seat 100 or formed integrally with the safety seat 100. The fixation seat 340 has a fixation seat body 341 and a fixation seat connecting end 342 at a periphery of the fixation seat body 341. The positioning element connecting end 311 is inserted into the fixation seat connecting end 342, thereby achieving a fixed connection with the safety seat 100. The positioning element body 312 extends out of the fixation seat 340 from the positioning element connecting end 311 to be connected to the belt cover 330.
[0026] In particular, the fixation seat 340 may be attached to one side of a hole provided on the safety seat 100 and allowing the passage of the belt 200. As shown in Fig. 1, the fixation seat 340 may be disposed over a hole, the hole being provided on the headrest member 113 of the safety seat 100 and allowing the passage of the shoulder belt. The fixation seat 340 may also be attached to the safety seat 100 with a fastener, such as a screw, or glued to the safety seat 100 with an adhesive, provided that the fixation seat 340 may be attached to the safety seat 100. In other embodiments, the fixation seat 340 may be disposed on one side of a hole, the hole being located on the seat member 112 of the safety seat 100 and allowing the passage of the hip belt; or the fixation seat 340 may be disposed on one side of a hole, the hole being located on the seat member 112 of the safety seat 100 and allowing the passage of the crotch strap.
[0027] To enable the belt to be positioned more flexibly at any appropriate location by the positioning element 310, the positioning element body 312 can be provided above the belt 200. The positioning element body 312 can pass through and be secured to an inner side of the belt cover 330 (for example, inserted into a pocket sewn into the inner side of the belt cover 330), in particular on an inner side of an upper side of the belt cover 330 facing the belt 200, in order to facilitate movement of the belt 200 according to the movement of the positioning element body 312. In other embodiments, the positioning element body 312 can also be provided on an inner side of an underside of the belt cover 330 facing the belt 200.
[0028] For example, the belt cover 330 may have a cylindrical structure that surrounds the belt 200. To facilitate removal of the belt cover 330 for cleaning, one side of the belt cover 330 may be a loop portion of a hook-and-loop fastener, and the other side may be a hook portion of the hook-and-loop fastener. When the belt cover is to be attached over the belt 200 and the positioning element body 312, the loop portion and the hook portion of the hook-and-loop fastener are fastened together on both sides of the belt cover 330 to be attached over the belt.
[0029] As described above, the belt 200 may include the shoulder strap, the waist belt, and the crotch strap. Accordingly, the belt cover 330 may also include a belt cover that wraps around the shoulder strap, a belt cover that wraps around the waist belt, or a belt cover that wraps around the crotch strap. The belt cover has a cylindrical structure formed around at least one of the shoulder strap, the waist belt, and the crotch strap. Accordingly, the positioning member 310 may also include a shoulder strap positioning member indirectly connected to the shoulder strap, a waist belt positioning member indirectly connected to the waist belt, or a crotch strap positioning member indirectly connected to the crotch strap.
[0030] It should be noted that the materials and functions of the shoulder strap positioning element, the hip belt positioning element or the crotch strap positioning element can be identical, all of which are made of deformable materials and can position the corresponding strap in any location.
[0031] Fig. 3 schematically illustrates another embodiment of the safety seat 100 without a seat cushion according to the present disclosure. In this embodiment, a positioning element connecting end 321 of a positioning element 320 is movably connected to a fixing seat 350, and a positioning element body 322 of the positioning element 320 extends from the fixing seat 350 to be connected to a belt cover 330. Since the positioning element 320 is not made of a deformable material, any part of the positioning element 320, when subjected to an external force, can cause movement of the positioning element 320 as a whole. When the belt 200 is in an unfastened and loose state, the positioning member 320 as a whole can move relative to the safety seat 100 under an external force due to a movable connection between the positioning member connecting end 321 and the fixing seat 350. Friction caused by the positioning member connecting end 321 abutting an inner peripheral surface of the fixing seat 350 can be used to position the entire positioning member 320 at an arbitrary location after movement, thereby positioning the belt 200 connected to the positioning member 320 via the belt cover 330 at a corresponding location.
[0032] Fig. 4 shows, by way of example, that the positioning element 320 is movably connected to the headrest element 113 of the safety seat 100 via the fixing seat 350. Optionally, the positioning element 320 can be provided above an opening on the headrest element 113 through which the belt 200 can be passed to move together with the headrest element 113, or it can be provided on the seat element 112 or on the backrest element 111 (as in Fig. 3). It should be understood that the positioning element 320 may be hinged, pivoted, or slidably attached to the fixing seat 350, as long as an angle of the positioning element connecting end 321 relative to the fixing seat 350 can be adjusted.
[0033] In this embodiment, the positioning element 320 has a certain degree of rigidity in order to move the belt 200 and the belt cover 330 together.
[0034] In this embodiment, the positioning element body 322 is formed as a rod-shaped element. It is understood that the positioning element body 322 can have various shapes, for example, a plate-shaped element or a band-shaped element. The positioning element connecting end 321 is spherically shaped.
[0035] Fig. 5 to Fig. 7 show a specific structural design of the fixing seat 350 in this embodiment. As in Fig. 5, the fixation seat 350 comprises a first fixation seat 360 and a second fixation seat 351. The first fixation seat 360 may be a part of the fixation seat 350 and may be referred to as the first fixation seat part 360. The second fixation seat 351 may be a part of the fixation seat 350 and may be referred to as the second fixation seat part 351. The first fixation seat 360 is connected to the safety seat 100 and may, for example, be detachably connected to the safety seat 100 by a fastening element, or be fixedly connected to the safety seat 100, or even be formed integrally with the safety seat 100. The second fixation seat 351 is detachably connected to the first fixation seat 360.The positioning element connecting end 321 of the positioning element 320 is received in the first fixing seat 360 and abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the first fixing seat 360, and the positioning element 320 is positioned at an arbitrary location by frictional fit. In other words, the positioning element 320 is arranged around the positioning element connecting end 321. The second fixing seat 351 is arranged around the first fixing seat 360 to circumferentially prevent the first fixing seat 360 from moving away from the positioning element connecting end 321, thereby preventing the positioning element connecting end 321 from detaching from the first fixing seat 360.
[0036] In this embodiment, the second fixing seat 351 can also be provided with a blocking part 354 on one side of the first fixing seat 360 remote from the safety seat 100 (see Fig. 7) to prevent the positioning element connecting end 321 from becoming detached from the second fixing seat 351. It is understood that the blocking part 354 can be formed integrally with the second fixing seat 351. The blocking part 354 has a through-opening 355 through which the positioning element body 322 extends out of the fixing seat 350 to be connected to the belt cover 330 and thus to the belt 200. A size of the through hole 355 is smaller than a size of the positioning member connecting end 321 and larger than a size of the positioning member body 322 in order to better clamp the positioning member connecting end 321 to prevent it from coming off from the fixing seat 350 and to allow the positioning member body 322 to extend out of the fixing seat 350 to connect with the belt cover 330.In this embodiment, the through-hole 355 is a round hole, the positioning member connecting end 321 is spherical, and the positioning member body 322 is cylindrical, so that a diameter of the through-hole 355 is smaller than a diameter of the positioning member connecting end 321 and larger than a diameter of the positioning member body 322. At the same time, the size of the through-hole 355 is smaller than a size of an inner space of the first fixing seat 360, so that the first fixing seat 360 can accommodate the spherical positioning member connecting end 321, and an inner side surface corresponding to the through-hole of the second fixing seat 351 can abut against an outer surface of the spherical positioning member connecting end 321, thereby further increasing a frictional force between the positioning member connecting end 321 and the fixing seat 350.
[0037] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the belt 200, when in the unfastened and loose state, is positioned at an arbitrary location by means of an external force after being moved according to the positioning member 320 through frictional positioning between the spherical positioning member connecting end 321 of the positioning member 320 and the fixing seat 350. Here, frictional positioning refers to the use of the frictional force between the spherical positioning member connecting end 321 of the positioning member 320 and the first fixing seat 360 and the second fixing seat 351 to prevent uncontrolled movement of the positioning member 320 and thereby ensure that the positioning member 320 remains in place. In other embodiments, frictional positioning may refer only to the use of the frictional force between the spherical positioning element connection end 321 of the positioning element 320 and the first fixation seat 360 to prevent uncontrolled movement of the positioning element 320 and thereby ensure that the positioning element 320 remains in place.
[0038] It should be understood that, to increase the friction between the positioning element connecting end 321 and the first fixing seat 360, a contact surface between the positioning element connecting end 321 and the first fixing seat 360 may be provided with a protrusion, a rubber coating, a rib, or an embossed pattern. Optionally, the inner peripheral surface of the first fixing seat 360 may also be provided with a protrusion, a rubber coating, a rib, or an embossed pattern. By the above means, the position of the positioning element 320 can be maintained more stably.
[0039] In this version, as in Fig. 6, the first fixing seat 360 may have an approximately cylindrical shape and include a plurality of arc connecting portions 361 evenly arranged along a circumferential direction. Between adjacent arc connecting portions 361, there is a gap 362 that can allow the first fixing seat 360 to elastically deform in the circumferential direction, i.e., the first fixing seat 360 can expand or contract in the circumferential direction. Here, at least two arc connecting portions 361 are provided. When the first fixing seat 360 is engaged with the second fixing seat 351, an external force applied from the second fixing seat 351 can cause the plurality of arc connecting portions 361 to approach each other, thereby preventing the positioning member connecting end 321 from detaching from the plurality of arc connecting portions 361 and allowing the plurality of arc connecting portions 361 to come into close contact with the positioning member connecting end 321. In this way, it is ensured that the arc connecting portions 361 stably abut against the positioning member connecting end 321 to generate a frictional force, thereby holding the positioning member connecting end 321 in an arbitrary position. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, the second fixing seat 351 may also have an approximately cylindrical shape and mate with the first fixing seat 360. For example, the second fixing seat 351 may be mounted over the first fixing seat 360 and screwed to the first fixing seat 360. In particular, an outer surface of the first fixing seat 360 is provided with external threads 363 that engage with internal threads 353 on an inner surface of the through-hole 355 of the second fixing seat 351 to fasten the fixing seat 350 to the safety seat 100. In particular, each arc connecting portion 361 has external threads 363 on its outer surface. It is understood that the connection between the second fixing seat 351 and the first fixing seat 360 is not limited thereto and may, for example, be a snap-in connection.
[0040] In this version, as in Fig.7, the blocking part 354 of the second fixation seat 351 is recessed toward the safety seat 100 to form a groove 352. The groove 352 extends from the inner surface of the second fixation seat 351 to the outer surface of the second fixation seat 351 along a radial direction of the second fixation seat 351. When the belt 200 is fastened and tensioned, the positioning element body 322 simply snaps into the groove 352, thereby positioning the positioning element body 322 at an arbitrary location. In this way, the positioning element body 322 can be prevented from abutting against an upper surface of the blocking part 354, which might otherwise result in the positioning element body 322 being positioned too high and the belt cover 330 not being tightly fitted to the shoulder and neck.
[0041] In the present disclosure, the positioning elements 310, 320 may be fixedly or movably connected to the fixing seats 340, 350. The positioning element connecting end 311 of the positioning element 310 may be directly or indirectly connected to the fixing seat 350. The positioning element connecting end 321 of the positioning element 320 may be movably connected to the first fixing seat 360 via the second fixing seat 351. Specifically, the positioning element connecting end 321 may abut against the inside of the connecting portions 361 of the first fixing seat 360, and the second fixing seat 351 is screwed to the first fixing seat 360 until the arc connecting portions 361 of the first fixing seat 360 tightly abut the positioning element connecting end 321; then the positioning element body 322 is received in the groove of the second fixing seat 351.In this way, the positioning element 320 can be held at the desired locations when the belt 200 is applied and tensioned.
[0042] Although preferred embodiments have been shown and described herein, it should be understood that these embodiments are exemplary only. Many variations, modifications, and substitutions may be contemplated by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the appended claims are intended to cover all variations that fall within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
