Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELDThe invention relates to a weather-proof cover for a child. More particularly, the invention relates to a sleeping bag or a foot bag for a child.BACKGROUNDBaby baby baby bags and foot bags are known in the art. In many baby carriages, so-called winter foot bags are used in colder seasons to keep the child warm during travel. These winter foot bags frequently have a hood which additionally protects the head and neck region of the child. The narrowing of such a hood is conventionally effected via a cord, for example such that both ends of the cord can be contracted to fit the hood opening.Known solutions often have long cords, the loose ends of which can extend into the child's location area. This may pose a risk to the child. It follows from known safety standards, for example according to ASTM F833-13b, that cords or straps which project into the occupant space or are located in the occupant space must not exceed either an inner circumference of 376 mm or a free length of 188 mm. For a baby carriage, this occupant space can be defined as the volume of a lying cylinder sector whose height corresponds to the seat width increased by 127 mm on both sides, whose radius is 559 mm, whose one side surface extends in the plane in which the backrest extends, whose other side surface extends in the plane in which the seat surface extends, wherein the lying cylinder sector is provided such that the lying cylinder sector extends, starting from the seat center, in each case by half the height in each side direction. In a baby tub, the occupant space may be the volume of a cylinder whose base is the reclining surface and whose height extends vertically upward from the reclining surface 559 mm.However, current foot bags on the market do not always take these requirements into account sufficiently. For example, some commercially available products are equipped with a hood cord which, when the hood is narrowed, forms loops which are too long or the free cord end of which can extend too far into the occupant space of the baby carriage or of the baby carrier. In many cases, these cords are also elastic, making it possible to further stretch these cords. This creates a potential safety risk for the child. In other words, many of the existing winter foot bags do not meet the stringent regulations entirely. This carries a potential risk of injury or strangulation if long cord segments extend into the child's accommodation in an uncontrolled manner.Other foot bags with cord cords conform to the standards, but have the disadvantage that the dimension of the hood opening of the foot bag cannot be reduced sufficiently.SUMMARYIn view of the restrictive safety regulations, the problem arises that there is no sufficient technical solution which both permits a comfortable adjustability of the hood opening over a large range and offers the necessary safety by dropping below the permissible cord length. It is therefore the object to specify an improved system, the safety of which is improved with constant variability of the hood opening. The object is achieved by the subject matter described in the independent claims. Advantageous further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.According to one embodiment, a weather shield for a child has a hood portion with a hood opening. The weather protection cover may be a sleeping bag or a foot bag. Around the hood opening, a hood edge portion extends. The weather shield enclosure includes an adjustment system for adjusting the hood opening. The adjustment system has at least one tension component which is guided in the hood edge section. The tension member has a first tension member end and a second tension member end. Both ends of the tension member are fixed. An adjustment of the hood opening can be effected by changing an effective length of the tension component in the hood edge section. In a portion of the tension member, a loop is formed by folding. The adjustment system is configured such that the knitting length is dependent on a loop size of the loop. The effective length of the tension member may be that portion of the tension member which actively contributes to the adjustment of the hood opening. The effective length may be the length of the tension member in the hood edge portion, i.e., the length of the tension member minus the length of the tension member portion contained in the loop or other non-effective portions. The effective length can be adjusted by changing the size of the loop or by other mechanisms that change the effective length of the tension member in the hood edge portion. The loop is a portion of the tension member formed by folding the tension member. The loop serves to alter the effective length of the tension member by pulling thereon, thereby removing a portion of the tension member from the effective portion of the tension member and arranging it in a loop-like manner.By arranging the tension member in a loop shape, no long free-hanging tension member portions are formed. There are no loose tension member portions. In addition, this arrangement enables greater flexibility of the hood opening without the formation of a long tension member or a long loop.According to one embodiment, the adjustment system comprises a tension member locking device. This can at least make a movement of an intermediate section of the tension component situated between the first tension component end and the second tension component end more difficult.According to an embodiment, the tension member locking device comprises a base. The base is fixed to the hood portion. The tension member locking device includes a locking portion provided on the base. This can act on the tension component at least in a movement-inhibiting manner.According to an embodiment, the tension member locking device comprises a passage. The tension component is guided through this. The locking portion may include a clamping member. This is configured for releasably clamping the tension member in the passage.According to one embodiment, the tension member locking device has an actuating portion for releasing a movement of the intermediate portion. The operating portion may be invisible integrated into the hood portion. A marking can be provided on the hood section. This indicates where the operating portion is located.According to an embodiment, the first tension member end is fastened to the tension member locking device, for example to the base.According to one embodiment, a single tension component is provided, which is guided on both sides of the loop and / or on both sides of the tension component locking device at least partially in the hood edge section.According to one embodiment, a section of the tension component running from the tension component locking device to the first tension component end can be guided in a first channel, for example a left channel, of the hood edge section. A section of the tension member running from the tension member locking device to the second tension member end can be guided in a second channel, for example a right channel, of the hood edge section.According to an embodiment, the first pulling member end may be fixed to an end portion of the first channel remote from the pulling member locking device. The second tension member end may be fixed to an end portion of the second channel remote from the tension member locking device.According to an embodiment, the adjustment system further comprises a handle portion. This is coupled to the loop such that it can be displaced relative to the tension component and is configured for being gripped by a user. For example, the grip portion can have an opening through which the loop is guided.According to one embodiment, the grip portion is configured such that it can be gripped by a user by means of a forceps grip or precision grip.According to one embodiment, the grip section is designed in the manner of a plate or as a plate or as a pull tab.The mechanism described can operate in the manner of an inverted pulley block. With this arrangement, the moving distance of the grip portion is half as long as the length of the pulling member portion that is removed from the effective length or pulled through the pulling member locking means, respectively. This means that one only needs to pull half the distance that would normally be required to pull a certain part of the pulling member through the pulling member locking device.According to one embodiment, the adjustment system has a receiving device. This is configured to receive the loop.According to one embodiment, a weather protection cover for a child, in particular a sleeping bag or a foot bag, has a hood section with a hood opening. Around the hood opening, a hood edge portion extends. The weather shield enclosure includes an adjustment system for adjusting the hood opening. The adjustment system has a tension member which is guided in the hood edge portion. The tension member has a first tension member end and a second tension member end. An adjustment of the hood opening can be effected by changing an effective length of the tension component in the hood edge section. The adjustment system has a receiving device. This is configured to receive a part of the tension component that does not contribute to the effective length.According to one embodiment, the part of the tension component that does not contribute to the effective length has a loop.According to one embodiment, the receiving device is designed hose-like and / or funnel-like.According to one embodiment, the receiving device is formed from a front material layer and a rear material layer. The material layers can be fastened to one another, for example sewn to one another, at least in sections.According to one embodiment, the front material layer has a subsection. This subsection is designed to fit geometrically with respect to the rear material layer. Together with the rear material layer, the front material layer can form a receiving space of the receiving device, in which the loop is received.According to an embodiment, the section extends from a base section and is folded such that the section extends between the base section and the rear material layer.According to one embodiment, the subsection and the rear material layer can be trapezoidal. The base section can also be trapezoidal.According to one embodiment, the subsection and the base section can be formed in an inverted trapezoidal manner in the unfolded state in which the subsection and the base section extend in one plane. The section may extend away from the wider side of the base portion. The wider side of the subsection and the wider side of the base section can meet or the subsection can merge at its wider side into a wider side of the base section.According to one embodiment, the receptacle is fastened at a first receptacle end to the hood portion. A second opposing receiver end is freely or not attached to the hood portion.According to one embodiment, the receiving device is connected to the loop. The size of the pick-up device may limit a maximum loop size or length, for example to a length of or shorter than 188 mm.According to an embodiment, the second receptacle end is coupled to the handle portion. Movement of the handle portion is limited by the size of the receiver. This limitation can be, for example, such that the movement of the grip section is possible over a maximum travel of 188 mm or less.According to one embodiment, the receiving device is transferable between a collapsed configuration and an extended configuration. In the collapsed configuration, the receptacle has a first length. In the extended configuration, the receiver has a second length that is greater than the first length.According to one embodiment, the receiving device has a resetting device. This returns the receiving device into the first configuration or at least prestresses it such that the receiving device wishes to assume the first configuration.According to one embodiment, the restoring device can have an elastic component, for example an elastic band.According to one embodiment, the elastic component can be fastened on the one hand to the second receiving device end and on the other hand to the first receiving device end. As a result, a tensile force can be applied to the second receptacle end by the elastic component, said tensile force pulling the second receptacle end in the direction of the first receptacle end.According to one embodiment, the elastic component can be sewn into a wall section or edge section of the receiving device or can be guided therein, in particular can be accommodated in a channel provided in the receiving device.According to one embodiment, two elastic members are provided. For example, the fabric may be a polyester fabric having a water repellent coating and an optional additional polyurethane coating.According to one embodiment, the hood portion comprises a stowage portion, for example a pocket. The stowage section is configured for stowage of the receiving device and / or the loop and / or the grip section.According to an embodiment, the stowage portion may comprise an outer material layer and an inner material layer. Between these, a receiving space for the receiving device is created. According to an embodiment, the inner material layer can be fastened, for example sewn, to the hood section. According to one embodiment, the outer material layer can comprise a plurality of material layers. These may together form an outer wall of the stowage section.According to one embodiment, the adjustment system has two tension components.According to one embodiment, the hood edge portion comprises a channel. The tension component is guided therein. The channel may be made of a soft, flexible and / or collapsible material, for example a textile material.According to one embodiment, a second end section of the pull component is fixed, for example sewn, to the hood edge section at an end section of the duct remote from the stowage section. The end section can be fixed on one side within the channel and / or at its end.According to one embodiment, the tension component comprises a cable.According to one embodiment, the tension member has an elastic portion.According to one embodiment, the tension member comprises a flexible but substantially non-variable-length or static portion and an elastic portion.According to one embodiment, the static section is configured to form the loop. The static portion may be coupled to the elastic portion via a coupling portion.According to one embodiment, the coupling section is formed as a guide section. This is configured such that its movability in the hood edge portion is ensured and interlocking is avoided. The coupling section can have an oval-ellipsoidal shape or be formed as a rotational ellipsoid, for example as an elongated rotational ellipsoid.According to one embodiment, the tension component is designed completely as a flexible but substantially invariable-length tension component. According to one embodiment, the tension component can comprise a steel cable.According to one embodiment, the adjustment system is integrated into the hood section such that the tension member is concealed or completely embedded. The traction component can be integrated, for example, in such a way that it is not accessible to a user or occupant.According to one embodiment, a weather protection covering, in particular a sleeping bag or foot bag, is provided. This has a hood section with a hood opening around which a hood edge section extends. In this hood edge portion, a first channel and a second channel are formed which extend along the hood edge portion. The weather shield enclosure further includes an adjustment system for adjusting the hood opening. This adjustment system includes a tension member and a tension member locking device provided between the first channel and the second channel. A first end of the pulling member is fixed to an end portion of the first channel remote from the pulling member locking device, while the second end of the pulling member is fixed to an end portion of the second channel remote from the pulling member locking device. The tension component is guided through the tension component locking device to form a single loop.According to one embodiment, the adjustment system is configured such that a user can apply a tensile force to the loop in order to adjust the hood opening.According to an embodiment, the length of the tension member extending in the first channel and the second channel may be adjusted by adjusting or displacing the tension member locking device on the tension member.According to an embodiment, the pulling component extending outside the first channel and the second channel or the portion of the pulling component extending outside the first channel and the second channel may be completely covered or enveloped by a receiving device, irrespective of its length, or completely received in the receiving device.According to one embodiment, the weather shield cover has a grip portion provided on the loop for pulling the loop. The adjustment path of the grip portion can be limited to a predetermined maximum path, for example such that the length of the part of the tension component forming the loop is 376 mm or less, such that the length of the loop is 188 mm at the maximum.According to one embodiment, the weather protection cover has a receiving device for receiving the loop. This receiving device may be attached at a first end to the hood portion and a second opposite end may be attached to the handle portion. The receiving device can be designed hose-like and / or funnel-like. It may be transferable between a collapsed configuration in which the receptacle has a first length and an extended configuration in which the receptacle has a second length greater than the first length. The receiving device can have a restoring device which returns the receiving device to the first configuration or at least prestresses it such that the receiving device wishes to assume the first configuration. The restoring device can have an elastic component, for example an elastic band. This elastic component can be fastened on the one hand to the second end of the receiving device and on the other hand to the first end of the receiving device, so that a tensile force is applied to the second end of the receiving device by the elastic component, which pulls the latter in the direction of the first end of the receiving device. The elastic component can be sewn into a wall section or edge section of the receiving device, in particular received in a channel. Two elastic components can be provided, which are arranged on opposite sides of the receiving device.According to one embodiment, the hood portion has a stowage portion, for example a pocket. This stowage section is designed for stowage of the receiving device and / or the loop and / or the grip section. The stowage section can have an outer material layer and an inner material layer, between which a receiving space for the receiving device is created. The inner material layer can be fastened, for example sewn, to the hood section. The outer material layer may include a plurality of material layers that collectively form an outer wall of the storage portion.According to one embodiment, the tension component is configured continuously as a flexible but substantially invariable-length tension component and can have a steel cable, for example.According to another embodiment, a foldable front part for a weather shield, for example a weather shield as disclosed in other sections of this specification, is provided. The front part has an upper portion and a lower portion. Furthermore, the front part has a connection arrangement for connecting the front part to a base body of the weather protection cover, for example a zipper. Further, the front part comprises a fastening arrangement adapted for fastening the upper portion to the lower portion.According to one embodiment, the fastening arrangement is configured such that the upper section can be fastened to the lower section at at least two different positions, in particular at at least two different longitudinal positions. In this way, the front part can be locked in at least two different folded states.According to one embodiment, the fastening arrangement has a first connection partner of a form-fit connection assigned to the upper section and at least one second connection partner matching the first connection partner and assigned to the lower section. Both connection partners can be provided on the inner side of the front part and thus not visible on the outer side of the front part. When the front part is attached to a base body, for partially opening the front part, the upper portion and a part of the lower portion of the front part can be separated from the base body and folded. The sections can be moved forward, i.e. away from a child, in such a way that the inner sides are initially oriented forward and the connection partners become visible to a user. The user can then fold the upper section upwards and connect the first connection partner to the second connection partner. Alternatively, the upper section can also be folded inward, i.e. toward the child, and the first connection partner can be connected to the second connection partner. An advantage of this system is that it is located entirely on the inside of the front part, for example next to a zipper connecting the front part to the base body. In addition, the system is intuitively operable, since the user can easily recognize all parts of the system. In addition, the system is invisible when the front part is fully shot.According to one embodiment, the first connection partner is designed as a hook. The second connection partner is designed as an anchor section for the hook. The anchor portion can be formed, for example, by a loop, an eyelet, a band or a cord.According to an embodiment, the hook protrudes from a mounting portion. The attachment portion is fixed to the front part, for example, by a suture. A hooking area provided by the hook and the attachment portion may be arranged on different sides of a mounting portion at the front part, for example on opposite sides of an inner portion of a seam. The attachment portion may be sewn into the seam.According to an embodiment, the attachment portion is sewn to the front part. The hook may protrude from the front part through an opening in the front part.According to one embodiment, a first connection partner and at least one second connection partner are provided on each side edge or longitudinal edge of the front part.According to one embodiment, the connection partners are provided on the inner side of the front part or available on the inner side. The upper portion can be held folded at the lower portion such that the inner sides of the front part face each other.According to an embodiment, fold lines or folding sections, for example a reinforcing structure providing the fold line, are provided at the front part.According to an embodiment, a weather shield for a baby carriage, for example a weather shield as described in other parts of this specification, may comprise a base body. At least one friction portion may extend parallel to a through hole.According to an embodiment, a child transportation equipment comprises an information label and a receiving portion for concealing the information label. The infant transport equipment may be a weather shield such as a sleeping bag or a foot bag, for example a weather shield as defined in other embodiments of this specification, a baby carriage or an accessory of the latter elements.According to one embodiment, the receiving section is formed between two fabric layers.According to one embodiment, the fabric layers are functional sections of the infant transport equipment. These can be, for example, fabric sections of a double-walled structure of an awning or a baby carriage roof, a seat structure of a baby carriage, a sleeping bag or a foot bag. The functional sections thus have a different function than the formation of the receiving section.According to one embodiment, the fabric layers are part of a pocket. The bag is attached to the infant transport equipment via a mounting portion, for example, a tunnel for an awning brace. The information label is attached to the bag at an attachment portion. The mounting portion and the fastening portion may extend parallel to each other or perpendicular to each other.According to one embodiment, the receiving portion is accessible through an opening, for example a slot. The opening may be provided in one of the two fabric layers.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures. The belt arrangement can be, for example, a crotch belt. Two or more, for example three, through-openings 150 can be provided for passing the crotch belt through. At least one through-opening 150, for example each through-opening 150, in particular each through-opening 150 for a crotch belt, can be designed as a slot. The base body 3 can have at least one covering section 170 for covering at least one through-opening 150. A plurality of through-openings 150 can be provided in the base body 3, for example offset in the longitudinal direction of the base body 3 and / or extending parallel to one another. A plurality of through openings 150 may be provided centrally on the rear wall. The cover section can be firmly fastened to the base body. The cover section 170 can be designed as a flap or flap. The cover portion 170 may be formed as a sheet 172, for example as a flexible sheet, wherein the sheet may be fastened, for example sewn, on opposite sides of a through-opening 150. Friction sections 180, for example silicone sections, can be provided on the rear side of the rear wall in order to prevent the weather protection cover 1 from slipping out during use. The friction sections 180 can be provided, for example, next to a through-opening 150 or between two through-openings 150, wherein at least one friction section 180 extends parallel to a through-opening 150.The weather protection cover 1 can have a hood section 4 adjoining the base body 3 or torso receiving section 2. The hood portion 4 has a hood opening 6. A hood edge portion 8 extends around the hood opening 6.The weather protection cover 1 further comprises an adjustment system 20 for adjusting the hood opening 6. In the embodiments shown, the adjustment system 20 has two tension components 40, 50, which are each guided in the hood edge section 8. Each tension member 40, 50 has a first tension member end 41, 51 and a second tension member end 48, 58, respectively. In general, the adjustment of the hood opening 6 takes place by changing an effective length of the tension component 40, 50 in the hood edge section 8, a change in the effective length or effective length of the tension component 40, 50 increases or decreases the hood opening 6. Therefore, a change in the effective length of the tension member 40, 50 results in a change in the length of the hood edge portion 8 and thus in a change in the dimension of the hood opening 6.The hood edge portion 8 has a guide 10, 12 for guiding the tension member 40, 50. The guide 10, 12 can have a channel or be designed as a channel. In the embodiment shown, the hood edge portion 8 has a left (first) channel 10 and a right (second) channel 12. The channels 10, 12 extend from an upper portion of the hood edge portion 8 laterally downwards along the hood edge portion 8, for example up to a transition portion between hood portion 4 and torso receiving portion 2. In the left channel 10, a left (first) pulling member 40 is accommodated. In the right channel 12, a right (second) tension member 50 is accommodated. The adjustment system 20 has a tension component locking device 30, which can be seen easily, for example, in FIGS. 5, 7 and 8. A first loop 71 is formed in the first tension member 40, and a second loop 72 is formed in the second tension member 50.The locking portion 31 comprises a clamping member 35 configured to releasably clamp intermediate portions 43, 53 of the tension members 40, 50 located in the passages. This enables a reliable locking of the tension components 40, 50 in a desired position. The tension member locking device 30 has an operating portion 32 for releasing movement of the intermediate portions 43, 53. The operating portion 32 may be invisible integrated into the hood portion 4. A mark indicating where the operating portion 32 is located may be provided on the hood portion 4. This facilitates operation of the adjustment system 20.The adjustment system 20 further includes a handle portion 22 coupled to the loops 71, 72. The handle portion 22 is configured for grasping by a user. The grip portion 22 may be configured to be gripped by a user through forceps grip or precision grip. The grip portion 22 can be designed in the manner of a plate or as a plate 24. In the grip section 22, a first opening 26 is provided, through which the first tension component 40 is guided. In the grip section 22, a second opening 28 is provided, through which the second tension component 50 is guided. The grip portion 22 is provided on the pulling members 40, 50 movably along the pulling members 40, 50. As the handle portion 22 is pulled, the pulling members 40, 50 may slide through the apertures 26, 28.The left tension member 40 has a second end portion 48 that is remote from the first end portion 41 and may form, for example, an opposite end of the tension member. The second end section 48 is fixed to the hood edge section 8, for example in the region of a lower or front end of the left duct 10. The static portion 42 may be a rear or upper portion. The elastic portion may be a front or lower portion. The elastic portion may include the second end portion 48. The static portion may form the loop 71. The static portion 42 and the elastic portion 44 are coupled to each other via a coupling portion 46. The coupling portion 46 may be formed in the shape of a long-distance ellipsoid of revolution to improve the sliding property of the coupling portion 46 in the left channel. The right tension member 50 has a second end portion 58 that is located away from the first end portion 51 and forms an opposite end, for example. The second end section 58 is fixed to the hood edge section 8, for example in the region of a lower or front end of the right channel 12. The static portion 52 may be an upper or rear portion. The elastic portion 54 may be a lower or front portion. The elastic portion 54 may include the second end portion 58. The static portion 52 may form the loop 72. The static portion 52 and the elastic portion 54 are coupled to each other via a coupling portion 56. The coupling portion 56 may be formed in the shape of a long-distance ellipsoid of revolution to improve the sliding property of the coupling portion 56 in the right channel. To change the effective length, a user can actuate the setting system 20 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Three states are shown from left to right in FIGS. 5 and 6. On the left side, a state is shown in which, on one side of the tension member locking device 30, the loops 71, 72 are formed small and the portions of the tension members 40, 50 on the other side of the tension member locking device 30 are extended. In this state, the hood opening is enlarged. The grip portion 22 is positioned close to the tension member locking device 30. In the middle illustration in FIGS. 5 and 6, the handle component 22 has already moved somewhat away from the tension component locking device 30, by which the loops 71, 72 are enlarged and a portion of the tension components 40, 50 on the side of the second end portions 48, 58 is shortened, in particular by a length which is twice as long as the distance by which the handle component 22 has been moved away from the tension component locking device 30. The right views in FIGS. 5 and 6 show a state in which the grip member is positioned at a maximum distance away from the tension member locking device 30. The loops have reached the maximum possible size and the effective sections of the tension components 40, 50 are the shortest. This corresponds to a state where the hood opening is the smallest. The tension member locking device 30 may be configured such that a user must hold the operating portion 32 (see, for example, FIG. 7 ) pressed to allow movement of the tension members 40, 50 by the tension member locking device 30.As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the adjustment system 20 may include a receiving device 80 configured to receive the loop 71, 72. The receiving device 80 can be designed hose-like and / or funnel-like. The receptacle 80 may be attached to the hood portion 4 at a first receptacle end 81 while a second opposing receptacle end 82 is free. The receiving device 80 can be connected to the loop 71, 72, in particular in such a way that the dimension of the receiving device 80 limits a maximum loop size, for example in such a way that it does not exceed a length of 188 mm. The second receiver end 82 may be coupled to the handle portion 22 (see FIGS. 6 and 7 ) such that movement of the handle portion 22 is limited by the dimension of the receiver 80, for example, such that movement of the handle portion 22 is possible over a maximum travel of 188 mm or less. The receiving device 80 can be formed from a textile fabric 84. This fabric 84 may be pushed together as shown in the left hand side view in Fig. 6, or may be taut as shown in the right hand side view in Fig. 6. Since the handle portion 22 is coupled to the second pick-up device end 82, movement of the handle portion is only possible until the textile fabric 84 is in the condition shown in the right-hand illustration in Figure 6, in which the textile fabric is tautened and the pick-up device 80 has reached its maximum dimension. In this way, a minimum size of the hood opening can be defined. In Figures 9 to 11 it is shown how the adjustment system 20 can be integrated into the hood section 4. More specifically, the components of the adjustment system 20 may be arranged between an inner material layer 94 and an outer material layer 92 of the hood portion 4, wherein an opening is formed between the material layers 92, 94 through which an operator can reach the grip portion 22 (see FIG. 11 ) or through which the grip portion 22 and a part of the receiving device 80 can be pulled out of the space between the material layers 92, 94 (see FIG. 9 ) when an operator pulls on the grip portion 22. The material layers 92, 94 thus together form a stowage section 90 in the manner of a pocket. As shown in FIG. 11, this can be designed such that the receiving device 80 together with loops 71, 72 and grip section 22 can be stored therein so that no element of the adjustment system 20 protrudes from the hood section 4.One possible construction of the storage portion 90 and the receptacle 80 is shown in FIG. 22. In the illustrated construction, the inner material layer 94 is configured for attachment to the hood portion 4 and is configured to support the tension member locking device 30. The rear material layer 88 can be trapezoidal. The front material layer 86 can have a subsection 86 b, which is formed corresponding to the rear material layer 88, that is to say likewise trapezoidal, for example. The section 86 bmay extend from a base portion 86 aand may be folded such that the section 86 bextends between the base portion 86 aand the rear material layer 88. The subsection 86 bis fastened, in particular sewn, to the rear material layer 88. The outer material layer 92 may be formed by a plurality of material layers 92 a, 92 b, 92 c, as shown in FIG. 22. The outer material layer 92 is fastened, for example sewn, to the inner material layer 94 such that the receiving device 80 is received between the inner material layer 94 and the outer material layer 92.As shown in FIG. 21, the take-up device 80 may include a returning device 89 that changes the take-up device 80 to the collapsed state shown on the left side in FIG. 6 when the grip portion 22 is released by the user. In this way, the second receptacle end 82 can be prevented from hanging out of the stowage portion 90 when a user has pulled the grip portion 22 in order to reduce the hood opening. In the embodiment shown, the restoring device 89 has two elastic bands 89 a, 89 bwhich extend in the longitudinal direction of the receiving device 80 and are received in edge channels of the receiving device 80. One end of the elastic straps 89a, 89b is attached to the first receiver end 81 and the other end of the elastic straps 89a, 89b is attached to the second receiver end 82, such that the second receiver end 82 is pulled toward the first receiver end 81 and a user can only pull the handle portion 22 against a pulling force of the elastic straps 89a, 89b to enlarge the loop. In this manner, when the user has enlarged the loop, the cradle 80 including the loop therein is contracted, thereby preventing the free cradle end 82 from protruding out of the storage portion 90.A further possible embodiment of the adjustment system 20 is explained with reference to FIG. 21. In this embodiment, the adjustment system has only a single tension member 40. the tension member 40 forms a loop 74. more specifically, the tension member 40 is guided through a tension member locking device 30 such that a single loop 74 is formed between the tension member ends 41, 48. The tension member locking device 30 may be configured as already described with reference to FIGS. 5, 7 and 8. The tension member locking device 30 can again have two passages 36, 38. Alternatively, the tension member locking device may also have only one passage through which two portions of the tension member 40 are guided. On one side of the tension member locking device 30, the loop 74 may be formed. The end portions 41, 48 of the tension member 40 are both located on the other side of the tension member locking device 30 in the embodiment shown. Unlike the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, no end portion is attached to the tension member locking device 30 or attached to the side of the tension member locking device 30 on which the loop 74 is formed. Rather, the sections of the tension component 40 leading to the tension component ends 41, 48 are guided in the left channel 10 and in the right channel 12. The first end section 41 is fixed to the hood edge section 8, for example in the region of a lower or front end of the right duct 12, for example at the location at which the second end section 58 of the right tension component 50 is fastened in FIG. 2.
