Description

[0001] The present utility model relates to the field of outdoor furniture, in particular furniture with elastic support structures.

[0002] Fishing beds and chairs are essential pieces of equipment for carp fishing. With this equipment, anglers can experience greater comfort and enjoyment while fishing. Fishing beds and chairs essentially consist of two main components: a metal frame and a soft surface. The combination of the soft surface and metal frame is primarily achieved by tying cowhide cords to the metal frame and then stretching the soft surface directly over the frame, or by attaching the soft surface to the metal frame with fabric. The aforementioned technical solution offers relatively simple structural support for the soft surface but provides poor support.

[0003] After prolonged use, the soft surface sags, which can make it difficult for people to stand up, thus reducing overall comfort.

[0004] To solve the problem, a primary objective of this utility model is to provide furniture with elastic support structures. The furniture with elastic support structures features an elastic support arrangement on the reverse side of the flexible support surface layer in one support direction. This elastic support arrangement not only improves the elastic support effect but also solves a technical problem of poor support performance. Furthermore, it also addresses existing technical issues, such as the fact that the soft surface sags after prolonged use, making it difficult for people to stand up, and resulting in a relatively poor overall comfort experience.

[0005] To solve the above-mentioned problem, the following technical solutions are applied in the present invention.

[0006] The furniture with elastic support structures includes a frame for enclosing an elastic support area and a flexible support surface layer, wherein the flexible support surface layer is arranged in the elastic support area and edges of the flexible support surface layer are connected to the frame, wherein a back side of the flexible support surface layer is provided with an elastic support arrangement in the support direction and edges of the elastic support arrangement are firmly connected to the frame; and upper ends of the elastic support arrangement support the flexible support surface layer.

[0007] The present utility model applies the aforementioned technical solution, which relates to furniture with elastic support structures. In this furniture with elastic support structures, a frame is used that encloses an elastic support area. Within this elastic support area, a flexible support surface layer is first connected and covered from above, and this flexible support surface layer provides support.

[0008] A further improvement over the prior art lies in the fact that the elastic support arrangement is provided on the back of the flexible support surface layer in the direction of support. The edges of the elastic support arrangement are connected to the frame, and the central main part of the elastic support arrangement serves to support the overlying flexible support surface layer. In this way, the elastic support arrangement not only improves the elastic support effect and solves the technical problem of poor support, but also addresses existing technical problems, such as the fact that the soft surface sags after prolonged use, making it difficult for people to stand up, and that the overall comfort level is relatively poor.

[0009] In specific embodiments, the frame includes at least two opposing beams, and the elastic support arrangement includes a plurality of elastic support components, with both ends of each elastic support component being connected to the beams on both sides. In this technical solution, the frame must include at least two beams so that the two ends of the elastic support components are firmly connected to the beams, thus providing stable support to the overlying flexible support surface layer.

[0010] In one embodiment, the elastic support component is designed as an S-spring, and the two ends of the S-spring are each connected to the supports on both sides.

[0011] In another embodiment, the elastic support component is designed as a band, the two ends of which are each connected to the supports on both sides.

[0012] In specific embodiments, a mounting sleeve is formed on the back of the flexible support layer. At least part of the elastic support component is located within the mounting sleeve, and both ends of the elastic support assembly are connected to the supports on both sides. In the preferred embodiment, the elastic support component (e.g., an S-spring or a band) is inserted into the mounting sleeve, and both ends of the S-spring or band protrude from the mounting sleeve and are firmly connected to the supports on both sides. The technical solution described above positions the flexible support layer together with the underlying S-springs or bands, thus preventing the flexible support layer from being misaligned with the underlying S-springs or bands and from playing a role in force distribution.

[0013] Preferably, fastening pins are connected to the supports on both sides of the frame, and the fastening pins are inserted through the supports with their inner ends protruding from the supports. One inner end of the fastening pin is provided with a connecting hole, and one end of the elastic support component (e.g., an S-spring) is hooked into the connecting hole of the fastening pin. This design of suspending the S-spring with a fastening pin allows for stable positioning of the end of the S-spring, and simplifies the disassembly and assembly of the structures.

[0014] In the specific embodiments, the flexible support layer can be connected to the frame by at least one of the following three means, including pulling the edges of the flexible support layer onto the frame, or connecting the edges of the flexible support layer to the frame with a binding cord, or forming a strip-shaped groove on an upper end face of the frame, and strip-shaped rods are provided at the edges of the flexible support layer, wherein the strip-shaped rod can be embedded in and secured within the strip-shaped groove.

[0015] The flexible support surface layer in the above-mentioned embodiment can consist of materials such as mesh fabric, soft material, etc.

[0016] The S-spring in the above-mentioned technical solution is also referred to as a serpentine spring, tension spring or serpentine tension spring.

[0017] Preferably, the furniture with elastic support structures further includes a holder; the frame is provided on the holder to enclose and form the elastic support area. The aforementioned furniture frame is used in furniture with elastic support structures, which can increase the elastic support force of the furniture seat, improve seating comfort, and extend the service life of the flexible support surface layer.

[0018] In this specific technical solution, the elastic support area enclosed by the frame includes a seat support area, at least for supporting the buttocks and adjacent legs, and a back support area, at least for supporting the lower back. Both the seat and back support areas utilize flexible support layers and elastic support arrangements that reinforce these flexible support layers. The furniture frame structure described above can be used as a seat frame, an armchair frame, or a bed frame. Its elastic support areas include the seat and back support areas. Both the seat and back support areas are used in furniture with elastic support structures, which can enhance seating comfort and extend the lifespan of the flexible support layer.

[0019] Furthermore, at least the outer surfaces of the seat support area and the back support area are covered with a flexible encasing layer.
