Description

The problem so far: Due to widespread public support and widespread accessibility, which has now become affordable, numerous innovations and projects have been launched in the field of renewable energies. Undoubtedly, the use of solar technology is also gaining popularity. Solar modules for electricity or liquid heating are usually permanently installed on houses, carports, garden sheds, or company buildings / complexes, or in solar parks. Optimal orientation to the sun is only guaranteed temporarily, or sometimes not at all, because the modules are rigidly and inflexibly mounted on the supports. Cleaning and maintenance of these systems is usually cumbersome and expensive. Consequently, the full efficiency is not achieved throughout the year. Initial, lengthy economic calculations are therefore often implausible, as many negative factors have not been taken into account.Valuable solar energy is often wasted because the optimal alignment of the modules cannot be guaranteed all year round. Furthermore, installing the modules is not advisable or even possible on all roofs, as some are old and therefore no longer load-bearing, or are unsuitable due to their construction. Installation and commissioning are also prohibited on listed buildings due to regulations. Moreover, the enormous demand is making it increasingly difficult to find suitable specialist companies that can carry out standards-compliant installation and commissioning. The ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers is also a crucial factor here. The solution to the problem: The invention enables the installation of solar modules (electricity / liquids) on a flexible support structure on a transport trailer (with or without a folding mechanism). Thanks to the simple assembly and flexible design, the entire structure can be disassembled in just a few steps and lowered to a suitable and safe working height for maintenance or cleaning purposes. Expanding or replacing individual modules is also easier than usual. Thanks to the numerous, heavy-duty, and flexible hinges on the side roof structures and the attached high-lift linear motors, the angle of the modules mounted on the left and right sides can be adjusted across the roof structure to face the sun, throughout the day and year. Specifically, this means that one roof section can be raised to form a level with the other, or even higher. The solar modules can also be individually controlled to compensate for any shaded areas. At the end of the day, the two roof sections are returned to their normal transport position. This ensures that the parked vehicle is protected from the sides at night and that the trailer is less susceptible to wind. Furthermore, by using our already patented e-support wheel, it is possible to adjust the inclination of the entire usable area to the daily and seasonal course of the sun by adjusting the height, so that the combination of the daily and seasonal orientation ensures the highest possible irradiance and thus energy yield, which is more than 50% higher than rigid systems can guarantee. The foldable and weatherproof trailer with solar roof can also accommodate standard vehicles such as cars, small trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, etc., thus replacing the usual standard carport without a building permit. Thanks to the installed battery storage and inverter, the energy generated and stored can either be used to feed into external power grids, or electric cars can be parked on the loading area and charged at the wallbox. Through intelligent and variable parking logistics, i.e., alternating parking of combustion engine and electric vehicles, electric vehicles can use the energy stored the previous day if a combustion engine vehicle was parked there. Such logistics would make particular sense if this solar trailer were used as a fleet solution for operations, warehouses or airports, because it would allow these large existing areas to be used for solar energy generation very quickly, flexibly and easily without cumbersome building permits, making an important contribution to the current energy situation. The invention is also applicable to solar modules for liquid heating. Instead of battery storage, water or liquid storage tanks are used with appropriate electrical measuring and control technology; simultaneous use of both systems on a single trailer module is also possible. What's special is that the initially permanently installed solar carport with the solar panels can be detached in just a few steps, allowing it to be rolled off the trailer with the help of a winch and thus used as a complete unit externally as a solar carport. The necessary structural support is provided by weighted, wheeled flower boxes and benches, or a combination of both. Reference numeral list for Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 1.
