[0030] See Fig.1-10. The present utility model discloses a pluggable floor lamp 100 comprising a support component 1000 and a flexible lighting device 2000 detachably connected to the support component 1000. The flexible lighting device 2000 comprises a translucent lamp body 2001 and a lighting element 2002. The lamp body 2001 has at least one mounting space 2003, and the lighting element 2002 is detachably mounted in the mounting space 2003. The lamp body 2001 also has at least one cavity 2004, which is arranged parallel to the mounting space 2003. Light from the lighting element 2002 enters this cavity 2004, is refracted there, and thus mixed. The support component 1000 and the flexible lighting device 2000 are detachably connected to one another. This allows the user to freely combine and disassemble components as needed, increasing application flexibility and ease of handling, thus meeting the requirements of different scenarios and environments. Furthermore, the light from the luminaire element 2002 is refracted and thus mixed by the cavity 2004. This provides a more uniform and softer lighting effect, effectively reduces light spots and shadows, and improves light quality and visual comfort. Additionally, the cavity 2004 in the lamp body 2001 reduces the weight of the lamp body 2001, thereby preventing it from falling off the support component 1000.
[0031] In the exemplary embodiment, the support component 1000 comprises at least one first support element 1001 and at least one second support element 1002, and the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 are detachably connected to each other by a first plug pin 3000.
[0032] Specifically, the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 have hollow cylindrical structures. A first partition 1003 is arranged in each of the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002. The first partition 1003 divides the interior of each of the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 into a first receiving chamber 1004 and a second receiving chamber 1005. The lighting device 2001 is installed in the first receiving chamber 1004 in a removable manner, with the outer wall of the lighting device 2001 abutting the inner wall of the first receiving chamber 1004. At both ends of the second receiving space 1005, first plug holes 1101 are formed, the first plug pin 3000 is inserted into the first plug holes 1101, thereby detachably connecting the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002.
[0033] In this embodiment, the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 are detachably connected to each other via the first plug pin 3000. This allows the user to easily disassemble and combine the elements as needed. This makes installation, transport, and storage more flexible and user-friendly. Furthermore, the arrangement of the first partition 1003 allows the internal spaces of the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 to be fully utilized, resulting in a more compact overall structure for the floor lamp.
[0034] In the exemplary embodiment, at least one (preferably two) fastening openings 1102 are formed at each end of the first partition 1003, and a fastening element is arranged in the fastening opening 1102. When the first plug pin 3000 is inserted into the first insertion hole 1101, the fastening element rests against the first plug pin 3000 and thus secures the first plug pin 3000 in the first insertion hole 1101. The fastening element can be a screw or a pin (one or more types). The arrangement of the fastening opening 1102 and the fastening element effectively prevents the first plug pin 3000 from unintentionally detaching or loosening during the insertion process, thereby increasing the connection stability of the overall structure.
[0035] In the exemplary embodiment, a first groove 1103 and a second groove 1104 are formed on the side of the first partition 1003 facing the second receiving space 1005. One side of the first plug pin 3000 has a first web 3001 and a second web 3002. When the first plug pin 3000 of the first support element 1001 is inserted into the first plug hole 1101 of the second support element 1002, the first web 3001 engages in the first groove 1103 and the second web 3002 engages in the second groove 1104. By providing a first groove 1103 and a second groove 1104 as well as a first web 3001 and a second web 3002, the webs and the grooves lock together when the first plug pin 3000 of the first support element 1001 is inserted into the first plug hole 1101 of the second support element 1002.This effectively ensures a stable connection between the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 and prevents loosening or detachment during use.
[0036] In the exemplary embodiment, both the first support element 1001 and the second support element 1002 have a mounting opening 1006. The mounting opening 1006 is connected to the first receiving space 1004, whereby the lighting device 2001 can be installed in the first receiving space 1004 in a manner that allows it to be removed via the mounting opening 1006.
[0037] Specifically, mounting strips 1007 are provided on each of the two side walls of the first receiving chamber 1004. The two side walls of the lamp body 2001 have mounting grooves 2005 that correspond to the mounting strips 1007. The mounting strips 1007 snap into the mounting grooves 2005 in such a way that the lamp body 2001 is detachably connected to the first receiving chamber 1004. The mounting strips 1007 snap into the mounting grooves 2005 on the lamp body 2001, which allows for particularly easy and quick installation and removal of the lamp body 2001. Furthermore, the locking mechanism between the mounting strips 1007 and the mounting grooves 2005 provides a stable connection, ensuring the stable fastening of the lamp body 2001 in the first receiving space 1004 after installation, effectively preventing loosening or detachment and thus increasing the stability and reliability of the entire construction.
[0038] In this embodiment, the lamp body 2001 is a flexible, translucent tube. The light source 2002 comprises a flexible light panel 2101 and several LEDs 2102 electrically connected to it. The light source 2002, together with the lamp body 2001, can be bent at any desired angle. The flexible, translucent tube reduces damage and wear that would otherwise occur with a rigid shape when using the lamp. This extends the lamp's service life and ensures its operational stability and durability during long-term use.
[0039] In the exemplary embodiment, both ends of the lamp body 2001 each have openings 2103. The openings 2103 are connected to the cavity 2004, allowing the light element 2002 to be easily installed and removed through these openings 2103. If the light element 2002 needs to be replaced or serviced, the user can quickly perform the operation via the openings 2103 without having to disassemble the entire device. This increases ease of use.
[0040] In the exemplary embodiment, a first sealing cover 2104 and a second sealing cover 2105 are attached to each end of the lamp body 2001 to seal the openings 2103. The first sealing cover 2104 and the second sealing cover 2105 effectively seal the openings 2103 at both ends of the lamp body 2001. This prevents the ingress of dust and foreign matter into the interior of the lamp body 2001, thereby protecting the light source 2002 and the internal structure, and extending the service life of the device. The first sealing cover 2104 has a through-hole 2106. The through-hole 2106 is connected to the mounting space 2103, allowing the light source 2002 to be detachably installed in the mounting space 2003 and to be led outwards through the through-hole 2106 to establish an electrical connection with an external power source.
[0041] In the exemplary embodiment, sealing pins 2107 are arranged on both the first sealing cover 2104 and the second sealing cover 2105. The sealing pins 2107 are installed in the cavity 2004 to seal the cavity 2004. This prevents the ingress of dust, moisture, and foreign matter into the interior of the lamp body 2001. This avoids environmental influences on the light-emitting element 2002 and the internal circuitry. As a result, electrical malfunctions and safety risks caused by external factors are reduced, thus increasing operational safety.
[0042] In the exemplary embodiment, the wall thickness of the outer surface of the mounting space 2003 is 0.1 mm to 100 mm, and the wall thickness of the outer surface of the cavity 2004 is 0.2 mm to 120 mm. The cavity 2004 has a relatively large receiving volume, which allows light to be sufficiently refracted and mixed within the cavity 2004. This results in a more uniform and softer illumination effect. Furthermore, the outer wall of the cavity 2004 has an arched structure that can produce a multi-angled scattering effect of the light.
[0043] In another embodiment of the utility model, the pluggable floor lamp 100 further comprises a base 4000, the base 4000 being detachably connected to the support component 1000. The flexible lighting device 2000 is detachably connected to the support component 1000 and electrically connected to the base 4000. The detachable connection between the base 4000 and the support component 1000 allows the user to conveniently assemble and disassemble the floor lamp.
[0044] In the exemplary embodiment, the base 4000 has a mounting base plate 4001, on which a central connecting column 4002 is attached. The central connecting column 4002 is detachably connected to the support component 1000 via a first connecting pin 4003. Specifically, first connecting openings 4004 are formed at both ends of the support component 1000, and the first connecting pin 4003 is inserted into the first connecting opening 4004 of the lower end of the support component 1000, thereby detachably connecting the base 4000 and the support component 1000. The central connecting column 4002 is connected to the support component 1000 via the first connecting pin 4003. This results in increased stability of the connection between the base 4000 and the support component 1000, prevents loosening or detachment during use and thus increases the stability and reliability of the entire construction.
[0045] In the exemplary embodiment, the central connecting column 4002 has a hollow cylindrical structure. A central partition 4101 is arranged within the central connecting column 4002. This partition divides the interior of the central connecting column 4002 into a first installation space 4102 and a second installation space 4103. The first connecting pin 4003 is located in the first installation space 4102 and rests against the inner wall surfaces of the first installation space 4102. The flexible lighting device 2000 is detachably mounted in the support component 1000 and extends into the second installation space 4103 to connect electrically to the base 4000. The design of the hollow cylindrical structure and the central partition 4101 allows for complete utilization of the interior space. The first installation space 4102 and the second installation space 4103 can each accommodate different components, which optimizes the internal layout, reduces wasted space and thus increases the compactness and functionality of the device.
[0046] In the exemplary embodiment, a cover plate 4005 is provided at the upper end of the support component 1000 for sealing it. This effectively seals the support component 1000 to prevent the ingress of dust, moisture, and other contaminants into its interior. This protects the internal components and extends the service life of the device. Furthermore, it can improve the aesthetic appearance of the device.
