[1] System (100) for an academic content archive, wherein the system (100) comprises: a cloud-based storage module (102) connected to a processor and configured to store teaching materials such as notes, presentations, videos and task-related data; a hierarchical database module (104) that is connected to the processor and configured to categorize the teaching material by college, course, year and subject; a user authentication module (106) connected to the processor and configured to generate secure user profiles associated with academic affiliation; a navigation interface module (108) connected to the processor and configured to allow retrieval of the categorized teaching materials; and an access control module (110) that is connected to the processor and configured to regulate permissions to view, download and modify the teaching materials, where the system (100) provides centralized and structured access to academic content across multiple colleges and courses. [2] System (100) according to claim 1, wherein the hierarchical database module (104) is configured to organize teaching materials using metadata corresponding to the college, course, year and subject to enable efficient searching and querying.
