Abstract

A terminal clamping device (10) with a locking function for inserting a conductive wire (W), comprising: an insulating base (1) comprising a receiving chamber (11) and provided with an insertion hole (13) and a sliding groove (12), wherein the insertion hole (13) and the sliding groove (12) each communicate with the receiving chamber (11); a slide (2) slidably arranged in the sliding groove (12) and comprising an upper pin (21) and a hook claw (22); an elastic piece (3d) arranged within the receiving chamber (11) of the insulating base (1) and comprising an elastic wire clamping arm (32) and an elastic dual-function arm (39), each of which is capable of bending elastically relative to the insulating base (1) in response to an applied force, wherein the elastic dual-function arm (39) comprises a working section (392);and a cam (6) rotatably connected to the insulating base (1) in the receiving chamber (11) and comprising a raised section (62) and a driven section (65), wherein the working section (392) is arranged on the driven section (65) to move in conjunction with each other, and the wire-clamping elastic arm (32) is arranged accordingly between the upper pin (21) and the raised section (62), wherein the slide (2) is pressed to slide in the sliding groove (12) such that the upper pin (21) is configured to push the wire-clamping elastic arm (32) to bend in one direction, and the hook claw (22) is further configured to engage the working section (392) in an undercut manner;the conductive wire (W) is inserted through the insertion hole (13) into the receiving chamber (11), such that the conductive wire (W) is configured to push the raised section (62) in such a way that the cam (6) is configured to rotate together with the driven section (65) to drive the working section (392) to release itself from the hook claw (22), and the wire-clamping elastic arm (32) elastically returns to bend in a different direction opposite to the direction in order to push back the upper pin (21) and elastically push the conductive wire (W).
