If an element is described as being "connected" to another element, this connection can be made directly or with the interposition of one or more other elements. The terms "vertical", "horizontal", "left", "right" and the like are used in the present description merely for illustrative purposes.Unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms have the usual meaning known to those skilled in the art. The terms in the present specification are used for explanatory purposes only and do not limit the invention. The term "and / or" includes any combination of one or more of the listed items.Motors are conventional drive devices. The motor includes a housing, a stator, a rotor, and a circuit board. The stator, the rotor, and the circuit board are all accommodated in the housing. The rotor may rotate relative to the stator to transmit force outward. The circuit board is used at least for controlling the rotation of the rotor. The operating temperature of the circuit board in the existing motor is too high, and it is difficult to efficiently cool down it.In view of this problem, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present embodiment of the invention provides a motor 100 having a first housing 110, a rotor 120, a stator 130, and a circuit board 140.As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the first housing 110 defines a first accommodation chamber 150. The rotor 120, the stator 130, and the circuit board 140 are all disposed in the first accommodation chamber 150. The first housing 110 is provided with a first opening 112, and a first fluid can flow into the first accommodation chamber 150 of the first housing 110 through the first opening 112. The first fluid may be a gas, a liquid, or a combination of gas and liquid. In the present embodiment, the first fluid is a liquid. In the present embodiment, the rotor 120 is disposed in the stator 130. The position of the stator 130 is fixed relative to the first housing 110, and the rotor 120 can rotate relative to the stator 130. The stator 120 has a first end 1211 and a second end 1212. The two ends are distributed opposite to each other along the axial direction of the motor 100. The first end 1211 of the rotor 120 is passed through the first housing to output a torque to the outside. An external device (e.g., a pump 200) may obtain driving force through a connection with the first end 1211 of the rotor 120.In the present embodiment, specifically, the rotor 120 may include a rotating shaft 121 and a rotor core 122. The rotating shaft 121 passes through the rotor core 122. The rotating shaft 121 has the aforementioned first end 1211 and a second end 1212. Only the first end 1211 of the rotating shaft 121 may be passed through the first housing 110, or the first end 1211 and the second end 1212 may be passed through the first housing 110. In the present embodiment, only the first end 1211 of the rotating shaft 121 is passed through the first housing 110. The second end 1212 of the rotating shaft 121 is located in the first housing 110.In the present embodiment, the first opening 112 is provided on the first housing 110 in a wall of the first housing 110 on a side close to the first end 1211 (relative to the second end 1212). In other words, the first opening 112 is disposed closer to the first end 1211. The distance between the first opening 112 and the first end 1211 is smaller than the distance between the first opening 112 and the second end 1212.The circuit board 140 is electrically connected to the stator 130, and controls the rotation of the rotor 120 by controlling the current flowing through the windings of the stator 130. Depending on actual requirements, the circuit board 140 may be disposed at any position in the first accommodation chamber 150. In the present embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the circuit board 140 is disposed on the side of the rotor 120 away from the first end 1211. Specifically, the circuit board 140 is disposed on the side adjacent to the second end 1212 of the rotor 120. In other embodiments, the second end 1212 of the rotor 120 may also be passed through the circuit board 140.In particular, the rotor 120 is provided with a flow guiding structure located in the first receiving chamber 150, wherein the rotor 120 forms the flow guiding structure. The flow guide structure is configured to, when rotated together with the rotation of the rotor 120, drive the first fluid flowing into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112 to flow to a position in which it is in contact with the circuit board 140. In other words, when the rotor 140 rotates, the flow guide structure also rotates, and the rotation of the flow guide structure may generate a driving force for driving the first fluid, so that the first fluid flows toward the circuit board 140 and reaches a position in which it is in contact with the circuit board. The first fluid in contact with the circuit board 140 may exchange heat with the circuit board 140 and thereby remove heat from the circuit board 140.The flow guiding structure may be a physical structure (e.g., fan blades attached to the rotating shaft 121 or connectable to the rotating shaft 121) or a virtual structure such as an opening or a groove. In the present embodiment, the flow guide structure is a channel (in particular, this may be the following flow guide channel 123) provided on the rotor 120.As the rotor 120 rotates, the channel serving as the flow guide structure also rotates. The rotation of the channel may drive the first fluid in the channel to flow, thereby generating a driving force for the first fluid. The motor 100 provided in the present embodiment has an opening 112 formed on the first housing 110 so that the first fluid can flow into the first housing 110 through the first opening 112. The motor 100 further includes a circuit board 140. The circuit board 140 is at least used to drive the rotor 120 to rotate. The rotor 120 is provided with a flow guide structure located in the first housing 110. During rotation, as the rotor 120 rotates, the flow guiding structure may drive the first fluid flowing into the first housing 110 through the first opening 112 to flow toward the circuit board 140 and ultimately to flow to a position where the first fluid may contact the circuit board 140. After contacting the circuit board 140, the fluid may absorb the heat at the circuit board 140 and thereby cool the circuit board 140, thereby extending the life of the circuit board 140 and improving the level of safety of the circuit board 140.When the circuit board 140 is disposed on the side where the second end 1212 of the rotor 120 is located, the circuit board 140 and the first opening 112 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rotor 120. In order that the first fluid can reach the position in which it comes into contact with the printed circuit board without hindrance, the rotor 120 is provided with a flow guide channel 123 in the present embodiment, which runs through the rotor 120 along the axial direction of the rotor 120, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4. The flow guide channel 123 serves to allow the first fluid to flow into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112, flow therethrough, and reach a position where the first fluid comes into contact with the circuit board 140. That is, the first fluid located near the first end 1211 may reach a position away from the first end 1211 by passing through the flow guide channel 123 of the rotor 120 to contact the circuit board 140. The provided flow guide channel 123 provides an unobstructed flow of the first fluid and thus a higher flow rate of the first fluid in contact with the circuit board. In other embodiments, the first fluid may also pass through a gap between the rotor 120 and the stator 130 so as to serve the purpose of passing through the rotor 120 and contacting the circuit board 140.The specific structure of the flow guide channel 123 depends on the requirements. It merely needs to be suitable for guiding the first fluid on both sides of the rotor 120. In the present embodiment, the flow guiding structure has in particular a flow guiding channel 123. In other words, in the present embodiment, the flow guide channel 123 is used for both guiding / directing the first fluid on both sides of the rotor 120 and driving the first fluid when the rotor 120 rotates. Reference is now made in particular to FIG. 4. The flow guide channel 123 has a first port 1231 near the first end 1211 and a second port 1232 away from the first end 1211. When viewed along the axial direction of the motor 100, the first port 1231 is different from the second port 1232, and the flow guide passage 123 is configured to apply pressure to the first fluid upon rotation of the rotor 120 so as to flow in a direction close to the circuit board 140. In the present embodiment, the flow guide passage 123 is simple in construction and is easy to manufacture at low cost. In other embodiments, the motor 100 may be further provided with other flow guiding structures to drive the first fluid (e.g., fan blades connected to the rotating shaft 121 of the rotor 120) such that the flow guiding channel 123 is used only for guiding / guiding the first fluid on both sides of the rotor 120. In this case, the axis of the flow guide channel 123 may be arranged parallel to the rotation axis of the rotor 120.In the present embodiment, the axis of the flow guide channel 123 may extend along a straight line and is inclined relative to the rotation axis. The obliquely extending end wall of the flow guide channel 123 may generate a driving force for guiding / directing the first fluid toward the circuit board 140. The axis of the flow guide channel 123 is preferably inclined in the circumferential direction of the rotor 120.Specifically, the flow guide passage 123 may satisfy at least one of the following conditions a) to c): a) the flow guide passage 123 is disposed on the rotor core 122; b) the flow guide passage 123 is disposed on the rotation shaft 121; c) the outer circumferential wall of the rotation shaft 121 is provided with a first groove and the inner circumferential wall of the rotor core 122 is provided with a second groove, and the first groove and the second groove together define the flow guide passage 123. In other words, at a), the flow guide passage 123 may be formed entirely on the rotor core 122, in which case the flow guide passage 123 is formed in the rotor core 122, may be formed on the outer circumferential wall of the rotor core 122, or may be formed on the inner circumferential wall of the rotor core 122. At b), the flow guide passage 123 may be formed entirely on the rotating shaft 121. In this case, the flow guide passage 123 may be located in the rotating shaft 121 or on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 121 (the flow guide passage 123 is exposed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 121). At c), the flow guide channel 123 may also be partially arranged on the rotation shaft 121 and partially arranged on the rotor core 122, wherein the first groove on the rotation shaft 121 and the second groove on the rotor core 122 together form the flow guide channel 123.In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the flow guide channel 123 has a first flow guide channel 123 aand a second flow guide channel 123 b. The first flow guide passage 123 ais entirely disposed on the rotating shaft 121, and is located on the outer circumferential wall of the rotating shaft 121. The rotating shaft 121 and the inner circumferential wall of the rotor core 122 together define the first flow guide passage 123 a. The second flow guide passage 123 bis entirely disposed on the rotor core 122. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second flow guide passage 123 bis disposed in the rotating shaft 121, and is passed through the upper side and the lower side of the rotor core 122. The axes of the two types of flow guide passages ( 123 a, 123 b) extend along a straight line and are inclined relative to the rotation axis of the rotor 120. By disposing the two types of flow guide passages ( 123 a, 123 b) at different distances from the rotational axis of the rotor 120, the first fluid at different positions of the rotor 122 can be efficiently guided by the rotational axis, thereby achieving a better guiding effect for the first fluid. In the present embodiment, the rotor 120 is provided with three first flow guide passages 123 a, the three first flow guide passages 123 abeing evenly distributed about the rotation axis of the rotor 120. The rotor 120 is further provided with four second flow guiding channels 123 b, wherein the four second flow guiding channels are arranged evenly distributed around the axis of rotation of the rotor 120. By arranging a plurality of first flow guide passages 123 aand second flow guide passages 123 bin a uniform manner, on the one hand, the flow rate of the first fluid can be increased, and on the other hand, the first fluid can flow more uniformly to the side of the rotor 120 remote from the first end 1211, so that the heat exchange between the circuit board 140 and the first fluid is more uniform and the effect of the heat exchange with the circuit board 140 is better. In the present embodiment, the stator 130 and the first housing 110 together define a return flow channel 160 that allows a return flow of the first fluid, which is located on the side away from the first end 1211, to the side near the first end 1211. That is, after the first fluid passes through the flow guide passage 123 and reaches the side of the rotor 120 remote from the first end 1211, the first fluid may flow back to the side of the rotor 120 near the first end 1211 through the return flow passage 160, so that the first fluid may form a loop in the motor 100, thereby improving the heat exchange effect of the first fluid. In other embodiments, the first fluid may also flow back to the side of the rotor 120 near the first end 1211 through further additional channels or may flow back to the side near the first end 1211 through the gap between the rotor 120 and the stator 130 (not discussed in detail here).Reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the present embodiment, a second opening 113 for discharging the first fluid in the first accommodation chamber 150 is provided on the wall of the first housing 110 near the first end 1211. That is, after the first fluid has flowed into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112, it flows from the position on the rotor 120 side near the first end 1211 to the position on the rotor 120 side away from the first end 1211. After the heat exchange of the first fluid with the circuit board 140, the first fluid may flow back to the position on the rotor 120 side near the first end 1211 through the return flow passage 160 and then discharged from the first accommodation chamber 150 through the second opening 113. This solution allows the first fluid to transfer the heat generated by the circuit board 140 out of the first accommodation chamber 150 of the motor 100, thereby further improving the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board 140. In other embodiments, a self-circulation of the first fluid in the first receiving chamber 150 is also possible. As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the first housing 110 has an end wall 111 at one axial end thereof, the first end 1211 passes through the end wall 111, and the first opening 112 and the second opening 113 are both disposed in the end wall 111. This solution allows the first fluid to be introduced into and discharged from the first accommodation chamber in substantially the same direction, thereby facilitating introduction and discharge of the first fluid. In other embodiments, the first opening 112 and the second opening 113 may also be arranged on different walls of the first housing 110, which is not explained in more detail here.In the present embodiment, the circuit board 140 has a temperature sensor 141. The temperature sensor 141 is disposed at a position of the circuit board 140 at which contact with the first fluid is possible. The temperature sensor 141 is for sensing the temperature of the first fluid. In this solution, by sensing the temperature, the parameters of the first fluid such as the flow rate may be adjusted accordingly, or the temperature of the first fluid flowing into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112 may be adjusted, thereby further improving the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board 140. For example, when the temperature sensor 141 detects a too high temperature of the first fluid, the temperature of the first fluid flowing into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112 may be moderately reduced. Other effects of sensing the temperature of the first fluid are described below (for details, refer to the description below). The temperature sensor 141 may be disposed at a position of the circuit board 140 where contact with the first fluid is allowed. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the temperature sensor 141 is disposed on the wall surface of the circuit board 140 facing the first opening 112. This solution allows direct contact of the first fluid with the temperature sensor 141 after the first fluid has passed through the flow guide passage 123, thereby making it easier for the temperature sensor 141 to sense the temperature. In other embodiments, the temperature sensor 141 can also be arranged on a side of the printed circuit board 140 facing away from the rotor 120, which will not be discussed in more detail here.As shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, the motor 100 is provided with a channel for allowing the first fluid to flow to the side of the circuit board 140 opposite to the first opening 112 in such a manner as to allow the first fluid to contact the wall of the circuit board 140 opposite to the first opening 112. In this way, the entire circuit board 140 can exchange heat with the first fluid, and the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board 140 is better. In particular, the first fluid can flow through the gap between the printed circuit board 140 and the first housing 110 to a side of the printed circuit board 140 facing away from the rotor 120. In other embodiments, the circuit board 140 may also be provided with an opening so that the first fluid can flow more easily to the side of the circuit board 140 facing away from the rotor 120, which will not be discussed in greater detail here.As shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, the present invention further provides a drive system 10 including an engine 100 in any of the foregoing embodiments. In particular, the drive system 10 comprises a pump 200. The pump 200 has a second housing 210 defining a second receiving chamber 240. The second housing 210 is provided with a fluid inlet 213 and a fluid outlet 214, which are connected to the second accommodation chamber 240, respectively. The pump 200 is connected to the first end 1211 of the rotor 120 of the motor 100 and is used to acquire driving force from the first end 1211 and then suck the supply fluid from the fluid inlet 213. The drive system 10 is configured to split the fluid flowing in through the fluid inlet 213 into a first fluid and a second fluid, the second fluid flowing into the second accommodation chamber 240 and then discharged from the second accommodation chamber 240 through the fluid outlet 214. That is, the pump 200 may draw power from the motor 100 to drive the second fluid to flow. The second fluid may be of the same type as the first fluid or may be different from the type of the first fluid. If the first fluid and the second fluid are similar, storage in the same oil container or in two different oil containers is possible. When stored in two different oil containers, the annular passage of the first fluid and the annular passage of the second fluid are isolated from each other. In the present embodiment, the first fluid and the second fluid are similar. The first fluid and the second fluid are stored in the same oil reservoir, that is, the annular passage of the first fluid is in communication with the annular passage of the second fluid. In the present embodiment, the second housing 210 is at least partially integrally connected to the first housing 110. As a result, the connection between the first housing 110 and the second housing 210 becomes more stable on the one hand, and on the other hand this solution also means fewer processing steps and lower processing costs. In other embodiments, the first housing 110 may also be independently disposed from the second housing 210, i.e., the motor 100 and the pump 200 are connected only by the first end 1211 of the rotor 120.In particular, the second housing 210 and the end wall 111 together define a second receiving chamber 240. This, on the one hand, reduces the distance between the motor 100 and the pump 200, thereby shortening the length of the rotation shaft 121 of the rotor 120, and, on the other hand, enables the second housing 210 to reduce a wall for defining the second accommodation chamber 240, so that the number of components of the second wall 210 and, along with that, the material cost of the drive system 10 can also be reduced.Referring now to FIG. 6, in the present embodiment, the second housing 210 defines a first flow channel 215, the first flow channel 215 being isolated from the second receiving chamber 240 and communicating with the first opening 112. A portion of the fluid inlet 213 communicates with the second accommodation chamber 240, and a portion of the fluid inlet 213 communicates with the first flow passage 215. The supply fluid flows in through the fluid inlet 213, wherein the drive system 10 is configured to split the supply fluid flowing through the fluid inlet 213 into a first fluid and a second fluid. The first fluid is directed to the first opening 112 via the first flow channel 215, and the second fluid is directed to the second receiving chamber 240. In other words, the supply fluid at the fluid inlet 213 is split by one part being guided to the first opening 112 through the first flow passage 215 and flowing into the first accommodation chamber 150 in the engine 100, and by the other part flowing into the second accommodation chamber 240 in the pump 200.It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the first fluid as well as the second fluid are stored in an oil container and that both are exactly the same and both belong to the supply liquid. The different designation serves merely to distinguish between the different orders of the fluid. That is, the fluid provided at the position from the oil reservoir to the drive system 10 is the supply fluid, the fluid branched from the supply fluid into the pump 200 is the second fluid, and the fluid branched from the supply fluid into the motor 100 is the first fluid. In the present embodiment, since the second housing 210 is used to define the first flow passage 215 communicating with the first opening 112, an additional bifurcated pipe for communicating the fluid inlet 213 and the first opening 112 does not need to be disposed, thereby saving a branch pipe. On the other hand, the temperature of the stator 130 and the motor 100 basically has no influence on the temperature of the first fluid, since the temperature of the first fluid branched into the motor 100 is detected by the temperature sensor 141, and the first fluid flows through the flow guide passage 123 on the rotor 120 and comes into contact with the temperature sensor 141, so that the temperature of the first fluid coming into contact with the temperature sensor 141 can basically reflect the temperature of the fluid flowing into the pump 200. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the parameters of the pump 200 can be adjusted according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 141. For example, when the pump 200 is a cooling pump and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 141 is too high, it is the detection that the temperature of the second fluid flowing into the pump 200 is too high. The speed of the pump 200 may be suitably increased to accelerate the flow of oil in the oil reservoir and cool it through an external radiator loop. If the temperature exceeds the limit value, the temperature sensor 141 provides feedback to the controller, which can then perform performance reduction protection according to the actual need.As shown in FIGS. 8 to 9, in the present embodiment, the second housing 210 defines a second flow passage 216 isolated from the first flow passage 215 and the second accommodation chamber 240. One end of the second flow channel 216 is connected to the second opening 113 and the other end is connected to the fluid outlet 214. The first fluid in the first accommodation chamber 150 may flow out of the drive system 10 through the second flow passage 216 and the fluid outlet 214. In this solution, since the entire drive system 10 has only the fluid outlet 214 for discharging the fluid, the number of external ports of the entire drive system 10 can be reduced, and the drive system 10 requires only a single line for discharging all the internal fluids. In other embodiments, the second port 113 may also communicate with the second receiving chamber 240 so that the first fluid discharged from the second port 113 may be discharged from the propulsion system 10 via the second receiving chamber 240 and the fluid outlet 214. With this solution, not only can the number of external ports of the entire drive system 10 be reduced, but the pump 200 can also supply power to allow the first fluid to flow out of the first accommodation chamber 150, thereby improving the flow of the first fluid. Specifically, the second accommodation chamber 240 has a negative pressure portion communicating with the fluid inlet 213 and a positive pressure portion communicating with the fluid outlet 214, and the second opening 113 communicates with the negative pressure portion. That is, the pump 200 may suck the first fluid in the first accommodation chamber 150 into the second accommodation chamber 240 through the second opening 113 and then discharge the fluid through the fluid outlet 214.The pump 200 may be a rotor pump (see FIGS. 8 to 9 ). In the present embodiment, the first end 1211 of the rotor 120 is connected to the first gear 220. The first gear 220 receives driving force from the first end 1211 of the rotor 120 and rotates relative to the second gear 230, thereby generating power for driving the second fluid. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the second housing 210 in the present embodiment has a pump housing 211 and an end cover 212. The pump housing 211 is formed integrally with the first housing 110. The end cover 212 is connected to the side of the pump housing 211 facing away from the motor 100. The fluid inlet 213 and the fluid outlet 214 are disposed on the end cover 212. That is, in the present embodiment, the first housing 110 has an end wall 111. The first end 1211 passes through the end wall 111. The first opening 112 is provided in the end wall 111. One end of the pump housing 211 is connected to the end wall 111 and the other end to the end cover 212. The end wall 111, the first gear 220, the second gear 230, and the end cover 212 together define a second accommodation chamber 240. The pump housing 211 encloses the outer periphery of the second gear 230. The pump housing 211, the second gear 230, the end wall 111, and the end cover 212 together define a first flow passage 215 and a second flow passage 216. One end of the first flow channel 215 is connected to the fluid inlet 213, and the other end is connected to the first opening 112. One end of the second flow channel 216 is connected to the fluid outlet 214 and the other end is connected to the second opening 213.Also provided by the present invention is a propulsion system 10 that includes an engine 100 and a pump 200. The motor 100 includes a first housing 110, a stator 130, a rotor 120, and a circuit board 140. The first housing 110 defines a first receiving chamber 150. The first housing 110 has an end wall 111. The end wall 111 is provided with a first opening 112. The rotor 120 is disposed in the first accommodation chamber 150 and has a first end 1211 passing through the end wall 111. The circuit board 140 is disposed in the first accommodation chamber 150 and serves at least to control the rotation of the rotor 120. The printed circuit board 140 has a temperature sensor 141. The rotor 120 is provided with a flow guide structure located in the first accommodation chamber 150. The flow guide structure is configured to drive, upon rotation together with the rotation of the rotor 120, a first fluid flowing into the first accommodation chamber 150 through the first opening 112 so that this first fluid flows to a position where it comes into contact with the temperature sensor 141. The pump 200 is connected to the first end 1211 and is configured to suck and discharge the first fluid after receiving a driving force from the first end 1211 of the rotor 120. The drive system 10 is configured to allow a portion of the first fluid to flow toward the first opening 112 prior to entering the pump 200. In the present embodiment, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 141 in the motor 100 may basically reflect the temperature of the fluid flowing into the pump 200. Thus, the parameters of the pump 200 can adjust according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 141 in the pump 200, thereby improving intelligence of the drive system 10.The present description and the accompanying drawings merely represent preferred embodiments of the invention.
