Example 1:
[0024] Referred to Fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure proposes an apparatus for constructing internal and external corners. The apparatus for constructing internal and external corners is used for casting the internal and external corners during construction to ensure the quality of the internal and external corners after casting.
[0025] The inside and outside corners in this embodiment are located on a compound wall in a subway station. Since one side of the compound wall facing away from the inside and outside corners is connected to a cladding wall, only one side of the compound wall is accessible for construction. The inside and outside corners include a first molded surface 120, a second molded surface 130, and a third molded surface 140, which are connected in sequence. The first molded surface 120 and the second molded surface 130 are combined to form an inside corner 100, and the second molded surface 130 and the third molded surface 140 are combined to form an outside corner 110.
[0026] Referred to Fig. 1, the device for building the inner and outer corners comprises a first forming plate 200, a second forming plate 210, a third forming plate 220, a first support 230, a second support 240, a connecting plate 300, and a fastening component 400. The first forming plate 200 is connected to the first support 230, which is intended to place the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120. The third forming plate 220 is connected to the second support 240, which is intended to place the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140. The connecting plate 300 is provided for connecting the first forming plate 200 to the second forming plate 210, and the fastening component 400 is provided for connecting the second forming plate 210 to the third forming plate 220. Thus, the second forming plate 210 is placed against the second forming surface 130.
[0027] As in the Fig. 2 to 4, the device for building the inner and outer corners additionally comprises a connecting component 500.
[0028] The first forming plate 200 is connected to the first support 230 by the connecting component 500. The connecting component 500 includes a connector 510, a clamping part 520, and a back brace 530. The connector 510 is connected to the back brace 530 by the clamping part 520. A side of the connector 510 facing away from the back brace 530 is connected to the first forming plate 200, and a side of the back brace 530 facing away from the first forming plate 200 is connected to the first support 230.
[0029] In some embodiments, the connector 510 is an I-beam, the back brace 530 is a channel, and the clamp 520 is a universal clamp. The clamp 520 secures one side of the connector 510 to the back brace 530, so that the connector 510 is firmly connected to the back brace 530.
[0030] The longitudinal direction of the connector 510 is vertical, and the longitudinal direction of the back brace 530 is perpendicular to the direction of the connector 510. The connecting component 500 includes a plurality of connectors 510 and a plurality of back braces 530. The plurality of connectors 510 are arranged at equal spacing, and the plurality of back braces 530 are arranged at equal spacing along the longitudinal direction of the connector 510 on the connector 510.
[0031] The side of the connector 510 facing away from the back brace 530 is firmly connected to the first forming plate 200 by the weld stud. The side of the back brace 530 facing away from the first forming plate 200 is connected to the hook stud 231 on the first support 230, so that the back brace 530 is firmly connected to the first support 230. Therefore, the first support 230 is firmly connected to the first forming plate 200.
[0032] The second forming plate 210 and the third forming plate 220 are each connected to the corresponding connecting component 500.
[0033] When the second forming plate 210 abuts the second forming surface 130 and the first support 230 abuts the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120, the connecting plate 300 can connect the back brace 530 on the first forming plate 200 to the back brace 530 on the second forming plate 210, respectively. Since the position of the first forming plate 200 is fixed by the first support 230, the connecting plate 300 can exert pressure on the second forming plate 210 through the back brace 530, so that the second forming plate 210 is abutted against the second forming surface 130.
[0034] In some embodiments, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the back brace 530 connected to the first forming plate 200 is a first back brace 531, and the back brace 530 connected to the second forming plate 210 is a second back brace 532. When the inside corner 100 on the construction site is a right angle, the connecting plate 300 is a support plate forming a rectangular triangle. The connecting plate includes a first fixed edge, a second fixed edge, and a third fixed edge that are sequentially connected. The first fixed edge and the second fixed edge are two right-angled edges, and the third fixed edge is an inclined edge. The first fixed edge is fixedly connected to the first back brace 531, and the second fixed edge is fixedly connected to the second back brace 532.
[0035] Since the structure of the connecting plate 300 is stable, the second forming plate 210 can be permanently applied against the second forming surface 130 during construction at the inside corner 100, thereby preventing the second forming plate 210 from accidentally moving during construction.
[0036] The first fixed edge and the second fixed edge are each provided with a connecting hole, and the first fixed edge and the second fixed edge are each fixedly connected to the first back brace 531 and the second back brace 532, respectively, by key pins. The key pins each pass through the connecting hole and are arranged in a groove on the first back brace 531 and a groove on the second back brace 532, respectively, so that the first fixed edge is fixedly connected to the first back brace 531 or the second fixed edge is fixedly connected to the second back brace 532.
[0037] In other embodiments, the operator may select the shape and size of the connecting plate 300 according to the actual situation to facilitate the construction of the inside corner 100 in different angles and sizes.
[0038] The second support 240 can also be fixedly connected to the third forming plate 220 by the connecting component 500. The manner of fixedly connecting the second support 240 to the third forming plate 220 is the same as the manner of fixedly connecting the first support 230 to the first forming plate 200.
[0039] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, after the second support 240 abuts the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140, the operator can firmly connect the second forming plate 210 to the third forming plate 220 by adjusting the fastening component 400. Since the position of the third forming plate 220 is fixed by the second support 240, the fastening component 400 can abut the second forming plate 210 against the second forming surface 130.
[0040] The back brace 530 connected to the second forming plate 210 is a second back brace 532, and the back brace 530 connected to the third forming plate 220 is a third back brace 533.
[0041] In some embodiments, the fastening component 400 comprises a first support 410, a second support 411, a fastening rod 420, and a first nut 430. The first support 410 is located on a side of the second back brace 532 facing away from the second forming plate 210, and the second support 411 is located on a side of the third back brace 533 facing away from the third forming plate 220. The fastening rod 420 runs sequentially through the first support 410, the second back brace 532, the third back brace 533, and the second support 411. The two first nuts 430 are each located at one of the two ends of the fastening rod 420, and two first nuts 430 are simultaneously fitted to the fastening rod 420 to secure the first support 410 and the second support 411, respectively, on the second back brace 532 or the third back brace 533.The first support 410 transfers the absorbed pressure to the second forming plate 210 through the second back brace 532. Thus, the second forming plate 210 is placed against the second forming surface 130.
[0042] The fastening rod 420 is provided with a thread, and the first nut 430 is adapted to the thread. The first nuts 430 at both ends of the fastening rod 420 respectively press the first support 410 onto the second back brace 532 and the second support 411 onto the third back brace 533, thereby firmly connecting the first support 410 to the second back brace 532, and the second support 411 to the second back brace 533. The first support 410 transmits the received pressure to the second forming plate 210 through the second back brace 532. Thus, the second forming plate 210 is pressed against the second forming surface 130.
[0043] The connecting plate 300 is primarily provided for placing an end of the second forming plate 210 near the inner corner 100 against the second forming surface 130. The fastening component 400 is primarily provided for placing an end of the second forming plate 210 near the outer corner 110 against the second forming surface 130. The connecting plate 300 cooperates with the fastening component 400 to ensure a stable, permanent contact of the second forming plate 210 against the second forming surface 130.
[0044] The first support 230 and the second support 240 are both triangular supports, and the first back brace 531 is connected to the first support 230 by the hook bolt 231.
[0045] During the construction of the inside and outside corners with the inside and outside corner construction device, the operator first assembles the connecting component 500 so that the connector 510 is firmly connected to the back brace 530. The operator then connects the first forming plate 200, the second forming plate 210, and the third forming plate 220 to the corresponding connector 510, and firmly connects the first back brace 531 to the first support 230, and firmly connects the third back brace 533 to the second support 240.
[0046] Then, the second forming plate 210 is placed against the second forming surface 130, and the entire structure formed from the first forming plate 200 and the first support 230 is moved so that the first support 230 places the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120. The connecting plate 300 is arranged between the first forming plate 200 and the second forming plate 210 so that the first forming plate 200 and the second forming plate 210 are firmly connected to each other. Thus, the end of the second forming plate 210 closest to the inner corner 100 is placed against the second forming surface 130. The entire structure formed from the third forming plate 220 and the second support 240 is moved so that the second support 240 places the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140. The second forming plate 210 is fixedly connected to the third forming plate 220 by the fastening component 400.Thus, the end of the second forming plate 210 closest to the outer corner 110 is placed against the second forming surface 130.
[0047] Finally, the walls are poured at the inside and outside corners to complete the construction of the inside and outside corners.
[0048] In the device for building inside and outside corners according to this embodiment, the first support 230 abuts the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120, and the second support 240 abuts the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140. The first support 230 and the second support 240 are connected to each other by the connecting plate 300, so that the side of the second forming plate 210 closest to the first forming plate 200 is abutted against the second forming surface 130. The second support 240 and the third support are connected to each other by the fastening component 400, so that the side of the second forming plate 210 closest to the third forming plate 220 is abutted against the second forming surface 130. Under the cooperation of the connecting plate 300 and the fastening component 400, the second forming plate 210 can be permanently applied against the second forming surface 130.The device for constructing inside and outside corners is applicable to a wall structure that is accessible for construction on only one side. The first forming plate 200, the second forming plate 210, and the third forming plate 220 can support the wall structure at the inside and outside corners during casting of the inside and outside corners, ensuring the shape of the inside and outside corners after casting and improving the quality of the inside and outside corners after casting. Example 2:
[0049] The device for building the inside and outside corners provided in this embodiment can be applied in the casting of the inside and outside corners to ensure the quality of the inside and outside corners after casting. This embodiment is an improvement based on the technical basis of the above-mentioned first embodiment. The differences are as follows: In some embodiments, reference is made to Fig. 2 to 4, the connecting component 500 further comprises a mounting plate 550 for connecting two said connectors 510.
[0050] If the height of the first forming plate 200 is higher than the connector 510, one connector 510 cannot be effectively connected to the forming plate. The operator can firmly connect two connectors 510 along the longitudinal direction through the fixing plate 550, thus allowing adjustment to the first forming plate 200 with a higher height.
[0051] In some embodiments, the upper end of the connector 510 is provided with a lifting ring 540 that is coordinated with an external lifting device to facilitate the movement of each forming plate to the corresponding forming surface.
[0052] The lifting ring 540 is firmly connected to the connector 510 by welding. When assembling the connecting component 500 and connecting the connecting component 500 to the corresponding forming plate and support, the respective components are typically placed horizontally on the floor for assembly. After assembly, the operator can control the lifting device to move the various connected forming plates. The lifting device can cooperate with the lifting ring 540 so that the lifting device can move the various forming plates to the corresponding forming surface.
[0053] The connecting component 500 further includes a square timber 560 provided at both ends of the connector 510. The square timber 560 is provided to maintain the stability of the connector 510 during construction and to prevent damage to the floor or the structure of the inside and outside corners caused by the connector 510.
[0054] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the device for constructing the inside and outside corners further includes an accessory component 600 comprising a connecting rod 620 and a sleeve 630. The connecting rod 620 is fixedly connected to the embedding part 610 in the ground by the sleeve 630. The connecting rod 620 is fixedly connected to the first support 230, thereby connecting the first support 230 to the ground.
[0055] The connecting rod 620 and the embedding part 610 are each provided with a thread, and an inner wall at both ends of the sleeve 630 is each provided with an internal thread corresponding to the connecting rod 620 and the embedding part 610, respectively. The connecting rod 620 and the embedding part 610 are each screwed to the sleeve 630 through the thread.
[0056] The connecting rod 620 passes through a connecting beam on the first support 230, and a pressure beam 640 and a second nut 650 are provided on the connecting rod 620. The second nut 650 and the connecting rod 620 are threadedly connected. By adjusting the position of the second nut 650 on the connecting rod 620, the pressure beam 640 can be pressed against the connecting beam to firmly connect the connecting rod 620 to the first support 230.
[0057] The second support 240 can also be connected to the floor below the second support 240 via the accessory component 600.
[0058] The first support 230 is a triangular support. The first support 230 includes a first support part, a second support part, and an inclined support part. The first support part is located near the first forming plate 200, and the second support part is in contact with the ground.
[0059] An adjusting screw 232 is provided at the junction between the second support part and the inclined support part. One end of the adjusting screw 232 near the ground is connected to a spacer block 233. The spacer block 233 is placed on the ground. By adjusting the adjusting screw 232, the distance between the second support part and the spacer block 233 can be adjusted.
[0060] When the first support 230 is connected to the ground by the accessory component 600, the connection point between the second support part and the inclined support part can be raised by adjusting the adjusting screw 232, so that the first forming plate 200 can be placed against the first forming surface 120 at different angles. Furthermore, the adjusting screw 232 can cooperate with the spacer block 233 to keep the second support part horizontal. Thus, the first support 230 can be used on uneven ground.
[0061] The first support 230 further includes a beam 234 intended for carrying the operator. Thus, the operator can perform construction work at the inside and outside corners.
[0062] The structure of the second support 240 is the same as that of the first support 230. Example 3:
[0063] This embodiment proposes a construction method provided for constructing the inside and outside corners in the device for constructing the inside and outside corners.
[0064] The construction method comprises the following steps: S1: Placing the second forming plate 210 against the second forming surface 130; S2: Placing the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120 by the first support 230; S3: Mounting the connecting plate 300 for connecting the first forming plate 200 to the second forming plate 210; S4: Placing the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140 by the second support 240; S5: Mounting the fastening component 400 for connecting the second forming plate 210 to the third forming plate 220.
[0065] S1: Applying the second forming plate 210 to the second forming surface 130.
[0066] The operator first connects the second forming plate 210 to the connecting component 500, and then moves the second forming plate 210 such that the side of the second forming plate 210 facing away from the connecting component 500 is placed against the second forming surface 130. A steel tube is provided on the side of the second forming plate 210 facing away from the second forming surface 130. Thus, the steel tube, the second forming plate 210, and the base form a triangular fastening system, so that the second forming plate 210 temporarily rests against the second forming surface 130.
[0067] S2: Placing the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120 by the first support 230.
[0068] The operator first firmly connects the first support 230 to the first forming plate 200 through the connecting component 500 and then moves the entire structure formed from the first support 230 and the first forming plate 200 such that the first support 230 can abut the first forming plate 200 against the first forming surface 120.
[0069] S3: Mounting the connecting plate 300 for connecting the first forming plate 200 to the second forming plate 210.
[0070] The connecting plate 300 is a triangular support plate, and two fixed edges of the connecting plate 300 are respectively fixedly connected to the first back brace 531 and the second back brace 532, so that the first forming plate 200 is connected to the second forming plate 210. Since the position of the first forming plate 200 is fixed by the first support 230, the connecting plate 300 can exert pressure on the second forming plate 210 through the second back brace 532, so that the second forming plate 210 is abutted against the second forming surface 130.
[0071] S4: Placing the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140 by the second support 240.
[0072] The operator first firmly connects the second support 240 to the third forming plate 220 through the connecting component 500 and then moves the entire structure formed from the second support 240 and the third forming plate 220 so that the second support 240 can abut the third forming plate 220 against the third forming surface 140.
[0073] S5: Mounting the fastening component 400 for connecting the second forming plate 210 to the third forming plate 220.
[0074] The fastening component 400 comprises a first support 410, a second support 411, a fastening rod 420, and a first nut 430. One of the two first nuts 430 is located at each of the two ends of the fastening rod 420, and the two first nuts 430 are simultaneously adapted to the fastening rod 420 in order to secure the first support 410 and the second support 411, respectively, on the second back brace. 532 or the third back strut 533.
[0075] The construction method further includes adjusting the contour shape of the forming plates. After installing the fastening component 400, the operator connects the first support 230 and the second support 240 to the ground via the accessory component 600 to prevent movement of the first support 230 or the second support 240 during construction.
[0076] The inclination of the first support 230 or the inclination of the second support 240 is adjusted by adjusting the adjusting screw 232 and the spacer block 233 on the first support 230 or the second support 240. Thus, the angle at which the first forming plate 200 is applied to the first forming surface 120 and the angle at which the third forming plate 220 is applied to the third forming surface 140 are controlled.
