Claims

1. An insulating panel for a vehicle body, in particular a refrigerated vehicle body, having at least one thermally insulating core layer (10) and at least two cover layers (11) consisting of a fibre-reinforced plastic material, which are arranged opposite one another on the core layer (10), wherein the core layer (10) has at least one connection opening (12), which is filled by the cover layers (11) so that the cover layers (11) are integrally bonded to one another through the core layer (10), characterised in that at least one of the cover layers (11) has an increased layer thickness in the area of the connection opening (12).

2. The insulating panel according to Claim 1, characterised in that the connection opening (12) passes completely through the core layer (10) for connecting the cover layers (11).

3. The insulating panel according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the cover layers (11) have at least one common connection section (13), which extends through the connection opening (12) and by means of which the cover layers (11) laterally stabilise the core layer (10).

4. The insulating panel according to Claim 3, characterised in that the core layer (10) is formed from assembled core layer elements (14), in particular foamed core layer blocks, wherein the connection section (13) is provided between the individual core layer elements (14) respectively.

5. A component of a vehicle body, in particular a refrigerated vehicle body, comprising a rear door and / or a side wall and / or a front wall and / or a ceiling and / or a floor each having at least one insulating panel according to Claim 1.

6. A vehicle body, in particular a refrigerated vehicle body, having at least one insulating panel according to Claim 1.

7. A vehicle, in particular a refrigerated vehicle, having at least one insulating panel according to Claim 1.

A method for producing an insulating panel, having the following steps: - providing a core layer (10) of at least one thermally insulating, in particular foamed, material, wherein the core layer (10) has at least one connection opening (12); - spraying the core layer (10) and the connection opening (12) with a fibre-reinforced, in particular glass-fibre-reinforced, plastic material to form two cover layers (11); - pressing the core layer (10) with the cover layers (11), wherein the connection opening (12) is filled with the fibre-reinforced plastic material, and both cover layers (11) are integrally bonded to one another.

9. The method according to Claim 8, characterised in that a flat and / or smooth outer face (16) of the cover layer (11) is formed during pressing.
