Description
[0001] The invention relates to a guide device for guiding a goods carrier in a housing, with at least two guide units, each having a bearing rail and a pull-out rail which is displaceably mounted relative to the bearing rail and which can be coupled or is coupled to the goods carrier, wherein the bearing rail has a first and a second holder, with which it is coupled in the use state to a support bar arrangement comprising horizontal bars and vertical bars assigned to a side wall of the housing.
[0002] A guide device of the type mentioned above is known from DE 20 2015 104 000 U1. There, a device for guiding the movement of a sliding element is described. The device allows a sliding element, for example a baking tray, to be attached to a bar arrangement that is fastened to a side wall, for example the side wall of an oven. The device comprises an inner rail associated with the bar arrangement and an outer rail coupled to the sliding element. The outer rail is displaceable relative to the inner rail. The device comprises holding means for attaching it to the bar arrangement, wherein the holding means comprise a first holder and a second holder, which are arranged offset from one another in the longitudinal direction on the inner rail.
[0003] The first holder has a gripping section that is open to the rear and that engages around a horizontally oriented horizontal bar of the bar arrangement in the use position. The second holder comprises a clamping device with which the device can be fixed to a second horizontal bar of the bar arrangement by means of clamps when the first horizontal bar of the bar arrangement is engaged by the first holder. Thus, first, the gripping section of the first holder is placed on the associated horizontal bar, and then the clamping device of the second holder is activated and the second holder is clamped firmly to the associated horizontal bar. EP2 966 362 A1 discloses a device for guiding the movement of a sliding element, the device comprising a support rail and an extension rail that can be connected to the sliding element.
[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a guide device for guiding a goods carrier in a housing, which can be quickly and easily attached to the support rod arrangement on the side wall of the housing.
[0005] This object is achieved by a guide device having the features of independent claim 1. Further developments of the invention are presented in the subclaims.
[0006] The guide device according to the invention is characterized in that the holders can be or are fixed to associated first and second fastening sections of the support rod arrangement via a rotary latch device equipped with at least one rotary latch.
[0007] The rotary latches allow for quick and easy operation by the user by turning the latch to a position where the bearing rail is securely attached to the support rod assembly. Disassembly of the bearing rail is also relatively easy.
[0008] In a further development of the invention, the first fastening section for the first holder is formed on at least one horizontal bar of the support bar arrangement. Particularly preferably, the first fastening section is formed on two horizontal bars arranged one above the other in the vertical direction, with superimposed fastening section regions.
[0009] In a further development of the invention, the second fastening section for the second holder is formed on at least one horizontal bar of the support bar arrangement. Particularly preferably, the first fastening section is formed on two horizontal bars arranged one above the other in the vertical direction, with superimposed fastening section regions.
[0010] According to the invention, the rotary latch can be rotated between a release position and a locking position securing the bearing rail to the at least one horizontal bar.
[0011] In a further development of the invention, the rotary latch has a locking portion which, in the locking position, engages with the associated fastening portion and an actuating portion which can be actuated by the user, in particular without tools, and which causes a rotation of the locking portion between the release position and the locking position.
[0012] In a particularly preferred manner, the locking section is designed as a rotary clamp, with two clamping sections, of which in the locking position a first clamping section engages the upper horizontal bar and a second clamping section engages the lower horizontal bar and ensures a positionally fixed clamping.
[0013] For convenience, each clamping section has a clamping groove. The clamping grooves can open away from each other. This ensures that when the rotary clamp is rotated, the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove simultaneously engage the corresponding fastening section areas on the horizontal bars.
[0014] It is possible for the rotary latch device to have a housing-like latch carrier which is fastened to the bearing rail on the one hand and on which the rotary latch is rotatably mounted on the other hand.
[0015] In a further development of the invention, positioning means are provided for positioning the rotary latch in the locking position.
[0016] The positioning means can be formed by positioning elements formed on the one hand on the locking section of the rotary latch and on the other hand on the latch carrier.
[0017] Particularly preferably, the positioning elements are designed as at least one positioning hole and at least one positioning projection, in particular a positioning knob, wherein the at least one positioning hole is preferably formed on the locking portion and the at least one positioning projection is formed on the locking portion. However, it would also be conceivable to form the positioning hole on the locking portion and the positioning projection on the locking portion.
[0018] The invention further comprises a heating device, in particular an oven, preferably a baking oven, which is characterized by a guide device according to one of the preceding claims.
[0019] A preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and explained in more detail below. The drawing shows: Figure 1 is a perspective view of an oven with a preferred embodiment of the guide device according to the invention accommodated therein, Figure 2 is a perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the guide device according to the invention, wherein only the bearing rail is shown attached to the associated support bar arrangement, Figure 3 is a perspective view of the guide device of Figure 2 from behind, Figure 4 an enlarged view of detail X from Figure 3, Figure 5 a perspective view of a rotary clamp of the guide device according to the invention of Figure 2 and Figure 6 a perspective view of the housing-like bolt carrier of the guide device of Figure 2 .
[0020] The Figures 1 to 6 show a preferred embodiment of the guide device 11 according to the invention. The guide device 11 is explained below using the example of an oven, in particular a baking oven 60. The oven has a housing 61, which in the case of a baking oven 60 could also be referred to as a muffle or baking muffle. The housing 61 is generally cuboid or cubic in shape. It is made of heat-resistant material, in particular steel.
[0021] The housing 61 encloses a heatable interior 62, which is defined at the rear by a rear wall and at the front by a door 63. The door 63 is an oven door that, when closed, seals off access to the interior 62. The housing 61 further comprises two opposing side walls 64a, 64b, a base 65, and a top wall 66 opposite the base. At least one product carrier 67 for the product to be heated is accommodated in the housing. The product carrier 67 can be, for example, a baking tray.
[0022] The guide device 11 serves to guide the product carrier 67 within the housing of the oven 60. In the example shown, the guide device 11 has two guide units 12, of which only one is shown in the figures. The guide units 12 are arranged on opposite side walls 64a, 64b of the housing 61. They thus form a left and right guide for the product carrier 67.
[0023] The guide units each have a bearing rail 13 and an extension rail (not shown) that is displaceably mounted relative to the bearing rail 13 and that can be coupled or is coupled to the goods carrier 67. In the assembled use state, the bearing rail 13 of a respective guide unit 12 is fixedly connected to a support rod arrangement 14 comprising horizontal rods 15a, 15b and vertical rods 16a, 16b, wherein the support rod arrangement 14 is in turn fixedly mounted on the associated side wall. In the example shown, the support rod arrangement 14 of the associated side wall 64a, 64b consists of two vertical rods 16a, 16b arranged one behind the other along a longitudinal axis 17 of the guide device 11. The goods carrier 67 is guided by the guide device 11 for linear movement along the longitudinal axis 17 between a retracted insertion position and an extended extension position.
[0024] As particularly in the Figures 1and 2 As shown, the two vertical bars 16a, 16b are connected to each other by two horizontal bars 15a, 15b arranged one above the other in the vertical direction. The horizontal bars 15a, 15b each have a relatively elongated longitudinal section 18a, 18b running along the longitudinal axis 17, with a first transverse section 19a, 19b and a second transverse section 20a, 20b arranged at one and the other end of each horizontal bar 15a, 15b. The transverse sections 19a, 19b and 20a, 20b are integrally connected to the associated longitudinal sections 18a, 18b and are expediently bent at an angle from a bar that is straight in its initial state.
[0025] The horizontal and vertical bars 15a, 15b; 16a, 16b of the support bar arrangement 14 are expediently made of metal material, in particular steel material.
[0026] The first transverse section 19a, 19b and also the second transverse section 20a, 20b of a respective horizontal bar 15a, 15b each extend transversely to the longitudinal axis 17 and are bent substantially at a right angle from the associated longitudinal section 18a, 18b.
[0027] As particularly in the Figures 1 and 2 As shown, the first transverse sections 19a, 19b are each connected to the first vertical bar 16a, in particular welded there. The second transverse sections 20a, 20b are each connected to the second vertical bar 16b, in particular welded there.
[0028] As further stated in the Figures 1 and 2As shown, the bearing rail 13 is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal axis 17 and is fastened to the support rod arrangement 14 in a manner described in more detail below. The bearing rail 13 is shown, for example, in the form of a C-profile, which has a back section 21 and two legs 22a, 22b directed forward from the back section 21 at an angle away from the support rod arrangement. The extension rail (not shown) is movably guided on the C-profiled bearing rail, to which the goods carrier is in turn coupled.
[0029] A first and second bracket 23, 24 are used to fasten the bearing rail 13 to the support rod arrangement 14.
[0030] As particularly in Figure 1As shown, the brackets 23, 24 are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, i.e., along the longitudinal axis 17, along the bearing rail 13. The first bracket is fixable or can be fixed to a first fastening section 25 of the support rod arrangement 14, and the second bracket 24 is fixed to a second fastening section 26 of the support rod arrangement. The fastening sections 25, 26 are located on the longitudinal sections 18a, 18b of the horizontal bars 15a, 15b, respectively.
[0031] As particularly in Figure 1 As shown, the brackets 23, 24 are constructed identically.
[0032] The brackets 23, 24 can each be fixed or secured to the associated fastening sections 25, 26 of the support rod arrangement 14 via a rotary locking device 28a, 28b equipped with at least one rotary locking device 27a, 27b. Particularly preferably, the first and second brackets 23, 24 have the rotary locking devices 28a, 28b with the rotary locking devices 27a, 27b.
[0033] As particularly in Figure 3 As shown, the first fastening section 25 for the first holder 23 is formed on two horizontal bars 15a, 15b lying one above the other in the vertical direction with fastening section regions 25a, 25b lying one above the other.
[0034] As further stated in Figure 3 As shown, the horizontal bars 15a, 15b in the region of the fastening section areas 25a, 25b in the region of the first fastening section 25 each have a curvature 29a, 29b, of which the curvature 29a on the upper horizontal bar 15a is oriented upwards and the curvature 29b on the lower horizontal bar 15b is oriented downwards. This creates a type of bulge 30 on the two horizontal bars 15a, 15b in the region of the first fastening section 25, with an insertion slot 31 for the associated rotary latch 27a being formed between the curvatures 29a, 29b, enlarged by the bulge 30.
[0035] As particularly in Figure 1As shown, the two horizontal bars 15a, 15b are also curved in the area of the second bracket 24, i.e., at the second fastening section 26 with the second fastening section areas 26a, 26b, and there have curves 29a, 29b that are essentially identical to the curves on the first bracket 23. A bulge 30 is also provided in the area of the second bracket 24, which is part of an insertion slot 31 for the associated rotary latch 27b.
[0036] As the overview of the Figures 1 , 3 and 4 shows, the rotary latches 27a, 27b each have a locking portion 33 in the form of a rotary clamp which is in a locking position 32 in engagement with the associated fastening portion 25, 26.
[0037] The rotary clamp is in Figure 4shown in more detail. It has two clamping sections 34a, 34b, of which, in the locking position 32, a first clamping section 34a engages the upper horizontal bar 15a, specifically at the bend 29a formed there, and a second clamping section 34b engages the lower horizontal bar 15b, specifically at the bend 29b formed there, ensuring a fixed clamping of the rotary clamp in the locking position 32.
[0038] The clamping sections 34a, 34b each have two clamping legs 35 arranged essentially parallel to one another and a clamping groove 36a, 36b formed between the clamping legs. Characteristically, the clamping grooves 36a, 36b open away from one another. This results in the upper clamping groove 36a simultaneously engaging the lower clamping groove 36b with the curved fastening section regions 26a, 26b during a rotational movement of the rotary clamp.
[0039] In addition to the locking portion 33 designed as a rotary clamp, the rotary latches 27a, 27b also have an actuating portion 38 which causes rotation of the locking portion 33 in the form of the rotary clamp between a release position 37 and the locking position 32.
[0040] In the example shown, the actuating section 38 comprises a pin 39 which projects from the locking section 33 and is in particular integrally connected to the locking section 33.
[0041] The pin 39 is essentially cylindrical and can, for example, have two opposing flattened portions on its lateral surface. The pin 39 is slotted and has a slot 40 extending along its longitudinal axis, which extends from the free end face 41 of the pin through essentially the entire length of the pin. As shown in particular in the Figures 1 and 3As shown, an actuating tab 42 is received in the slot 40, such that the pin and actuating tab together form a type of wing nut, which allows for easy handling of the rotary latch 27a, 27b. The actuating tab 42 protrudes on the left and right beyond the outer sides of the pin 39 and can thus be easily grasped.
[0042] The rotary locking devices 28a, 28b each have, in addition to the rotary locking device 27a, 27b, a housing-like locking device carrier 43a, 43b, which is fastened on the one hand to the bearing rail 13 and on which the associated rotary locking device 27a, 27b is rotatably mounted on the other hand.
[0043] As particularly in Figure 1 and in Figure 5As shown, the locking carrier 43a, 43b has a base section 44a, 44b equipped with a central through-opening 45 through which the pin 39 of the rotary lock 27a, 27b passes. Attached to the base section on the left and right are two fastening tabs 46, in particular in one piece, which in turn are connected to the bearing rail 13, for example, welded thereto. The locking sections 33 of the rotary locks 27a, 27b are located in the space between a side surface of the bearing rail 13 and the rear of the base section 44a, 44b of the locking carrier 43a, 43b. The locking sections 33, i.e. the rotary clamps, are thus rotatably received between the locking carrier 43a, 43b and the bearing rail 13.
[0044] The guide device 11 further has positioning means 47 for positioning the rotary latch 27a, 27b in the locking position 32.
[0045] The positioning means 47 are formed by positioning elements formed on the one hand on the locking portion 33 of the rotary latch 27a, 27b and on the other hand on the latch carrier 43a, 43b. The positioning means are designed as at least one positioning hole 48 and at least one positioning projection 49. In the example shown, the positioning projection 49 is designed as a positioning knob.
[0046] As particularly in Figure 5 As shown, at least one positioning hole 48 is formed on the bolt carrier, specifically on its base portion 44a, 44b. Conveniently, four positioning holes 48 are located grouped around the central through-opening 45 on the base portion 44a, 44b.
[0047] As particularly in Figure 4 As shown, corresponding positioning knobs are formed on the rotary clamp, in particular two positioning knobs arranged on either side of the pin 39.
[0048] The corresponding positioning knobs and positioning holes 48 serve to fix defined rotational positions of the rotary clamp, namely the locking position 32 and the release position 37.
[0049] To attach the bearing rail 13 to the support rod arrangement 14, the bearing rail 13 is attached laterally to the support rod arrangement 14 using the two brackets 23, 24. The rotary clamps of the rotary locks 27a, 27b are each in the release position 37, so that the locking sections 33 can be inserted laterally between the two horizontal bars 15a, 15b, which are arranged one above the other in the vertical direction. The rotary locks 27a, 27b can then be rotated 90° into their locking position 32, which is fixed by the engagement of the positioning knobs on the rotary clamp in associated positioning holes 48 on the lock carrier 43a, 43b. This means that over-tightening of the rotary lock is prevented by the engagement of the positioning knobs in the associated positioning holes 48.When the twist lock is rotated, the clamping grooves 3 engage with the curvatures 29a, 29b on the two horizontal bars 15a, 15b, preventing the twist lock from moving backward or unintentionally extending from the exit slot 31 opposite to the insertion direction. Furthermore, the curvatures 29a, 29b prevent axial displacement of the bearing rail relative to the support bar assembly 14 along the longitudinal axis 17 of the bearing rail 13 when the twist locks 27a, 27b are in the locking position 32.
