Description
[0001] The invention relates to a device for producing a hollow cylindrical concrete lining on shaft walls of vertical shafts, with at least one formwork element radially spaced from the shaft wall and forming a concrete formwork, a support ring at the lower end of the formwork element, and a sealing arrangement in the region of the support ring for sealing the concrete formwork against the shaft wall.
[0002] It is known from the prior art to provide a sealing arrangement in the area of the support ring in the form of manually cut formwork boards. These are arranged on the support ring and seal the concrete formwork against the shaft wall. The disadvantage of this solution is that the manually cut formwork boards must be cut and manually adjusted separately for each concrete formwork. This makes the production of the concrete lining on the shaft walls of a vertical shaft time-consuming and expensive.
[0003] US 4,270,876 A discloses a device for producing a hollow cylindrical concrete lining on the shaft walls of vertical shafts. This describes a formwork element which is used to produce a concrete lining for vertical shafts. A support ring is arranged at the lower end of this formwork element. Extendable elements are located on the support ring to support the support ring on the shaft wall. The sealing between the support ring and the shaft wall is achieved here via an inflatable element. The disadvantage of the solution described here is that the sealing gap between the support ring and the shaft wall that can be bridged with the inflatable element is only limited, which requires high precision when drilling the vertical shaft and a low degree of breakouts. In addition, the inflatable element is susceptible to damage, so that the production of the concrete lining in the vertical shaft must therefore be interrupted frequently.
[0004] Devices for producing a hollow cylindrical concrete lining on the shaft walls of vertical shafts are also known from ES 2 235 667 B1 and JP 2012 255289 A. In addition to a formwork element forming a concrete formwork radially spaced from the shaft wall, a sealing arrangement is provided in the lower area of the formwork element to seal the concrete formwork from the shaft wall. A disadvantage of the sealing arrangements proposed here is that they are folded out from the shaft wall and thus do not provide a reliable seal, do not form a defined closure, and are also susceptible to damage.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved device that enables the effective, rapid, and reliable production of a hollow cylindrical concrete lining on the shaft walls of vertical shafts. In particular, the time required for the production and sealing of a concrete formwork is to be reduced, and interruptions during the production of the concrete lining due to maintenance work are to be reduced.
[0006] This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
[0007] Because the sealing arrangement is formed by several drawers that extend radially toward the shaft wall, the sealing arrangement in the area of the support ring can ensure quick and reliable sealing of the concrete formwork against the shaft wall. The drawers of the sealing arrangement, which extend radially toward the shaft wall, can easily bridge the sealing gap between the support ring and the shaft wall by extending the drawers against the shaft wall opposite the support ring. The extendable drawers provide a sealing arrangement that can be quickly adapted to the shaft wall and seals the concrete formwork against the shaft wall at the lower end of the formwork element. The drawers extend radially toward the shaft wall, sealing the concrete formwork when extended against the shaft wall. This allows the formwork to be used to create the hollow cylindrical concrete lining on the shaft wall by filling the space created by the concrete formwork between the formwork element, the shaft wall, and the sealing assembly. After the concrete poured into the concrete formwork from above has hardened, the formwork can be moved within the shaft to clad the shaft wall at a later location.
[0008] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention emerge from the dependent claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can also be combined with one another in any technologically expedient manner, thus demonstrating further embodiments of the invention.
[0009] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the drawers are driven by drives that can be extended and retracted relative to the support ring. Driven by preferably hydraulic (electric or pneumatic) drives, the drawers can be automatically extended or retracted relative to the support ring. This further reduces manual work during the sealing of the concrete formwork for the production of the concrete cladding on the shaft walls.
[0010] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides for each drawer to be assigned a separate drive. With separately driven drawers, they can be moved independently of one another against the shaft wall. Because the drawers can be moved independently of one another, unevenness in the shaft walls can be easily compensated for by moving the drawers independently of one another radially against the shaft wall by different distances relative to the support ring. This enables particularly simple and quick sealing of the concrete formwork in the lower area of the formwork element.
[0011] An advantageous design provides for the drawers to each form partial arc segments of a circular arc-shaped sealing arrangement. Because the drawers each form partial arc segments, which seal the circular arc-shaped sealing gap between the formwork element and the shaft wall, a sealing arrangement can be provided that is easily adaptable to the shaft wall and enables reliable sealing of the concrete formwork. The partial arc segments can be used to compensate for breakouts during drilling or blasting of the vertical shaft, and thus also for deviations in the shaft diameter.
[0012] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides for drawers arranged next to one another to form common overlapping areas. These overlapping areas allow for reliable sealing of the concrete formwork in the lower region. The overlapping of the drawers, which extend radially against the shaft wall, forms a tight seal between the formwork element and the shaft wall. Even when the drawers, which extend radially against the shaft wall, are fully extended, the overlapping areas form a sealed lower surface of the concrete formwork, allowing concrete poured into the concrete formwork to harden there to cover the shaft walls.
[0013] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the overlapping areas are each formed along the circumference of a circular sealing arrangement between two adjacent drawers. By forming the overlapping areas along the circumference of the circular sealing arrangement, the areas between two adjacent drawers can be effectively bridged. As a result, the circular sealing arrangement forms a closed lower surface of the concrete formwork, so that concrete poured into the concrete formwork is collected by the surface and can harden within the formwork.
[0014] A particularly advantageous embodiment is one in which the overlapping areas form a seal between the drawers. Sealing the concrete formwork with the overlapping areas makes it particularly easy to create a closed lower surface of the concrete formwork. Sealing the concrete formwork with the overlapping areas ensures that no concrete filled into the concrete formwork gets between the extended drawers and hardens there. For this reason, the drawers that extend against the shaft wall can be easily retracted after the concrete in the concrete formwork has hardened and repositioned at another location opposite the shaft wall to form a concrete cladding.
[0015] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to the drawers being provided with sealing elements that create a seal against the shaft wall. The sealing elements are preferably formed by solid rubber strips that allow for a sealing adaptation to the contour of the shaft wall. Alternatively, the sealing elements can also be hollow, for example, as a tube that is open or closed at the sides.
[0016] An advantageous embodiment provides for the sealing elements to be arranged on the radially outer surfaces of the drawers, wherein the sealing elements are clamped between the shaft wall and the drawers when the drawers are extended against the shaft wall, thus sealing the concrete formwork. The sealing elements can be clamped particularly easily on the outer surfaces of the drawers by extending the drawers, which can be extended against the shaft wall, thus reliably sealing the concrete formwork. The clamped sealing elements compensate for unevenness on the shaft wall in the area of the individual extendable drawers. By clamping the sealing element between the extendable drawers and the shaft wall, a particularly high sealing effect can be achieved, preventing liquid concrete from escaping from the formed concrete formwork.
[0017] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the sealing elements follow the extension movement of the drawers and thus adapt to the contour of the shaft wall. The sealing elements, which follow the extension movement of the drawers, enable a particularly precise adaptation of the concrete formwork to the contour of the shaft wall.
[0018] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the sealing elements form a sealing ring that extends continuously around the support ring. With the sealing ring that extends continuously around the support ring, a reliable seal can be achieved by the sealing arrangement against the shaft wall in the area of the support ring. With the continuous sealing ring, the circular sealing arrangement is completely sealed against the shaft wall by a sealing ring.
[0019] An advantageous design provides for the sealing elements to be made of an elastically stretchable material. This elastically stretchable material allows for sealing elements that adapt particularly well to the contours of the shaft wall, thus enabling reliable sealing of the concrete formwork.
[0020] The invention provides for the drawers to have covers, whereby the covers form the top of the drawers and close off the concrete formwork from below. These covers make it particularly easy to form a concrete formwork closed from below from the drawers, which can be moved radially against the shaft wall. The covers ensure a uniform, smooth surface, thus preventing hardened concrete from adhering to the drawers.
[0021] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the covers are made of a plastic material. Plastic covers provide a suitable surface to prevent adhesion of hardened concrete. This allows the extendable and retractable drawers to be easily moved within the concrete formwork, even after the concrete cladding has hardened.
[0022] Further features, details, and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description and from the drawings, which show exemplary embodiments of the invention. Corresponding objects or elements are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures. They show: Figure 1 shows a device according to the invention in a shaft, Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the device, Figure 3 shows a sectional view of the device, Figure 4 shows a drawer, Figure 5 shows an overlapping area of two drawers and Figure 6 shows a perspective view of the device with an alternative arrangement of the sealing elements.
[0023] In the Figure 1Denoted by the reference numeral 1, a device according to the invention is shown. The device 1, shown in detail, serves to produce a hollow cylindrical concrete lining 50 on the shaft wall 100 of a vertically extending shaft 101. The section shown corresponds to a circular arc section of the overall circular arc-shaped device 1. Such a shaft 101 is generally drilled into the earth and rock during sinking to develop deposits in mining. However, the shaft 101 can also be milled or blasted into the earth and rock during production. To secure the shaft walls 100, a concrete lining 50 is usually attached to the shaft walls 100. The production of such a concrete lining 50 is generally carried out in sections by arranging concrete formwork in the shaft 101.Using such a concrete formwork, the hollow cylindrical concrete lining 50 is produced section by section on the shaft walls 100. For this purpose, after a produced section has hardened, the device 1 is moved further down in the shaft 101 in order to produce the next section of the concrete lining 50. Once this section has hardened, the device 1 is lowered even further down in the shaft 101 to form a further section of the concrete lining 50. To form the hollow cylindrical concrete lining 50, the device 1 comprises a formwork element 2 spaced radially from the shaft wall 100. This hollow cylindrical formwork element 2 is arranged coaxially in the circular shaft 101 to the shaft wall 100 during the production of the concrete lining 50. At the lower end of the formwork element 2, a support ring 3 is arranged, which supports the formwork element 2 from below. In the area of the support ring 3, a sealing arrangement 4 is provided to seal the concrete formwork from the shaft wall 100. The sealing arrangement 4 seals the concrete formwork on its underside from the shaft wall 100. As a result, the concrete formwork formed by the formwork element 2 is closed off in the lower area by the sealing arrangement 4. In the device according to the invention, the sealing arrangement 4 is formed by several drawers 5, 5a, 5b that can be extended radially against the shaft wall 100. This enables quick and easy sealing of the concrete formwork from the shaft wall 100. The drawers 5, 5a, 5b are preferably driven individually via drives 6, 6a, 6b and thus moved relative to the support ring 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the drives 6, 6a, 6b are designed as hydraulically driven cylinder pistons. With this type of drive, the drawers 5, 5a, 5b can be moved against the shaft wall 100, thus enabling quick and easy sealing against the shaft wall 100. The individual drawers 5, 5a, 5b of the sealing arrangement 4 each form partial arc segments of a circular arc that closes off the concrete formwork from below relative to the shaft wall 100. Sealing against the shaft wall 100 can be achieved via the separately extendable partial arc segments of the individual drawers 5, 5a, 5b.
[0024] The Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the partially illustrated device 1 according to Figure 1 . From this view it can be seen that the drawers 5, 5a, 5b are provided with sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c, which seal off the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1). Each drawer 5, 5a, 5b is assigned its own separate sealing element 8a, 8b, 8c. For this purpose, the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c are arranged on the radially outer surfaces of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b. Preferably, the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c are screwed to the radially outer surfaces of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b. By extending the drawers 5, 5a, 5b, the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c are pressed against the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1 ) is pressed. The sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c between the drawers 5, 5a, 5b and the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1 ) and thus seal the concrete formwork against the escape of liquid concrete. With the arrangement of the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c on the radially outer surfaces of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b, they follow the extension movement of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b and adapt to the contour of the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1 ) on. Off Figure 2It can also be seen that the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c arranged on the drawers 5, 5a, 5b are connected to one another and form a continuous sealing ring 8 that extends all the way around the support ring 3. The material of the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c is elastic and stretchable, allowing precise adaptation to the contour of the shaft wall 100 when the sealing elements are clamped between the shaft wall 100 and the drawers 5, 5a, 5b. Furthermore, covers 9, 9a, 9b, preferably made of plastic, are arranged on the drawers 5, 5a, 5b and form the top of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b. These covers 9, 9a, 9b tightly seal the concrete formwork from below. The use of plastic covers prevents the hardened concrete from sticking to the retractable drawers 5, 5a, 5b.
[0025] Out of Figure 3 a sectional view through the device according to Figure 1 and 2in the circumferential direction. In this illustration it can be clearly seen how the drawers 5, 5a, 5b, which are extended against the shaft wall 100, press the sealing elements 8, 8a, 8b ( Fig. 2 ) against the shaft wall 100. The sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c ( Fig. 2) thus ensure reliable and rapid sealing of the concrete formwork, so that after the drawers 5, 5a, 5b have been extended against the shaft wall 100, the concrete formwork can be quickly filled with liquid concrete in order to produce the concrete cladding 50 in that section. The elastically expandable material of the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c ensures reliable sealing between the drawers 5, 5a, 5b and the shaft wall 100. The covers 9, 9a, 9b, which are preferably arranged on the top side of the extendable drawers 5, 5a, 5b, represent a closure of the concrete formwork from below and prevent the adhesion of hardened concrete. In this way, the drawers 5, 5a, 5b can be retracted after the section of the concrete cladding 50 has hardened and the device 1 can be easily relocated in the shaft 101.
[0026] Out of Figure 4 a single drawer 5 of the device 1 ( Fig.1). In this illustration it can be clearly seen that the drawer 5 is a partial arc segment of the circular arc-shaped sealing arrangement 4 ( Fig. 1 ) on the support ring 3 ( Fig. 1 ). This partial arc segment has a sealing element 8a arranged on the radially outer surface of the drawer 5. This sealing element 8a is pressed against the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1 ) and thus seals the concrete formwork. On the top of the drawer 5, the plastic cover 9 can also be seen, which prevents the hardening concrete from adhering to the extended drawer 5. The drawers 5, 5a, 5b of the device 1 are preferably all constructed identically.
[0027] The Figure 5 shows the overlapping area 7 between two drawers 5, 5a arranged next to each other of the circular sealing arrangement 4 ( Fig. 1). The overlapping areas 7, 7a are each along the circumference of the sealing arrangement 4 ( Fig. 2 ) is formed between two adjacent drawers 5, 5a, 5b. The overlap of the drawers 5, 5a in the overlap area 7 seals the concrete formwork between the drawers 5, 5a. Even when the drawers 5, 5a are fully extended, the overlap area 7 closes off the concrete formwork from below, thus preventing liquid concrete from getting between the extended drawers 5, 5a and hardening there.
[0028] The Figure 6 shows a perspective view of the partially illustrated device 1 according to Figure 1 . From this view it can be seen that the drawers 5, 5a, 5b are provided with sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c, which seal off the shaft wall 100 ( Fig. 1). This is because drawers 5, 5a, 5b are assigned offset sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c, which overlap the drawers 5, 5a, 5b. 1 ). With the representation according to Figure 6It can be seen that the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c arranged offset to the drawers 5, 5a, 5b meander along the offset formed when the drawers 5, 5a are extended to different extents and form an S-shaped curve over the offset, since the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c extend beyond the overlapping area 7 of the drawers 5, 5a, 5b over two adjacent drawers 5, 5a, 5b. Figure 6It can also be seen that the sealing elements 8a, 8b, 8c arranged on the drawers 5, 5a, 5b are connected to one another and form a continuous sealing ring 8 that extends all the way around the support ring 3.
