Description
[0001] The invention relates to a civil engineering machine with a mobile carrier device, a leader with a linear guide along which a work carriage with a construction work device is mounted such that it can move, a linkage mechanism with which the leader is mounted on the carrier device so that it can be adjusted between a substantially vertical working position and a substantially horizontal transport or travel position, and at least one accompanying trailing line which is connected on the one hand to the movable work carriage and on the other hand to the carrier device or the leader, according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] Earthmoving machines equipped with pile drivers are well-known and are used, for example, for installing bored piles in the ground, ground anchors, or for driving sheet piles into the soil by vibration or driving. These machines are particularly useful for carrying out foundation work for or along structures.
[0003] A mast is essentially a vertical pole with a longitudinal guide along its front. A work carriage carrying a construction tool is slidably mounted along this longitudinal guide. The construction tool might include, for example, a drill or a vibrator, typically powered by hydraulic or electrical energy.
[0004] A corresponding power supply cable is provided, which is located at a fixed point on the leader or carrier device and connected to the movable implement carriage. The power cable is designed as a trailing cable, allowing it to follow the travel path of the implement carriage along the leader between an upper end position and a lower end position on the vertically aligned leader.
[0005] When the leader is moved from its essentially vertical operating position to a substantially horizontal transport position, care must be taken to ensure that the sagging trailing cable is not crushed or damaged. It is common practice to use tensioning straps or lashing straps during these operations to additionally secure the trailing cable along the leader to prevent damage.
[0006] The known drilling device according to publication JP 2008 127 928 discloses the features from the preamble of claim 1.
[0007] JP S59 61391 shows another known drilling rig with a fixed pulley on a leader for a trailing cable. The carrier of this drilling rig features an additional fixed support device for the trailing cable.
[0008] GB 1 366 297 shows a drilling or piling device with a piling rig and deals with the adjustment of the piling rig from a horizontal position to a vertical position.
[0009] For longer transports, it is also common to completely dismantle a towing line, which involves a corresponding amount of work for dismantling and assembly.
[0010] The invention is based on the TaskThe basis is to specify a civil engineering machine which also ensures efficient and safe operation when a leader is tipped over.
[0011] The problem is solved by a deep-construction machine with the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0012] The underground construction machine according to the invention is characterized in that at least one support device is provided on the mast for the at least one towing line, which is adjustable between a retracted retraction position and an extended support position, and that the at least one towing line is held in the extended support position by the support device in the substantially horizontal transport position of the mast.
[0013] A key aspect of the invention is to provide a support device for lowering a mast, which supports a trailing line in a substantially horizontal transport position and thus holds it in the desired position. This prevents or significantly reduces undesirable excessive sagging of the trailing line in the horizontal transport position. This counteracts the risk of crushing or damage to the trailing line when lowering the mast and also when re-erecting it.
[0014] The invention is characterized by the fact that the support device is movable between a retracted position and a support position. When the mast is in a vertical operating position, the support device can be retracted into a retracted position so that it does not interfere with the leader's working operation and, in particular, does not obstruct the path of the trailing cable. If the leader is tilted from its operating position to a substantially horizontal transport position, the support device can be extended into the desired support position.
[0015] In principle, the support device can be designed in a variety of ways. A particularly advantageous feature, according to further development, is that the support device rests against the mast in the retracted position and projects from the mast in the extended support position to form a support for at least one trailing line. The support device can extend at least partially along the mast and, in the retracted position, be in contact with it or at a certain distance from it. In the extended position, the support device can project from the mast, particularly in a transverse direction, and form one or more support points for the trailing line.
[0016] In principle, the support device can be extended and retracted manually. According to one embodiment of the invention, it is particularly advantageous that at least one drive is provided for extending the support device. The drive can, in particular, be a linear drive, in particular an actuating cylinder. The actuating cylinder is preferably hydraulically operated. The drive can preferably extend the support device and retract it back into the retracted position. Two or more drives are preferably arranged to ensure the most even force distribution possible. Automatic extension avoids manual work on the leader, which increases work safety.
[0017] According to one embodiment of the invention, it is particularly advantageous that the boom is located longitudinally in front of the carrier vehicle in the essentially horizontal transport position. "Front" here refers to the side of the carrier vehicle where the boom is articulated to the superstructure, with the superstructure and undercarriage in their neutral positions relative to each other. The boom, laid down from the front of the carrier vehicle, thus extends forward away from the carrier vehicle. In such a transport position, there is a risk that a sagging trailing line will come into contact with the ground, thereby increasing the risk of damage to the trailing line. Even when the boom is folded backward onto the carrier vehicle, the use of the support device according to the invention can be useful to prevent crushing or damage to the hose.
[0018] According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly advantageous for the carrier device to have a subframe and a superstructure, the latter being rotatably mounted on the subframe. Especially with a high degree of adjustability, supporting and fixing a trailing line to the boom is particularly useful. When the boom is in the reversed travel position, the superstructure is aligned with the subframe in the neutral position.
[0019] A particular advantage is that the undercarriage is designed as a track-bound undercarriage with a wheeled chassis for travel on railway tracks. Such a construction machine with a track-bound undercarriage is suitable for work along railway lines. Especially when carrying out construction work along railway lines with such a machine, shorter travel distances along the tracks often need to be covered, and due to work restrictions along railway lines, frequent repositioning of the mast into a substantially horizontal transport or travel position may also be necessary.
[0020] To achieve the lowest possible machine height in the travel position, the leader can preferably be folded forward in front of the undercarriage.
[0021] The trailing line can, in principle, be configured in any way. According to one embodiment of the invention, it is particularly advantageous that the at least one trailing line comprises a hydraulic line, a compressed air line, a power line, and / or a data line. It can be a single line or a combination of several identical or different lines.
[0022] In particular, according to one embodiment of the invention, it is advantageous that the at least one trailing line is designed as a hose bundle or a cable strip.
[0023] In the simplest case, the support device can consist of individual extendable struts. According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly expedient for the support device to comprise a rod assembly that is mounted along the leader in a foldable manner. The support device can assume a particularly compact shape in the retracted position and, in the extended or unfolded position, form a larger support area for the towing cable.
[0024] To form the civil engineering machine, it is furthermore expedient for the construction equipment to have a vibrator, a drilling drive, a ram, a sheet pile press, or a milling machine on the work carriage. Such construction equipment is preferably powered by hydraulic fluid or electricity.
[0025] The operation of the construction machine according to the invention can be further improved by providing a control device for extending the support device depending on the position of the work carriage on the leader. This can, in particular, counteract an undesirable collision between the hose line or the work equipment carriage and the support device. The control device can also retract the support device.
[0026] It is particularly advantageous that a detection device is provided for recording the position of the working carriage on the mast and that this detection device is connected to the control unit. Preferably, the control unit is equipped with program logic that ensures that the mast is only lowered when the working carriage is correctly positioned on the mast and the support structure is extended. The control unit can also be designed such that, after the mast has been erected in its essentially vertical operating position, the working carriage can only be moved with the trailing line once the support structure has been retracted into its retracted position.
[0027] The invention is further explained below with reference to preferred embodiments, which are shown schematically in the drawings. The drawings show: Fig. 1 a side view of a deep-mining machine according to the invention; Fig. 2 an enlarged detail side view of the leader for the deep-mining machine of Fig. 1 in working position; Fig. 3 a rear view of the mast of Fig. 2 ; Fig. 4 a perspective view of the broker of Fig. 2 Fig. 5 an enlarged detail view of the broker of Fig. 4 Fig. 6 a side view of the mast during extension of the support device; Fig. 7 a rear view of the mast from Fig. 6 ; Fig. 8 a perspective view of the broker's view of the underground construction machine of Fig. 2 in horizontal travel position; Fig. 9 a detail view of the mast after Fig. 8Fig. 10 shows an enlarged detail view of a support device in the retracted position; and Fig. 11 shows an enlarged detail view of a support device in the support position.
[0028] An example of a deep-construction machine 10 according to the invention is described in connection with Figure 1 The following is explained. For the operation on railway tracks 6, the underground construction machine 10 comprises a track-bound undercarriage 20 with a flat support frame 22 and a running gear 21, at each end of which a bogie 24 with four wheelsets 25 with rail wheels 26 is arranged. The undercarriage 20 can have a length of approximately 12 to 18 meters, preferably approximately 15 meters. Each wheelset 25 has two wheels. The bogie 24 is rotatably mounted on the support frame 22 about a vertical axis.
[0029] Approximately in the center of the undercarriage 20, a superstructure 30 with an operator cabin 32 is rotatably mounted about a vertical pivot axis 31. A length-adjustable telescopic arm 42 is pivotally mounted on the superstructure 30 about a horizontal pivot axis 43 and can be pivoted about the horizontal pivot axis 43 by means of at least one actuating cylinder 38. Preferably, two actuating cylinders 38 may be provided. The telescopic arm 42 is part of a linkage mechanism 40, wherein a holding device 46 for holding a mast 50 is arranged at the free end of the telescopic arm 42 via a detachable connecting unit 45. The holding device 46 can be moved between the mast 50 and the mast 50 by means of a tilting cylinder 47. Figures 1 shown, essentially vertical operating position and an essentially horizontal travel position.
[0030] In addition, a swivel unit 48 is arranged on the holding device 46, with which a vertical adjusting unit 49 with the leader 50 can be rotated by a Fig. 1 The vertical pivot axis can be pivoted. Using the vertical adjusting unit 49, the mast 50 can be adjusted vertically or longitudinally via the vertical support 52.
[0031] The Figure 1 The drive unit (not shown) for driving the civil engineering machine 10 is essentially arranged in a receiving space 23 on the supporting frame 22 of the undercarriage 20. The drive unit serves both as a travel drive for the undercarriage 20 for automatic movement, for adjusting the superstructure 30 and the linkage mechanism 40, and for operating a construction tool 70 on the leader 50.
[0032] According to Figure 1A linear guide 54 is formed on a front face of the vertical support 52 of the mast 50, along which a work carriage 60 with the construction tool 70 is mounted so as to be vertically adjustable. In the illustrated embodiment, the construction tool 70 is designed for creating a bore. For this purpose, a drill drive 72 is attached to the work carriage 60. The drill drive 72 rotates a Kelly bar 71, which is suspended from the mast 50 by a cable. A drill bit 73 is detachably attached to the lower end of the Kelly bar 71.
[0033] To carry out construction work along railway tracks 6, the construction machine 70 with its superstructure 30 can typically be pivoted outwards by approximately 30° to 60° about the vertical axis of rotation 31, and in individual cases up to a maximum of 90°. To ensure the stability of the excavation machine 10 against tipping, lateral support devices 27 with a laterally pivoting swivel beam 28 are arranged on the undercarriage 20. Vertically extendable supports 29 are arranged at the free end of each swivel beam 28. This allows the vertical supports 29 to be braced against the ground or against prepared support elements. In addition, a hydraulically extendable support leg 58 can be arranged at the lower end of the vertical beam 52 of the boom 50, with which the boom 50 can be braced directly against the ground.
[0034] The carrier unit 12 can also be designed in a known manner as a standard carrier unit with a crawler chassis.
[0035] In the Figures 2 to 5 The mast 50 is shown in more detail with a trailing line 80 in a vertical operating position. The work carriage 60 is mounted on the front of the mast 50 so as to be movable along the linear guide 54. The work carriage 60 is driven by means of feed cables (not shown) and generally carries the construction work device 70 (not shown), which, in the design according to Fig. 1 is designed as a drilling drive 72. The energy supply of the movable working carriage 60 is provided via a hose-like trailing line 80, which is connected on the one hand to a connecting plate 62 on the working device carriage 60 and on the other hand to a feed device 51 in a central region of the leader 50.
[0036] To follow a traversing movement of the work carriage 60 along the mast 50, the trailing line 80 has an arc-shaped loop 82 in its lower section, in a manner known in principle. The energy supply from the mast 50 can be provided via the telescopic arm 42, the linkage mechanism 40 with corresponding lines to the supply device for the hose line 80. In a lower section of the mast 50, as shown in Fig. 5 As shown, a support device 90 is arranged, which in the illustration according to Fig. 5 In its retracted position, the support device 90 is located close to the mast 50. In this position, the support device 90 does not obstruct the towing line 80, allowing it to move freely alongside the mast 50 and follow the implement carriage 60. The support device 90 has two actuating cylinders 97 as drives 96 for adjusting the support device 90.
[0037] To adjust the support device 90, the implement carriage 60 with the connected towing line 80 is moved to a lower position on the mast 50. The mast 50 is then tilted backward from its vertical working position into an inclined position, which is inclined at approximately 2 to 10 degrees from the vertical, as can be clearly seen in the Figures 6 and 7 This results in an increased clearance in the area of loop 82 of the towing line 80 for retracting the support device 90. In this inclined position, the support device 90 can now be moved outwards from its retracted position on the mast 50 via the actuating cylinders 97 into a support position. In this support position, the support device 90 projects into the loop area of the towing line 80.
[0038] The leader 50 is then moved from its essentially vertical operating position into an essentially horizontal travel position, which is clearly shown in the Figures 8 and 9 is shown. In the present embodiment, the leader 50 is folded forward so that the side with the working carriage 60 points downwards towards the ground.
[0039] Due to the weight of the trailing cable 80, it comes to rest on the extended support device 90, as shown in the Figures 8 and 9This is shown. This ensures that the trailing line 80 is laid down in an orderly manner in the essentially horizontal travel position of the mast 50. In particular, it prevents the trailing line 80, with its sensitive lines, especially hydraulic lines and power and data lines, from sagging downwards and thus coming into contact with the ground. This could cause damage to the trailing line 80 if the excavation machine 10 were to proceed with the mast 50 in its lowered position.
[0040] In the Figures 10 and 11 The support device 90 is shown in more detail. The support device has a rod assembly 92 with two cross struts 93, each pivotably connected to a base plate 91. A longitudinal strut 94 is pivotally attached to the other end of the cross struts 93.
[0041] Each of the base plates 91 has a pivotally mounted actuating cylinder 97 for operating the support device 90. An extendable end of each actuating cylinder 97 is connected via a linkage lever 95 to the associated cross member 93 such that the linkage 92 of the support device 90 is extended from the folded-in retraction position by means of the actuating cylinders 97. Fig. 10 by retracting the actuator cylinders 97 into the unfolded support position according to Fig. 11 They can be adjusted. In the support position according to Fig. 11The cross struts 93 protrude approximately at right angles from the base plates 91, with the cross struts 93 together forming a support for the hose line 80. The support device 90 is preferably aligned in the support position such that, when the leader is horizontal, the longitudinal strut 94 is positioned higher than the joint between the base plate 91 and the cross struts 93. The cross struts 93 do not run parallel to the ground, but are inclined upwards away from the leader. This ensures that the trailing line 80 always slides towards the leader under its own weight during travel and is thus reliably held on the support device 90.
