Description
[0001] The invention relates to a drive device for a hand-held device for locally piercing skin and to a hand-held device for locally piercing skin. background
[0002] Such handheld devices are used to locally puncture human or animal skin, particularly in connection with tattooing or for the application of permanent makeup. A dye is introduced into the skin during and / or after the local puncture. Local puncture of the skin with such a handheld device can also be used to introduce cosmetic or medicinal ingredients. Alternatively, the use of such handheld devices for local puncture of the skin without introducing any substance or active ingredient is known, for example, for skin stimulation.
[0003] Handheld devices for localized skin piercing typically feature a drive unit with an electric motor that provides a rotating drive motion. The drive motion is captured by a coupling device and converted into a linear motion, which is coupled to a piercing device to move one or more piercing needles back and forth at a repetitive frequency to locally puncture the skin.

Summary
[0007] The object of the invention is to provide a drive device for a hand-held device for locally piercing a skin and such a hand-held device with which a drive movement for a piercing device can be provided efficiently and flexibly for different applications.
[0008] To achieve this, a drive device for a handheld device for locally piercing skin and a handheld device for locally piercing skin are provided according to independent claims 1 and 12. Embodiments are the subject of dependent subclaims. According to one aspect, a drive device for a handheld device for locally piercing skin is provided, comprising: a housing connectable to a module housing of a skin piercing device; and an electric drive device arranged in the housing and having a tapping component configured to provide a tapping for tapping a rotary drive movement for the skin piercing device generated by the electric drive device. The electric drive device has an electric motor designed as an external rotor with a rotating rotor component, in which the tapping component is arranged eccentrically on the rotor component and with respect to a rotor axis.
[0009] According to a further aspect, a handheld device for locally piercing skin is provided, comprising a drive device and a skin piercing device with a module housing, which is detachably connected to the drive device and in which, during operation, a piercing device can be moved back and forth in a front module housing opening. The handheld device comprises a coupling device, which is formed as part of the drive device and / or the skin piercing device and is configured to tap a rotating drive movement provided in the drive device at the tap of an electric motor designed as an external rotor and to couple it to a linear movement for the piercing device.
[0010] The electric motor's tap is designed to be formed separately from the motor shaft on the rotor component of the electric motor. This avoids the need to mount additional components on the motor shaft to create an eccentricity of the tap with respect to the rotor or motor axis of the electric motor, on which the tap is then formed. In this way, the drive device can be designed with improved mechanical stability.
[0011] By arranging the tap on the rotor component of the external rotor, the conventionally required enclosure of a motor shaft with a cylindrical, eccentrically arranged tap component on the motor shaft is eliminated. The tap component arranged on the rotor component (not on the motor shaft) can thus be selected to be smaller in terms of its dimensions, optionally even smaller than the motor shaft, for example, in terms of diameter. The tap provided on the rotor component itself is subjected solely to bending moment and can therefore be kept smaller.
[0012] The coupling device provides or implements a conversion mechanism with which the rotary drive movement is converted into linear movement, as is known per se for handheld devices for local skin piercing in various designs. The coupling of the drive movement to the piercing device can be designed such that the piercing device is thereby forcibly moved forward and / or backward. Alternatively or additionally, other or further forces can be coupled to the piercing device, which cause or assist its movement during the forward and / or backward movement, for example a spring force and / or a force applied by an elongated membrane, as is also known per se in various designs.
[0013] By forming the pick-off component on the rotor component itself, an eccentric crankpin can be provided from which the rotating drive movement can be picked up. In one embodiment, the rotor component on which the pick-off component is arranged can be a rotating outer bell or a rotating housing component of the electric motor.
[0014] It may be provided that the electric motor is designed without a motor shaft coupling pin, since the rotary drive movement is picked up via the pick-up component on the rotor component. The electric motor can thus be designed without an external motor shaft.
[0015] The tapping component can be arranged on an end face of the rotor component. Alternatively, the tapping component can be arranged in the region of a circumferential surface of the rotor component or in the region of a transition between the end face and the circumferential surface.
[0016] The tapping component can be arranged displaceably on the rotor component such that an eccentricity of the tapping component with respect to the rotor axis is adjustable. The displaceability of the tapping component on the rotor component is provided in particular in the radial direction, so that a distance between the tapping component providing the tapping and the rotor or motor axis can be increased or decreased. For this purpose, the tapping component can be mounted on the rotor component, for example, by means of a detachable clamp or screw connection, which can be loosened in order to displace the tapping component on the rotor component. After the displacement, the connection can be tightened again in order to fix the tapping component on the rotor component in the new position.By changing the eccentricity, a stroke for the piercing device (length of the forward and backward movement; maximum distance between reversal points of a linear piercing movement) can be adjusted when coupling the drive device to the skin piercing device, in particular a needle stroke of a needle device of the skin piercing device, which has one or more piercing needles which are moved back and forth for locally piercing the skin.
[0017] The pick-off component can be integrally formed with the rotor component. For the integral formation of the pick-off component with the rotor component, it can be provided to form an adhesive or welded connection between the components, for example.
[0018] The tapping component can be detachably mounted on the rotor component. A detachable connection between the tapping component and the rotor component can be formed, for example, by means of a screw or plug connection.
[0019] A compensating mass can be assigned to the tap component. The compensating mass assigned to the tap component reduces or completely eliminates vibrations during operation of the drive device.
[0020] The balancing mass can be formed with a balancing component that is mounted or arranged on the rotor component. The balancing component can be arranged displaceably on the rotor component. This allows for the balancing or balancing effect to be adjusted, for example, when the eccentricity for the tap on the rotor component is changed.
[0021] The compensating component can be arranged on the tapping component. In this embodiment, the compensating component is mounted on the tapping component. For example, a projection or a pin of the tapping component can extend through an opening in the compensating component when the latter is mounted on the tapping component. In this case, it can be provided that the compensating component can be fixed in several rotational positions around the tapping component, for example, by means of a detachable locking screw, in order to provide the compensating effect in a variable manner.
[0022] A bearing component can be arranged on the pick-up component, which is configured to couple to a connecting rod component for picking up the rotating drive movement. The bearing of the connecting rod component on the pick-up component can be implemented, for example, using a ball bearing or a plain bearing.
[0023] The tapping component can be arranged on a rotor housing component. For example, the rotor housing component can be a rotating outer bell of the electric motor. The rotor housing component can have a pot, ring, or disc shape.
[0024] The housing of the drive device can form a handpiece which can be gripped by a user.
[0025] In the handheld device for localized skin piercing, the skin piercing device can be formed with a disposable piercing module. Disposable modules designed as piercing modules are known in various forms. They allow the skin piercing device to be replaced after use, thus providing a handheld device with a high standard of hygiene.
[0026] In the handheld device for local piercing, the coupling device can comprise a connecting rod component which is rotationally decoupled from a tapping component of the electric motor providing the tapping. The connecting rod component can be designed with a connecting rod having a connecting rod eye on the drive side which, in a coupled position, partially or substantially completely surrounds the tapping component. Rotational decoupling can be achieved by means of a ball or plain bearing. If a compensating component for providing a compensating mass associated with the tapping component is arranged on the tapping component, the compensating component can be arranged in a proximal position with respect to the rotor component, whereas a bearing for the connecting rod component on the tapping component is formed in a distal position.
[0027] The further embodiments explained above in connection with the drive device can be provided accordingly in connection with the hand-held device for locally piercing the skin. Description of implementation examples
[0028] Further embodiments are explained below with reference to the figures of a drawing. Herein: Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a hand-held device for locally piercing a skin, comprising a drive device and a skin piercing device connected thereto, which are formed with a drive module and a needle module; Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the hand-held device of Fig. 1, wherein the skin piercing device formed with the needle module is separated from the drive device; Fig. 3 a perspective view of an electric motor designed as an external rotor, viewed diagonally from the front; Fig. 4 a schematic perspective view of the electric motor from Fig. 3 from the rear; Fig. 5 a schematic perspective view of the electric motor from Fig. 4 from the rear and partly in section, with a connecting rod component coupled to an eccentric tap; Fig. 6 a schematic perspective view of the electric motor from Fig. 5 from obliquely behind in a different rotational position; Fig. 7 a schematic perspective view of an end section of the connecting rod component in detail; Fig. 8 a schematic perspective view of the end section of the connecting rod component from Fig. 7in detail and in section; Fig. 9 a schematic perspective view of a compensating component in a single-piece and multi-piece design.
[0029] Fig. 1 and 2 show schematic perspective views of a hand-held device 1 with a drive module 2 providing a drive device and a needle module 3 coupled thereto and providing a skin piercing device, which according to Fig. 2 can be detached from the hand module 2, in particular after use of the hand device 1 for local puncturing of the skin, in order to dispose of the needle module 3, which can be designed as a disposable module.
[0030] The handheld device 1 is configured to locally puncture human or animal skin multiple times at a repetition frequency during operation. For this purpose, a piercing device with one or more piercing needles (not shown) is moved back and forth through a front housing opening 4 on the needle module 3, as is known per se. To provide the linear back and forth movement of the piercing device, a coupling device (not shown) is provided, which in the example shown is arranged in a housing 5 of the drive module 2 and is configured to tap into a rotating drive movement provided by an electric motor of the drive device and convert it into a linear movement for moving the piercing device back and forth, and to couple it directly or indirectly to the one or more piercing needles. Thus, the coupling device provides a conversion mechanism, as is known per se for such handheld devices. The lancing device is then moved back and forth at a repetitive frequency.
[0031] Via a coupling component 6 connected to one or more piercing needles of the piercing device (cf. Fig. 2 ) of the skin piercing device formed with the needle module 3, the linear drive movement is transmitted to the piercing device, so that the one or more piercing needles can be moved back and forth. The coupling component 6 can be part of the coupling device or formed separately therefrom in order to pick up the linear movement and transmit it to the piercing device.
[0032] The handheld device 1 can be designed as a tattooing device or as a device for applying permanent makeup. A dye can be introduced into the skin through an opening 7 on a module housing 8. However, the handheld device 1 can also be used for localized piercing of the skin without introducing any substance.
[0033] The housing 5 of the drive device provided by the drive module 2 forms a handpiece 9 which can be gripped by the user in order to guide the handset 1 during operation.
[0034] With reference to the Fig. 3 to 9The following describes embodiments of an electric motor 20 designed as an external rotor, which is accommodated in the housing 5 of the drive device provided by the drive module 2 in order to provide the rotating drive movement. With the external rotor, an external rotor component 21 rotates during operation. In the embodiment shown, the rotor component 21 forms a rotating outer bell or a rotating outer housing of the electric motor 20, which can have a pot shape. The electric motor 20 can be mounted using a docking flange 22. Electrical connections / tap connections are arranged in a block 23.
[0035] The rotor component 21 rotates about a motor or rotor axis, which is formed in the axial direction of a motor shaft 24. A protruding part 25 of the motor shaft 24 can be omitted.
[0036] For the operation of the hand-held device 1, an eccentric rotary movement is provided by means of the electric motor 20, which forms a drive movement for the forward and backward movement of the lancing device. For this purpose, according to Fig. 4 A tapping component 27 is provided on a (rear) end face 26 of the rotor component 21, arranged eccentrically with respect to the motor shaft 24, which in the exemplary embodiment is formed with an eccentric crank pin 28. The tapping component 27 can be welded or glued to the rotor component 21, for example. A detachable mounting on the rotor component 21 can be provided, in particular such that the tapping component 27 can be fixed in several positions at different distances from the motor shaft 24 in order to adjust the eccentricity.
[0037] For eccentrically tapping the rotating drive movement, the tapping component 27 is coupled to a connecting rod component 29 (cf. Fig. 5 and 6). The connecting rod component 29 is formed at its end with a connecting rod eye 30, which, in the example shown, essentially completely encompasses a shaft shoulder 30 on the crank pin 28. The connecting rod component 29 is connected to the tapping component 27 in a rotationally decoupled manner. For this purpose, a ball bearing 32 is provided in a surrounding outer ring 33, which is arranged on the eccentrically arranged crank pin 28 above the connecting rod component 29.
[0038] In particular, in accordance with the Fig. 4 to 6 Furthermore, a compensating component 34 is provided on the tapping component 27, which provides a compensating mass associated with the tapping component 27 for balancing. For the compensating component 34, the Fig. 7 to 9 The single-piece design and an alternative multi-piece design. In the multi-piece design, a standard component 35 can be glued or welded to the outside of the rotor component 21.
[0039] It can be provided that the compensating component is displaceably arranged on the rotor component 21, such that a distance between a rotor axis of the electric motor 20 and the pick-off component can be varied in the radial direction, so that the eccentricity of the pick-off component is adjustable. In cooperation with the connecting rod component, a stroke for the forward and backward movement of the piercing device can thus be adjusted.
[0040] The features disclosed in the above description, the claims and the drawings may be important for the realization of the various embodiments both individually and in any combination.
