Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a locking device for the thermal separation of building openings or rooms, in particular a fire door. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] Closure devices are used for various applications and are particularly used to protect a separable area from physical influences such as pressure, temperature, water and / or steam.

[0003] Security doors are flat locking devices that can be held in a frame and secured in a closed position. These doors can be designed as fire doors, smoke doors, pressure doors, or similar, and form a pressure-, temperature-, water-, and / or smoke-tight connection with the frame, so that an area separated by the security door can be protected from physical influences. The separable area can be a building or section of a building, or even an individual room. Such security doors are used, for example, in stairwells, as apartment entrance doors, or for commercial premises.

[0004] To provide the locking devices with sufficient stability against physical impacts, various layers of fire-resistant material are usually used. These layers are arranged in a supporting shell and form the majority of the flat element and thus the door leaf. The supporting shells are usually made of metal sheets that are connected to each other in a connecting area, creating a structurally stable structure.

[0005] If the locking device is designed as a fire door, heat transfer from a first outer side of the fire door to a second outer side of the fire door should in particular be avoided.

[0006] The document DE 196 49 443 B4 shows a fire door consisting of an inner box sheet and an outer cover sheet, between which a central space is formed, filled with an insulating material. The sheets are connected and rolled together in a region of the door's perimeter, creating a load-bearing connection.

[0007] A disadvantage of such locking devices is that heat can be transferred via the load-bearing connection between the box plate and the cover plate, so that the effectiveness of the fire door is reduced in the event of a fire.

[0008] In the event of a fire, heat transfer occurs not only through the flat element, especially the door leaf. A frame, especially a casing, in which the flat element is held, can also form an undesirable thermal bridge.

[0009] EP 0 940 547 A2 discloses a frame for a fire door. The frame is constructed in two parts, with the two parts being in contact with each other and welded together.

[0010] The disadvantage is that the flat connection between the two partial elements of the frame can create thermal bridges, which contribute to the heat transfer from the first to the second outer side of the locking device and reduce the protective effect in the event of a fire.

[0011] It is also known to provide door leaves with at least one facing shell to influence the properties of the locking device. For example, DE 10 2017 005 795 A1 discloses a climate-controlled or precision door that is used particularly as an exterior door for laboratories and security-relevant buildings and is exposed to sunlight. To prevent deformation, an external facing shell is provided, which is immovably connected to the door leaf on at least one side by a fixed bearing and is elastically and thermally separated from the door leaf on at least one other side. This compensates for expansion of the facing shell when heated.

[0012] The disadvantage is that such an elastic connection cannot be used along the entire perimeter of the facing shell to ensure secure attachment of the facing shell to the door leaf. Therefore, according to the state of the art, at least one fixed bearing is required as a fixed connection on a peripheral side section between the door leaf and the facing shell. However, such known fixed bearings create thermal bridges between the facing shell and the door leaf, which contribute to heat transfer from the facing shell to the door leaf and further reduce the protective effect in the event of a fire.

[0013] Reference is further made to FR 2 843 160 A1, WO 99 / 23340 A1, DE 32 47 879 A1, DE 22 32 432 A1, EP 0 838 426 A2, DE 197 53 653 A1, DE 29612 425 U1, DE 22 42 538 A1, EP 2 447 458 A2, DE 2416 390 A1, DE 2416 390 A1, US 2006 / 254163 A1 and to Wma Schmidt & Bittner Gmbh: "Schweißtechniken-Resistance Welding", November 2015 (2015-11), pages 1-5. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0014] Against this background, the present invention is based on the object of providing an improved locking device, in particular an improved fire door.

[0015] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a closure device having the features of patent claim 1.

[0016] Accordingly, the following is provided: A closure device for the thermal separation of building openings or rooms, in particular a fire door, with a two-part frame, wherein the two-part frame has at least a first load-bearing structural element and a second load-bearing structural element, wherein in a connecting region designed for the load-bearing connection of the structural elements, a thermal separation between the structural elements is designed such that heat transfer from a first outer side of the closure device to a second outer side of the closure device is reduced or prevented, wherein each structural element in the connecting region is L-shaped or U-shaped with at least two legs arranged substantially at right angles to one another, and wherein the first structural element forms at least one rebate cladding of the frame and the second structural element forms at least one decorative cladding of the frame, wherein the connecting region has a fixing section and an adjacent insulating section, and wherein the fixing section is formed to be many times smaller than the insulating section, and wherein the structural elements are connected to one another via at least one plug connection, wherein the plug connection forms the fixing section, wherein each structural element has a first leg with at least two recesses and a second leg with at least two tabs, wherein a respective tab of a structural element engages in a recess of the other structural element and the legs enclose a cavity which is formed as an air gap for thermal separation or has a fire protection material.

[0017] The finding underlying the present invention is that thermal bridges between structural elements that are part of the supporting structure of the closure device, as well as between supporting structural elements and non-supporting facing shells, should be avoided or at least reduced.

[0018] The idea underlying the present invention is to thermally separate the structural elements that are statically necessary for the stability of a frame. This significantly reduces heat transfer from a first to a second outer side of the closure device. Heat transfer can also be prevented by thermally separating the connecting area between a structural element and a facing shell.

[0019] Since a fixing section is many times smaller than an insulating section, heat transfer from the first structural element to the second structural element can be almost completely prevented. "Many times smaller" means, in particular, that the fixing section and the insulating section are formed in a ratio of at least 1:10 (at least ten times smaller), in particular in a ratio between 1:10 and 1:100, preferably in a ratio between 1:40 and 1:60. "Many times smaller" can further mean that the sum of the areas of all contact surfaces between the fixing section and the structural elements is many times smaller than the sum of the areas of the contact surface between the insulating section and the structural elements.

[0020] A two-part frame is understood to be a frame element designed to accommodate and secure the flat element, in particular the door leaf, of the locking device. If the locking device is designed as a flap, in particular a fire damper, the frame forms the frame element for accommodating and securing the flap in the closed position.

[0021] Load-bearing structural elements are those elements necessary for the stability of the frame. In particular, the structural elements are part of the outer shell of the frame. In particular, the structural elements form the basic shape of the frame. The structural elements can represent the outermost shell of the frame.

[0022] The load-bearing structural elements are preferably statically stable and, in particular, contain metal. The structural elements are preferably flat elements, which are, in particular, designed as sheet metal and / or shell elements.

[0023] The connection area is understood to be the area where the structural elements are connected to one another in order to form a statically stable and load-bearing structure. The connection can be established by contact between the two structural elements, which is in particular linear or point-shaped. For example, the first structural element and the second structural element can form a T-joint at least in sections, in particular only in sections, in order to establish a linear contact. A linear contact can also be achieved by a plug-in connection, wherein at least one structural element extends at least partially through the other structural element. The structural elements are preferably not in contact between the plug-in connections. In a further embodiment, both structural elements can be connected to one another via at least one screw connection.Advantageously, the structural elements are only indirectly in contact via the at least one screw connection, so that at least one point-like connection is formed. This can be achieved by arranging the structural elements at a distance from one another in the connection area and in the fixing section. Therefore, a fire protection material is preferably arranged between the structural elements in the area of the screw connection to ensure a distance between the structural elements.

[0024] In particular, the area of the connecting region is small compared to the total area of each structural element. The connecting region is preferably located only in an edge area of each structural element and therefore occupies a small area of the frame.

[0025] The connecting region comprises at least one fixing section and an adjacent insulating section. Furthermore, the insulating section can also partially or completely surround the fixing section, which is to be subsumed under "adjacent". Preferably, several fixing sections and several insulating sections are arranged alternately or adjacently along the connecting region. Likewise, the fixing section and the insulating section can be arranged side by side along the connecting region. The connecting region is therefore preferably formed with a length that is many times greater than a width. In particular, the connecting region is a narrow strip arranged in an edge region of the structural elements.

[0026] A fixing section is understood to be an area in which a load-bearing connection exists between the two structural elements. The fixing can be provided by force-fitting, form-fitting, and / or material-fitting means. In the fixing section, the two structural elements are in contact with each other, particularly via a connecting means or directly.

[0027] An insulation section is understood to be an area in which the structural elements are arranged at a distance from one another and, in particular, lie next to one another without a load-bearing connection. The insulation section, in particular, forms the thermal separation, since there is no direct contact between the two structural elements in the insulation section. In particular, an insulating material, an air-filled gap, or a vacuum can be provided between them.

[0028] If the locking device is designed as a rectangular or square door or flap, a circumference of the door leaf comprises a total of four circumferential side sections, each of which is arranged at right angles to one another.

[0029] The thermal separation, i.e., the connecting region, is preferably formed along the entire length of the two-part frame, thus preventing thermal bridges around the entire circumference of the closure device. In other words, the connecting region is preferably formed along at least three, in particular along all four, circumferential side sections.

[0030] A fixing section and an insulating section are preferably arranged repeatedly along the connecting region, so that a plurality of insulating sections and a plurality of fixing sections are arranged alternately. In total, all fixing sections are many times smaller than all insulating sections. "Many times smaller" means, in particular, that the sum of all contact surfaces of the fixing sections with the structural elements is many times smaller than the sum of all contact surfaces of the insulating sections with the structural elements.

[0031] A locking device with a facing shell can in particular also have a two-part frame as proposed.

[0032] Each structural element is L-shaped or U-shaped in the connecting region, with at least two legs arranged substantially at right angles to each other. This advantageously allows for a lap joint to be formed in an edge region of the structural elements.

[0033] The first structural element forms at least one rebate covering for the frame, and the second structural element forms at least one decorative covering for the frame. Advantageously, the structural elements form the basic shape of the frame, thus eliminating the need for additional decorative elements or covering elements.

[0034] According to an advantageous embodiment, the structural elements can be connected to one another via at least one plug connection, wherein the plug connection forms the fixing section. A plug connection can be formed, for example, by an undercut, wherein the two structural elements interlock when plugged into one another.

[0035] A first leg has at least two recesses, and a second leg has at least two tabs. A respective tab of one structural element engages a recess of the other structural element, and the legs enclose a cavity that is designed as an air gap for thermal separation or has a fire-protection material. In particular, the tabs are formed integrally with the structural element. For example, it is conceivable that a plurality of spaced-apart tabs are arranged over the entire length of the frame in order to connect the two structural elements to one another over the entire length of the frame.

[0036] Advantageous embodiments and further developments emerge from the further subclaims and from the description with reference to the figures of the drawing.

[0037] According to an advantageous embodiment, the connecting region can be at least partially formed as a lap joint, with the insulation section being arranged in the region of the lap joint between the structural elements. Advantageously, the fixing section is formed by at least one screw connection, so that the structural elements in the fixing section are also arranged at a distance from one another. Likewise, the two structural elements can abut one another in at least one region and thus be in contact.

[0038] According to a further development, the connecting area can be formed in an edge region of the structural elements. In the frame, the two structural elements preferably do not form a closed cavity, but rather the contour of the frame. The edge region is therefore preferably located between the two structural elements, in particular in the area of the lining bed of the frame, in order to form the largest possible surface area with the structural elements.

[0039] According to an advantageous embodiment, the structural elements can run parallel to one another in the connecting region. This advantageously allows a constant distance between the structural elements in the connecting region to be achieved. If the structural elements are U-shaped or L-shaped in the connecting region, for example, two legs can run parallel to one another. A fixing section can be arranged arbitrarily in any region of the legs.

[0040] According to a preferred embodiment, the insulation section can contain an air gap and / or a fire protection material. In this way, thermal separation of the structural elements in the connection area can be achieved. A thermal bridge can be prevented by just an air gap, i.e. when the structural elements are not in contact. The fire protection material can be an insulating and / or cooling filling. Likewise, a fire protection board, a fire protection felt, a fire protection knit or a glass fiber tape can be included. If, for example, thermal separation is to be achieved by just a very small distance between the two structural elements, a glass fiber tape can be used in particular. This has a sufficient insulating effect even with a very small thickness.

[0041] According to an advantageous embodiment, the insulation section can contain a fiberglass tape. Advantageously, the fiberglass tape can exhibit sufficient insulation properties even with a very small thickness, so that the two structural elements can be arranged at a small distance from each other in the connection area.

[0042] According to an advantageous embodiment, the connecting region can form a lining bed of the frame or be arranged in the lining bed. In such an embodiment, the connecting region is arranged in an edge region of each structural element if one structural element forms the rebate cladding and the other structural element forms the decorative cladding. It is also conceivable for the connecting region to extend into the rebate cladding and / or the decorative cladding.

[0043] According to an advantageous embodiment, the tabs of a second structural element can extend through the recesses of the first structural element such that the tabs can be fixed to the first structural element by twisting or bending them relative to the respective recess. When assembled, the tabs can be bent, for example, by 30° to 90°, in particular by 45°, so that the two structural elements clamp together. When assembled, the tabs are preferably located within the frame and do not protrude into the area of the rebate cladding, the decorative cladding, or the lining bed, so that the locking device can be closed unhindered.

[0044] According to an advantageous embodiment, the tabs of a first structural element can engage through the recesses of the second structural element such that the tabs are flush with the recess and, in particular, are welded to the recesses. Such tabs can serve to fix the position of the structural element in the connection area and are preferably oriented toward the lining bed. Since the tabs are flush with the recess and thus flush with the structural element, the area of the folded cladding, the decorative cladding, or the lining bed is not affected by the tabs.

[0045] According to an advantageous embodiment, the structural elements can be screwed together via at least one screw connection, wherein the screw connection forms the fixing section. In such an embodiment, the structural elements are preferably arranged at a distance from one another throughout the entire connection area. In such an embodiment, tabs can be omitted.

[0046] The above embodiments and further developments can be combined with one another as desired, where appropriate. Further possible embodiments, further developments, and implementations of the invention also include combinations of features of the invention not explicitly mentioned above or described below with regard to the exemplary embodiments. In particular, those skilled in the art will also add individual aspects as improvements or additions to the respective basic form of the present invention. TABLE OF CONTENTS OF THE DRAWING

[0050] Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the locking device 1 in the form of a door, in particular a fire door, which is not the subject of the invention. The door has a door leaf 2 and a frame 3. The door leaf 2 and / or the frame 3 can be formed in two parts. This is explained below using different sectional views along the planes AA and BB.

[0051] Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a two-part frame 3 in a sectional view in a plane AA of the Fig. 1 . The frame 3 has a first load-bearing structural element 4 and a second load-bearing structural element 5. These are connected in a connecting area 6 by a lap joint 9. The lap joint 9 runs partially along a decorative cladding 23 and along a lining bed 24 of the frame 3. The first load-bearing structural element 4 forms a folded cladding 22, the second load-bearing structural element 5 forms a decorative cladding 23 of the frame 3. In the connecting area 6, the two structural elements 4,5 are arranged separately from one another and connected to one another via a screw connection 28. The screw connection 28 forms a fixing section 15, which is surrounded by an insulating section 16. Fire protection material 11 is arranged in the insulating section 16 so that the two structural elements 4, 5 are kept at a desired distance from one another. Since the two structural elements 4, 5 are thermally separated in the connecting region 6, heat transfer from a first outer side 7 to a second outer side 8 can be reduced or prevented.

[0052] In the embodiment according to Fig. 2 In the area of the decorative cladding 23, a further screw connection 28 and further fire protection material 11 are arranged so that the connection area 6 extends into the decorative cladding 23.

[0053] Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of a two-part frame 3. In contrast to the design according to Fig. 2 The connecting area 6 is arranged only in the area of the lining bed 24. The two structural elements 4, 5 are L-shaped in the connecting area and are not in direct contact. The fixing section 15 in the form of a screw connection 28 forms the only thermally conductive connection between the two structural elements 4, 5.

[0054] Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of a two-part frame 3. The connecting area 6 is arranged at the same position with respect to the frame 3 as in Fig. 3 In this embodiment, the two structural elements 4, 5 are connected to each other by a plug connection 25. The two structural elements 4, 5 are each L-shaped in the connecting area 6, with a tab 27 of one structural element engaging in a recess 26 of the other structural element. The insulation section 16, which is filled with fire protection material 11, is arranged within the area enclosed by the two L-shaped sections. Fig. 4 (b) is a sectional view along the plane DD of Fig. 4 (a) , with the two tabs 27 visible. The structural element 5 has a tab 27a on the left side in the illustration, which protrudes from a recess. A tab 27b is arranged on the structural element 4 and is flush with another recess. The tab 27b is welded to the structural element 5 with a spot weld 30. The two structural elements 4, 5 are in direct contact only via the tabs 27, with the remaining area being separated from each other by a gap 29.

[0055] Fig. 5 shows an isometric view of two structural elements 4, 5 of the frame 3 from Fig. 4 in the unconnected state. This illustration shows the differently shaped tabs arranged on the legs 13 and 14 of the L-shaped structural elements 4, 5. The tabs 27 are formed integrally with the structural elements 4, 5. When the structural elements 4, 5 are moved toward each other in the direction of the arrows, the tabs 27 engage in the recess 26.

[0056] Fig. 6 shows an isometric view of two structural elements 4, 5 of the frame 3 from Fig. 4 in the connected state. The tab 27b is flush with the structural element 5. The tab 27a extends through the structural element 4, so that the tab 27a can be fixed to the structural element 4 by twisting or bending it relative to the recess 26.

[0057] Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of a two-part frame 3. In this embodiment, the two structural elements 4, 5 can be attached to a wall with a concealed screw. For this purpose, the structural element 4 has a through hole through which the screw can be inserted. In the further embodiment, the illustration essentially corresponds to an embodiment according to Fig. 3 .

[0058] The Figuren 8 bis 19 show embodiments that are not the subject of the invention.

[0059] Fig. 8 shows an embodiment of an inner shell 17 of a two-part door leaf 2, which is not the subject of the invention. The inner shell 17 has two bulges 19 in an edge region 12, which are designed as a fixing section 15. The bulges 19 are arranged at a distance from one another and can, for example, be designed as a cup. The bulges 19 are arranged on a leg 13 of the U-shaped edge region. For example, one bulge 19 has a circular basic shape and another bulge 19 has an elliptical basic shape.

[0060] Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of a two-part door leaf 2, which is not the subject of the invention, with an inner shell 17 according to Fig. 8 The second structural element 5 is plate-shaped and formed as an outer shell 18. The bulges 19 thermally separate the inner shell 17 and the outer shell 18 in the edge region 12, since a connection is established solely via the bulges 19. The bulges 19 can have a height of, for example, 2 to 3 mm, in particular 2 mm, resulting in an air gap of 2 to 3 mm between the inner shell 17 and the outer shell 18.

[0061] Fig. 10 shows two embodiments of bulges 19 as a cup, which is not the subject of the invention. Each bulge 19 is flattened on the upper side so that the outer shell 18 can be in flat contact with the bulges 19. In the cross-sectional view, a spot weld 30 is provided on the bulge 19, which fixes the inner shell 17 to the outer shell 18.

[0062] Fig. 11 shows an embodiment of the locking device 100 with an external facing shell 121, which is not the subject of the invention. The door leaf 102 has two structural elements 104, 105, wherein in this embodiment the facing shell 121 is arranged on the structural element 105. The facing shell 121 is connected to the structural element 105 in a connecting region 106, wherein the connecting region 106 is oriented in the direction of the structural element 104.

[0063] Fig. 12 shows a further embodiment of the locking device 100 with an external facing shell 121, which is not the subject of the invention. In the illustrated embodiment, the insulating section 116 and the fixing section 115 are arranged next to one another in the connecting region 106 in such a way that the insulating section 115 is arranged closer to an outer edge 133 of the door leaf 102 than the fixing section 116. This makes it possible to form a continuous insulating section 115 along the outer edge 133 that is not interrupted by a fixing section 116. The fixing section 116 is represented by a supporting fastening means 137, wherein a plurality of supporting fastening means 137 can be provided spaced apart from one another next to the insulating section 116. The insulating section 116 can contain a fire protection material. The fixing section 115 is many times smaller than the insulation section 116. Many times smaller means that a contact area between the fastening means 137 and the facing shell 121 is many times smaller than a contact area between the fire protection material and the facing shell 121.

[0064] By means of the insulation section 116, which in the embodiment according to Fig. 12 preferably contains a glass fiber tape 31 or consists of a glass fiber tape 31, the facing shell 121 can be arranged at a very small distance, characterized by the air gap 110, to the door leaf 102, wherein at the same time sufficient insulation and thus sufficient thermal separation is achieved by the glass fiber tape 31.

[0065] Fig. 13 shows a further embodiment of the locking device 100 with an inner facing shell 121, which is not the subject of the invention. The connecting region 106 between the facing shell 121 and the structural element 104 contains an angle profile 132, which is arranged at a distance from the door leaf 102 and is in contact with the facing shell 121. One leg 114 of the angle profile 132 is in contact with the facing shell 121, for example, they are welded together. A fixing section 115 forms a connection between another leg 113 of the angle profile 132 and the structural element 104. Therefore, the angle profile 132 and the structural element 104 are arranged at a distance from one another, with an insulating section 116 formed therebetween. This contains a fire protection material 111. The expanding sealing element 134 and the fire protection rope 135 can also be assigned to the insulation section 116.The fixing section 115 has a fastening means 137 which pierces the fire protection material 111 and is therefore surrounded by fire protection material 111. The door leaf 102 can be constructed according to an embodiment according to . Fig. 9 be formed with an inner shell 17 and an outer shell 18 and a fire protection material 11 arranged therebetween. Consequently, a two-part door leaf 2 can also be arranged thermally separated from a facing shell 121.

[0066] Fig. 14 shows the embodiment from Fig. 13 in the event of a fire, which is not the subject of the invention. Due to the high temperatures that occur, the expanding sealing element 134 enlarges, for example, by forming a heat-insulating foam, which displaces the fire protection strip 135 toward the frame 103 and thereby closes the gap between the frame 103 and the door leaf 102.

[0067] An end section 140 of the facing shell 121 is arranged adjacent to the angle profile 132 and forms a receiving area for the expanding sealing element 134 and the fire protection cord 135. This allows the angle profile 132 and the fastening means 137 to be protected from temperature stress occurring in the event of a fire, whereby the load-bearing connection retains its stability.

[0068] Fig. 15 shows a further embodiment of the locking device 100 with an inner facing shell 121, which is not the subject of the invention. The facing shell 121 is arranged via two angle profiles 132 and via the fixing section 115, thermally separated from the structural element 104, which forms the door leaf 102. As already mentioned with respect to Fig. 14 As explained, in this embodiment, an expanding sealing element 134 with a fire protection cord 135 can also be arranged on the end section 140 of the facing shell 121. The end section 140 is located closer to an outer edge 133 of the facing shell 121 than the connecting area 106.

[0069] Fig. 16 shows a further embodiment of the closure device 100 with an inner facing shell 121, which is not the subject of the invention. In contrast to an embodiment with an angle profile, the fastening means 137 is connected directly to the facing shell 121 and forms a load-bearing connection between the facing shell 121 and the structural element 104. The facing shell 121 is not in direct contact with the structural element 104, since an air gap 10 is formed between the end section 140 and the structural element 104. The end section 140 forms a receiving area for an expanding sealing element 134, so that the load-bearing fastening means 137 is protected from temperature stress occurring in the event of a fire, even if no fire protection material 111 is arranged between the facing shell 121 and the structural element 104.In this embodiment, the insulation section 116 is therefore formed by the expanding sealing element 134 and the fire protection cord 135 in the end section 140, by the air gap 110, and by the fire protection material 111 surrounding the fastening means 137. In an embodiment without the fire protection material 111, the fixing section 151 would therefore be provided adjacent to the insulation section 116.

[0070] Fig. 17 shows a sectional view along the plane A'-A' of the Fig. 1 , which is not the subject of the invention. The plane runs directly through a locking element of the door leaf 2, 102, wherein even in the region of the locking element, a thermal separation between the inner shell 17 and the outer shell 18 is achieved by the insulation section 16 on both sides of the door leaf 2, 102. On the door leaf 2, 102, a facing shell 121 can be arranged on the first outer side 7, 107 and / or on the second outer side 8, 108. The facing shell 121 on the first outer side 7, 107 is preferably according to one of the embodiments according to Fig. 11 oder 12 , the facing shell 121 on the second outer side 8, 108 according to one of the embodiments according to the Fig. 13 bis 16 Preferably, the connecting region 106 between the facing shell 121 and the structural element 4, 104 or 5, 105 is formed around the entire circumference 139 of the facing shell 121 according to one of the embodiments of Fig. 13 bis 16 It is also conceivable that the connecting region 106 is formed differently on different circumferential side sections 138a to 138d. The same applies to the connecting region 6 between the structural elements 4 and 5. Preferably, the connecting region 6 is formed on three circumferential side sections 138a, 138b, 138c according to Fig. 8 trained.

[0071] Fig. 18 shows another sectional view of the Fig. 1 along the plane BB for a threshold-free locking device 1, which is not the subject of the invention. In the upper peripheral side section 138b, i.e., in the horizontally arranged region of the frame 3', a thermal separation also occurs between the inner shell 17 and the outer shell 18 of the door leaf 2. In the illustration, the section runs through a bulge 19, which is arranged in the connecting region 6, which lies in the edge region 12 of the two-part door leaf 2.

[0072] Fig. 19 shows a sectional view along the plane BB of the Fig. 1 for a closure device 1, which is not the subject of the invention, with threshold 36. In contrast to Fig. 18 In the cutout C in the area of the threshold 36, a fold 20 is formed by the connecting area 6, wherein the connecting area 6 also achieves a thermal separation between the inner shell 17 and the outer shell 18 in the peripheral side section 138d.

[0073] The closure device 1 has in the embodiments according to Fig. 2 bis Fig. 4 a door leaf 2' that has no thermal separation between individual structural elements. Likewise, the illustrated embodiments can be combined with a two-part door leaf 2. Furthermore, a facing shell 21 according to Fig. 11, 12 or 13 bis 16 with a door leaf 2 after Fig. 8 Likewise, a frame 3' without thermal break can be replaced by a two-part frame 3 with thermal break if the locking device 1 has a two-part door leaf 2.

[0074] In a further embodiment, a two-part frame 3 can be combined with a facing shell 121, for example according to one of the Fig. 13 bis 16 . List of reference symbols
