1. A tubular cosmetic product (CP) cartridge (13) comprising a first longitudinal end (P) intended to allow access to the cosmetic product (CP) and a second longitudinal end (S) opposite with respect to a longitudinal axis (X), the cartridge (13) further comprising: - an external tube (1) comprising at least one helical groove (12A), - a control bushing (2) including at least one longitudinal guide slot (2B), - a cosmetic product (CP) receptacle (3) cooperating with the helical groove (12A) of the external tube (1) and the longitudinal guide slot (2B) of the control bushing (2), - a bottom element (4) rotatably integral with the control bushing (2), the cartridge (13) being configured to be removably mated to a base (8) such that a relative rotation of the base (8) relative to the cartridge (13) causes displacement of the cosmetic product (CP) receptacle (3) relative to the external tube (1) along a longitudinal axis (X) of the cartridge (13), the bottom element (4) contributing to closing access to the cartridge (13) by the second longitudinal end (S) of the cartridge (13), the bottom element (4) being radially outwardly covered by the external tube (1), characterised in that the bottom element (4) comprises a ring of ferromagnetic material or a magnet (4B,MB) configured to contribute to providing a retention force between the cartridge and the base when the cartridge is mated to the base, and in that the external tube (1) includes a lining part (11) that surrounds a technical part (12) including the helical groove (12A).
2. The cartridge (13) according to claim 1, wherein the bottom element (4) closes access to the cartridge (13) by the second longitudinal end (S) of the cartridge (13).
3. The cartridge (13) according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein an external radial edge of the bottom element (4) directly slidably contacts an inner radial surface of the external tube (1).
4. The cartridge (13) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the external tube (1) extends substantially over an entire height of the cartridge (13).
5. The cartridge (13) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bottom element (4) is disposed remotely and recessed from the second longitudinal end (S) of the cartridge (13).
6. The cartridge (13) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bottom element (4) includes a first face facing the cosmetic product (CP) receptacle (3) and a second face longitudinally opposite thereto, the second face including a mating member (MC, 4B, 47) configured to cooperate with the base (8).
7. The cartridge (13) according to claim 6, wherein a mating element (6) of the base (8) comprises a key-shaped member (67) configured to cooperate with the mating member having a lock-shaped section (47) of the bottom element (4).
8. The cartridge (13) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the cosmetic product (CP) is a lipstick bullet.
9. The cartridge (13) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the bottom element (4) has a substantially planar central external face.
10. A device for dispensing (10) cosmetic product (CP) comprising a cartridge (13) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, a base (8) and, preferably, a lipstick bullet, the cartridge (13) and the base (8) being removably mated.
11. The dispensing device (10) according to claim 10, wherein a permanent magnet (9,MB) or a ring of ferromagnetic material associated with the ring of ferromagnetic material or the magnet (4B,MB) of the bottom element (4) associated therewith is provided in the base (8) to contribute to providing a retention force between the cartridge and the base when the cartridge is mated on the base.
12. The dispensing device (10) according to claim 11, wherein in a configuration wherein the cartridge is assembled to the base, an interval representing an air gap (e) that separates an upper surface (9B) of the permanent magnet (9, MB) or the ring of ferromagnetic material of the base (8) from a lower surface of the ring of ferromagnetic material (4M) or the magnet of the bottom element (4) associated therewith is less than 0.5 mm and preferably less than 0.2 mm.
13. The dispensing device (10) according to one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the cartridge is in accordance with one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the manoeuvring member (6) for the base (8) is capable of being mated with the mating member (MC, 4B, 47) of the bottom element (4) so that a relative rotation of the base (8) relative to the cartridge (13) causes displacement of the cosmetic product (CP) receptacle (3) along a longitudinal axis (X) of the cartridge (13).
14. The device for dispensing (10) cosmetic product (CP) according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the three-dimensional coded pattern of the manoeuvring member (6) has a key shape (67), the counterpart three-dimensional coded pattern of the manoeuvring counterpart (4A) having a lock shape (47).
