Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an electromechanical actuator for a shading device, in other words an electromechanical actuator of a shading device. The present invention also relates to a motorized drive device for a shading device, in other words a motorized drive device of a shading device. The present invention finally relates to a shading device comprising a screen driven in movement by such a motorized drive device.
[0002] In general, the present invention relates to the field of occultation devices comprising a motorized drive device moving a screen, between at least a first position and at least a second position.
[0003] A motorized drive device comprises an electromechanical actuator of a movable closing, concealing or sun protection element, such as a shutter, a door, a grille, a blind or any other equivalent material, hereinafter called a screen.
[0004] Electromechanical actuators for a blackout device are already known, comprising a housing, a torque support, a ring gear, an electrical power cable, and an electric motor. The torque support is arranged at a first end of the housing. The ring gear is inserted at least partially around the torque support. The ring gear forms a bearing for guiding the rotation of a winding tube of a motorized drive device of the blackout device around the housing of the electromechanical actuator. The electrical power cable is configured to be connected to an electrical power supply network. The electric motor is mounted inside the housing. The electric motor is supplied with electrical power via the electrical power cable.
[0005] In a screening device, electrostatic charges are generated by the friction of a screen, in particular a canvas, on a plastic or metal part, in particular the winding tube of the screen or a support for holding the winding tube.
[0006] Also known is document EP 3 741 955 A1 which describes an electromechanical actuator associated with an electrostatic charge discharge device of a motorized drive device for a concealment device. The electrostatic charge discharge device comprises an electrical conduction element. The electrical conduction element is configured to be in electrical contact with a winding tube.
[0007] However, this motorized drive device has the disadvantage that the electrical conduction element electrically connects a housing of the electromechanical actuator to the winding tube and that the housing of the electromechanical actuator is connected to an earth line, formed by an earth conductor of the electrical supply cable of the electromechanical actuator.
[0008] Therefore, the electrical conduction element creates an electrical conduction path between the winding tube and the electromechanical actuator housing, made of metal.
[0009] Furthermore, the electrically conductive element is attached to the winding tube and is in sliding electrical contact with the housing of the electromechanical actuator.
[0010] Furthermore, the electrical conduction element, arranged between the winding tube and the casing of the electromechanical actuator, is an accessory, to be mounted by an installer around the casing of the electromechanical actuator, when installing the motorized drive device in the occultation device.
[0011] On the one hand, such an accessory risks being forgotten when installing the motorized drive device in the occultation device. On the other hand, this accessory generates an increase in the cost of obtaining the motorized drive device and the time of its assembly.
[0012] Furthermore, with such an electrostatic charge discharge device, an external surface of the electromechanical actuator housing must be free of a protective coating, such as paint, whereas this is generally the case to prevent corrosion of the electromechanical actuator housing.
[0013] Therefore, with such an electrostatic charge discharge device, the electromechanical actuator housing is no longer a standard component for a manufacturer of electromechanical actuators for blackout devices.
[0014] Document FR 3 072 116 A1 is also known, which describes an electromechanical actuator for a concealment device comprising a casing, a torque support, a crown, an electrical power supply cable, an electric motor, an electronic control unit and an electrostatic charge discharge device. The torque support is arranged at a first end of the casing. The crown is inserted at least partially around the torque support. The crown forms a bearing for guiding the rotation of a winding tube of a motorized drive device of the concealment device, around the casing of the electromechanical actuator. The electrical power supply cable is configured to be connected to an electrical power supply network. The electric motor is mounted inside the casing. The electric motor is supplied with electrical power via the electrical power supply cable. The electrostatic charge discharge device is implemented by means of a spark gap arranged on a printed circuit board of the electronic control unit. The spark gap comprises a first and a second electrode formed respectively by a first conductive track and by a second conductive track of the printed circuit board. The first electrode is electrically connected to the housing. Furthermore, the second electrode is electrically connected to one of the electrical conductors supplying electrical energy to the electric motor.
[0015] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose an electromechanical actuator for a shading device, a motorized drive device for a shading device, as well as a shading device comprising a screen driven in movement by such a motorized drive device, making it possible to discharge electrostatic charges outside the electromechanical actuator, in particular without damaging electronic components of an electronic control unit of the electromechanical actuator, so as to guarantee the operational reliability of this electromechanical actuator.
[0016] In this regard, the present invention aims, according to a first aspect, at an electromechanical actuator for a concealment device, the electromechanical actuator comprising at least: a casing, a torque support, the torque support being arranged at a first end of the casing, a crown, the crown being inserted at least partly around the torque support, the crown forming a bearing for guiding the rotation of a winding tube of a motorized drive device of the occultation device, around the casing of the electromechanical actuator, an electrical power cable, the electrical power cable being configured to be connected to an electrical power supply network, the electrical power cable comprising either at least one shield or at least one electrical ground conductor, an electric motor, the electric motor being mounted inside the casing, the electric motor being supplied with electrical energy via the electrical power cable, and a device for discharging electrostatic charges, the electrostatic charge discharge device comprising at least one electrical conduction element, the electrical conduction element being configured to be in electrical contact with the winding tube.
[0017] According to the invention, the crown carries the electrical conduction element of the electrostatic charge discharge device. The electrostatic charge discharge device further comprises at least one electrical connection element. The torque support at least partially receives the electrical connection element. The electrical conduction element, arranged at the crown, is configured to be in electrical contact with the electrical connection element, arranged at least partially at the torque support. Furthermore, the electrical connection element electrically connects the electrical conduction element to the shielding of the electrical power cable or to the electrical ground conductor of the electrical power cable.
[0018] Thus, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrostatic charge discharge device makes it possible to create a preferential discharge path from the winding tube, towards the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, towards the electrical connection element, arranged at least in part at the level of the torque support, then towards the shielding of the electrical power cable or the electrical earth conductor of the electrical power cable.
[0019] In this way, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrical conduction element, arranged at the crown, and the electrical connection element, arranged inside the electromechanical actuator, in particular the torque support and, possibly, the casing, makes it possible to avoid malfunctions and / or damage to the electromechanical actuator and, in particular, to prevent the destruction of electronic components mounted on one or more printed circuit boards of an electronic control unit.
[0020] Therefore, the electrical conduction element and the electrical connection element allow electrostatic charges accumulated in a screen of the occultation device to be discharged.
[0021] Furthermore, the discharge of electrostatic charges through the electrostatic charge discharge device is carried out continuously.
[0022] In this way, following an accumulation of electrostatic charges due, in particular, to the friction of a screen of the occultation device on one or more assembly elements of the occultation device, the electromechanical actuator does not undergo a discharge of electrostatic charges via an electric arc.
[0023] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, is movable in rotation relative to the electrical connection element, arranged at least partly at the level of the torque support.
[0024] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, is in permanent electrical contact with the electrical connection element, arranged at least partly at the level of the torque support, during the rotational driving of the crown around the torque support.
[0025] Alternatively, the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, is in periodic electrical contact with the electrical connection element, arranged at least partly at the level of the torque support, during the rotational driving of the crown around the torque support.
[0026] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electromechanical actuator further comprises an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit comprises at least one printed circuit board, a first electrical connection element and a second electrical connection element. The first electrical connection element is mounted on the printed circuit board. The second electrical connection element is electrically connected to the first electrical connection element. The electrical connection element is electrically connected to the first electrical connection element. Furthermore, the second electrical connection element is electrically connected to the shielding of the electrical power cable or to the electrical ground conductor of the electrical power cable.
[0027] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electrical connection element extends from the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, to the first electrical connection element of the electronic control unit.
[0028] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electrical conduction element comprises a body and at least one contact tab. Furthermore, the or each contact tab is connected to the body.
[0029] The present invention relates, according to a second aspect, to a motorized drive device for a concealment device, the motorized drive device comprising at least: an electromechanical actuator, a winding tube, the winding tube being arranged to be rotated by the electromechanical actuator.
[0030] According to the invention, the electromechanical actuator is in accordance with the invention and as mentioned above.
[0031] This motorized drive device has characteristics and advantages similar to those described previously, in relation to the electromechanical actuator according to the invention.
[0032] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, is configured to be in electrical contact with an internal face of the winding tube.
[0033] The present invention relates, according to a third aspect, to a concealment device, the concealment device comprising at least: a screen, and a motorized drive device, the screen being rollable on a winding tube of the motorized drive device.
[0034] According to the invention, the motorized drive device is in accordance with the invention and as mentioned above.
[0035] This occultation device has characteristics and advantages similar to those described previously, in relation to the electromechanical actuator and the motorized drive device according to the invention.

[0038] The closing, concealing or sun protection device 3 is hereinafter called the “concealing device”. The concealing device 3 comprises the screen 2.
[0039] The occultation device 3 may be a blind, in particular a blind comprising a roll-up canvas, or a roller shutter. The present invention applies to all types of occultation device.
[0040] We describe, with reference to the figures 1 to 6 , a roller blind according to the first embodiment of the invention.
[0041] The occulting device 3 comprises a motorized drive device 5, according to the first embodiment of the invention. The motorized drive device 5 comprises an electromechanical actuator 11 illustrated in figures 3 to 6 .
[0042] The motorized drive device 5 and, consequently, the occulting device 3 further comprises a winding tube 4. Furthermore, the winding tube 4 is arranged so as to be driven in rotation by the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0043] Here, the screen 2 can be rolled up onto the winding tube 4.
[0044] Thus, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3 is wound onto the winding tube 4 or unwound around it, the winding tube 4 being driven by the motorized drive device 5, in particular by the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0045] In this way, the screen 2 is movable between a rolled-up position, in particular high, and an unrolled position, in particular low, and vice versa.
[0046] The screen 2 of the occultation device 3 is a closing, occultation and / or sun protection screen, winding and unwinding around the winding tube 4, the inner diameter of which is greater than the outer diameter of the electromechanical actuator 11, so that the electromechanical actuator 11 can be inserted into the winding tube 4, when assembling the occultation device 3.

[0048] Advantageously, the holding device 9, 23 may comprise two supports 23. A support 23 is arranged at each end of the winding tube 4, in particular in an assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.
[0049] Thus, the winding tube 4 is held by means of the supports 23. Only one of the supports 23 is visible at the figure 1 and these are not represented at the figure 2The supports 23 make it possible to mechanically connect the concealment device 3 to the structure of the building B, in particular to the wall M of the building B.

[0056] The electromechanical actuator 11 is, for example, of the tubular type. This makes it possible to rotate the winding tube 4 around an axis of rotation X, so as to move, in particular unwind or wind, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3.

[0059] The roller blind, which forms the blackout device 3, comprises a fabric, forming the screen 2 of the roller blind 3. A first end of the screen 2, in particular the upper end of the screen 2, in the assembled configuration of the blackout device 3, is fixed to the winding tube 4. Furthermore, a second end of the screen 2, in particular the lower end of the screen 2, in the assembled configuration of the blackout device 3, is fixed to the load bar 8.
[0060] Here, the canvas forming the screen 2 is made from a textile material.
[0061] In an exemplary embodiment, not shown, the first end of the screen 2 has a hem through which a rod, in particular made of plastic material, is arranged. This hem produced at the first end of the screen 2 is obtained by means of a seam of the fabric forming the screen 2. When assembling the screen 2 on the winding tube 4, the hem and the rod located at the first end of the screen 2 are inserted by sliding into a groove provided on the external face of the winding tube 4, in particular over the entire length of the winding tube 4, so as to secure the screen 2 to the winding tube 4 and to be able to wind and unwind the screen 2 around the winding tube 4.
[0062] Whatever the embodiment, the first end of the screen 2 is arranged at the level of the holding device 9, 23, in the sense that this first end remains above the opening 1 in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.
[0063] In the case of a roller blind, the upper rolled-up position corresponds to a predetermined upper end-of-travel position, or to the loading bar 8 of the screen 2 resting against an edge of the box 9 of the roller blind 3, and the lower unrolled position corresponds to a predetermined lower end-of-travel position, or to the loading bar 8 of the screen 2 resting against a threshold 7 of the opening 1, or to the complete unrolling of the screen 2.

The battery 24 can thus be arranged inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0120] Advantageously, the electrical energy supply device 31 may further comprise at least one concentrator 57 and, optionally, at least one adapter 58, in particular in the case where the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to be electrically connected, in other words is electrically connected, to an electrical energy supply network known as “PoE”.
[0121] Advantageously, the electrical power supply cable 18 is configured to supply electrical energy, in other words supplies electrical energy, to the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the electronic control unit 15 and the electric motor 16, in particular from the electrical power supply device 31, in particular from the battery 24.
[0122] Advantageously, the battery 24 comprises one or more energy storage elements. The energy storage elements of the battery 24 may be, in particular, rechargeable accumulators, in the case where the battery 24 is of the rechargeable type, or even batteries.
[0123] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 5 and, in particular, the electronic control unit 15, comprises charging elements configured to charge the battery 24 from the electrical energy supplied by an external electrical energy supply source 25, as illustrated in figure 2 .
[0124] Advantageously, the external electrical power supply source 25 is a charger that can be plugged into a wall electrical outlet, so as to recharge the battery 24 from a mains electrical power supply network.
[0125] Advantageously, the first electronic card 15a is configured to control the electric motor 16. In addition, the second electronic card 15b is configured to, in particular, access parameterization and / or configuration functions of the electromechanical actuator 11, by means of selection devices 41 and, possibly, display devices, not shown. Furthermore, the second electronic card 15b can be configured to allow the battery 24 to be recharged.
[0126] Here and in a non-limiting manner, the loading elements are arranged at the level of the second electronic card 15b.
[0127] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises an output shaft 20.
[0128] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a reducer 19.
[0129] The reducer 19 comprises at least one reduction stage. The reduction stage may be an epicyclic type gear train.
[0130] The type and number of reduction stages of the reducer are not limiting.
[0131] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a brake 32.
[0132] By way of non-limiting examples, the brake 32 may be a spring brake, a cam brake, a magnetic brake or an electromagnetic brake.
[0133] The brake 32 is configured to brake and / or to lock the output shaft 20 in rotation, so as to regulate the speed of rotation of the winding tube 4, during a movement of the screen 2, and to keep the winding tube 4 locked, when the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically deactivated.
[0134] Here and as visible at the figure 4, the brake 32 is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between two reduction stages 19a, 19b of the reducer 19.
[0135] Alternatively, not shown, the brake 32 is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between the electronic control unit 15 and the electric motor 16, in other words at the input of the electric motor 16, or between the reducer 19 and the output shaft 20, in other words at the output of the reducer 19, or between the electric motor 16 and the reducer 19, that is to say at the output of the electric motor 16.
[0136] Advantageously, the reducer 19 and, possibly, the brake 32 are arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0137] The winding tube 4 is rotated about the axis of rotation X and the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 while being supported by means of two pivot connections.
[0138] The first pivot connection is made at a first end of the winding tube 4 by means of a crown 53. The crown 53 thus makes it possible to make a bearing.
[0139] The crown 53 forms, in other words is configured to form or constitute, a bearing for guiding the winding tube 4 in rotation, around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in an assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5 and, consequently, of the occulting device 3.
[0140] Here, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises the crown 53.
[0141] In other words, the crown 53 is an integral part of the electromechanical actuator 11, that is to say that the crown 53 is not an accessory to be added to the motorized drive device 5 to allow the first pivot connection between the winding tube 4 and the electromechanical actuator 11. The crown 53 cannot therefore be forgotten when assembling the electromechanical actuator 11 with the winding tube 4, as could be the case with an additional accessory distinct from the electromechanical actuator 11, in other words not forming an integral part of the latter.
[0142] The second pivot connection, not shown, is made at a second end of the winding tube 4.
[0143] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a torque support 21, which may also be called an “actuator head” or “fixed point”.
[0144] Here, the torque support 21 is arranged at a first end 17a of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0145] The torque support 21 makes it possible to take up the forces exerted by the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the torque exerted by the electromechanical actuator 11, relative to the structure of the building B. The torque support 21 advantageously makes it possible to take up, in addition, forces exerted by the winding tube 4, in particular the weight of the winding tube 4, of the electromechanical actuator 11 and of the screen 2, and to ensure the take-up of these forces by the structure of the building B.
[0146] Thus, the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11 makes it possible to fix the electromechanical actuator 11 to the holding device 9, 23, in particular to one of the supports 23 or to one of the cheeks 10 of the box 9.
[0147] Advantageously, the torque support 21 projects at the level of the first end 17a of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 1.
[0148] Advantageously, the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11 can also make it possible to close the first end 17a of the casing 17.
[0149] Furthermore, the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11 can make it possible to support at least part of the electronic control unit 15.
[0150] Advantageously, the torque support 21 is fixed to the casing 17 by means of one or more fixing elements, not shown, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. The fixing element(s) may be, in particular, bosses, fixing screws, elastic snap-fastening fixing elements, grooves fitted into notches or a combination of these different fixing elements.
[0151] Advantageously, the torque support 21 comprises a first part 21a and a second part 21b.
[0152] Advantageously, the first part 21a of the torque support 21 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second part 21b of the torque support 21 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the holding device 9, 23, in particular in an assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11 in the occulting device 3.
[0153] Advantageously, the production of the torque support 21 comprising the first and second parts 21a, 21b in a single piece makes it possible to improve the rigidity of the torque support 21.
[0154] Advantageously, at least a portion of the first part 21a of the torque support 21 is of generally cylindrical shape and is arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0155] Advantageously, an outside diameter of at least a portion of the second part 21b of the torque support 21 is greater than an outside diameter of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0156] Advantageously, the torque support 21 further comprises a stop 33. Furthermore, the stop 33 is in support, in other words is configured to be in support, with the casing 17, at the level of the first end 17a of the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0157] Thus, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 makes it possible to limit the sinking of the first part 21a of the torque support 21 into the casing 17, in the direction of the axis of rotation X.
[0158] Furthermore, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 delimits the first and second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21 relative to each other.
[0159] Thus, only the first part 21a of the torque support 21 is arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, following the fitting of the torque support 21 inside the casing 17, up to the stop 33, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0160] Here, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 comprises a shoulder and, more particularly, it is produced in the form of a collar, in particular of cylindrical shape and with a rectilinear generatrix.
[0161] Here and as illustrated in the figures 4 to 6, the crown 53 is inserted around the torque support 21, in particular the second part 21b of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0162] As a variant, not shown, the crown 53 is inserted, on the one hand, around the torque support 21, in particular the second part 21b of the torque support 21, and, on the other hand, around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the first end 17a of the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0163] Here, the crown 53 is integral with the electromechanical actuator 11 and, more particularly, with the torque support 21.
[0164] Here and as illustrated in the figures 4 to 6 , the crown 53 is free to rotate around the torque support 21, in particular the second part 21b of the torque support 21.
[0165] As a variant, not shown, the crown 53 is free to rotate, on the one hand, around the torque support 21, in particular the second part 21b of the torque support 21, and, on the other hand, around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the first end 17a of the casing 17.
[0166] Here, the electronic control unit 15, in particular the first and second electronic cards 15a, 15, are supplied with electrical energy by means of the electrical power supply cable 18.
[0167] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 15 is arranged at least partly inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0168] Furthermore, the electronic control unit 15 may be arranged at least partly outside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 and, in particular, mounted in the torque support 21.
[0169] Here, the first electronic card 15a of the electronic control unit 15 is arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second electronic card 15b is arranged inside the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0170] Here, the electronic control unit 15 is devoid of a housing for receiving the first electronic card 15a. This first electronic card 15a is, on the one hand, held, in particular plugged, in the torque support 21, in particular in a third central part 21c of the torque support 21, as illustrated in figures 4 And 5, and, on the other hand, maintained, in particular plugged, in a support, not shown, mounted at the end of the electric motor 16, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0171] Here and as illustrated in the figures 3 to 5 , the torque support 21 further comprises a cover 22. The cover 22 is mounted on the second part 21b of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0172] Advantageously, the second electronic card 15b is arranged inside a recess 43 formed between the second part 21b of the torque support 21 and the cover 22.
[0173] The torque support 21 comprises at least one selection device 41, in particular a button, which may be, for example, of the push-button type.
[0174] This or these selection devices 41 are configured to carry out an adjustment of the electromechanical actuator 11 through one or more configuration modes, pair with the electromechanical actuator 11 one or more control units 12, 13, reset one or more parameters, which may be, for example, an end-of-travel position, reset the paired control unit(s) 12, 13 or even control the movement of the screen 2.
[0175] Here, the torque support 21 comprises a single selection device 41.
[0176] The number of torque support selection devices is not limiting and may be different. It may be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.
[0177] The torque support 21 comprises at least one display device, not shown.
[0178] This or these display devices are configured to display a visual indication, which may be, for example, representative of an operating mode of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular a configuration mode or a control mode, or even of a state of a member of the motorized drive device 5 or of the electrical energy supply device 31, in particular a state of charge of the battery 24.
[0179] Advantageously, the display device comprises at least one lighting source, not shown, in particular a light-emitting diode, mounted on the second electronic card 15b and, optionally, a transparent or translucent cover and / or a light guide, to allow the passage of the light emitted by the lighting source.
[0180] Here, the torque support 21 comprises a single display device.
[0181] The number of display devices is not exhaustive and may be different. It may be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.
[0182] Advantageously, the selection device 41 and the display device are electrically connected, in other words are configured to be electrically connected, to the electronic control unit 15.
[0183] Here, the selection device 41 and the display device are electrically connected, in other words are configured to be electrically connected, to the second electronic control card 15b.
[0184] Alternatively, the selection device 41 and / or the display device may be electrically connected, in other words may be configured to be electrically connected, to the first electronic control card 15a.
[0185] The torque support 21 may comprise either the selection device(s) 41 or the display device(s), or the selection device(s) 41 and the display device(s).
[0186] The torque support 21 comprises at least one housing 44. Furthermore, the housing 44 receives, in other words is configured to house or receive, at least the selection device(s) 41 or the display device(s), in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0187] In this way, the housing 44 receives, in other words is configured to receive, at least one material from among the selection device(s) 41 and the display device(s), in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0188] Here, the torque support 21 comprises a single housing 44, where the selection device 41 and the display device are housed.
[0189] Alternatively, not shown, the torque support 21 may comprise a first housing 44 for the selection device 41 and a second housing 44 for the display device. The torque support 21 may further comprise a first housing 44 per selection device 41 or for a plurality of selection devices 41, in the case where the torque support 21 has several selection devices 41, and a second housing 44 per display device or for a plurality of display devices, in the case where the torque support 21 has several display devices.
[0190] Advantageously, the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 is arranged inside the winding tube 4 and at least partly outside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0191] Here, one end of the output shaft 20 projects relative to the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular relative to a second end 17b of the casing 17 opposite the first end 17a.
[0192] Advantageously, the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive in rotation a connecting element, not shown, connected to the winding tube 4. The connecting element is produced in the form of a wheel.
[0193] When the electromechanical actuator 11 is operated, the electric motor 16 and the reduction gear 19 rotate the output shaft 20. In addition, the output shaft 20 rotates the winding tube 4 via the connecting element.
[0194] Thus, the winding tube 4 rotates the screen 2 of the occulting device 3, so as to open or close the opening 1.
[0195] The electronic control unit 15 of the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises an obstacle detection and end-of-travel device, not shown, during the rolling up of the screen 2 and during the unrolling of this screen 2.
[0196] The obstacle detection and end-of-travel device during the rolling and unrolling of the screen 2 is implemented by means of the microcontroller 30 of the electronic control unit 15 and, in particular, by means of an algorithm implemented by this microcontroller 30.
[0197] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises an electrostatic charge discharge device 45.
[0198] The electrostatic charge discharge device 45 comprising at least one electrical conduction element 51. The or each electrical conduction element 51 is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the winding tube 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5 and, consequently, of the occulting device 3.
[0199] Here, the electrostatic discharge device 45 comprises a single electrical conduction element 51.
[0200] The number of electrical conduction elements is not limiting and may be different. It may be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.
[0201] We now describe, with reference to the figures 4 to 8 , the integration of the electrostatic charge discharge device 45 at the level of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0202] The crown 53 carries the electrical conduction element 51 of the electrostatic charge discharge device 45.
[0203] The power supply cable 18 comprises at least one shield 46.
[0204] Advantageously, the second electrical conductors 38 are arranged inside the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18.
[0205] Advantageously, the electrical power cable 18 further comprises an insulating sheath 47. Furthermore, the shielding 46 is provided between the insulating sheath 47 and the second electrical conductors 38.
[0206] In practice, the electrical power cable 18 may comprise at least the second electrical conductors 38, a dielectric material, not shown, in other words an insulating material, the shielding 46 and the insulating sheath 47. The second electrical conductors 38 are surrounded by the dielectric material. The dielectric material is surrounded by the shielding 46. Furthermore, the shielding 46 is surrounded by the insulating sheath 47. The shielding 46 may be made of a conductive braid, which may be, for example, made of copper.
[0207] The electrostatic charge discharge device 45 further comprises at least one electrical connection element 48, shown alone in the figure 7 .
[0208] The torque support 21 receives, in particular in its interior volume, at least in part the electrical connection element 48. In other words, the electrical connection element 48 is mounted at least in part inside the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0209] Here, the electrical connecting element 48 is arranged, on the one hand, inside the torque support 21 and, on the other hand, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0210] The electrical conduction element 51, arranged at the level of the crown 53, is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the electrical connection element 48, arranged at least in part at the level of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0211] The electrical connecting element 48 electrically connects, in other words is configured to electrically connect, the electrical conduction element 51 to the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18.
[0212] Here, the electrostatic charge discharge device 45 comprises a single electrical connection element 48.
[0213] The number of electrical connection elements is not limiting and may be different. It may be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.
[0214] Thus, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrostatic charge discharge device 45 makes it possible to create a preferential discharge path from the winding tube 4, towards the electrical conduction element 51, arranged at the level of the crown 53, towards the electrical connection element 48, arranged at least in part at the level of the torque support 21, then towards the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18.
[0215] In this way, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrical conduction element 51, arranged at the level of the crown 53, and the electrical connection element 48, arranged inside the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the torque support 21 and, possibly, the casing 17, makes it possible to avoid malfunctions and / or damage to the electromechanical actuator 11 and, possibly, to the electrical power supply device 31 and, in particular, to prevent the destruction of electronic components 56 mounted on the printed circuit board(s) 40a, 40b, in particular one or other of the first and second electronic cards 15a, 15b of the electronic control unit 15.
[0216] Consequently, the electrical conduction element 51 and the electrical connection element 48 make it possible to discharge electrostatic charges accumulated in the screen 2 of the occultation device 3 of the installation 6.
[0217] In this way, the electrical conduction element 51 and the electrical connection element 48 make it possible to protect the electronic control unit 15 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the first and second electronic cards 15a, 15b.
[0218] Furthermore, the electrical conduction element 51 and the electrical connection element 48 make it possible to limit overvoltages at the level of the electronic components 56 mounted on the printed circuit board(s) 40a, 40b, in particular of one or other of the first and second electronic cards 15a, 15b of the electronic control unit 15, so as to protect the electronic control unit 15.
[0219] Furthermore, the discharge of electrostatic charges through the electrostatic charge discharge device 45 is implemented continuously.
[0220] In this way, the electromechanical actuator 11 does not undergo a discharge of electrostatic charges via an electric arc, following an accumulation of electrostatic charges due, in particular, to the friction of the screen 2 on one or more assembly elements of the occulting device 3, such as those of the holding device 9, 23.
[0221] Such an electrostatic charge discharge device 45 produced by means of the electrical connection element 48 electrically connecting the electrical conduction element 51 to the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18 is inexpensive, simple to industrialize and makes it possible to minimize the costs of obtaining the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0222] To enable the discharge of electrostatic charges, the electrical conduction element 51 and the electrical connection element 48 are made of an electrically conductive metallic material, which may be, for example, copper, brass or even steel.
[0223] Furthermore, an external face of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 can be covered with paint, as is generally done, since the discharge of the electrostatic charges is implemented by electrical conduction between the winding tube 4 and the electrical conduction element 51 then between the electrical conduction element 51 and the electrical connection element 48.
[0224] Advantageously, the electrical conduction element 51 is movable in rotation relative to the electrical connection element 48.
[0225] Here, the electrical conduction element 51 is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the winding tube 4, in particular an internal face 4a thereof.
[0226] Advantageously, the electrical conduction element 51 is in permanent electrical contact with the electrical connection element 48 during the rotational driving of the crown 53 around the torque support 21, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0227] Advantageously, the electrical conduction element 51 comprises a body 63 and at least one contact tab 62. Furthermore, the or each contact tab 62 is connected to the body 63.
[0228] Here, the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51 is in a single part and is annular in shape.
[0229] Here, the electrical conduction element 51 comprises four contact tabs 62.
[0230] Here, the contact tabs 62 are integral with the body 63.
[0231] The number of contact tabs is not limiting and may be different. It may be, in particular, one, two, three or greater than or equal to five.
[0232] Here, the or each contact tab 62 of the electrical conduction element 51 is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the winding tube 4, in particular an inner face 4a thereof. Furthermore, the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51, in particular an inner face 63a thereof, is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the electrical connection element 48.
[0233] Advantageously, the crown 53 comprises at least one opening 64. Furthermore, the or each contact tab 62 of the electrical conduction element 51 passes through the or one of the openings 64 of the crown 53, in particular in the configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0234] Here, the crown 53 comprises four openings 64.
[0235] Advantageously, the crown 53 comprises a number of openings 64 equal to the number of contact tabs 62 of the electrical conduction element 51.
[0236] Advantageously, the electrical conduction element 51, in particular the body 63 thereof, is overmolded in the crown 53 and thus forms an integral part of the crown 53. In this sense, the crown 53 comprises the electrical conduction element 51.
[0237] Alternatively, the electrical conduction element 51 is a part assembled with the crown 53, in other words a part separate from the crown 53 configured to be assembled with the crown 53.
[0238] In all cases, the crown 53 carries the electrical conduction element 51.
[0239] Advantageously, the crown 53 is made of a plastic material.
[0240] Thus, when the winding tube 4 is rotated by the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11, the friction of the crown 53 on the internal face 4a of the winding tube 4 does not generate any additional operating noise or jerks when the screen 2 is being unwound or wound, compared to an electromechanical actuator 11 without the electrostatic charge discharge device 45.
[0241] Advantageously, the electrical connection element 48 is produced in the form of a first blade, in particular metallic.
[0242] Advantageously, the first blade forming the electrical connection element 48 is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the internal face 63a of the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0243] Advantageously, the electrical conduction element 51 is configured to be in electrical contact, in other words is in electrical contact, with the electrical connection element 48 by friction or by sliding of the electrical conduction element 51, in particular of the body 63 thereof, on the electrical connection element 48, in particular of the first blade forming the latter.
[0244] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 15 further comprises a first electrical connection element 49, in particular a second blade, for example metallic, and a second electrical connection element 50. The first electrical connection element 49 is mounted on the printed circuit board 40a of the first electronic card 15a, in particular in an assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15. The electrical connection element 48 is electrically connected to the first electrical connection element 49, in particular placed in electrical contact with the first electrical connection element 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.The second electrical connection element 50 is electrically connected to the first electrical connection element 49, in particular electrically connected with the first electrical connection element 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second electrical connection element 50 is electrically connected to the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0245] Advantageously, the electrical connection element 48 extends from the electrical conduction element 51 to the first electrical connection element 49 of the electronic control unit 15, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0246] Here and as illustrated in the figures 4 And 5, the electrical connecting element 48 extends inside the first and second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21 and, consequently, partially inside the casing 17.
[0247] Advantageously, the electrical connection element 48 comprises at least a first end 48a and a second end 48b, the second end 48 being opposite the first end 48a. The first end 48a of the electrical connection element 48 is positioned opposite the electrical conduction element 51, in particular the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51 and, more particularly, in electrical contact with the latter. Furthermore, the second end 48b of the electrical connection element 48 is arranged at the first electrical connection element 49 of the electronic control unit 15, in particular in electrical contact with the first electrical connection element 49, in this case the first electronic card 15a.
[0248] Here, the discharge of the electrostatic charges is implemented by the circulation of an electric current from the screen 2 then passing through the winding tube 4, in the electrical conduction element 51, in the electrical connection element 48, arranged inside the electromechanical actuator 11, in the first and second electrical connection elements 49, 50 of the electronic control unit 15 and in the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18.
[0249] Advantageously, the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18 is, in addition, configured to be electrically connected, in other words is electrically connected, to an earth, in particular an earth of the installation 6, in a mounted state of the electromechanical actuator 11 in the installation 6.
[0250] Here, the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 is not electrically connected to ground.
[0251] Thus, the electromechanical actuator 11 can be electrically connected to the electrical power supply network 52 without requiring an electrical ground conductor, both at the electromechanical actuator 11 and at the electrical power supply network 52, when installing the electromechanical actuator 11, so as to simplify the installation of the electromechanical actuator 11 and reduce the costs of obtaining the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0252] Advantageously, the electrical connection element 48 is placed in electrical contact, in other words is configured to be placed in electrical contact, with the first electrical connection element 49 of the electronic control unit 15, in particular of the first electronic card 15a, during the assembly of the torque support 21 on the casing 17.
[0253] Here, such an assembly of the torque support 21 on the casing 17 can be implemented by means of automated means during the manufacture of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0254] Here, the crown 53 is locked in translation relative to the torque support 21, in the direction of the axis of rotation X.
[0255] Thus, the crown 53 cannot be driven in displacement along the axis of rotation X and slid along the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0256] In this way, the crown 53 is driven only in rotation by the winding tube 4, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0257] Advantageously, the crown 53 is configured to be integral, in other words is integral, with the winding tube 4, during the rotational driving of the winding tube 4 around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0258] Here, the winding tube 4 comprises ribs 61. The ribs 61 are provided on the internal face 4a of the winding tube 4 and oriented towards the axis of rotation X. The or each contact tab 62 of the electrically conductive element 51 is positioned between two ribs 61 of the winding tube 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.
[0259] Thus, when the winding tube 4 is rotated around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, the or at least one of the contact tabs 62 of the electrically conductive element 51 is pressed against one of the ribs 61 of the winding tube 4.
[0260] In this way, the crown 53 is rotated by the winding tube 4, around the torque support 21 and, possibly, the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0261] In the second embodiment, shown in figures 9 to 11 , elements similar to those of the first embodiment bear the same references and function as explained above. In the following, we describe, mainly, what distinguishes this second embodiment from the previous one. In the following, when a reference sign is used in the description without being reproduced on the figures 9 to 11 or reproduced on the figures 9 to 11without being mentioned in the description, it corresponds to the object bearing the same reference on one of the figures 1 to 8 .
[0262] We now describe, with reference to the figures 9 to 11 , the electromechanical actuator 11 according to the second embodiment of the invention and, more particularly, the device for discharging the electrostatic charges 45 of this electromechanical actuator 11.
[0263] Here, the electrical connecting element 48 is produced in the form of a jumper, preferably in one piece. The electrical connecting element 48 comprises a first end 48a in the form of a pin, configured to be in contact with the internal face 63a of the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5. The electrical connecting element 48 further comprises a second end 48b in the form of a clip, configured to surround the shielding 46, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.
[0264] Here, the electrical connection element 48 is connected directly to the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18, that is to say without being electrically connected to the electronic control unit 15.
[0265] In this case, the discharge of the electrostatic charges is implemented by the circulation of an electric current from the screen 2 then passing through the winding tube 4, in the electrical conduction element 51, arranged at the level of the crown 53, in the electrical connection element 48 and in the shielding 46 of the electrical power supply cable 18, without passing through elements mounted on the first electronic card 15a, in particular the first printed circuit board 40a.
[0266] Thanks to the present invention, whatever the embodiment, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrostatic charge discharge device makes it possible to create a preferential discharge path from the winding tube, towards the electrical conduction element, arranged at the level of the crown, towards the electrical connection element, arranged at least in part at the level of the torque support, then towards the shielding of the electrical power supply cable.
[0267] In this way, the evacuation of electrostatic charges through the electrical conduction element, arranged at the crown, and the electrical connection element, arranged inside the electromechanical actuator, in particular the torque support and, possibly, the casing, makes it possible to avoid malfunctions and / or damage to the electromechanical actuator and, in particular, to prevent the destruction of electronic components mounted on one or more printed circuit boards of an electronic control unit.
[0268] Many modifications can be made to the embodiments described above, without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims.
[0269] Alternatively, the power supply cable 18 comprises at least one electrical ground conductor. In this case, the electrical ground conductor replaces the shield 46 of the power supply cable 18. In this case also, the electrical ground conductor is one of the second electrical conductors 38 of the power supply cable 18. Therefore, the power supply cable 18 may be without the shield 46.
[0270] Alternatively, not shown, the electrical conduction element 51, arranged at the level of the ring 53, is in electrical contact periodically with the electrical connection element 48, arranged at least in part at the level of the torque support 21, during the rotational driving of the ring 53 around the torque support 21, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11. In this case, the body 63 of the electrical conduction element 51 can be made in several parts, which can be, for example, ring sections.
[0271] Alternatively, not shown, the electrical conduction element 51 comprises one or more brushes. In this case, the brush(es) replace the contact tab(s) 62 of the electrical conduction element 51. Advantageously, the or each brush comprises a plurality of metal wires, which may be, for example, made of copper, brass or steel.
[0272] Alternatively, not shown, the electronic control unit 15 further comprises a housing. Furthermore, the first electronic card 15a is arranged inside the housing, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15. Thus, the housing of the electronic control unit 15 makes it possible to protect the first electronic card 15a, during the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11 and following the assembly of the latter. In this way, the housing of the electronic control unit 15 makes it possible to electrically isolate the first electronic card 15a from the casing 17. Advantageously, the outside diameter of the housing of the electronic control unit 15 is less than the inside diameter of the casing 17, so that the housing can be inserted into the casing 17, during the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11.In a first case, the housing of the electronic control unit 15 may comprise two half-shells configured to cooperate together, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15. In the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, the two half-shells are assembled together, so as to define a junction plane extending in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation X. Advantageously, at least one of the two half-shells forming the housing comprises elements for positioning and fixing the first electronic card 15a, in particular the first printed circuit board 40a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15. In a second case, the housing of the electronic control unit 15 may comprise one or more sections, the or each section being produced in the form of a hollow tube. The or each section is configured to house or receive, in other words houses or receives, the first electronic card 15a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15. In such a case, the or each section of the housing comprises a first groove and a second groove. Furthermore, the first and second grooves are configured to hold in position, in other words hold in position, the first electronic card 15a, in particular the first printed circuit board 40a, inside the housing, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 15.
[0273] Alternatively, the voltage value of the electrical power supply network 52 may be of the order of 230 volts. In addition, the electric motor 16 may be of the asynchronous type.
[0274] Furthermore, the contemplated embodiments and variations may be combined to generate new embodiments of the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims.
