Description

Field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to floorball training devices to improve users or corresponding floorball player's stick-handling and ball passing abilities. Background of the invention

[0002] The Latvian patent application publication No. LV14975 (or the Patent EP3271035B1) discloses a floorball training device. The device has two parallel end plates; several threaded rods therebetween, and two elastic string structures disposed in two parallel planes. This device requires a lot of labor work to be assembled and some elements like threaded rods and their connection elements disturb proper use of the training device, like elastic strings may touch together with passed ball the threaded rods disturbing proper passing back from the device.

[0003] Aim of invention is to design a floorball ball passer that is faster, easier and less expensive to assemble and to overcome other aforementioned problems.Summary of the invention

[0004] The aim is reached by a design of a floorball ball passer comprising a first support, a second support and only one hollow spacing tube arranged therebetween, and the strings that are stretch and tightened between the first support and the second support.

[0005] Each support comprises a base, a top, a front face, a back face and two side walls, making it a plate-like support. Each support comprises a first set of through holes in the side walls of the supports and a second set of through holes in the side walls of the supports. and wherein each support comprises at least two screw holes.

[0006] The hollow spacing tube comprises at least two screw bosses formed into an interior of the hollow spacing tube and at an inner surface of a wall of the hollow spacing tube. The hollow spacing tube is arranged between the first support and the second support so that the screw holes of the supports align with the screw bosses and the hollow spacing tube fixed to said supports by means of at least two screws that are screwed through the at least two screw holes of the supports and into the coinciding screw bosses of the hollow spacing tube. The screws threadingly engage with the screw bosses of the hollow spacing tube. The hollow spacing tube is made as extruded hollow spacing tube. The hollow spacing tube may be rectangular hollow spacing tube. Moreover, each support on its side wall has a central region situated in a centre of the side wall of the support, and the hollow spacing tube is fixed to said support at the central region of the side wall of the support.

[0007] Each support on its side wall has a central region located in a centre of the side wall of the support. The hollow spacing tube is fixed to said support at the central region of the side wall of the support. Moreover, the central region of the support comprises a pocket, in which one end of the hollow spacing tube can be inserted. This allows not only easier and more reliable (less mistakes) assembly of the floorball ball passer, but also provide more reliable fixing of the hollow spacing tube to the supports. In addition, the central region of the support comprises a rim that extends around the pocket. The rim is extended around the pocket for at least half of an overall perimeter of the pocket even further securing the hollow spacing tube to the supports.

[0008] This aforementioned attachment arrangement of the hollow spacing tube to the first support and the second support makes the assembly of the floorball ball passer faster, easier, mistake free and consequently less expensive. And since the screw bosses are formed inside the hollow spacing tube, they do not disturb a use of the floorball ball passer.

[0009] Regarding the strings, the first string is extended back and forth between the first support and the second support by means of the first set of through holes in the side walls of the supports and the second string is extended back and forth between the first support and the second support by means of the second set of through holes in the side walls of the supports.

[0010] The support further comprises two grooves, where one groove is positioned where the first set of through holes is positioned and another or the second groove is positioned where the second set of through holes is positioned. This one groove extends along the first set of through holes forming all holes merging countersink and another groove extends along the second set of through holes forming another all holes merging countersink. Due to the grooves forming countersinks the strings are hidden within the supports so that during normal use of the floorball ball passer the strings do not disturb training and are protected from outer mechanical damages.Brief description of the drawings
