Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a fastening device and a method for aligning and fixing a post profile of a post-and-beam construction.
[0002] EP 0 428 962 A2 discloses a fastening device for aligning and securing a post profile. This device comprises a base plate which can be secured to the substrate by means of fastening screws, having vertical guide tracks, and a receiving shoe which is guided along the guide tracks on the base plate for securing the post profile. The base plate contains vertically upwardly projecting webs between which the guide tracks for guiding the receiving shoe are delimited. The receiving shoe, which is U-shaped in vertical section, is equipped with side cheeks which have guide pieces on their outside for engaging in the guide tracks of the base plate. The post profile is inserted between the side cheeks of the receiving shoe and secured by two parallel threaded bolts. The base plate is designed so that it is adjustable relative to its fastening screws in its longitudinal direction and in a direction running transversely to it.To adjust the height of the support shoe relative to the base plate, an adjusting screw is used. Its head rests on the base plate and its shaft extends through a hole in the base of the support shoe and into a strip integral with the base. This allows a post profile to be aligned and secured along three mutually orthogonal axes. However, the fastening device is relatively complex and requires considerable design and manufacturing effort.
[0003] JP H 11 241440 A discloses a fastening device for a post body, comprising a fastening body that can be at least partially inserted into the post body, comprising a first part that can be connected to the post body and a second part that is attached to a support element mounted on the ground. The first and second parts of the fastening device can be moved relative to one another via a bolt.
[0004] DE 299 19 320 U1 discloses a frame system comprising vertical posts and horizontal transoms. The posts are secured to the ground via height-adjustable support feet. The support feet comprise an outer profile embedded in the core of the post and an inner profile mounted on the outer profile, which can be locked to the outer profile at discrete intervals by means of a bolt. Furthermore, a support plate is attached to the lower end of the inner profile and anchored in a foundation.
[0005] The object of the invention is to provide a fastening device and a method for aligning and fixing a post profile of a post-and-beam construction, which enable a simple and cost-effective fastening of a post profile with high positioning accuracy.
[0006] This object is achieved by a fastening device having the features of claim 1 and by a method having the features of claim 11. Appropriate further developments and advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
[0007] The fastening device according to the invention for aligning and fixing a post profile of a post-and-beam construction comprises a base part and a holding part for fixing the post profile, the height of which is adjustable relative to the base part and which can be fixed in a selected position. The holding part is designed as an insert part for being received in an interior space of the post profile and can be firmly connected to the base part via fastening elements. The fastening elements can be, for example, self-drilling screws, by means of which the post profile with the holding part arranged therein is fixed in a selected position relative to the base part. By means of the holding part designed as an insert part and the associated base part, the post profile can be aligned in three mutually perpendicular axes and securely mounted.
[0008] For alignment and assembly, corresponding openings for inserting a lifting element of an adjusting device are arranged in the post profile and the holding part attached to the post profile. In an advantageous embodiment, the lifting element can contain two parallel legs for engaging the openings of the holding part and a threaded hole for receiving an adjusting screw.
[0009] In a particularly practical embodiment, the retaining part has an insert body adapted to the inner contour of the post profile and lower contact surfaces for contacting a lower end face of the post profile. This allows a precise and stable connection between the post profile and the retaining part to be achieved. In an advantageous embodiment, the retaining part can contain two downwardly projecting parallel legs and a downwardly open slot arranged between them for receiving a retaining web of the base part. This allows the post profile to be guided displaceably relative to the base part along a vertical axis and a horizontal axis perpendicular to this.
[0010] The base part can, for example, be angled, with a base plate that can be attached to the surface and a support bar that protrudes at right angles from the base plate. However, the base part can also have a different shape.
[0011] The support element is preferably guided to the base part so that it can be adjusted along a vertical axis (Z-axis) and a horizontal axis (Y-axis) perpendicular to it. The support element can be attached to the interior of the post profile using screws or similar means. The support element can also have lateral through-holes for the fastening elements for attachment to the base part.
[0012] The invention also relates to a method for aligning and fixing a post profile of a post-and-beam construction, comprising a fixing device for aligning and fixing the post profile, comprising a base part and a holding part that is height-adjustable relative to the base part and fixable in a selected position, wherein the holding part is designed as an insert part for accommodation in an interior space of the post profile and is firmly connectable to the base part via fixing elements. The method is characterized in that the position of the post profile can be adjusted by means of a lifting element of an adjusting device that can be inserted into the holding part and removed again after fixing. The adjusting device therefore does not have to remain on the post construction, but can be removed and reused after fixing the post profile.
[0013] Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings. They show: Figure 1 an embodiment of a fastening device with a base part and a holding part arranged in the post profile in a first perspective; Figure 2 the post profile and the holding part of the Figure 1 shown fastening device in a perspective view; Figure 3 the post profile and the base part of the Figure 1 shown fastening device in a perspective view; Figure 4 a perspective view of the Figure 1 shown fastening device with an adjusting device before assembly and Figure 5 a perspective view of the Figure 1 shown fastening device with an adjusting device during assembly.
[0014] In Figure 1A fastening device 1 for securing a post profile 2 of a post-and-beam construction for facades, conservatories, skylights, and the like is shown. The fastening device 1 comprises a base part 3 that can be fastened to the floor or a lower part, and a holding part 4 that can be adjusted relative to the base part 3 and fixed in a selected position for securing the post profile. The holding part 4 is designed as an insert part for receiving inside the post profile 2.
[0015] In the embodiment shown, the mullion profile 2 is designed as a hollow profile with two parallel side walls 5 and 6, two inner and outer end walls 7 and 8 that are at right angles to the side walls 4 and 5, and an interior space 9 designed as a hollow space. The outer end wall 8 facing the outside of the mullion-transom construction contains an outwardly projecting web 10 with a receiving channel 11 that is open to the outside for fastening screws or other fastening elements, through which holding profiles (not shown here) or a holding structure for holding glass panes or other facade elements can be attached to the outer end wall 8. To the right and left of the web 10, the outer end wall 8 also has receiving grooves 12 running in the longitudinal direction of the mullion profile 2 for receiving an inner seal or a sealing piece.
[0016] In the illustrated embodiment, the post profile 2 is in the form of a metal profile tube, produced e.g. by extrusion, which can be made of steel or aluminum. However, it can also be manufactured as a welded construction from a suitably bent and welded metal sheet, as a wood or plastic construction or the like. The outwardly projecting web 10 on the outer end wall 8 facing outwards and serving to attach glass panes or other facade elements has, in the illustrated embodiment, a receiving channel 11 designed as a screw channel. Fastening screws provided with a cutting thread, for example, can be screwed into the receiving channel 11 for attaching retaining profiles or other load-bearing or facade elements.
[0017] As from Figure 2As can be seen, the post profile 2 has in the lower part of the outer end wall 8 facing outwards a recessed flattened area 13 without outwardly projecting web 10 and without receiving grooves 12. In the flattened area 13, which can be produced, for example, by milling off the web 10 and the side webs delimiting the receiving grooves 12, holes 14 are provided for fastening the Figure 3 shown in more detail holding profile 4.
[0018] In Figure 3It can be seen that the holding part 4, designed as an insertion profile, has a block-shaped insertion body 15 with a U-shaped cross-section, adapted to the inner contour of the post profile 2, and lower contact surfaces 16 for contact with a lower end face of the post profile 2. The holding part 4 contains two downwardly projecting parallel legs 17 and a slot 18 arranged therebetween, which is open downwards, for receiving the base part 3. The contact surfaces 16 are provided on outwardly projecting webs at the lower end of the outer sides of the two legs 17. In the two legs 17 of the holding part 4, two rectangular openings 19 are provided, which run in the longitudinal direction of the slot 18 and are open towards the end faces of the holding part 4, for inserting a Figure 4The fork-shaped lifting element 20 shown is provided with an adjusting device 21, which will be explained in more detail below. Furthermore, bores 22 for screws 23 are arranged on the end faces of the two legs 17. Furthermore, lateral through-openings 24 for fastening elements 25, preferably designed as self-drilling screws, are provided in the two side surfaces of the legs 17 of the holding profile 4.
[0019] The retaining profile 4 is inserted with its insertion body 15 from below into the post profile 2 until the lower lateral webs 16 rest against the lower end face of the post profile 2. The retaining profile 4 is fixed inside the post profile 2 by means of the screws 23, which are screwed through the holes 14 into the threaded holes 22 on the end faces of the two legs 17 of the retaining profile 4.
[0020] Out of Figure 1It can be seen that openings 26, aligned with the openings 19 in the holding profile 4, for inserting the fork-shaped lifting element 20 are also provided in the inner end wall 7 of the post profile 2. In the embodiment shown, the openings 26 are arranged in a corresponding recess at the lower end of the inner end wall 7 of the post profile 2. The adjusting device 21, which is used solely for aligning the post profile 2, can be dismantled and reused after the post profile 2 has been fastened. In addition to the fork-shaped lifting element 20, it contains an adjusting screw 28 arranged in a thread 27 of the lifting element 20, the lower end of which can be supported on a base plate 29.
[0021] The Figure 3The particularly clearly visible angular base part 3 has a horizontal base plate 30 and a retaining web 31 perpendicular thereto for insertion into the slot 18 of the retaining profile 4. The retaining web 31 has a thickness adapted to the width of the slot 18, so that the retaining profile 4 is guided horizontally and vertically displaceably on the retaining web 31. A ribbing 32 is provided on the upper side of the base plate 25. The base parts 3 can be fastened to the base or a lower part via elongated holes in the base plate 30, threaded pins 33 with a nut 34, and retaining plates 35, which have a counter-ribbing 36 on their underside that matches the ribbing 32.
[0022] As can be seen from the Figures 4 and 5As can be seen, the post profile 2 with the holding part 4 fastened therein is placed onto the vertical holding web 31 of the angular base part 3. As already described above, corresponding elongated holes are provided in the base plate 30 of the base part 3, so that the base part 3 can be moved and aligned relative to the threaded pins 33 by loosening the nuts. This allows the position of the post profile 2 to be adjusted in the X-axis. After placing the post profile 2 onto the holding web 31 of the base part 3, the fork-shaped lifting element 20 of the adjusting device 21 is inserted into the post profile 2 together with the adjusting screw 28 in such a way that the two legs 37 of the fork-shaped lifting element 20 are guided through the Figure 1 visible openings 26 in the post profile 2 into the Figure 2shown rectangular openings 19 of the holding part 4. By moving the post profile 2 relative to the fork-shaped lifting element 20, the position of the post profile 2 can be adjusted in the Y-axis. The adjusting screw 28 can then be screwed in until its lower end can be turned to rest on the base plate 29. By further turning the adjusting screw 28, the post profile 2 can then be raised and thus the position of the post profile 2 in the Z-axis can be adjusted. As soon as the post profile 2 assumes the desired position in the X, Y and Z axes, the self-tapping screws 25 can be screwed into the bores 24 and thus the post profile 2 can be fastened. The adjusting device 21 can then be removed and reused. List of reference symbols
