Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for storing and presenting goods, in particular baked goods. Such devices have at least one goods carrier on which the goods to be presented can be arranged. The goods carrier is accessible via a front opening. The front opening can be closed via a flap of a flap arrangement of the device. The flap arrangement has a damping device by which the automatic closing of the flap takes place after an opening process by a customer. The flap of the flap arrangement is opened by a customer. The lowering of the flap into a position closing the front is dampened by the damping device, so that the customer has sufficient time to remove goods from the goods carrier accessible via the front opening.
[0002] Such a device is known from DE 10 2022 108 933 A1.
[0003] A disadvantage of the known device is that the damping device takes up a large amount of space. The length of the damping device is typically between 245 mm and 315 mm. This results in correspondingly large dimensions for the entire flap assembly. Furthermore, the damping device in the known device is arranged in such a way that it pivots downward when the flap of the flap assembly is opened, thereby becoming visible. Especially in conjunction with the large dimensions of the damping device, this impairs the appearance of the device when the flap is open.
[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a generic device which avoids the disadvantages described above.
[0005] According to the invention, this is achieved in that the flap assembly comprises a mounting profile and at least one flap holder profile. The flap is arranged on the flap holder profile. The mounting profile has a first hinge profile area, and the flap holder profile has a second hinge profile area. The mounting profile and the flap holder profile are pivotally connected to one another via the respective hinge profile areas. The damping device is arranged at one end on the mounting profile and at the other end on the flap holder profile. Furthermore, it can be designed to be much shorter than the damping devices previously used. In particular, damping devices with a length between 60 mm and 95 mm can be used. The flap assembly can thus be designed more compactly. In the closed state, i.e., when the flap closes the front opening, the damping device can be arranged between the two profiles. There, it is hidden from the view of a user, resulting in a high-quality appearance of the device according to the invention. Furthermore, the damping device can be arranged such that it does not protrude downward into a goods receiving area, even when the flap is open. This improves the appearance of the device, even when the flap is open.
[0006] In particular, the mounting profile and / or the flap holder profile are designed as extruded profiles, in particular aluminum extruded profiles, or as extruded profiles, in particular plastic extruded profiles. Mounting profiles and flap holder profiles designed as extruded profiles or extruded profiles can be manufactured particularly simply and cost-effectively with an attractive appearance. The use of aluminum extruded profiles enables a device with a particularly high-quality appearance and high durability.
[0007] A flap assembly can comprise exactly one mounting profile and one flap holder profile with one flap. Alternatively, two, three, or more flap holder profiles can be pivotally connected to one mounting profile via the respective hinge profile areas. This makes it easy to create a flap assembly with multiple flaps.
[0008] The damping device preferably has a locking device. The locking device allows the damper of the damping device to be fixed at a specific length. In particular, the locking device can be used to lock the flap in an open position. This facilitates filling or cleaning the product carrier.
[0009] Particularly preferably, the damping device comprises a housing with at least two mutually displaceable housing parts, which can be secured relative to one another by means of the locking device. By using at least two mutually displaceable housing parts, the locking device can be implemented particularly easily. In particular, the locking device can be implemented by positioning the housing parts for locking such that they can no longer be displaced relative to one another. The use of a housing also enables the use of commercially available dampers. The housing can be designed in such a way that the connections to the mounting profile and the flap holder profile can be easily made via it. The damping device and thus a correspondingly designed device are particularly simple and cost-effective to manufacture.
[0010] The mounting profile preferably has a damper connection area on the mounting profile side, to which the damping device is pivotably secured at one end. Such a damper connection area on the mounting profile side can be provided during the manufacture of the mounting profile and enables simple assembly of the flap arrangement of the device according to the invention.
[0011] Particularly preferably, the damping device and the damper connection area on the mounting profile side are designed such that the damping device and the mounting profile can be pivoted relative to one another between 5° and 25°, preferably 10° and 15°, and particularly preferably by 12°. The limited pivotability of the damping device relative to the mounting profile prevents the damping device from protruding excessively far into a goods receiving space when the flap is opened and becoming visible to a user of the device, in particular the customer. This is particularly advantageous in conjunction with particularly short damping devices. This makes it easy to create a device with an attractive appearance.
[0012] Preferably, the flap holder profile has a damper connection area on the flap holder profile side, to which the damping device is pivotably attached at the other end. A flap holder profile with a damper connection area on the flap holder profile side can be manufactured in a simple manner.
[0013] Particularly preferably, the damper connection area on the flap holder profile side has a recess. This allows the damping device to pivot significantly relative to the damper connection area on the flap holder profile side and thus relative to the flap holder profile when the flap of the flap assembly is opened. Furthermore, particularly preferably, the damping device can be pivoted between 80° and 130°, preferably between 90° and 115°, particularly preferably by 110° relative to the flap holder profile. This allows the flap arrangement of the device to be implemented simply.
[0014] Furthermore, the damper connection area on the flap holder profile side preferably has, in a side view of the flap holder profile, an eyelet into which a pin is inserted in the region of the recess, on which the damping device is pivotably arranged. A damper connection area of the flap holder profile on the flap holder profile side designed in this way enables the damping device to be easily secured in the region of the recess. In particular, this allows a large degree of pivoting mobility of the damping device relative to the flap holder profile to be achieved in a simple manner.
[0015] The flap holder profile preferably has a flap receiving area into which the flap, in particular designed as a glass pane, is inserted, in particular glued. A flap arrangement designed in this way, and thus a device designed in this way, can be manufactured particularly easily, cost-effectively, and with an attractive appearance. The flap can also be made of a material other than glass. Using a glass pane enables a high-quality appearance and allows a customer to inspect the goods to be arranged on the product carrier before removing them or before opening the flap of the flap arrangement.
[0016] The mounting profile preferably has a mounting part receptacle, particularly designed as a longitudinal screw channel, for attachments such as a reserve lock. A mounting profile designed in this way allows the device to be easily supplemented with additional attachments such as a reserve lock. The attachments can be arranged on the device, more precisely on the flap assembly of the device, in a simple and visually appealing manner.
[0017] The mounting profile preferably has a receiving area on which a magnetizable sheet metal strip is arranged. The sheet metal strip can be glued to the receiving area. Alternatively or additionally, the receiving area can be designed such that the sheet metal strip is pushed into the receiving area. Such a receiving area, in which a sheet metal strip made of ferromagnetic material is arranged, is particularly advantageous for mounting profiles made of non-magnetic materials such as aluminum or plastic. Using such a sheet metal strip, further elements of the device can be easily magnetically arranged on the mounting profile. Particularly preferably, a magnetic lighting unit for illuminating the goods carrier and / or goods to be arranged thereon is attached to the sheet metal strip. The device according to the invention can thus be easily provided with a corresponding lighting unit.
[0018] The device preferably comprises at least two stacked product carriers, each of which is assigned at least one flap arrangement. Typically, such a device comprises three to five, in particular four, stacked product carriers. Each product carrier is assigned at least one flap arrangement.
[0019] Particularly preferably, the mounting profile of a flap arrangement which is assigned to a goods carrier arranged below another goods carrier is provided with a receptacle in which a disc or a sealing profile is arranged, which is designed to interact with the upper goods carrier. A disc arranged in the receptacle serves to prevent the goods to be arranged on the upper goods carrier from slipping forwards off the goods carrier when the flap is open. This is particularly advantageous for goods carriers which are arranged in the device at an angle to the front to facilitate removal of the goods to be arranged thereon. Alternatively, goods carriers which are arranged movably in the device in particular already have a frame which in this case prevents the goods to be arranged on the goods carrier from slipping forwards. In this case, a sealing profile can be arranged in the holder, sealing the area between the product carrier and the flap assembly and thus protecting it from contamination, for example, from crumbs from the goods to be placed on the product carrier. This creates a device that is easy to use and has an attractive appearance.
[0020] Preferably, a mounting profile of a flap assembly associated with a product carrier arranged beneath another product carrier has a sealing lip. This sealing lip is designed to interact with the flap of the flap assembly associated with the other product carrier. The sealing lip enables clean closing of the flap. In addition to the damping device, the sealing lip can further dampen the closing movement of the flap. The device is particularly easy to operate and has a particularly high-quality appearance.
[0021] The device preferably comprises support frames for the product carriers, each of which holds a product carrier. Of course, two or more product carriers can also be arranged in a support frame if a continuous product carrier is not used. A continuous product carrier can also be divided into different sections by walls. With such a device, the product carriers can be removed or replaced particularly easily, for example, for cleaning purposes.
[0022] Further preferably, the mounting profile of a flap assembly associated with a lower product carrier is arranged on the support frame associated with an upper product carrier. The support frame can also be formed by the mounting profile. The product carrier arranged on the support frame can be arranged on the mounting profile if the support frame is formed by the mounting profile. The flap assembly is thus easily integrated into the support frame. This makes it easy to obtain a device with a particularly slim, clear, and high-quality appearance.
[0023] Particularly preferably, the support frame has a notch adjacent to the hinge profile areas of the mounting profile and flap holder profile of the flap arrangement, which can be closed by a detachably arrangeable closure piece. When the closure piece is released, the mounting profile and the flap holder profile(s) can be separated from one another by sliding them along the hinge profile areas. The device can thus be easily maintained. In particular, damaged flaps can be easily replaced without having to dismantle other parts of the device. Such a device is particularly easy to maintain and handle. The detachably arrangeable closure piece can be fixed, in particular screwed, to the support frame or to the mounting profile.
[0024] The device preferably has a communication rail arrangement arranged in the region of the lowest product carrier. In particular, this communication rail arrangement is arranged on the support frame of the lowest product carrier or forms part of it. Like the flap arrangements, the communication rail arrangement has a mounting profile and a flap holder profile. The latter can, however, be used in the communication rail arrangement without a flap attached thereto, provided it comprises a communication rail receptacle. By means of a communication rail receptacle and / or a flap arranged on the flap holder profile of the communication rail arrangement, an element of the device arranged below the product carriers, in particular a crumb tray, can be concealed by the communication rail arrangement while still remaining easily accessible. In particular, a crumb tray located beneath the product carriers is easily accessible for cleaning through the use of a communication rail arrangement. Alternatively or additionally, other elements can be arranged beneath the lowest product carrier, concealed by the communication rail arrangement but still easily accessible. The communication rail arrangement can have the same mounting profile as the flap arrangements. Alternatively, a modified mounting profile can be used. The flap holder profile can be used unchanged for the communication rail arrangement. Since the communication rail arrangement is opened only sporadically compared to the flap arrangements, it can also be designed without damping devices.
[0025] Preferably, the mounting profile of the flap assembly associated with the uppermost product carrier has a retainer for securing means, in particular nuts, over which a cover of the device can be mounted. Thus, the mounting profile can easily provide a means for attaching a cover. The device can be manufactured in a particularly simple manner. Furthermore, securing the cover to the mounting profile enables the device to achieve a high-quality appearance.
[0026] Preferably, a communication rail, in particular an electronic communication rail, is arranged on the flap holder profile. For this purpose, the flap holder profile has a corresponding communication rail receptacle. This is designed to accommodate an electronic communication rail, which requires more space than other communication rails. This makes it possible to provide a device that offers simple and visually appealing options for customer communication. The information provided relates in particular to the price of the goods to be arranged on the product carrier.
[0027] The flap assembly preferably has a handle profile that forms a handling area, wherein the handle profile is arranged so as to encompass the lower end of the flap facing away from the flap holder profile. Because the handle profile encompasses the lower end of the flap, it can be glued to the flap there, in particular. This eliminates the need to drill holes in the flap, which is particularly advantageous when using flaps formed by glass panes. A device designed in this way can be created in a particularly simple manner with an attractive appearance.
[0028] In particular, the handle profile is designed as an extruded or extruded profile, more particularly as an aluminum extruded profile or plastic extruded profile. The use of a handle profile designed as an aluminum extruded profile enables a particularly high-quality device to be created in a simple and cost-effective manner.
[0029] Particularly preferably, the handling area is spaced from the lower end of the flap. This ensures particularly good grip of the handle profile for a customer. Furthermore, a handling area spaced from the lower end of the flap, particularly when using a flap holder profile with a communication rail arranged thereon, in particular an electronic one, on a flap arrangement that is assigned to a product carrier arranged below, enables the flap of the lower flap arrangement to be opened without said flap colliding with the handling area of the flap of the upper flap arrangement. The operability of the device is further improved.
[0030] Further advantages and details of the invention can be found in the following description of the figures with exemplary embodiments of the invention. The figures show schematically: Fig. 1 shows a device according to the invention for storing and presenting goods in a first view; Fig. 2 shows the device according to Fig. 1 in a view from the rear; Fig. 3 a product carrier of the device according to Fig. 1 with a flap arrangement arranged thereon, which is located under the Fig. 3 shown product carrier arranged product carrier, with the flaps in a closed position; Fig. 4 the product carrier as shown Fig. 3 with the flaps in an open position in a view obliquely from below; Fig. 5 a section of the illustration according to Fig. 4 in the area of the damping devices; Fig. 6 a cross section through a flap arrangement of a device according to the invention; Fig. 7 a section of the illustration according to Fig. 3 ; Fig. 8 a section of the lower end of a flap of the device according to the invention according to Fig. 1 ; Fig. 9 a product carrier with a flap arrangement for a product carrier to be arranged underneath, wherein a reserve lock is arranged as an attachment on the mounting profile of the flap arrangement; Fig. 10 a section of the lower part of the device according to Fig. 1 ; Fig. 11 an embodiment of a flap holder profile; Fig. 12 an embodiment of a handle profile; Fig. 13 a first embodiment of a mounting profile; Fig. 14 a further embodiment of a mounting profile; Fig. 15 a third embodiment of a mounting profile.
[0031] Parts with the same or similar functions are provided with identical reference numerals where appropriate. Individual technical features of the exemplary embodiments described below can be combined with features of claim 1 as well as with the features of individual previously described exemplary embodiments to form objects according to the invention.
[0032] Fig. 1 shows a device 2 with four product carriers 4. Each of these product carriers 4 is assigned a flap arrangement 6. In the illustrated embodiment, the flap arrangements 6 each have three flaps 8, which can be opened independently of one another. Fig. 1 the flaps 8 are shown in a closed position in which they close the openings through which the product carriers 4 are accessible. The flaps 8 can be grasped by the customer using a handle profile 10 arranged on each of the flaps 8, which has a handling area 12. The customer can move the corresponding flap 8 into a pivoted-up position if the customer wishes to remove goods. For this purpose, removal tongs 14 can be provided, which can be arranged in a corresponding removal tong receptacle 16 of the device 2. To remove the goods, the customer can release the flaps. The flap assemblies 6 have at least one damping device 34 for each flap 8, by means of which a flap 8 opened by the customer is moved back slowly and in a controlled manner. The customer thus has sufficient time to remove goods from the product carrier 4.
[0033] The product carriers 4 are typically arranged in the device 2, as is also the case in the illustrated embodiment, such that they are inclined toward a customer or the receiving opening. Goods to be arranged on the product carrier 4 slide toward the front opening due to gravity. In the device of the illustrated embodiment, they are prevented from accidentally leaving the product carrier 4 by a disc 32. Alternatively, the product carrier 4 itself can also have an edge by which the goods are held in the product carrier 4.
[0034] The upper three product carriers 4 are arranged on support frames 18. A frame 19 is provided for the lowest of the product carriers 4, in which it is arranged. The device 2 of the exemplary embodiment has a frame 20 on which the support frames 18 are arranged. The frame 20 comprises a frame support 22 which is oriented vertically in a first section and slightly obliquely to the vertical in a second section. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the frame support 22 is co-formed by the support frames 18. However, devices with differently designed frame frames 20 are also possible. The product carriers 4 and / or the flap assemblies 6 can also be arranged directly on such a frame 20 of the frame carrier 2.
[0035] Fig. 2 shows the Fig. 1 The device 2 shown is viewed obliquely from behind. It can be seen that the product carriers 4 are divided into individual compartments by walls 24. Each of these compartments is assigned its own flap 8 of the flap arrangement 6.
[0036] Fig. 3 shows one of the top three product carriers of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrated device 2. The goods carrier 4 with the walls 24 is arranged in a support frame 18. The support frame 18 has a part of the frame support 22 of the frame 20. On the support frame 18, a flap arrangement 6 is arranged, the flaps 8 of which are assigned to a goods carrier 4 arranged below the illustrated goods carrier 4 in the device 2. A mounting profile 26 of the flap arrangement 6 forms the support frame 18 in the illustrated embodiment. The support frame 18 is closed in the front area by the mounting profile 26. In Fig. 3 In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting profile 26 is screwed in place using three screws. Alternatively, the flap assembly 6 or its mounting profile 26 can be mounted on a differently designed support frame 18.
[0037] The support frame 18 has a notch 28 which is closed by a closure piece 30. The closure piece 30 is Fig. 3 illustrated embodiment, it is screwed to the mounting profile 26. Alternatively, the closure piece 30 can also be arranged on another part of the support frame 18 in order to conceal the notch 28.
[0038] Fig. 4 shows the Fig. 3 The illustrated goods carrier 4 with the support frame 18 and the flap arrangement 6 in a view obliquely from below with the flaps 8 in an open position. In the illustrated embodiment, two damping devices 34 are assigned to each of the flaps 8. The damping devices 34 cause the flaps 8, which are opened by a customer, to slowly close automatically due to their weight. The customer thus has time to remove goods from the device 2 to be arranged on the goods carriers 4 before the flap 8 closes.
[0039] The damping device 34 is in Fig. 5 , an excerpt from the Fig. 4 , can be seen particularly well. It has a housing 36 with two housing parts 38.1, 38.2. Furthermore, the damping device 34 has a locking device 40. This is designed to fix the two housing parts 38.1 and 38.2 against each other. This preferably occurs when the flap 8 is moved into an open position. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking device is formed by a button in the housing part 38.2. When the button is actuated, the button engages with the housing part 38.1 and fixes the two housing parts 38.1 and 38.2 against each other. When the flaps 8 are fixed via the locking device 40 of the damping device 34, the goods carrier 4 is particularly easy to access. The device 2 can then be easily cleaned.
[0040] Fig. 6 shows a cross-section through a flap assembly 6 of a device 2 according to the invention with the mounting profile 26 and the flap holder profile 42. The mounting profile 26 has a first hinge profile area 44, and the flap holder profile 42 has a second hinge profile area 46. The mounting profile 26 and the flap holder profile 42 are pivotally connected to one another via the hinge profile areas 44, 46. Furthermore, the flap assembly 6 comprises the damping device 34, which is connected to the mounting profile 26 via a damper connection area 48 on the mounting profile side and to the flap holder profile 42 via a damper connection area 50 on the flap holder profile side.
[0041] The damping device 34 with the housing 36 can be seen, which is formed by the two housing parts 38.1 and 38.2. A damper is arranged in the housing 36. In the damper of the embodiment according to Fig. 6 This is a standard damper. It has a length between 60 mm and 95 mm.
[0042] When the flap 8 is closed, the damping device 34 is arranged within the space defined by the mounting profile 26 and the flap holder profile 42. The damping device 34 is thus concealed when the flap 8 is closed. The device 2 has a particularly attractive appearance.
[0043] In Fig. 6 The notch 28 is visible, which is arranged in the area of the two hinge profile areas 42, 44. The notch 28 is covered by a closure piece 30 when the device 2 is in operation. The closure piece 30 can be removed for maintenance purposes, thereby exposing the notch 28. The flap holder profile 42 can then be removed from the mounting profile 26 by moving it into or out of the plane of the drawing and pulling it off the mounting profile 26.
[0044] In Fig. 6 It is further shown that the flap 8, designed as a glass pane, is glued into the flap holder profile 42. For this purpose, the flap holder profile 42 has a flap receiving area 52. The flap holder profile 42 forms a communication rail receptacle 56. This is arranged on the front side of the flap 8.
[0045] Furthermore, it can be seen that in the illustrated embodiment, a sealing profile is arranged in a corresponding receptacle 54 of the mounting profile 26. Alternatively, a washer 32 can also be inserted or glued into the receptacle 54.
[0046] The mounting profile 26 is further provided with a sealing lip 67. This is designed to interact with a flap 8 of a flap arrangement 6 arranged above it in the device 2. The flap arrangements 6 are designed in particular such that the flaps 8 of the flap arrangements of a device 2 are arranged in one plane when closed. This plane can be inclined relative to a vertical plane. Because all flaps 8 of the device are arranged in one plane when closed, a particularly pleasing appearance of the device 2 can be achieved.
[0047] In Fig. 6 A magnetic sheet metal strip is inserted into a receiving area 68 for such a magnetic sheet metal strip of the mounting profile 26. This magnetic sheet metal strip is Fig. 6 a magnetic lighting device for illuminating the goods carrier 4 arranged underneath.
[0048] Fig. 7 shows a section of the Fig. 3 shown part of the device 2. The closure piece 30 can be seen, which closes the notch 28 of the support frame 18. In a representation according to Fig. 7 The locking piece 30 is screwed to the mounting profile 26. The mounting profile 26 is also screwed to the support frame 18 with three screws. Furthermore, Fig. 7 a sealing lip 67 arranged on the mounting profile 26 can be seen. This is designed to interact with a flap 8 of a flap arrangement 6 arranged above the illustrated flap arrangement 6 in the device 2. Fig. 7 also shows the area of the flap holder profile 42 on which a communication rail can be arranged, the communication rail holder 56.
[0049] Fig. 8 shows the design of the handle profile 10 with the handling area 12. The handling area 12 is arranged at a distance from a lower end of the flap 8. This arrangement serves, in particular, to ensure that a second flap arrangement 6 arranged below a first flap arrangement 6 can be opened even with a communication rail attached thereto, without the communication rail colliding with the handling area 12 of the handle profile 10.
[0050] Fig. 9 shows a product carrier 4 of a device 2 with an attachment 58 arranged on the mounting profile 26 and designed as a reserve lock. For this purpose, the attachment 58 is attached to an attachment receptacle 60 of the mounting profile 26. This type of attachment of the attachments 58 enables a high-quality appearance of the device 2.
[0051] Fig. 10 shows the lower part of the device 2. It can be seen that a communication rail arrangement 7 is provided which is not assigned to a product carrier 4. This forms the frame 19. Alternatively, it can be arranged on the frame 19. The lowest of the product carriers 4 of the device 2 is arranged in the frame 19. In the exemplary embodiment, this is trough-shaped, unlike the upper three product carriers 4. The communication rail arrangement 7 also comprises a mounting profile 26 and a flap holder profile 42, with a first hinge profile area 44 and a second hinge profile area 46, respectively, wherein the profiles 26, 42 are pivotally connected to one another via the hinge profile areas 44, 46. In the exemplary embodiment, the communication rail arrangement 7 does not have a flap. The opening arranged below the lowest product carrier 4 is covered by the communication rail receptacle 56 of the flap holder profile 42.The flap holder profile 42 is in the embodiment of the . Fig. 10 formed continuously. For example, a crumb tray of the device 2 can be made accessible via the flap holder profile 42. In the illustrated lower area of the device 2, output compartments, for example for bags, are also arranged.
[0052] Fig. 11 shows a cross-section of a flap holder profile 42 with the second hinge profile area 46 and the damper connection area 50 on the flap holder profile side. This has an eye 62. For the connection of a damping device 34, a recess is made in the damper connection area 50 on the flap holder side. In the area of the recess, a pin is pressed into the eye 62, to which the damping device 34 is secured to the housing 36.
[0053] Fig. 12 shows the handle profile 10 with the handling area 12, as already shown in Fig. 8 attached to a flap 8. The handle profile holder 64, via which the handle profile 10 can be glued to the flap 8, can be seen.
[0054] Fig. 13 shows a view of a mounting profile 26. The mounting profile 26 shown in Fig. 18 is in the Fig. 1 The device 2 shown is arranged on the support frame 18 of the uppermost, second, or third product carrier 4 or forms it. It forms a flap arrangement 6 that is assigned to the second, third, or lowest product carrier 4. Fig. 13 shows the damper connection area 48 on the mounting profile side. The attachment part receptacle 60 for an attachment part 58 is also visible. The receptacle 54 for a disk 32 or a sealing profile is also visible. A disk 32 or a sealing profile can be easily inserted into the receptacle 54. Furthermore, the mounting profile 26 has a sealing lip receptacle 66 for a sealing lip 67. In addition, the mounting profile 26 comprises a receptacle area 68 for a magnetic sheet metal strip. In particular, a magnetic lighting device for illuminating the product carrier 4 arranged underneath can be arranged on such a magnetic sheet metal strip. The mounting profile 26 also comprises screw channels 70. The mounting profile 26 can be screwed via these screw channels 70. One of the screw channels 70 serves to mount a closure piece 30 closing the notch 28 of the support frame 18.The closure piece 30 covers the first hinge profile area 44 and, if the flap holder profile 42 is fixed to the mounting profile 26, the second hinge profile area 46.
[0055] Fig. 14 shows an alternative embodiment of a mounting profile 26. This mounting profile 26 is the mounting profile of the uppermost flap arrangement 6 of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 Device 2 shown. It differs from the device shown in Fig. 13 The mounting profile 26 shown has a slightly different geometry. This is due in particular to the fact that the roof of the device 2 has a different inclination than the product carriers 4. In addition, this mounting profile 26 has a fixing means receptacle 72 for receiving fixing means, in particular nuts, with which a roof of the device 2 can be screwed to the mounting profile 26.
[0056] In the Fig. 14 In the illustrated mounting profile 26, the receptacle 54 for the disc 32 as well as the sealing lip receptacle 60 can be omitted, since the uppermost flap arrangement 6 and in particular its mounting profile 26 do not interact with a corresponding flap 8.
[0057] Fig. 15 shows another mounting profile 26. This mounting profile 26 is designed for the communication rail arrangement 7, which is arranged in the area of the lowest goods carrier 4. Therefore, with this mounting profile 26, neither an attachment part holder 60 nor the receiving area 68 for a sheet metal strip is necessary.
[0058] In order to save construction height, the Fig. 15 The mounting profile 26 shown also has a damper connection area 48 on the mounting profile side. A damper connection area 48 on the mounting profile 26 according to Fig. 15 The communication rail arrangement 7 created is thus undamped. A flap holder profile 42 of the communication rail arrangement 7 shown in the exemplary embodiment must be held in the open position by an operator. Otherwise, other fixing means (not shown) are necessary to secure the flap holder profile 42 in the open position.
[0059] The mounting profile 26 of the Fig. 15 However, compared to the Fig. 14 The mounting profile 26 shown has a sealing lip receptacle 60 and a receptacle 54 for a disc 32. These elements interact with the flap 8 of the flap arrangement 6 arranged above it or with the goods carrier 4.
