Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of sound capture systems. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] It is known to capture sounds using microphones placed in a case, the case having the function of protecting these microphones.
[0003] Such a case may have a cover with perforations going all the way through to allow sound to pass through the cover.
[0004] Each microphone is usually fixed to a microphone stand and is electrically connected to electrical conductors carried by the microphone stand to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves picked up by the microphone.
[0005] Usually, the microphone mount is fixed inside the housing so that the microphone is located opposite a corresponding opening that goes through the cover.
[0006] This type of microphone mount is fixed by gluing the mount against an internal part of the housing.
[0007] In the event of a microphone malfunction, it is necessary to detach the microphone mount, which is time-consuming and risks damaging parts glued to the microphone mount.
[0008] Recycling such a sound capture unit / setup is therefore difficult to achieve.
[0009] Furthermore, the operation of gluing microphone supports is difficult to implement and is difficult to reproduce since each bead of glue is unique in terms of location, shape, thickness and gluing surface.
[0010] Thus, the sound capture conditions by a given microphone differ depending on how the microphone support is glued. SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0011] One object of the present invention is to provide a sound capture system that resolves or mitigates all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0012] To this end, the invention essentially relates to a sound recording system comprising: a hood having a first hood area having at least one first perforation through the hood; a first microphone fixed on a first microphone support, the first microphone being electrically connected to electrical conductors carried by the support to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves captured by the first microphone.
[0013] The assembly according to the invention is essentially characterized in that it comprises: a first elastically compressible part having an internal passage opening on either side of the elastically compressible part; and a first flange movable relative to the hood between an assembly position of the first flange on a first fixing part belonging to the hood and a release position of the first flange with respect to the hood, the entire capture assembly being arranged to selectively adopt an assembly configuration and a release configuration; in the assembly configuration, the first flange is in the assembly position, resting on the support of the first microphone to compress the first compressible part between the support of the first microphone and the hood and to define a first acoustic chamber extending from the first perforation of the hood to the first microphone via the internal passage of the first compressible part;In the release configuration, the first flange is in the release position relative to the hood, thus allowing the first microphone support to be moved away from the hood.
[0014] The capture assembly according to the invention selectively adopts an assembly configuration and a release configuration.
[0015] In the assembly configuration, the first bracket is in its assembly position on the cover (specifically on the first mounting part belonging to the cover) and it exerts a pushing force on the support of the first microphone so as to: on the one hand compress the first compressible piece between this support and the hood; and on the other hand create the first acoustic chamber going from the hood to the support of the first microphone.
[0016] This first acoustic chamber opens only towards the first perforation of the hood and towards the first microphone to conduct, via the first acoustic chamber, sound waves passing through the first perforation of the hood to the first microphone.
[0017] Under the effect of its compression between the support of the first microphone and the hood, the first compressible piece is deformed along a principal axis of the first chamber and it forms an annular sealing joint defining at least in part the first acoustic chamber.
[0018] The sound waves arriving at the first perforation of the hood pass through the hood via the first perforation, then they are guided by the first chamber.
[0019] The waves arriving in the first chamber are thus guided towards the first microphone, through the first acoustic chamber, following the main axis of the first chamber which passes through the first perforation and through the first microphone.
[0020] By its compressible nature, the compressible piece that delimits the periphery of the first acoustic chamber limits the passage of possible acoustic disturbances going from the outside to the inside of the first acoustic chamber by following a direction transverse to the main axis of the first acoustic chamber.
[0021] In other words, in assembly configuration the first flange compresses the first compressible part to define the first sealed acoustic chamber which opens on one side of the first compressible part towards the first perforation of the hood and on a second side of the first compressible part opens towards the first microphone.
[0022] The acoustic seal between the first compressible part and the support of the first microphone is thus increased by the tightening of the compressible part under the effect of the first flange in the assembly position.
[0023] The ability to move the first clamp from its assembly position to its release position allows the first microphone to be easily disassembled from the hood.
[0024] This simplifies the maintenance and dismantling / recycling operations of the sound capture system according to the invention.
[0025] The assembly according to the invention is particularly advantageous because the cover, the first microphone, the elastically compressible part can be replaced / disassembled independently of each other.
[0026] In summary, the sound recording system according to the invention allows: a very good mechanical connection between the first microphone support and the hood without having to glue the first microphone support against the hood; a reversibility of the mechanical connection hood / microphone support to facilitate the removal of the first microphone from the hood (the first flange is arranged to move from its assembly position to its release position and vice versa); to create a first acoustic chamber which is properly isolated on its entire periphery which promotes sound transmission to the first microphone while limiting the risk of sound interference.
[0027] The sound capture assembly according to the invention also makes it possible to improve the quality of sound capture thanks to an acoustic chamber whose characteristics remain constant as long as the first flange is in its assembly position. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0029] As illustrated on the figures 1a , 1b and 1c, the invention relates to a sound capture system 1.
[0030] The sound recording assembly 1 according to the invention comprises: a hood 2 having a first hood zone Z1 having at least one first perforation 21 through the hood 2) a first microphone M1 fixed on a support Sp1 of the first microphone, the first microphone M1 being electrically connected to electrical conductors Cd carried by the support Sp1 to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves captured by the first microphone.
[0031] The first microphone M1 is fixed / carried by the microphone support Sp1 of M1 and is arranged to transmit, via the electrical conductors Cd, the electrical signals representative of the sound waves passing through the first perforation 21 and captured by the first microphone M1.
[0032] Capture unit 1 comprises: a first elastically compressible part 11 having an internal passage opening on both sides of the elastically compressible part 11; and a first movable flange B1 relative to the hood 2 between an assembly position of the first flange B1 on a first fixing part belonging to the hood 2 and a release position of the first flange B1 with respect to the hood 2.
[0033] The capture assembly 1 is arranged to selectively adopt an assembly configuration visible to figures 3 And 4d and a release configuration visible to figures 1b And 4c.
[0034] In the assembly configuration, the first flange B1 is in the assembly position, resting on the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1 to: compress the first compressible piece between the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1 and the hood 2; and to define a first acoustic chamber 11a extending from the first perforation 21 of the hood 2 to the first microphone M1 through the internal passage of the first compressible piece.
[0035] In release configuration, the first flange B1 is in the release position of the first flange B1 with respect to the hood 2, thus allowing the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1 to be moved away from the hood.
[0036] The first microphone M1 has a face sensitive to acoustic waves which is oriented directly towards the first acoustic chamber 11a which is at least partially formed in the first compressible piece 11 and towards which the first perforation 21 of the hood 2 opens.
[0037] In this way the sound capture carried out by the first microphone M1 consists essentially of capturing the sounds passing through the first perforation 21 of the cover 2, the other sounds being attenuated by the elastically compressible material of the first compressible part.
[0038] Thanks to the invention, as the first flange B1 and the hood 2 have complementary shapes allowing a reversible mechanical assembly, the space between the first flange B1 and the hood 2 is perfectly delimited and invariant even after several disassembly / reassembly of the first flange B1 on the hood 2.
[0039] In this way, the degree of compression / deformation of the first compressible part 11 is predetermined and is perfectly reproducible each time the first flange B1 is assembled onto the hood 2 to compress the first compressible part 11.
[0040] Thanks to the invention, the acoustic characteristics of the first acoustic chamber 11a and the positioning characteristics of the first microphone M1 with respect to the first acoustic chamber 11a and with respect to the first perforation 21 of the hood 2 are constant and perfectly reproduced.
[0041] The invention therefore offers a solution allowing the cover 2, or the first flange or the first compressible part, or the first microphone M1 to be replaced by an identical part while ensuring that the same predetermined set of sound capture characteristics will always be provided by the sound capture assembly 1 of the invention.
[0042] As can be seen on the figures 4c et 4d , the sound capture assembly according to the invention may include several microphones, in this case said first microphone M1 and a second microphone M2, the second microphone M2 being positioned / fixed on the cover 2 in the same way as the first microphone M1.
[0043] To simplify the figures 1a , 1b et 3 , only the first area of the Z1 cover opposite which the first microphone M1 is positioned is shown.
[0044] However, as we understand from figures 4a à 4d , hood 2 is also equipped with a second hood 2 zone Z2 distinct from said first hood zone Z1, this second Z2 zone having at least a second perforation 22 through hood 2.
[0045] The second microphone M2 is fixed on a support Sp2 of the second microphone M2, the second microphone M2 being electrically connected to electrical conductors Cd carried by the support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves captured by the second microphone M2.
[0046] Capture unit 1 comprises: a second elastically compressible part having an internal passage opening on either side of the second elastically compressible part; and a second flange B2 movable relative to the hood 2 between an assembly position of the second flange B2 on a second fixing part belonging to the hood 2 and a release position of the second flange with respect to the hood 2.
[0047] In the assembly configuration of set 1, the second flange B2 is in the assembly position, resting on the support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 to compress the second compressible part between the support Sp2 of the second microphone and the hood 2 and to define a second acoustic chamber extending from the second perforation 22 of the hood 2 to the second microphone M2 through the internal passage of the second compressible part.
[0048] In release configuration, the second flange B2 is in the release position of the second flange B2 with respect to the hood 2, thus allowing the Sp2 support of the second microphone M2 to be moved away from the hood.
[0049] The aforementioned advantages of the invention in relation to the assembly of the first microphone M1 with respect to the first perforation 21 made at the level of the first zone Z1 of the hood 2 using the flange B1 are transposable mutatis mutandis to the assembly of the second microphone M2 with respect to the second perforation 22 made at the level of the second zone Z2 of the hood 2 using the second flange B2 and the second elastically compressible part.
[0050] In this case, the second zone Z2 of hood 2 has essentially identical shapes to the shapes of the first zone Z1.
[0051] The Sp2 mount of the second microphone M2 has shapes identical to the majority of shapes of the Sp1 mount of the first microphone M1.
[0052] The first and second microphones M1, M2 have substantially equivalent overall volumes so that each microphone can fit through a passage in either of the flanges B1, B2 when assembled with the hood.
[0053] The first and second microphones M1, M2 can be electronically identical to each other to have identical sensitivities but they could also be different to capture sounds over distinct sound ranges.
[0054] The electrical conductors Cd carried by the supports Sp1, Sp2 of the first and second microphones M1, M2 extend here on the same flexible ribbon N.
[0055] As illustrated on the figure 1a The flexible ribbon cable N here has one end connected to a ribbon cable connector Nc to distribute the signals transmitted by the conductors Cd to external electronic components
[0056] To simplify the figures, the external electronic components to which the Nc ribbon cable connector must be connected are not shown.
[0057] The first and second flanges B1, B2 are identical to each other so that the second flange B2 can be assembled on the hood 2 in place of the first flange and the first flange B1 can be assembled on the hood 2 in place of the second flange B2.
[0058] The first and second deformable parts are also identical to each other so that they are interchangeable.
[0059] Thus, the second flange B2 can be assembled on the hood 2 in place of the first flange B1 and conversely, the first flange B1 can be assembled on the hood 2 in place of the second flange B2.
[0060] With this embodiment of the invention, as the flanges B1, B2, the elastically deformable parts and the shapes of the first and second zones Z1, Z2 of the hood are identical to each other, the shapes and acoustic characteristics of the acoustic chambers respectively formed in the first and second elastically deformable parts 11 are identical to each other.
[0061] The invention thus makes it possible to generate, in a perfectly reproducible manner, acoustic chambers essentially identical to each other with a capacity to replace the constituent parts of the assembly according to the invention.
[0062] This is particularly useful in terms of ease of assembly / disassembly of the assembly according to the invention.
[0063] This eliminates the need to glue the microphones to the hood, thus eliminating the need for a glue polymerization step or a glue check.
[0064] The microphone assembly in relation to the hood is easily reversible by simply moving the clamps.
[0065] Thus, assembly 1 according to the invention is easily maintainable / repairable / reconfigurable and recyclable.
[0066] We will now describe in more detail the assembly of the first microphone at the level of the first zone Z1, this description being transposable mutatis mutandis to the assembly of the second microphone at the level of the second zone Z2.
[0067] The first compressible piece 11 is preferably made of a compressible foam along an axial direction of the internal passage and along a radial direction of the first internal passage.
[0068] The deformation along the axial direction of the first compressible part 11 makes it possible to eliminate the risk of vibrations between the cover 2 and the compressible part 11 and between the compressible part 11 and the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1.
[0069] Deformation along the radial direction increases the diameter of the first compressible part 11, thus improving the positioning stability of the support Sp1 against the hood 2.
[0070] Furthermore, increasing the diameter of the first compressible piece 11 is also favorable to the absorption of parasitic sound waves moving in the radial direction from outside the first compressible piece towards the first acoustic chamber 11a.
[0071] In this way, the capture assembly 1 limits the risk of noise interference to the waves captured by the first microphone M1.
[0072] Preferably, as we understand it from figures 1a And 3, the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1 includes a stiffening plate Sp10 and a flexible ribbon N attached to the plate Sp10, the electrical conductors Cd carried by the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1 extending at least partly along the flexible ribbon N.
[0073] In this case, the first microphone M1 is glued onto the flexible ribbon N of the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1, and electrical connections of the first microphone M1 are respectively soldered to one of the corresponding electrical conductors Cd which extends along the flexible ribbon N.
[0074] The stiffening plate Sp10 is perforated opposite the first microphone M1 so that the perforation of the plate Sp10 constitutes a portion of the first acoustic chamber 11a extending between the first microphone M1 and the hood 2.
[0075] In this way the Sp10 stiffening plate provides rigidity over the entire periphery of the first acoustic chamber 11a at the level of an interface between the first acoustic chamber 11a and the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1.
[0076] This rigidity limits the risk of deterioration of the mechanical junction between the first microphone M1 and the Sp1 support of the first microphone M1.
[0077] This localized stiffening is also beneficial to the longevity of these electrical connections with the microphone.
[0078] To further protect the microphone, as illustrated on the figure 3 , a dust protection grid G1 is positioned between the sensitive face of the microphone M1 and the first perforation 21. This grid G1 can be glued against the ribbon cable N, opposite a perforation of the ribbon cable leading to the first microphone M1.
[0079] For space savings, this G1 grid is preferably placed in the perforation of the Sp10 stiffening plate which is opposite the first microphone M1.
[0080] To improve the connection between the grid G1 and the support Sp1 of the microphone M1, this grid can be glued onto a washer R1 whose edges are subjected to the stiffening plate Sp10.
[0081] As the first microphone M1 is positioned opposite the first perforation 21 of the hood 2, the sound waves passing through the first perforation 21 of the hood 2 are directed directly towards the first microphone M1 via the first acoustic chamber 11a passing through the grille G1.
[0082] The first acoustic chamber 11a allows sound amplification because it has a precisely defined internal volume and because it opens exclusively on one side towards the first perforation 21 of the hood 2 and on the opposite side towards the first microphone M1.
[0083] As we understand it from figures 1a , 3 And 4a , the first zone Z1 of hood 2 has an annular rib 23 which surrounds the first perforation 21 of the hood and the first compressible part 11 is in contact with this annular rib 23.
[0084] In this way, the first compressible piece 11, which is made of an elastically deformable material, in this case a foam, comes to deform elastically against the annular rib 23.
[0085] The contact surface between the hood 2 and the first compressible part 11 is thus increased all around the first perforation 21, which is favorable to sound sealing between the hood 2 and the first elastically deformable part.
[0086] As illustrated on the figures 1a , 4a has 4d , the first zone Z1 of the hood 2 also includes positioning pins 23a, 23b of the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1 which each pass through a corresponding perforation formed in the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1.
[0087] These pins prevent movement of the support Sp1 along directions parallel to a principal plane Pn of the hood 2.
[0088] Here, the first zone Z1 of hood 2 carries two positioning pins 23a, 23b which are fixed on hood 2.
[0089] Each of these pins 23a, 23b enters a corresponding (circular) perforation of the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1, the perforation passing through the stiffening plate Sp10 and the ribbon N.
[0090] These pins 23a, 23b also serve as a keying feature when mounting the Sp1 support of the first microphone on / against the cover 2 and allow the first microphone M1 to be precisely located opposite the first perforation of the cover 2.
[0091] Preferably, these pins are placed on either side of the first perforation with an alignment between these pins which is offset from a longitudinal axis of the N layer.
[0092] The first bridle B1 has arc-shaped openings B1a, B1b arranged so that each positioning peg 23a, 23b enters one of the arc-shaped openings B1a, B1b that corresponds to it on the first bridle B1.
[0093] Each given arc opening B1a, B1b of the first flange B1 is shaped to permit movement of the first flange B1 between its assembly and release positions while at least one of said positioning pins is in the given arc opening B1a, B1b.
[0094] In this way, the pins also have a guide function to translate flange B1, bringing it closer to the hood, and a rotation stop function to define: a stop position in the orientation of flange B1 which is unique when flange B1 is in the release position (see the figure 4c ) ; and a stop position in the orientation of flange B1 which is unique when flange B1 is in the assembly position (see the figure 4d ).
[0095] The first flange B1 has a bearing surface against the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1 which extends on either side of each of the arc-shaped openings B1a, B1b of the first flange B1.
[0096] Thus, when the first flange B1 is brought close to the hood 2 to assemble it on the hood, each arc-shaped opening B1a, B1b constitutes a window for positioning and inserting a positioning pin 23a, 23b.
[0097] In this sense, the arc-shaped opening B1a is an aid to the mounting of the first flange B1 on the hood.
[0098] Furthermore, as the bearing surface against the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1 extends on either side of each of the arc-shaped openings B1a, B1b of the first flange B1, the support between the first flange B1 and the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1 is made on either side of each of the pins 23a, 23b.
[0099] These features of the first flange B1 and the positioning pins improve the resistance and positioning accuracy of the first microphone M1 relative to hood 2.
[0100] The arc-shaped windows allow the flange to pivot between release and assembly positions when pins 23a, 23b are in the windows.
[0101] Preferably the windows B1a, B1b have widths such that when the flange B1 is rotated relative to the hood 2, the pins rub against the edges of the windows to guide the rotation of the flange.
[0102] The first fixing part which belongs to the hood 2 has first and second tabs 24a, 24b placed on either side of the first perforation 21.
[0103] The first flange B1 has complementary forms of the first leg 24a and complementary forms of the second leg 24b arranged so that in the assembly configuration, the first flange B1 is axially supported against some of the complementary forms of the first leg 24a and against some of the complementary forms of the second leg 24b to maintain the first flange B1 in its assembly position by opposing any separation of the first flange B1 from the hood 2 along a first direction D1 which is perpendicular to a principal extension plane of the first zone Z1 of the hood 2.
[0104] Here, the main extension plane of the first zone Z1 of hood 2 and the main plane Pn of hood 2 are coincident but they could be parallel to each other.
[0105] As will be seen later, the lugs 24a and 24b are in the form of hooks against which arms of the flange B1 in assembly position come to press, thus prohibiting the said separation of the first flange B1 with respect to the hood 2 along a first direction D1.
[0106] In the case where the first and second legs 24a, 4b are respectively in the shape of hooks: the shapes of the first bridle B1 which are complementary to the first leg 24a include a first arm B11; and the shapes of the first bridle B1 which are complementary to the second leg 24b include a second arm B12.
[0107] The first and second arms B11, B12 extend on either side of the first flange B1 so that each of said arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 can come into contact with one of the hooks when the collection assembly 1 is in assembled configuration.
[0108] The shapes of the first B1 flange which are complementary to the second leg 24a are in volume identical to the shapes of the first B1 flange which are complementary to the first leg 24a.
[0109] In this way the first flange can adopt two release positions and two assembly positions on the first fixing part.
[0110] This simplifies the assembly of the first flange B1 on the hood 2 since there are two distinct positions of the first flange B1 relative to the hood 2 from which one can switch from the release configuration to the assembly configuration.
[0111] These two distinct positions are obtained by pivoting the first flange B1 180° around its central axis of symmetry.
[0112] In addition, the first and second legs 24a, 24b are spaced apart by a distance that is less than the width of the first flange measured between terminal ends of the first and second arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1.
[0113] In this way, the first and second arms B11, B12 serve: on the one hand, a contact surface with the first and second legs 24a, 24b to exert, via the first and second arms B11, B12, an axial thrust of the first and second legs 24a, 24b on the first flange B1 in order to compress said first elastically deformable part; and on the other hand, radial stops to limit the pivoting capacity of the first flange relative to the cover 2 to the only pivoting angle necessary for the movement of the first flange B1 between its release and assembly positions.
[0114] Each of the first and second arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 has an entry chamfer Cx.
[0115] The entry chamfers Cx are each arranged to rub against one of the first or second tabs 24a, 24b while forcing a displacement of the first flange B1 towards a face of the hood 2 when the first flange B1 passes from its release position to its assembly position.
[0116] As we understand it from figures 1a And 1b , the first leg 24a has a spur 24a1 and the second leg (24b) has a spur 24b1.
[0117] At least one of said lugs 24a1, 24b1 has a chamfer oriented towards the hood 2, said at least one chamfer being arranged so that when the first flange B1 is moved, by rotation relative to the hood 2, from its release position to its assembly position, the chamfer of the lug 24a1, 24b1 presses against a portion of one of said arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 to bring the first flange B1 closer to a flat surface of the hood 2.
[0118] The flat surface of the hood belongs to said inner face of the hood 2.
[0119] Preferably, the first zone Z1 of the hood 2 can be made to have surfaces for guiding the movement of the first flange B1 relative to the hood 2 when moving from the release position to the assembly position and when moving from the assembly position to the release position.
[0120] As we understand it from the figure 1b These guide surfaces are such that the passage of the first flange B1 from its release position to its assembly position follows an assembly trajectory comprising: a first part of the trajectory consisting of a translation of the first flange B1 along the first direction D1 with approaching the first flange B1 vis-à-vis the hood 2; followed by a second part of the trajectory combining translation of the first flange B1 along the first direction D1 and rotation of the first flange B1 around the first direction D1, in a first direction of rotation S1; followed by a third part of the trajectory comprising at least one rotation of the first flange B1 around the first direction D1 along said first direction of rotation (S1).
[0121] The first and second parts of the trajectory allow the first flange B1 to be brought closer to the hood 2 in order to progressively crush / compress the first compressible part against the hood 2 and constitute the acoustic chamber 11a.
[0122] The third part of the trajectory allows, by pivoting the first flange B1, to lock the first flange B1 in its assembly position and thus maintain the entire capture unit 1 in its assembly configuration where each microphone is precisely positioned vis-à-vis the hood.
[0123] The assembly trajectory comprises a fourth trajectory part consecutive to the third trajectory part and in which the first flange B1 is moved away from the hood 2 until it comes into axial contact against axial stops Rx respectively formed on the first and second legs 24a, 24b, said axial stops Rx each being adjacent to a rotational stop Rz.
[0124] As can be seen on the figure 1a , each rotation stop Rz is arranged to oppose any rotation of the first flange B1 in a second direction of rotation opposite to said first direction of rotation S1 as long as the first flange B1 is in axial stop against said axial stops Rx.
[0125] The guide surfaces and the first flange B1 are arranged so that the passage of the first flange B1 from the assembly position to the release position is carried out by following a disassembly path inverse to said assembly path.
[0126] The first flange B1 comprises: a central through passage B1x extending through the first flange to receive the first microphone M1 in the passage B1x while having a free space between the first microphone M1 and the first flange; an upper flat surface Ssup extending in a superior plane; a lower flat surface Sinf extending in a inferior plane; the first flange B1 being arranged so that in assembly configuration, the first microphone M1 is exclusively placed between the upper plane and the lower plane.
[0127] In this way the microphone is mechanically protected within the flange.
[0128] As can be seen from figures 1a3 and 4c, the central through passage B1x extends lengthwise along a longitudinal axis of the through passage, the first flange B1 comprising at least one pair of orientation surfaces Sn1, Sn2 of the first flange B1 around said longitudinal axis of the through passage B1x.
[0129] In this case, these surfaces with orientations Sn1, Sn2 are arranged on either side of the passage B1x and are defined in recesses formed in the flange B1 which open axially towards the upper plane in which the upper surface Ssup extends and radially towards the interior of the central through passage B1x.
[0130] Finally, the invention relates to a tool OX for controlling the passage of said sound capture assembly 1 from one of the release or assembly configurations to the other of the release or assembly configurations.
[0131] The OX tooling, illustrated on the figure 1a , 1b , 2 And 4cis designed to simultaneously provide support: against said upper flat surface Ssup of the first flange; and against said pair of orientation surfaces Sn1, Sn2 of the first flange while remaining away from an area of the central through passage B1x where the first microphone M1 is located when said sound capture assembly 1 is in assembly configuration.
[0132] Thus, the OX tooling is shaped to come into mechanical contact with the first flange B1, bearing axially against said upper flat surface Ssup and radially against said pair of orientation surfaces Sn1, Sn2.
[0133] This allows an orientation torque to be applied to the first flange B1 relative to the hood 2 around the first direction D1 (the first direction D1 is perpendicular to the main plane Pn of the hood 2), this torque allowing the first flange to be moved between its release and assembly positions.
[0134] This OX tooling is particularly easy to use because when it is mechanically engaged with the first flange B1, it is necessarily at a distance from the first microphone M1 which is located in the through passage B1x of the first flange.
[0135] The first M1 microphone is thus protected in the passage of the first flange, without any risk of contact between the tooling and the first microphone.
[0136] The tooling thus makes it possible to simplify the assembly and disassembly of the first flange with respect to the cover 2 while protecting the microphone M1 against a risk of accidental contact which could damage it.
[0137] In other words, the shape of the OX tooling is such that when it is mechanically engaged with the first flange to control the movement between its release and assembly positions, the tooling is necessarily at a distance from the first microphone M1.
[0138] To this end, the OX tooling includes: an annular axial bearing surface O2 to bear against the upper flat surface Ssup of the first flange B1; and lugs O31, O32 defining radial surfaces of the tooling OX to bear respectively against the orientation surfaces Sn1, Sn2 of the first flange B1.
[0139] The tooling here is a hand tool which has two diametrically opposed arms O41, O42 to exert an orientation torque of the tooling around a longitudinal axis DOX of the tooling OX to drive the rotation of the first flange relative to the hood 2 (this rotation of the first flange takes place around the axial direction of the internal passage of the first flange which is parallel and coincides with the central axis of symmetry of the first flange.
[0140] However, thanks to the specific features of the assembly according to the invention, the operations of fixing the microphones in relation to the hood are very simple to carry out / reproduce and it is thus possible to show microphones and flanges on the hood using a robotic arm.
[0141] The passage B1x in which the microphone M1 is located also helps to promote sound capture by the first microphone M1, since the sounds arriving at the first microphone M1 without passing through the first acoustic chamber 11a are attenuated by the presence of the flange around the microphone.
[0142] This characteristic is favorable to an improvement in the sound capture quality by the first M1 microphone.
[0143] The capture unit 1 is preferably an acoustic speaker box or a communication box, the unit including at least one communication card with a network external to the capture unit 1 to broadcast a signal representative of the sound waves captured by the first microphone M1.
[0144] The cover of assembly 1 is a shutter cover for an opening in the housing.
[0145] In any of the embodiments where the sound capture assembly 1 is a speaker enclosure or a communication box or a communication box incorporating a speaker enclosure, such an enclosure also contains electronic components for processing the electrical signals produced by the microphone(s) and for broadcasting these signals.
