Description

[0001]METHOD FOR PURIFYING AND MONITORING WATER QUALITY The present invention relates to a method for purifying water between a distribution water pipe and a tap. The present invention further relates to a water purification device. The present invention finally relates to a system for monitoring and managing water quality. Water purification methods as well as water purification devices with reverse osmosis operation are known from the prior art and are used for industrial water treatment purposes in seawater desalination plants, wastewater recycling or surface water. Within these installations, the principle of membrane separation is commonly used to efficiently remove from the water: organic and inorganic substances, microorganisms or charged ions.Under pressure, the water to be purified is propelled through a membrane, called a semi-permeable osmosis membrane, which, for the purpose of reverse osmosis, has a mesh size allowing filtration down to 0.1 nm, or 10. -10meters, allowing particles larger than the mesh size to be retained and water molecules smaller than the membrane mesh to pass through. This allows for the production of purified water freed from most dissolved components or contaminants. Such a membrane separation purification process has many advantages such as high selectivity, moderate operating cost, and relatively short separation time compared to other purification processes. In addition, known membrane separation purification processes are quite environmentally friendly due to their moderate energy requirements, the absence of addition of chemical agents in the purification process and moderate maintenance which generally includes a more or less regular change of the osmosis membranes. Unfortunately, such purification processes have the disadvantage of being very often inaccessible to the general public because they are designed and adapted to be used in industrial installations, with the aim of treating large volumes of water, at industrial efficiency. In addition, such installations, when they exist, are generally installed upstream of the water distribution networks, which does not exclude the possibility of subsequent contamination. The water coming out of such installations can therefore be considered potable but the purification is not certain from the point of view of the final consumer. Thus, drinking water, although treated for consumption by the population, may contain in small or large quantities different pollutants and / or heavy metals and / or contaminations, such as arsenic, lead or even nanoplastics, nitrates, pesticides and hormones. These come from the water itself, from the pollution of groundwater, its treatment, its transport, its storage or from the local or distant pipes with which it is in contact. In addition, pollutants and their standards of acceptability are treated differently from one country to another, without any guarantee of the water being able to be given. Indeed, even if this water initially comes from a purification process and is in theory purified and healthy, it unfortunately turns out that the water then circulates in the distribution network, through a network of pipes which can be more or less dilapidated and some of which are sometimes more than a century old. Leaks or breaches in the pipes are not rare, posing potential problems of contamination by untreated runoff water and carrying many pollutants and microorganisms. Domestic water distribution or transport networks generally cut off the network when the leaks are too significant or when the contaminants exceed a threshold critical for health. It is therefore understandable that the time between the incident, the detection of the incident and the network being cut off and then repaired can take a certain amount of time, during which the water continues to be delivered to the domestic distribution system and is consumed. It is still difficult today to establish the health consequences of long-term exposure to these pollutants, even in low doses and in authorized quantities, i.e. present but below the determined critical threshold, which is obviously not desirable. Unfortunately, the water purification processes used by water distributors generally leave a significant quantity of dry residue in the water delivered to the consumer, without which complete treatment would be too costly. Indeed, common tap water, i.e. distribution water, generally contains between 200 and more than 500 mg of dry residue per liter, the number of dry residues being expressed in ppm or mg per liter. In addition, to address this problem and to limit the risks of microbial contamination,Chlorine is generally added to tap water. However, chlorine is not without health risks and could pose a public health problem. Indeed, in pipes it appears that chlorine precipitates with organic matter. Among these precipitations are, for example, trihalomethanes, which are a large and predominant group of chlorinated by-products of drinking water disinfection. Trihalomethanes generally result from the reaction between natural organic matter present in the water and / or on the pipe walls and chlorine added as a disinfectant. Unfortunately, it is now recognized that trihalomethanes play a significant role in the development of bladder cancer. It is therefore easy to understand that consumers concerned about their environment and their health are also increasingly concerned about the quality of the water they consume, especially when it comes to feeding infants or children. In addition, another water-related problem has emerged and concerns the mineralization rate. Indeed, in many regions, the water distributed comes from pumps from groundwater or springs. It has long been emphasized that the presence of minerals in water, that is to say highly mineralized water, was beneficial for health, but this trend is tending to be reversed nowadays. The consumption of mineralized water should be avoided in particular for certain age groups, such as infants and children, given that the elimination of these minerals that are not assimilated by the body puts excessive strain on the kidneys. The current trend is that minerals must come from food because they are more easily assimilated by the body than from water. It also appears that consumers generally prefer low-mineralized waters which are more pleasant to the taste. It is therefore understandable that consumers seek easy access to low-mineralized water. Thus, more than 60% of consumers are now discouraged from consuming city water, that is to say tap water, the quality of which is uncertain and the taste unpleasant, and are forced to turn to other alternatives, generally bottled water from industrial producers. To this end,Consumers are moving towards the consumption of bottled mineral water, which has the advantage of being controlled by manufacturers at the time of bottling, with known and stable mineralization rates depending on the brands and their origin. Unfortunately, this alternative is also not desirable because it leads to a very high consumption of plastic or glass bottles and generates a large quantity of waste that must be treated. In addition, in many regions, waste management services, or recycling channels, are not yet sufficiently developed to properly treat all waste, whether plastic, glass or paper, which causes environmental damage. Finally, bottled water, and more specifically water in plastic bottles, can also present a number of health risks due to its storage. For example,Water is often stored in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and when PET is subjected to high temperatures, aging or even sunlight, it degrades and generates nanoplastics as well as antimony trioxide which is a well-known endocrine disruptor, which should be avoided. It therefore appears that both water from the distribution network and bottled water from industrial companies present numerous disadvantages for the consumer. The consumer concerned about his environment, his budget and his health seeks to have access to purified water, guaranteed pure, that is to say drinking water and more precisely ideal drinking water by considerably limiting organic, inorganic or microorganism substances, at an affordable cost, and reducing risks to health and the environment. Reverse osmosis systems that can be used in a domestic context have been developed to address these issues. These reverse osmosis systems allow, as part of a water purification process, the distribution water from a distribution water pipe to be brought through a reverse osmosis membrane and then the portion of distribution water that has passed through the osmosis membrane to be brought to the tap. Unfortunately, although these "domestic" reverse osmosis systems have advantages, the fact remains that they do not fully meet consumer expectations and would benefit from improvement. Indeed, it is difficult for the consumer to ensure the proper functioning of such a domestic reverse osmosis system; the consumer will generally have difficulty determining, based solely on taste, whether the water coming out of their tap is completely purified.moderately purified or unpurified. Generally, manufacturers supplying such devices estimate an average usage and recommend that consumers change the filter, namely the osmosis membrane, every 3 months, every 6 months or even every year. Thus, it turns out that consumers often exceed the deadline for changing the osmosis membrane, or that the latter is degraded, clogged and therefore no longer fulfills its role before the deadline recommended by the manufacturer, so that the consumer can then consume water that is no longer purified without even realizing it, especially since many contaminants, pollutants such as arsenic or other microorganisms are not detected by taste. The consumer can therefore consume unpurified or even contaminated water thinking that the machine is working correctly, which is not desirable. In addition,Water quality varies greatly from region to region in terms of mineralization and over time. It is not uncommon for incidents in the distribution network to cause significant anomalies in the composition of the water (contamination by sludge or runoff water). For example, excess sediment and metal ions can quickly overload and clog the osmosis membrane, rendering the osmosis unit inoperable and therefore the water purification process insufficient. Finally, even if distribution water, in other words city water, is now well controlled by suppliers, incidents affecting water quality can be very localized and limited to a village,to a neighborhood or even a simple alley due to the advanced degradation of a pipe. These local disturbances in water quality can unfortunately go unnoticed and be detected too late. Incidents and contaminations can also occur outside the distribution network, in particular due to defective piping inside a building, apartment block or even a house, resulting in unpurified or even contaminated water, even very locally, which is obviously to be avoided. There is therefore a real need to have a water purification process, between a distribution water pipe and a tap, allowing the consumer to be provided with purified water of superior quality and controlled in real time, and whose proper functioning and purification efficiency are ensured and stable over time, regardless of the type of distribution water or if incidents occur on the distribution network. It is also important for the consumer to be able to reduce his consumption budget per liter of guaranteed pure water, to be able to measure his ideal consumption, as well as his impact in terms of reduction of bottles consumed (namely his consumption of plastic) or CO2 which would be emitted by bottled solutions. The present invention proposes to resolve the drawbacks of the state of the art by providing a method for purification and real-time monitoring of the quality of water and its temperature between a distribution water pipe and a tap, comprising: - a supply and circulation of the distribution water in an incoming distribution water circuit located upstream of an osmosis membrane, - a first measurement of a series of parameters of the incoming distribution water, upstream of the osmosis membrane,by a first series of sensors comprising a flow meter, a temperature sensor and a conductivity sensor, - a passage of a portion of the incoming distribution water through the reverse osmosis membrane, - a supply to the tap of the portion of distribution water passed through the osmosis membrane in an outgoing purified water circuit located downstream of the osmosis membrane, - an outlet of distribution water not passed through the osmosis membrane by an outgoing non-purified water evacuation circuit located upstream of the osmosis membrane, - a second measurement of a series of parameters of the outgoing purified water, downstream of the osmosis membrane, by a second series of sensors, distinct from the first series of sensors, comprising a flow meter, a temperature sensor and a conductivity sensor, - a transmission of the parameters measured by the first series of sensors and by the second series of sensors,to an electronic card comprising a series of input devices, at least one processor, at least one memory and a series of output devices, - a first calculation, by the at least one processor, of a rate of dry residues present in the incoming distribution water from the first measurement of a series of parameters including the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the incoming distribution water, - a second calculation, by the at least one processor, of a rate of dry residues present in the outgoing purified water from the second measurement of a series of parameters including the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the outgoing purified water, - an opening or a closing of an inlet solenoid valve in the incoming distribution water circuit (3) located upstream of an osmosis membrane (4), and an opening or a closing of an outlet solenoid valve in the outgoing purified water circuit (10) located downstream of said osmosis membrane (4),based on the first calculation and the second calculation of dry residue levels present respectively in the incoming distribution water and in the outgoing purified water, and - a real-time transmission, to at least one output device, of a series of parameters chosen from the group comprising the dry residue level present in the outgoing purified water and / or present in the incoming distribution water, water consumption, an indicator of the quality of the water, the history of the determined parameters, the dry residue level avoided, the reduction in plastic consumption. For the purposes of the present invention, the term "purified water or pure water" means water containing less than 25 mg / L of dry residue, without microorganisms or pollutants and a portion of its minerals and ions. The term "dry residue level" means the quantity of solid matter, dissolved in the water, which is collected after evaporation of 1 liter of water at 180°C. This measurement makes it possible to determine the quantity of solid minerals present in the water. Thus, the more mineralized the water is, the higher the quantity of dry residue. In addition, the dry residue rate can be calculated according to the following mathematical relationship: Dry residue rate at 25°C = (conductivity of water in microsiemens per centimeter / 2) + / - 2% per degree of difference from the standard value of 25°C. In addition, the mathematical relationship used to calculate the dry residue rate,is based in particular on the ISO / DIN7888 standard adapted according to the actual calibration of the sensors and taking into account a correction of the comparison analyses in view of the actual situation measured. The correction variables to be taken into consideration for the use of the mathematical relationship are the temperature and the quality of the water. By "conductivity" or "electrical conductivity" we mean the capacity of an aqueous solution to conduct electric current. More precisely the ability of a material to allow electrical charges to move freely. The unit of measurement commonly used is the Siemens (S / cm) often expressed in micro Siemens / cm (µS / cm) or milli Siemens (mS / cm). Indeed, there is a relationship between conductivity and the quantity of solid matter (such as mineral salts / trace elements) dissolved in the water. Indeed, purified water, i.e. water comprising a very low level of dry residue, for example less than 25 mg / L,is a poor conductor of electric current because it contains very few ions capable of moving in an electric field. Thus, the higher the concentration of minerals, trace elements, in other words dissolved ions, the higher the conductivity of the water. In addition, the conductivity of water is also influenced by temperature; an increase in temperature increases molecular agitation and therefore increases the mobility of ions in the water, while a decrease in temperature leads to a decrease in molecular agitation and therefore a decrease in the mobility of ions in the water. Furthermore, the conductivity measurements in the context of the present invention are taken in moving water, the flow rate expressed in cubic meters per second (m, 3 / s) must also be taken into account when calculating the dry residue rate. The term "osmosis membrane" or "reverse osmosis membrane" means a membrane that has a mesh with pore diameters that allow filtration down to 0.1 nm, or 10- 10 meters. For example, the membrane allows filtration of between 10 -6 and 10 -10 meters, preferably between 10 -7 and 10 -10 meters, advantageously between 10 -8 and 10 -10 meters, particularly advantageously between 10 -9 and 10 -10 meters. In addition, the membrane allows filtration between 5.10 -10 meters and 1.10 -10meters, in all cases a filtration of particles whose size is greater than the pore diameter, i.e. up to 0.1 nm. Such a reverse osmosis membrane retains molecules having a size greater than the pore diameter, and allows the passage of molecules having a size smaller than the pore diameter, including water molecules, in particular by advantageous means of the booster. For example, microorganisms found in water such as bacteria, fungi or even certain polluting molecules such as hormones have sizes much greater than the pore diameter of the osmosis membrane, they are thus blocked on the first face of the osmosis membrane, this making it possible to produce purified water. It has appeared particularly advantageously that the method according to the present invention makes it possible to provide the consumer with purified water, whose quality is superior to water from the city distribution network or bottled water, and whose quality is controlled and monitored over time. Thus, the method according to the present invention, between a distribution water pipe and a tap, allows the consumer to monitor in real time and directly the quality of the water he consumes, allowing him to ensure that the purification method according to the present invention is working correctly and whose purification efficiency is monitored and stable over time. This is regardless of the type of distribution water or even if incidents occur in the distribution network. Indeed, the distribution water is brought and circulated in an incoming distribution water circuit, upstream of a reverse osmosis membrane. In this incoming distribution water circuit, a first measurement of a series of parameters of the incoming distribution water is carried out,by a first series of sensors comprising a flow meter, a temperature sensor and a conductivity sensor. The measured parameters are respectively the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the incoming distribution water. After being measured, the parameters are transmitted to an electronic card by means of the series of input devices, and the processor performs a first calculation of a rate of dry residues present in the incoming distribution water. This makes it possible, in a particularly advantageous manner, to determine the rate of dry residues of the incoming distribution water and thus determine whether this incoming water meets the requirements of the consumers or not. In addition, the level of dry residues present in the incoming distribution water is transmitted in real time to at least one output device. This provides an indication to the consumer of the quality of the incoming water. The incoming distribution water in the incoming distribution water circuit comes from the public distribution network and is therefore pressurized to approximately 3 bars. The incoming distribution water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane. This filters the incoming distribution water in such a way that particles larger than the membrane pore diameters are blocked and water smaller than the membrane pore diameters is allowed to pass through. Thus, the purified water leaving the reverse osmosis membrane is fed and circulated in an outgoing purified water circuit downstream of the reverse osmosis membrane. In this outgoing purified water circuit, a second measurement of a series of parameters of the outgoing purified water is carried out, by a second series of sensors comprising a flow meter, a temperature sensor and a conductivity sensor. The sensors of the second series of sensors in the purified water circuit are distinct from the sensors of the first series of sensors in the distribution water circuit. The measured parameters are respectively the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the outgoing purified water. After being measured, the parameters are transmitted to an electronic card by means of the series of input devices, and the processor performs a second calculation of a rate of dry residues present in the outgoing purified water. This allows in a particularly advantageous manner,to determine the dry residue level of the outgoing purified water and thus determine whether this outgoing water, ready for consumption, meets the requirements of consumers or not. In addition, the dry residue level present in the outgoing purified water is transmitted in real time to at least one output device. This makes it possible to give the consumer an indication of the quality of the outgoing purified water. Indeed, it appeared that the combination of the temperature sensor and the conductivity sensor, in the first series of sensors and in the second series of sensors, together made it possible to deduce with a very minimal margin of error, the quantity of dry residue present in the incoming distribution water and in the outgoing purified water. In addition, the presence of a first and a second solenoid valve, respectively in the incoming distribution water circuit before the first series of sensors, and in the outgoing purified water circuit after the second series of sensors, allows in a particularly advantageous way to open or close the different water circuits according to the dry residue rate calculations carried out, if these measurements and calculations are below a certain tolerance threshold, the water can be purified and delivered to the consumer, on the other hand, if an anomaly is detected in the water itself, or in the purification system, resulting in water that is not ideal for consumption, or if a user has not correctly identified himself to the device, then the system can be cut off until the resolution of the identified problematic events. Finally, the real-time transmission,of the dry residue rate of the outgoing purified water and / or the dry residue rate of the incoming distribution water makes it possible on the one hand to give an indication to the consumer on the quality of the water before and after the water purification process according to the present invention, on the other hand to provide real-time information on the proper functioning of the purification process, and finally to be able to indicate to the consumer the rate of dry residue and therefore of particles difficult to assimilate by the body that he has avoided ingesting with the filtration process according to the invention. It is also envisaged, the real-time transmission of water consumption, of an indicator of the quality of the water, of the history of the parameters determined, of the rate of dry residue avoided, of the reduction in plastic consumption. Furthermore, the hyper IOT connectivity of the measurements and calculations transmitted in real time to a "back end" allows: - the manufacturer, service provider,to guarantee in real time to the consumer the ideal quality of purified drinking water expressed in quantity of dry residues present in the water obtained thanks to the combination of temperature and conductivity measurements, - to the manufacturer, to control his purifier remotely and if necessary to turn it off remotely or to plan a technical intervention for maintenance or repair, - to the consumer to follow in real time via a mobile application, not only the guarantee of quality of the water he drinks but also the quantity with regard to his wishes and well-being objectives, - to the consumer to follow in real time for him and for the community to which he belongs (family, company, building), the impact of the reduction of consumption of plastic bottles, CO2 emissions linked to their manufacture and transport, - finally, to the consumer to pay for ideal, purified drinking water,at a price significantly lower than that of bottled drinking water. The method according to the present invention also comprises a step of supplying and circulating the unpurified distribution water, i.e. the incoming distribution water which has not passed through the reverse osmosis membrane, in a discharge circuit for outgoing unpurified water, upstream of the reverse osmosis membrane. This makes it possible in particular to discharge the residual unpurified water and at least part of the residues blocked by the osmosis membrane. Thus, and in a particularly advantageous manner, the purification method according to the present invention makes it possible to eliminate pollutants and contaminants present in the water such as heavy metals, hormones, medicines, microorganisms, bacteria, etc., and makes it possible to considerably reduce the inorganic matter content so as to obtain water which comprises less than 25 mg / L of dry residues, and allows the consumer to monitor the efficiency and proper functioning over time, regardless of the type of incoming distribution water or even if an incident were to occur on the distribution network. Preferably, the first series of sensors for measuring a series of parameters of the incoming distribution water of the process according to the present invention is calibrated from 100 to 1000 ppm and the second series of sensors for measuring a series of parameters of the outgoing purified water is calibrated from 1 to 100 ppm. This advantageously makes it possible to adjust the sensitivity of the sensors according to the mineralization of the incoming distribution water and according to the mineralization of the outgoing purified water of the process according to the present invention. Indeed, the mineralization rate of the water can be very variable depending on the regions and its origin, so that the first series of sensors of the incoming distribution water,by being calibrated from 100 to 1000 ppm, makes it possible to provide reliable measurements regardless of the incoming distribution water. In addition, since the outgoing purified water is purified of particles, impurities and contaminations, a calibration of the sensors of the second series of sensors, from 1 to 100 ppm makes it possible to provide an even more precise measurement. Preferably, the sensors of the first series of sensors and of the second series of sensors of the method according to the present invention respectively carry out a measurement of the series of parameters of the incoming distribution water and of the outgoing purified water at a frequency of between 150 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 130 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 110 and 15 milliseconds, advantageously between 100 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 80 and 15 milliseconds, particularly advantageously between 60 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 40 and 15 milliseconds. Indeed, the calculated dry residue rate being influenced by the temperature, by the conductivity as well as by the flow rate of the water, it is particularly advantageous that the method according to the present invention makes it possible to quickly detect variations in temperature, conductivity and flow rate, this advantageously making it possible to calculate the dry residue rate more precisely. This makes it possible to improve the reliability of the sensor measurements and thus provide information and a unique guarantee of the water quality to the consumer, reliable and stable over time, and representative of reality, in the same way as the information on temperature and quantity consumed. In addition, this also makes it possible to quickly detect an anomaly in the water coming from the distribution network and / or an anomaly regarding the reliability of the purification process according to the invention. This makes it possible in particular to react quickly and to avoid continuing to consume water whose quality could be lower. When an anomaly is quickly detected, the incoming distribution water circuit and / or the outgoing purified water circuit can for example be closed quickly, or the consumer can stop consuming the water in time. Preferably, the real-time transmission of one or more dry residue levels of the process according to the present invention is a local transmission, and / or via the internet. This has the advantage of allowing the process according to the present invention to transmit the dry residue level of the incoming distribution water and / or the outgoing purified water, and / or any additional information on the water quality, for example on a server,on an application, on a display device or on an external device. In addition, this has the advantage of being able to provide useful information and interact with the user / consumer so that they consume the quantity of water recommended by the WHO while informing them of their measured impact within the framework of the sustainable development goals. In addition, this advantageously allows a user to remotely monitor the quality of the water, possible malfunctions in the purification process, anomalies in the distribution water network, as well as the purity of the outgoing purified water. For example, it is also envisaged that the purification process and real-time monitoring of water quality will be operated within a company or a community, and that users will be able to view directly via an application or via a display device the quality of the water they consume, but also other information such as the quantity of water purified and consequently consumed by the user or the quantity of dry residues avoided in the body. As well as the analysis of their well-being profile and positive impact on the planet. Finally, it is also envisaged to be able to send an alert to the water distributor if an anomaly in the quality of the incoming distribution water is detected, thus making it possible to strengthen the monitoring of the network. Preferably, the first measurement of a series of parameters and / or the second measurement of a series of parameters and / or the levels of dry residues present in the outgoing purified water and / or present in the incoming distribution water of the process according to the present invention, are transmitted to a server arranged to carry out remote management of the purification process. This has the advantage of being able to monitor, follow the purification process according to the present invention remotely,as well as being able to remotely control the actuation or stopping of the purification process. This also makes it possible to store in real time, remotely, all the data collected from the processor, so that this collected data can be accessed remotely by connection to the server by the manufacturer or in a fun way via an application by the user. Other embodiments of the method for purifying and monitoring water quality in real time according to the invention are indicated in the appended claims. The invention further relates to a water purification device comprising, a pressurized water inlet from a water distribution network, an osmosis membrane through which at least part of the pressurized water passes by reverse osmosis and a purified water outlet between which are installed: - an incoming distribution water circuit, between the water inlet and a first face of said osmosis membrane, - an outgoing purified water circuit, between a second face of the osmosis membrane and the purified water outlet, - an unpurified water discharge circuit, connected to the incoming distribution water circuit and located upstream of the osmosis membrane, the device being characterized in that it comprises: - an electronic card comprising a series of input peripherals, at least one processor, at least one memory and a series of output peripherals, - a first series of sensors and a second series of sensors, distinct, each comprising at least one flow meter, a temperature sensor and a conductivity sensor, which are connected to the input peripherals of the electronic card, in that the first series of sensors is arranged to measure a first series of parameters of the water in the incoming distribution water circuit, and the second series of sensors is arranged to measure a second series of parameters of the water of the outgoing purified water circuit, in that said device comprises an inlet solenoid valve (26) between said water inlet (20) and said first series of sensors (6), and / or an outlet solenoid valve (27) between said second series of sensors (14) and said purified water outlet (21), and in that the at least one processor is arranged to process the first and second series of parameters of the water and provide in real time information on the quality of the water to at least one output device. It has appeared in a particularly advantageous manner that the purification device according to the present invention makes it possible to provide the consumer with purified water of superior quality and controlled over time, and of which the proper functioning of the device as well as the effectiveness of the purification are ensured and stable over time. In addition, the device according to the present invention makes it possible to monitor the water quality and the effectiveness of the purification regardless of the type of incoming distribution water or even if incidents occur on the distribution network. In addition, it also makes it possible to carry out real-time monitoring of the local water network, routed to the device according to the invention. Indeed, the water purification device according to the invention comprises a first circuit of incoming distribution water, i.e. the arrival of city water, and a second circuit of outgoing purified water, i.e. after the distribution water has been purified by the device. The two circuits are separated from each other by an osmosis membrane through which at least part of the water passes under pressure by reverse osmosis. The device according to the present invention, comprising an inlet of pressurized water from a water distribution network, allows the incoming water from the distribution network, which is pressurized, to enter the device and circulate in the incoming distribution water circuit. The water present in the incoming distribution circuit travels under pressure, for example approximately 3 bars, to the osmosis membrane which has a mesh which itself has pores of a diameter allowing the water to pass through and blocking particles larger than a size between 10, -6 and 10 -10 meters, preferably between 10 -7 and 10 -10 meters, advantageously between 10 -8 and 10 -10 meters, particularly advantageously between 10 -9 and 10 -10 meters, more particularly between 5.10 -10 meters and 1.10 -10meters. Being pressurized, the incoming distribution water passes at least partially through the osmosis membrane while larger particles remain blocked, thus making it possible to purify the incoming distribution water. Thus, the purification device according to the present invention advantageously makes it possible to provide consumers with purified water of superior quality, avoiding the presence of microorganisms or pollutants and which is weakly mineralized. Finally, the osmosis membrane makes it possible to avoid the use of chemical inputs which contaminate the water, represent a threat to health and the environment in the event of failure, and generate waste which must be treated. The use of an osmosis membrane also makes it possible to considerably reduce maintenance costs and frequency, because it can be changed easily and at an affordable cost. In addition, the osmosis membrane comprises a first face and a second face. The first face is in contact with the water of the first incoming distribution water circuit, the second face is in contact with the water of the second outgoing purified water circuit. The device according to the present invention also comprises a non-purified water evacuation circuit positioned upstream of the osmosis membrane. This water evacuation circuit makes it possible in particular to evacuate the residual water which does not pass through the osmosis membrane and at least part of the residues, particles, microorganisms, waste, sludge, blocked by the membrane, thus preventing the latter from overloading too quickly. The device according to the present invention is particularly advantageous in that it comprises a first and a second series of sensors, distinct from each other. The first series of sensors is arranged in the incoming distribution water circuit and the second series of sensors is arranged in the purified water circuit. Each series of sensors comprises at least one flow meter, one temperature sensor and one conductivity sensor, and each series of sensors is arranged to measure respectively a first and a second series of parameters of the water of the incoming distribution circuit and of the outgoing purified water. The series of sensors are connected to a series of input devices of an electronic card comprising at least one processor, at least one memory and at least one series of output devices, such that the parameters measured by the series of sensors are transmitted to the processor of the electronic card in order to calculate at least one piece of information in real time on the quality of the water, such as the rate of dry residues. In addition, the series of sensors make it possible to detect variations in conductivity, temperature and flow rate of the incoming distribution water and the outgoing purified water, making it possible to detect incidents occurring in the distribution network. Thus, the water purification and quality monitoring device according to the present invention advantageously makes it possible to monitor the quality of the incoming water, and to supply purified water in a stable and controlled manner over time, while the proper functioning of the device is also monitored over time, in particular by the measurements and information provided on the basis of the processor calculations.Furthermore, the electronic card of the device according to the present invention, via the processor and the series of output peripherals, makes it possible to send an alert in the event of exceeding a threshold value, for example when the purification quality is insufficient or when a malfunction occurs within the device according to the invention. It is also possible for the device according to the invention to be connected by means of local transmission and / or via the Internet, to a server, which can communicate and / or be consulted with the water distributors, thus the device according to the invention makes it possible to alert the water distributors if water of abnormal quality is detected, allowing the distributors to intervene on the network in order to identify and repair the malfunction or anomaly, and this in real time.Advantageously, the memory makes it possible to store the data, the measured and calculated parameters and to provide a history of the water quality measured by the device according to the invention. In addition, the data and information stored in the memory are advantageously preserved in the event of the device being disconnected from the network, or unplugged. Thus, and in a particularly advantageous manner, the device according to the present invention makes it possible to eliminate pollutants and contaminants present in the distribution water, makes it possible to considerably reduce the content of inorganic matter, so as to provide the consumer with purified water comprising less than 25 mg / L of dry residue, and allows the consumer to follow, directly or via an application, a server, a display device, the operation and efficiency of the device over time and in real time, regardless of the type of incoming distribution water or even if an incident occurs on the distribution network, which incident can also be detected and reported to the water quality management bodies. Preferably, the device according to the present invention comprises a booster acting in the incoming distribution water circuit, between the first face of the osmosis membrane and the first series of sensors.Indeed, the booster placed in the first incoming distribution water circuit and between the first series of sensors and the osmosis membrane allows the water pressure to be increased, without disturbing the sensor measurements. Since the water in the distribution network is under network pressure of approximately 3 bars, the additional pressurization by means of the booster increases the quantity of water passing through the osmosis membrane and thus reduces the losses of residual water flowing to the unpurified water flow circuit. This also reduces water consumption and reduces costs related to water consumption. For example, the device according to the present invention, without a booster, has a purification ratio of one liter of purified water from 5 liters of tap water, while the device according to the present invention, with a booster, has a purification ratio of one liter of purified water from 2 liters of tap water. Preferably, the device according to the present invention further comprises a pre-filtering membrane in the incoming tap water circuit, between the first face of the osmosis membrane and the first series of sensors, preferably between a booster and the first series of sensors. The pre-filter membrane placed in the first incoming distribution water circuit, between the first face of the osmosis membrane and the first series of sensors, allows for initial filtration of the incoming distribution water down to 5 microns, in order to block particles and contaminations whose size is greater than a pore diameter of up to 5 microns. For example, the pre-filter membrane allows filtration down to 5 microns, i.e. 5. 10-6 meters. In addition, the pre-filter membrane allows filtration between 10- 3 meters and 5. 10-6 meters, preferably between 10 -4 meters and 5. 10- 6 meters, advantageously between 10 -5 meters and 5. 10-6 meters. In all cases, the pre-filter membrane can filter particles larger than the pore diameter, i.e. up to 5. 10-6meters. Thus, the pre-filtering membrane advantageously retains the coarser particles present in the water and thus avoids overloading the osmosis membrane. This reduces the risks of malfunction and damage to the device according to the invention, and reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement of the osmosis membrane. Preferably, the device according to the present invention comprises an inlet solenoid valve between the water inlet and the first series of sensors, and / or an outlet solenoid valve between the second series of sensors and the purified water outlet. Preferably, the solenoid valve(s) of the device according to the present invention are bistable solenoid valves. The presence of a solenoid valve makes it possible to modify the flow rate / flow of distribution water entering the device and / or of purified water leaving the device. This advantageously makes it possible to provide the device according to the present invention with,a rest position in which the solenoid valve(s) are closed, and an open position in which the solenoid valve(s) are open and water can then circulate in the device. Thus, the purification of the water can be controlled, initiated or stopped at any time, in particular upon detection of an anomaly in the incoming distribution water. Thus, the solenoid valve(s) of the device according to the present invention are connected to the input peripherals of the electronic card. This advantageously allows information concerning the open or closed position of the solenoid valve(s) to be transmitted to the electronic card by means of the input peripherals in a first direction of information transfer but also information and / or opening and / or closing instruction to be transmitted from the electronic card to the solenoid valve(s) by means of the input peripherals in a second direction of information transfer.Furthermore, the presence of the inlet solenoid valve makes it possible to cut off the flow of water at any time in order to preserve the device according to the invention if a significant anomaly is detected in the incoming distribution water. The presence of the outlet solenoid valve makes it possible to cut off the flow of purified water arriving at the consumer's tap, for example in the case where the purification by the device is not satisfactory or when a risk in the proper functioning is detected, and this in real time. The bistable solenoid valves allow opening and closing using a simple electrical pulse, this being different from conventional solenoid valves which require a direct current to remain open. The use of bistable solenoid valves in the device according to the present invention makes it possible in a particularly advantageous manner to avoid the production of heat by the solenoid valves, which would have the consequence of increasing the temperature of the water.in contact with the solenoid valves and therefore disrupt the measurements of the parameters used to determine the dry residue level and the quality of the water. Thus, the use of bistable solenoid valves makes it possible to provide a system for opening and closing the device according to the invention, at the inlet of the distribution water and / or at the outlet of the purified water, without disrupting the measurements by the sensors. Preferably, the at least one output device of the device according to the present invention is connected to the electronic card by a local connection or via an internet connection. The connection of at least one output device to the electronic card, by a local connection or via the internet, allows the communication of data in a wired or wireless manner. This makes it possible, for example, to be able to display, retrieve or store the data generated in real time by the electronic card of the device according to the invention, in real time on another medium that can be consulted bythe user, for example a telephone, a tablet, a display device. Preferably, the at least one output device of the series of output devices of the device according to the present invention is chosen from the group comprising an LED ring, a server, a smartphone application, a display device. Preferably, the unpurified water discharge circuit is positioned between the first series of sensors and the first face of the osmosis membrane, preferably between a booster and the first face of said osmosis membrane. Advantageously, the water purification device according to the present invention comprises an intelligent purge system for the incoming distribution water and / or the outgoing purified water located in the device. Indeed, although the water purification device according to the present invention comprises a first solenoid valve at the inlet of the device and a second solenoid valve at the outlet of the device, allowing the device to be opened or closed depending on the measured and calculated water quality, it is possible that even if the device is closed because the water is unfit for consumption or there is a malfunction of the device, water may stagnate in the device, even when the device is not used for a certain time. This represents a disadvantage because when the user reactivates the water purification device, using his tap, the first part of water that will be delivered will be the unfit stagnant water. Thus, and in a particularly advantageous manner, by providing a device according to the present invention with an intelligent purging system for the incoming distribution water and / or the outgoing purified water located in the device, it can be ensured that the user / consumer has quality, purified and pure water at all times, even after a malfunction or downtime of the device.Other embodiments of the water purification device according to the present invention are indicated in the appended claims. The invention further relates to a water quality monitoring and management system comprising: - at least one water purification device according to the present invention, - a user application connected directly and / or indirectly, and locally or via the internet to the device. Preferably, the water quality monitoring and management system according to the present invention further comprises a water quality monitoring and management server connected locally or via the internet to the device. Connecting the device according to the present invention to a water quality monitoring and management server advantageously makes it possible to remotely view and monitor the data generated by one or more devices, and to be able to have, from the server, water quality data from a peripheralconnected to the server. Preferably, the user application of the system according to the present invention is connected locally or via the internet to the server. This advantageously allows, for example, the consumer to view and display the information and data of a device on an external device, for example a smartphone, a tablet or a PC, and thus to be able to follow locally or remotely the evolution of the water quality in real time. Preferably, the user application of the system according to the present invention displays at least one piece of information chosen from the group of dry residue rate, water consumption, a water quality indicator, the history of the parameters determined, the rate of dry residue avoided, the reduction in plastic consumption. Preferably, the water quality monitoring and management system according to the present invention further comprises an identification tag, preferably NFC or RFID. This allows inin addition to installing the device according to the present invention in a business, a school, a community or even a public place and allowing consumers to identify themselves by means of the identification label, resulting in authorization to deliver purified water by opening the inlet and / or outlet solenoid valve. Other embodiments of the water quality monitoring and management system according to the invention are indicated in the appended claims. Figure 2 illustrates a schematic view of a part of a water purification device 30 according to the present invention. As illustrated in Figure 1 or Figure 2, the water purification device 30 is positioned between a distribution pipe 1 and a tap 2, more particularly between a pressurized water inlet 20 from a water distribution network 1 and a purified water outlet 21. Thus the incoming distribution water 5 is conveyed into the device 30 by means of a pressurized water inlet 20. The incoming distribution water 5 then passes into an incoming distribution water circuit 3 to an osmosis membrane 4. Such an osmosis membrane 4 makes it possible to retain particles larger than the pore size, for example up to 0.1 nm, or 10 -10meters and to allow water molecules with a size smaller than the mesh of the pores of the osmosis membrane to pass through. This makes it possible to obtain purified water, pure water freed from most of the components or contaminants initially present in a dissolved form. A distribution water outlet 11 opening onto an unpurified water evacuation circuit 12 is provided upstream of the osmosis membrane 4. This circuit 12 makes it possible in particular to evacuate the residual unpurified water which has not passed through the osmosis membrane 4 and at least part of the residues blocked by the osmosis membrane 4, thus preventing the latter from overloading too quickly. A first series of sensors 6 comprising a flow meter 7, a temperature sensor 8 and a conductivity sensor 9 are positioned between a pressurized water inlet 20 and a first face of the osmosis membrane 22,in the incoming distribution water pipe 3. This first series of sensors 6 is preferably placed upstream of the distribution outlet 11 in order to limit the disturbance of the measurements, the distribution outlet 11 being able to generate variations in flow rate. This first series of sensors 6 makes it possible to measure the parameters of the incoming distribution water 5 coming from a water distribution pipe (network) 1, that is to say respectively the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the water. On the basis of these parameter measurements, the device according to the present invention makes it possible to calculate the rate of dry residues in the incoming distribution water 5. It is also possible to evaluate the levels of contaminants / matter present in the water, that is to say compounds other than pure water, and thus, to monitor the appearance of anomalies in the distribution water network 1,which is undesirable for consumers and can also degrade the operation of the device according to the invention and the health of the consumer. In addition, a booster 24 is positioned upstream of the first face 22 of the osmosis membrane 4 and preferably downstream of the first series of sensors 6 to avoid disturbing the measurements made by the sensors 7, 8 and 9. The booster 24 makes it possible to increase the pressure of the incoming distribution water 5. This has the advantage of increasing the quantity of incoming distribution water 5 which passes through the osmosis membrane 4 and thus reducing the losses of residual water flowing towards the unpurified water flow circuit 12. This also makes it possible to reduce water consumption, and to reduce costs related to water consumption. The terms "upstream and downstream" are used in the detailed description of the present invention with reference to the elements according to the direction of flow of the water in the device according to the invention, i.e. from the water distribution network 1 and towards the tap 2. In addition, a pre-filtering membrane 25 is positioned in the first incoming distribution water circuit 5,between the first face 22 of the osmosis membrane 4 and the first series of sensors 6. Preferably before the booster 24. This positioning of the pre-filtering membrane makes it possible to avoid disturbing the measurements made by the sensors, in particular the conductivity dependent on the quantity of elements dissolved in the water. The pre-filtering membrane 25 makes it possible to carry out a first filtration of the incoming distribution water 5 in order to block particles and contaminations whose size is greater than the diameter of the pores of this pre-filtering membrane, i.e. up to 5 microns. Thus, the pre-filtering membrane 25 advantageously makes it possible to retain the coarser particles present in the incoming distribution water 5 and thus makes it possible to avoid overloading the osmosis membrane 4 downstream of the pre-filtering membrane 25. This makes it possible to reduce the risks of malfunction and damage to the membrane 4 and the device according to the invention, and to reduce the frequency of maintenance and servicing or changing of the osmosis membrane 4. The incoming distribution water 5, in the conduit 3 passes through the osmosis membrane 4, and is thus purified into pure water, that is to say outgoing purified water 13 which circulates in an outgoing purified water circuit 10 to a purified water outlet 21 to finally arrive at the consumer's tap 2. Between the second face 23 of the osmosis membrane 4 and the purified water outlet 21, and in the outgoing purified water circuit 10, is positioned a second series of sensors 14, comprising a flow meter 7, a temperature sensor 8, and a conductivity sensor 9. This second series of sensors 14 makes it possible to measure the parameters of the outgoing purified water 13, that is to say respectively the flow rate, the temperature and the conductivity of the outgoing purified water 13. On the basis of these parameter measurements, the device according to the present invention makes it possible to calculate the dry residue rate in the outgoing purified water 13. It is also possible to evaluate the levels of contaminants / matter present in the water. In addition, the comparison of the measurements of the parameters of the incoming distribution water 5 and the parameters of the outgoing purified water 10, more particularly the dry residue rate, makes it possible to evaluate the proper functioning and the quality of the water purification of the device according to the invention. This also makes it possible to provide the end consumer with information on the quality of the water that he is ready to consume at the outlet of the tap 2, after purification by the device according to the invention. In addition, the sensors of the first series of sensors 6 and of the second series of sensors 14 are connected to the input peripherals 16 of the electronic card 15. This advantageously allows the measurements made by the two series of sensors 6, 14,are transmitted directly to the electronic card 15 of the device according to the invention. More particularly, the various measured parameters are transmitted to said at least one processor 17 of the electronic card 15. The at least one processor being arranged to carry out a series of calculations from the measured parameters to generate the dry residue rate of the incoming distribution water 5 and the outgoing purified water 10. It is understood that the order of the sensors of the first series of sensors 6 and of the second series of sensors 14 may differ from the representation given in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the present invention. In a particularly advantageous manner, the sensors of the series of sensors 6, 14 carry out measurements of the parameters at a frequency of between 150 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 130 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 110 and 15 milliseconds, advantageously between 100 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 80 and 15 milliseconds, particularly advantageously between 60 and 15 milliseconds, preferably between 40 and 15 milliseconds, which allows the processor 17 of the electronic card 15 according to the invention to calculate a series of information on the quality of the water in real time. In addition, the series of information on the quality of the water calculated or determined by the processor 17 from the parameters measured by the series of sensors 6, 14 includes in particular the rate of dry residues, the water consumption, an indicator of the quality of the water, the history of the parameters determined, the rate of dry residues avoided, the reduction in the consumption of plastic. Finally, the at least one processor 17 calculating a series of information on the quality of the water in real time, also makes it possible to provide an alert when, for example, a threshold value of the dry residue rate is exceeded. This can be explained by a malfunction or damage to the membrane 4. The at least one processor 17 can also identify sudden changes and modifications in the quality of the incoming distribution water 5, which can be explained by an anomaly in the distribution network 1. In addition, the at least one processor 17 is connected to a memory 29 which makes it possible to store all the measurements made by the first series of sensors 6 and the second series of sensors 14 as well as the calculations and information generated by the at least one processor 17. The memory 29 makes it possible to store the data, the measured and calculated parameters and to provide a history of the water quality measured by the device according to the invention. It is indeed advantageous that the memory 29 of the device according to the present invention makes it possible to retain the data and information in the event of disconnection, unplugging or even malfunction of the device according to the invention. The electronic card 15 of the device according to the invention also comprises a series of output peripherals 18 which allow the sending, the transfer of information to at least one external peripheral via local transmission and / or via the internet. The information transmitted from the electronic card 15 to at least one external peripheral by means of the series of output peripherals 18 being chosen from the group comprising in particular the rate of dry residue, the water consumption, an indicator of the quality of the water, the history of the parameters determined, the rate of dry residue avoided, reducing plastic consumption. Furthermore, an inlet solenoid valve 26 and an outlet solenoid valve 27 are present respectively between the water inlet 20 and the first series of sensors 6, and between the second series of sensors 14 and a purified water outlet 21. The presence of a solenoid valve makes it possible to modify the flow rate / flow of incoming distribution water 5 into the device 30 and / or of the outgoing purified water 10 from the device 30. The solenoid valve(s) 26, 27 of the device 30 according to the present invention are connected to the input peripherals 16 of the electronic card 15. This advantageously allows information concerning the open or closed position of the solenoid valve(s) 26,27 is transmitted to the electronic card 15 by means of the input peripherals 16 in a first direction of information transfer but also that information and / or opening and / or closing instruction is transmitted from the electronic card 15 to the solenoid valve(s) 26, 27 by means of the input peripherals 16 in a second direction of information transfer. It is thus possible to place the device 30 according to the invention in the rest position, in which the solenoid valve(s) 26, 27 are in the closed position, either when the device is not in use, or automatically if the processor 17 of the electronic card 15 detects a sudden variation in the quality of the water or an anomaly in the water distribution network 1. In addition, the solenoid valve(s) 26, 27 can also be placed in the open position, allowing the opening of the device according to the invention and therefore the passage of water from the distribution pipe 1 to the tap 2. Thus, the purification of the water by the device 30 can be controlled, initiated or stopped at any time, in particular by the at least one processor 17, in particular when an anomaly is detected in the incoming distribution water 5. In addition, the presence of the inlet solenoid valve 26 makes it possible to cut off the incoming water circuit at any time in order to preserve the device 30 according to the invention if a significant anomaly is detected in the incoming distribution water 5. The presence of the outlet solenoid valve 27 makes it possible to cut off the outgoing purified water circuit 10 arriving at the consumer's tap 2, for example in the case where the purification by the device 30 is not satisfactory or when a risk in the proper functioning is detected, and this in real time. Figure 3 illustrates a water quality monitoring and management system according to the present invention. Indeed, as shown in Figure 3, the system according to the present invention comprises a water purification device 30, which comprises an electronic card 15 connected by local and / or wireless transmission, and / or by internet to various external peripherals by means of the series of input peripherals 16 and / or the series of output peripherals 18. Thus, as illustrated in Figure 3, the electronic card 15 of the device 30 is connected to an LED ring 28 positioned on a tap 2 by means of an output peripheral 18. The LED ring 28 can thus be colored according to the information transmitted by the processor 16. The LED ring 18 makes it possible to quickly and easily give via a color code information on the quality of the water, more particularly on the quality of the water coming from the purified water outlet 21,for example, the LED ring 28 lighting up in green means that the water is pure for consumption, i.e. comprising a dry residue level of less than 25 mg / L, the LED ring 28 lighting up in orange means that the water leaving the device 30 is insufficiently purified or the LED ring 28 lighting up in red means that the water leaving the device 30 is not purified or unfit for consumption. This advantageously reduces the chances for the user to consume contaminated or poorly purified water, users sometimes forgetting to consult the data of the purifier 30 before use. This also makes it possible, when switching on the device 30, to indicate to the user when the water reaches a sufficient purification quality to be consumed without fear. In addition, the electronic card can be connected to a user application 31. The electronic card can also be connected to the user application 31 via a server 19. The application 31 thus makes it possible to consult all the information on the quality of the water and any anomalies detected by the machine. For example, the user application 31 can be a smartphone application, an application on a tablet or an application on any screen. In addition, the device according to the present invention, which is hyper IOT connectivity, allows the measurements and calculations to be transmitted in real time to a "back end" allowing: - the manufacturer, service provider, to guarantee in real time to the consumer the ideal quality of the purified drinking water expressed in quantity of dry residues present in the water obtained thanks to the combination of temperature and conductivity measurements, - the manufacturer,to control his purifier remotely and if necessary turn it off remotely or plan a technical intervention for maintenance or repair, - the consumer to follow in real time via a mobile application, not only the guarantee of quality of the water he drinks but also the quantity in relation to his wishes and well-being objectives, - the consumer to follow in real time for himself and for the community to which he belongs (family, company, building), the impact of the reduction of consumption of plastic bottles, CO2 emissions linked to their manufacture and transport, finally, the consumer to pay for ideal, purified drinking water, at a price significantly lower than that of drinking water bottles. It is also useful that the device according to the present invention, measures, calculates and transmits to users or managers, useful information and that it is possible to interact with the user / consumer so that he consumes the quantity of water recommended by the WHO while informing him of its impact measured within the framework of the sustainable development objectives. In addition, the precise IOT management system allows each user / consumer to pay at a low price for purification and guarantee, at his request, to measure his correct water consumption, to be automatically and digitally incentivized to consume at least the 2 liters of water recommended by the WHO, to receive his own calculations of the impact of plastic and CO2 reduction. It is particularly advantageous that the system according to the present invention is set up in communities, public areas or even in businesses. In such a case, consumers can obtain pure water, for immediate consumption or even to fill their water bottle or gourd. Thus, the user has on the screen comprising the user application 31 all the accessible information on the water quality coming from the device 30 according to the present invention. In addition, the user can also have an identification tag 32, such as an NFC and / or RFID tag and connect directly to the device 30 according to the invention and / or to the user application 31 and / or to the server 19 by means of the series of input devices 16 and / or the series of output devices 18 in order to allow the personalized start-up of the device 30 and ultimately access to the pure water coming from the purified water outlet 21. It is understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made thereto without departing from the scope of the appended claims.,
