Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a lifting gate, in particular a high-speed lifting gate according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] A lifting gate of this type is known from DE 42 42 430 A1. It is proposed that the flexible door leaf, with its edge sections, be guided in slot-shaped guides that run parallel and coplanar to the plane of the door leaf. In the event of a vehicle colliding with the closed door curtain, it is proposed to provide funnel-shaped support legs on the slot-shaped guides, against which a door leaf temporarily deformed by the collision can rest.
[0003] With a roller shutter of this type, it can happen that, for example, high wind pressure on the curtain or a somewhat more severe collision with a vehicle leads to the curtain being ripped out of the guide grooves and thus preventing further operation of the curtain. Furthermore, a relatively spacious frame design is necessary for this type of door, as a certain minimum width of an edge section must be guided within the groove to prevent unintentional premature unthreading or tearing in the event of deformation of the curtain. This requires a relatively large frame width in the width direction of the door. Furthermore, it is desirable to improve the sealing of a door of this type, for example to make it windproof.
[0004] It is also known to install thickened sliding pieces, such as buttons, zipper profiles, or piping, to anchor the door leaf in the guides. Such elements, which are thicker than the curtain itself, can lead, among other things, to local thickenings in the edge area of the curtain winding when the door curtain is wound up, potentially resulting in uneven winding.
[0005] From DE 10 2015 114 388 A1 a fire protection curtain is known in which a curtain is guided in a form-fitting manner at the edges in guide rails, for example by means of skaters, buttons or in an angled form by means of doubling of curtain track sections.
[0006] From DE 20 2004 018 977 U1 a sealing arrangement for a fire or smoke curtain is known, wherein in order to create the sealing effect, guide channels angled in cross section in the manner of a labyrinth seal are provided in guide rails, so that a smoke curtain sliding in the guide channels creates a certain smoke tightness.
[0007] From DE 10 2008 035 514 A1 a roller blind device for a motor vehicle, for example a sun blind, is known.
[0008] A lifting gate of this type is known from WO 2010 / 121347 A1.
[0009] The object of the invention is to reduce or avoid one or more of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the object of the invention is to ensure particularly space-saving installation of the door curtain within the door frame and on a sash of the door curtain.
[0010] Furthermore, it is a particular object of the present invention to provide, in a simple manner, a design of a lifting gate which is optimised with regard to sealing, e.g. wind sealing in the frames.
[0011] According to the invention, the above-mentioned objects are achieved with a lifting door, in particular a high-speed lifting door, which comprises a door curtain having a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the side edges are each guided in sliding guides along an opening and closing direction, wherein edge sections of the side edges, if guided in the sliding guides, are guided at an angle α > 0° out of a curtain plane, at least in sections. Furthermore, the edge sections for winding up the door curtain are guided out of the sliding guides and are pivoted, in particular by the angle (α), back into the curtain plane E (stretched position L1).
[0012] With such a lifting door according to the invention, the angled position of an edge section of the door curtain within the frame, in particular in the sliding guide, ensures that the full extended length of the door curtain is not effective in a transverse direction Q of the lifting door, thus creating the option of using frames with a smaller cross-sectional area. As a result, for a given installation space, for example for a given clear width of an opening in a building, an optimized size of the maximum door opening can be achieved by designing the frames more narrowly. In addition, due to the angled arrangement of the door leaf or the flexible door curtain, it rests on guide surfaces at two height lines in each frame, thus forming labyrinth chambers, which achieves good sealing, i.e. in particular good wind protection of the curtain from the frames.Furthermore, the wind tightness is improved because the angled arrangement of the edge areas of the curtain always rests against the frame sheets or guides, thus improving the sealing.
[0013] By angling the edge areas, any thickened sliding pieces are subjected to less stress and can therefore be made smaller. Tear-out forces in the curtain plane E cause the edge areas to twist in the guides, resulting in a wedging effect that can absorb high tear-out forces.
[0014] Furthermore, anchoring elements of the door curtain, such as buttons, zipper profiles or reinforcements, can be made much flatter because the angled arrangement of the door curtain in the guide rails means that the anchoring elements have to absorb a smaller proportion of the tear-out forces that may act on the door leaf. Smaller anchoring devices, in turn, lead to improved and easier winding of the door curtain onto a door curtain reel. This has the advantage of fewer wrinkles forming during winding and, overall, the reel requires less space in terms of its diameter. The invention also makes it possible to use flat reinforcement elements or anchoring elements that are less bulky in the thickness direction D of the curtain than in the prior art. Overall, therefore, the advantage of the invention is that it provides very stable anchoring of the door curtain in the frames orin the sliding guides, while also effectively preventing any localized unthreading from the frames or sliding guides. A lifting door according to the invention is characterized by particularly good sealing and allows the use of optimally narrow frames, thus optimizing the clear door opening size. A smaller winding roller, especially a smaller diameter winding roller of the wound curtain, also ensures optimal clearance height.
[0015] The characterizing feature makes it possible to convert such a door curtain according to the invention, which is guided at an angle at the edges in the closed state, into a stretched state of the curtain in the transverse direction Q and thus to enable a simplified winding of the door curtain into a door curtain roll.
[0016] Advantageously, the sliding guides are angled from the curtain plane E around a bending axis A, which runs parallel to the opening and closing direction.
[0017] Such an orientation of the bending axis A enables the door curtain to be threaded particularly smoothly into and out of the sliding guides.
[0018] It has been found to be advantageous for the choice of angle α that the angle (α) lies in a range from 10° to 120°, in particular in a range between 20° and 90°.
[0019] If the angle α is >120°, undesirable compression or wrinkling may occur due to the pronounced unwinding of the edge sections. However, if the angle is less than 10°, the space-saving effect and the potential sealing effect of the door curtain are present, but rather weak.
[0020] If the angle (α) is at least 45°, it is possible to achieve the effects desired according to the invention in a particularly good compromise.
[0021] It may be expedient for the edge sections to be angled from the curtain plane E in the direction of a plane E' parallel to the curtain plane E, which contains a winding axis W of a curtain roll.
[0022] This type of angling can enable a particularly space-saving design of the lifting door, particularly in a direction perpendicular to the door plane (thickness direction D). This is because, in the unrolled state, an angled edge section is located below the curtain roll in a plan view.
[0023] However, it may also be expedient for the edge sections to be angled away from the curtain plane E in the direction of the plane (E') parallel to the curtain plane E, which contains a winding axis W of a curtain roll.
[0024] With such an angling of the edge sections, a particularly smooth threading in and out of the angled sliding guides is achieved.
[0025] It may also be advantageous for the edge sections to be provided with stiffeners or to be formed from stiffeners that are held and guided in the sliding guide.
[0026] This ensures particularly stable and precise positioning of the edge sections of the door curtain within the sliding guides. Furthermore, such a design can easily absorb higher tensile forces in a transverse direction of the door opening resulting from loading on the door curtain.
[0027] The stiffeners are expediently designed in such a way that the stiffeners are buttons, local thickenings or one or more piping profiles and / or are formed from a material which is more rigid than a material from which the door curtain is formed.
[0028] Such a design helps to ensure the robustness of the bearing while at the same time allowing good movement of the door curtain or its edge sections in the sliding guides.
[0029] In addition, it is expedient to form the reinforcements in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, e.g. in the transverse direction more stable while at the same time being easy to wind around the winding axis W.
[0030] It is advantageous that the stiffeners themselves form the edge sections.
[0031] In this embodiment, the stiffeners themselves are the edge sections and are not intended as additive reinforcements of the door curtain, but rather are connected, for example, to a flexible door curtain, but do not reinforce it, for example by forming a double layer.
[0032] An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that, viewed in a transverse direction, between the stiffeners and a central section of the door curtain provided for opening and closing a door opening, a bending area is formed from a material which is softer in bending about the pivot axis (A) than the material of the stiffeners and / or the central area.
[0033] This design is based on the idea that, if necessary, a particularly flexible zone is provided only in the transition area between the central area and the edge sections, which allows for particularly easy bending around the vertical axis A. The remaining components, for example the reinforcements and the door curtain itself, can be made of relatively transversely stiff materials and thus be equipped with sufficient resistance to, for example, higher wind pressure.
[0034] It is also expedient that, viewed in the opening and closing direction, at least one guide device is present between a free end of the sliding guides on the curtain winding side and the curtain winding, which guide device moves an angled edge section into its extended position (α = 0) in the opening direction, i.e. when the lifting door is opened and the door curtain is wound up, and moves an extended edge section into its angled position within the sliding guide in the closing direction, i.e. when the lifting door is closed and the door curtain is unwound.
[0035] In order to ensure a particularly smooth transition from an angled positioning of the edge sections relative to the central area of the door curtain to a stretched alignment of these two sections to each other, it is recommended to provide a guide device in a transition area from the curtain winding to the inlet into the sliding guide, which supports the deformation of the edge sections or the transition of a stretched edge section into an angled position.
[0036] The invention is also implemented with a sliding guide for a door curtain of a lifting door, wherein the sliding guide comprises a guide groove or a guide space which is designed and constructed to accommodate an edge section of a door curtain in a sliding manner, wherein a guide plane of the sliding guide is arranged at an angle relative to a plane E of the door curtain.
[0037] With this type of sliding guide design, a lifting gate can be easily constructed that offers the aforementioned advantages of the lifting gate. All of the design features and advantages mentioned in the context of the lifting gate can also be transferred and applied to the sliding guide itself.
[0038] The invention is explained in more detail below using the drawings as examples. They show: Figure 1 : a perspective view of a roller shutter according to the invention, which is designed as a lifting shutter, in particular as a fast-running lifting shutter. Figure 2 : highly schematic cross-section of a first embodiment of the lifting gate according to the invention with an angled guide of the curtain in sliding guides; Figure 3 : highly schematic cross-section of a second embodiment of the lifting gate according to the invention with an angled guide of the curtain in sliding guides; Figure 4 : highly schematic cross-section of a third embodiment of the lifting gate according to the invention with an angled guide of the curtain in sliding guides; Figure 5 : highly schematic cross-section of a fourth embodiment of the lifting gate according to the invention with an angled guide of the curtain in sliding guides; Figure 6 : highly schematic cross-section of a fifth embodiment of the lifting gate according to the invention with an angled guide of the curtain in sliding guides; Figure 7A : schematically a cross-section through a frame of a lifting gate according to the invention in a height range in which an angled guidance of the curtain takes place; Figure 7B : schematically a cross-section through a frame of a lifting gate according to the invention in a height range in which an angled guide of the curtain merges into a stretched guide of the curtain between a free end of the sliding guide and the curtain winding; Figure 8 and Figure 9: State-of-the-art solutions.
[0039] Figure 1 shows a lifting gate 1 according to the invention, which is designed in particular as a fast-running lifting gate 1.
[0040] The high-speed lifting door 1 has a door curtain 2, which has a first side edge 3 and a second side edge 4. The side edges 3; 4 are each guided along an opening direction 5 and a closing direction 6 in sliding guides 7 (see Figures 2 to 6 ). The sliding guides 7 are housed in frames 8.
[0041] The door curtain 2 can be rolled up by means of a drive motor (not shown) to a curtain roll (not shown), which is accommodated in a winding box 9. The door curtain 2 is about a winding axis W, which in the illustration according to Figure 1 arranged a little in front of a curtain level E, can be wound up and unwound.
[0042] A transverse direction Q is defined parallel to the curtain plane E, in which a door opening extends in its width direction. A thickness direction D is perpendicular to the curtain plane E. Furthermore, a bending axis A is defined, which indicates a fictitious bending center around which edge sections 10 (cf. Figures 2 to 6 ) of side edges 11 of the door curtain 2 are angled by an angle α relative to the curtain plane E of the door curtain 2. The angle α is defined as the bending angle that results between the curtain plane E and the position of the edge sections 10 in cross section parallel to a contour line (top view) of the lifting door 1 according to the invention. In the embodiments according to the Figures 2, 4 , 5 the angle α is 90°, for example. In the embodiments according to Figure 3 and 6 The angle α is 45°, for example. The bending axis A is shown in the views according to the Figures 2 to 6 shown as a thickened dot.
[0043] The sliding guides 7 are in the embodiments according to Figures 2 to 6 formed from a first guide plate 12 and a second guide plate 13. In the embodiment according to Figure 2 the guide plates 12, 13 run parallel to each other in sections and form a guide groove 14 between them, in which the edge section 10 together with a reinforcement piece 15 in the opening direction 5 and in the closing direction 6 perpendicular to the paper plane of the Figures 2 to 6 In the embodiments according to the Figures 3 and 6 The two guide plates 12, 13 form a guide space 14' between them, which may be wedge-shaped in plan view and which also serves to receive and guide the edge sections 10 together with the reinforcement pieces 15. A guide plane of the guide space 14' is arranged at an angle α to the plane E.
[0044] In embodiments according to Figure 2, 3 and Figure 6 the reinforcement piece 15 is designed, for example, as a reinforcement button. In the embodiments according to the Figures 4 and 5 The reinforcement piece 15 is designed, for example, as a reinforcement plate or reinforcement strip. The design of the reinforcement pieces 15 as knobs or reinforcement plates or reinforcement strips or reinforcement profiles is not tied to specific embodiments of the lifting gate 1 according to the invention. It is only essential that the reinforcement pieces 15 can slide smoothly in the sliding grooves 14 or in the sliding space 14' and, in particular, have a firm connection to the door curtain 2.
[0045] The door curtain 2 is expediently formed as a tarpaulin made of a conventional door leaf fabric. Such embodiments are shown, for example, in Figures 2 to 4 . The reinforcement piece 15 is in the embodiment according to Figure 2For example, they are designed as a button or an elongated plate, which are connected in a form-fitting or material-fitting manner to the edge sections 10 of the door curtain 2. Such buttons can, for example, extend through a hole in the edge section 10 or be glued to it. However, they can also be welded to an edge section 10 with suitable material pairings. Certainly, fastening methods such as sewing, gluing, or the like are also possible.
[0046] In the embodiment according to Figure 4 The reinforcement piece is designed, for example, as a transversely stable and longitudinally flexible element and is glued or otherwise attached to the door curtain 2. The reinforcement piece 15 is designed as a zipper profile or as a toothed belt or the like.
[0047] In the embodiment according to Figure 5The bent edge section is made of a standard door tarpaulin, and both the reinforcement piece 15 and the remaining curtain in its central area 17, which is arranged between the edge sections 10, are made of the material "Transilon." Transilon is somewhat more transversely stable than the standard door tarpaulin.
[0048] The invention is, of course, not only applicable to rollable, tarpaulin-shaped curtains 2. Rather, the invention can also be applied to roller door leaves made of transversely stable materials, for example, slats or sectors.
[0049] The embodiments according to Figures 7 A, 7 B show less schematically a version of the embodiment according to Figure 3corresponding solution. The first guide plate 12, together with the frame 8, which partially forms the second guide plate 13, forms the guide space 14', in which the reinforcement 15 is displaceably mounted in the opening direction 5 and the closing direction 6. The angle α in this embodiment is also approximately 45°.
[0050] The Figure 7 B shows the embodiment according to Figure 7A in a vertically higher cross-section. It becomes clear that compared to the Figure 7A Frame 8 has a larger cross-section. In particular, the frame is wider by the distance d. Figure 7 Bnamely, shows a transition area between an upper free end of the guide groove 14 or the guide space 14' before the transition to the curtain winding. In this area, a guide device 16 is arranged, which is designed as a guide plate and ensures that the edge section 10 is transferred from its extended position L1 to the angled position L2 and vice versa. Both states are shown in one and the same sectional view according to Figure 7 B. The layer L1 is only vertically higher in the frame 8 than the layer L2.
[0051] Finally, state-of-the-art solutions are presented based on the Figures 8 and 9 briefly explained. In the prior art, a reinforcing body in the form of a button ( Figure 8 ) or a reinforcing body 15 in the form of a piping ( Figure 9). The curtain, together with the adjacent edge sections 10, is always in a stretched position. The piping is guided, for example, in a piping guide 17 with a C-shaped cross section. The reinforcement piece 15 in the form of the reinforcement head according to Figure 8 is supported, for example, on the inside of frame sheets 18, whereby a passage slot for the curtain 2 is formed between the frame sheets 18.
