[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELEVANT APPLICATIONS

[0002] The present disclosure claims the priority of the Chinese patent application filed on July 12th, 2022 before the China National Intellectual Property Administration with the application number of 202221790483.6 and entitled “HEATING ASSEMBLY FOR AEROSOL-GENERATING APPARATUS AND AEROSOL-GENERATING APPARATUS” , which is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of aerosol generation, and more particularly, to a heating assembly for an aerosol-generating apparatus and an aerosol-generating apparatus.BACKGROUND ART

[0004] Currently, with the popularization of electronic products in cigarette technology, more and more smokers are using electrically operated aerosol-generating systems. Among them, there is an aerosol-generating system of not-burn tobacco products. Its main principle is to bake low-temperature-not-burn cigarette by a heating body and produce aerosol gas through baking, and then beconsumed by a smoker. For the related heat-not-burn aerosol-generating system, a sealing pipe is sleeved on an internal heating body and a preheating pipe, wherein the sealing pipe is generally a metal part, the upper part of the preheating pipe is used to accommodate part of a cigarettecore section of the not-burn cigarette, and the other part of the cigarette core section is located inside the sealing pipe. In this way, the heating body heats up the bottom of the cigarette core section, and the heat will be transferred to the sealing pipe, so that the heat accumulation of the heating chamber is too much, resulting inan increase in temperature, which causes that the cigarette paper of the cigarette core section in the sealing pipe iseasily baked and discolored, and produce a peculiar smell, reducing the taste of the smoker when smoking, and affecting the smoking experience.SUMMARY

[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a heating assembly 100 for an aerosol-generating apparatus 200, wherein the heating assembly 100 is mainly applicable in the aerosol-generating apparatus 200, thus heating a not-burn tobacco product (an aerosol-producing base material 300) to be smoked by a smoker.

[0032] As referred to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 together, the heating assembly 100 includes a multi-hole heating body 10 and a pipe member 11, in which a first chamber 111 and a second chamber 112 are defined and formed. At least part of the multi-hole heating body 10 is installed in the first chamber 111, and the peripheral wall of the multi-hole heating body 10 is integrally sintered with a conductive circuit for heating, and the conductive circuit is electrically connected with a circuit board of the aerosol-generating apparatus through connecting to a power, thus heating the multi-hole heating body 10. The second chamber 112 is configured for placing an aerosol-producing base material 300. The aerosol-producing base material 300 in the second chamber 112 is heated by the heated multi-hole heating body 10, so that the aerosol-producing base material 300 (such as a not-burn tobacco product) located in the second chamber 112 is heated.

[0033] The heating assembly further includes a metallic sleeve 20, and the metallic sleeve 20 is sheathed on the pipe member 11, wherein an end of the metallic sleeve 20 that is located at the second chamber 112 is taken as a first end 22, and the first end 22 is extended in a direction away from the second chamber 112 to form an accommodating space 24; and an end of the metallic sleeve 20 that is away fromthe second chamber 112 is taken as a second end 23.

[0034] The metallic sleeve 20 is provided with a hollow region 21, wherein the hollow region 21 is located between the first end 22 and the second end 23, and at least part of the hollow region 21 is overlapped with a peripheral surface of the pipe member 11.

[0035] It should be noted that, the term “overlap” in the embodiment means that when the internal diameter of the metallic pipe 20 is greater than or equal to the external diameter of the multi-hole heating body 10, the hollow region 21 is located on the peripheral surface of the multi-hole heating body 10, and from the direction of the front projection of the cylindrical multi-hole heating body 10, the hollow region 21 is provided on and overlapped with the external surface of the multi-hole heating body 10. In the present embodiment, it is not limited that at least part of the hollow region 21 is providedon and overlapped with the peripheral surface of the pipe member 11, the hollow region may also be overlapped with the peripheral surface of the pipe member 11 with a certain distance therefrom, thus the internal diameter of the metallic sleeve 20 is greater than the diameter of the peripheral exposed part of the multi-hole  heating body 10.

[0036] For the heating assembly 100 for aerosol-generating apparatus 200 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, by providing the hollow region 21 on the metallic sleeve 20 andmaking at least part of the hollow region 21 to be overlapped with the peripheral surface of the pipe member 11, heat emittedfrom the heated pipe member 11 is transferred to the outside of the metallic sleeve 20 through the air of the hollow region 21, so that it prevents the heat from being transferred directly to the metallic sleeve 20 from the multi-hole heating body 10 and thus transferred directly to the first end 22 of the metallic sleeve 20. Thus, and a part of the heat is blocked from being transferred directly to the metallic sleeve 20, thereby lowering the temperature of the accommodating space 24 of the metallic sleeve 20, further avoiding the peculiar smell produced by the packaged cigarette paper of the cigarette core section 301 in the accommodating space 24 due to high-temperature backing, and preventing choking caused by smoking the smell of baking paper, thus improving the smoking taste of smokers, and ensuring the consistency of smoking experience.

[0037] It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the aerosol-producing base material 300 is explained by taking the not-burn tobacco product as an example. The multi-hole heating body 10 is a heating pattern made of ceramic parts containing zirconia and precious metal heating slurry. The materials of the heating pattern include but are not limited to silver, tungsten, and other suitable printed circuit materials. The printing thickness of the heating pattern is 0.005 to 0.05 mm. The materials of the connecting electrode include but are not limited to copper, silver, and nickel, wherein the diameter thereof is 0.1 to 0.3 mm. The multi-hole heating body 10 in the present embodiment is not limited to the above.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, at least part of the hollow region 21 is overlapped with the peripheral surface of the first chamber 111.

[0039] In the present embodiment, by overlapping the hollow region 21 with the peripheral surface of the first chamber 111, the area that the multi-hole heating body 10 and the metallic sleeve 20 directly touch to transfer heat is further blocked, so that a part of the heat is transferred to the outside of the metallic sleeve 20 through the air of the hollow region 21, which reduces the heated area of the metallic sleeve 20 and lowers the temperature of the metallic sleeve 20, thereby preventing the peculiar smell produced by the external cigarette paper of the cigarette core section 301 in the accommodating space 24 due to high-temperature baking, which improves the smoking taste of smokers.

[0040] As shown from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the hollow region 21 includes a plurality of hollow parts 211, wherein a plurality of the hollow parts 211 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the metallic sleeve 20.

[0041] In the present embodiments, a plurality of the hollow parts 211 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the metallic sleeve 20, so that at least part of each of the hollow parts 211 is overlapped with the peripheral surface of the second chamber 112. Certainly, at least part of each of the hollow parts 211 may also be covered on the exterior of the first chamber 111. In the present embodiment, it is selected to make each of the hollow parts 211 overlapped with both the peripheral surface of the second chamber 112 and the peripheral surface of the first chamber 111.

[0042] Optionally, the metallic sleeve 20 is further sheathed on the part of the multi-hole heating body 10 extended out from the first chamber 111, and a gap is formed between the pipe member 11 and the metallic sleeve 20, which may avoid direct contact between the pipe member 11 and the metallic sleeve 20, thereby reducing the heat transfer efficiency.

[0043] In the present embodiment, optionally, the metallic sleeve 20 is further sheathed on the part of the multi-hole heating body 10 extended outfrom the first chamber 111, and at least part of the hollow region 21 are communicated with the gap between the pipe member 11 and the metallic sleeve 20. Thus, it is convenient for the heat in the gap between the pipe member 11 and the metallic sleeve 20 to be emitted from the hollow region 21.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 2, in the above-mentioned embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the hollow parts 211 are waist-shaped holes, wherein the heights of the waist-shaped holes along an axis direction of the metallic sleeve 20 are H, the height of the first chamber 111 along the axis direction of the metallic sleeve 20 is h, and the depth of the second chamber 112 along the axis direction of the metallic sleeve 20 is d, which are representedd≤H≤4 (h + d)  / 3.

[0045] In the present embodiment, the structure of the hollow parts 211 is selected as being of waist-shaped holes, wherein the heights of the waist-shaped holes are arranged to ensure that they can cover the outside of the first chamber 111 and the outside of the second chamber 112, so as to realize the block to the direct contact heat transfer.

[0046] It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the hollow parts 211 may also be diamond-shaped holes, oval-shaped holes, rectangular holes, and so forth, which will not be enumerated herein.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the heating assembly 100 further includes a tubular bracket 30, specifically, in the present embodiment, the tubular bracket 30 is made of plastic material, and the tubular bracket 30 is made of PEEK (Polyether ketone) . Certainly, the material of the tubular bracket 30 is not limited to this. In other embodiments, the tubular bracket 30 may be selected to be made of other plastics. The heat transfer efficiency of the plastic tubular bracket 30 is low, which ensures the temperature of the cigarette core section 301 of the not-burn cigarette in the tubular bracket 30.

[0048] Specifically, the metallic sleeve 20 is coaxially connected to the tubular bracket 30, one end of the tubular bracket 30 is abutted to an end of the second chamber 112 away from the first chamber 111, and the other end forms an annular bulge 31 along the circumference of the tubular bracket 30. Thus, it is convenient for the installation of the metallic sleeve 20, and it reduces the heat transferring from the metallic sleeve 20 to the tubular bracket 30.

[0049] In the above-mentioned embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the internal diameter of the tubular bracket 30 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the second chamber 112 of the pipe member 11. Thus, when the internal diameter of the tubular bracket 30 is greater than the diameter of the second chamber 112 of the pipe member 11, there is a gap between the tubular bracket 30 and the external surface of the second chamber 112, which may prevent the direct contact heat conduction. Certainly, the internal diameter of the tubular bracket 30 may also be equal to the diameter of the second chamber 112 of the pipe member 11.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the heating assembly 100 further includes a base 40, wherein the base 40 is provided with a circuit board, and the base 40 is formed with a connecting hole 41, wherein the connecting electrode of the multi-hole heating body 10 is electrically connected to the circuit board through the connecting hole 41. Thus, the multi-hole heating body 10 and the power supply of the aerosol-generating apparatus 200 form a conductive circuit, thus the heating can be realized, and the heating performed to the cigarette core section 301 in the second chamber 112 can be realized. The base 40 is provided with a raised bracket, the metallic sleeve 20 and the multi-hole heating body 10 are supported and fixed by the bracket, so that the multi-hole heating body 10 is at a certain distance from and not in contact with the surface of the base 40.

[0051] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, in any of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present disclosure, both the metallic sleeve 20 and the tubular bracket 30 are of cylindrical structure. Thus, it may be matched with the shape of the not-burn cigarette.

[0052] It should be noted that, in any of the above-mentioned embodiments, the metallic sleeve 20 is a metallic part with high thermal conductivity, such as aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and so forth. In the present disclosure, the metallic sleeve 20 is selected to be an aluminum tube. Certainly, it should be understood that, in other embodiments, the metallic sleeve 20 may also be made of other metals.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 6, some other embodiments of the present embodiment provide an aerosol-generating apparatus 200, the aerosol-generating apparatus 200 includes the heating assembly 100 for the aerosol-generating apparatus 200 in the above-mentioned embodiments, therefore, it has all the beneficial effects of the heating assembly 100 for the aerosol-generating apparatus 200 in the above-mentioned embodiments, which will not be repeated herein.

[0054] In summary, the heating assembly 100 for the aerosol-generating apparatus 200 is provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the heating assembly 100 includes the multi-hole heating body 10, the pipe member 11, and the metallic sleeve 20, wherein the peripheral wall of the multi-hole heating body 10 is integrally sintered with a conductive circuit for heating, and the conductive circuit is electrically connected to the circuit board of the aerosol-generating apparatus through connecting to a power supply, that is, the conductive circuit and the power supply of the aerosol-generating apparatus form a conductive circuit, so as to perform heating to the multi-hole heating body 10, making the cigarette core section 301 (such as a non-burning tobacco product) of the aerosol-produced base material 300located in the second chamber 112 heated. By providing the hollow region 21 on the metallic sleeve 20, at least part of the hollow region 21 is overlapped with the peripheral surface of the pipe member 11, so that the heat emittedfrom the heated pipe member 11 is transferred to the outside of the metallic sleeve 20 through the air of the hollow region 21, thus, and a part of the heat is blocked from transferring directly to the metallic sleeve 20, thereby lowering the temperature of the accommodating space 24 of the metallic sleeve 20, further preventing the peculiar smell produced by the packaged cigarette paper of the cigarette core section 301 in the accommodating space 24 due to high-temperature backing, and preventing choking caused by smoking the smell of baking paper, thus improving the smoking taste of smokers, and ensuring the consistency of smoking experience.
