FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a fluid substance dispensing device.

[0003] There are various commonly known dispensing devices for fluid substances such as creams.
[0004] These devices can be either mounted on containers inside which the cream is pressurised by means of a manually operated pump, or on valve systems in which the cream is housed, pressurised, either directly inside a container or in a deformable bag that is pressurised externally.
[0005] Regardless of how the fluid substance is pressurised, it is delivered under pressure to a cavity in a stem, the said stem being coupled to a dispensing button. The stem activates the pump or valve.
[0006] The cream is usually dispensed to a user through a small nozzle or simply a hole on the surface of the device, from which the user takes the cream after activating the valve or pump.
[0007] Some kinds of cream maintain their consistency upon contact with air, but over time they dry out and can block up the dispensing port.
[0008] Other kinds of cream, such as shaving cream, expand upon contact with air, turning into a foam. In this case, the residues that remain around and inside the dispensing port, which are always in contact with air, can dry out and block the dispensing port.
[0009] Furthermore, especially in the latter case but also in the former, the cream just dispensed may expand slightly and drip from the dispensing port or nozzle onto or around the surface of the dispensing device, making a mess. [0010] The object according to the present invention is to provide a fluid substance dispensing device which is improved compared with the prior art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0016] With reference to the figures stated, reference number 1 is used to denote, as a whole, a fluid substance dispensing device.
[0017] In the present document, "fluid substance" means a preferably dense fluid substance, such as a cream.
[0018] The cream dispensed by the device may be a cream for cosmetic or medical use, or a cream cleaner for homes.
[0019] For example, it may be a cosmetic cream such as a foundation, an anti-wrinkle cream, a shaving cream, a foaming cream (which expands upon contact with air to become a foam, for example for shaving), a shower gel, shaving gel, a toothpaste, etc.
[0020] The device 1 for dispensing a fluid substance comprises a base element 2 and a movable closing element 3.
[0021] The base element 2 is clearly shown in Figure 5, while the movable closing element 3 is illustrated in Figures 6 and 7.

[0039] The rotation of the movable element 3 can be limited by two stops 51 on the base element 2, which cooperate alternatively (i.e. in the closed position and in the dispensing position) with a protrusion 50 on the movable element 3.
[0040] The movable element 3 also features a stop 16 (Figs. 4 and 6) which, at least when the said movable element 3 is in the closed position, limits or prevents travel of the said button 6 by coming into contact with at least a part 18 thereof.

Claims
1. Dispensing device (1) of a fluid substance, comprising a base element (2) and a movable closing element (3), the movable closing element (3) being rotatably mounted on the base element (2), the base element defining a skirt (4) provided with constraining means (5) configured to couple to a container of said fluid substance when the device (1) is mounted on the container, and a hinge (7) from which extends a button (6), the button defining a conduit (9) providing at a first end a seat (10) configured to mate tightly to a hollow stem, through the cavity of which said fluid substance is supplied under pressure to the device (1) when the device is mounted on the stem, and at a second end a dispensing light (11), the dispensing light (11) flowing into a cavity (12) defined at least partially in the base element (2), the movable closing element (3) defining a wall (13) provided with a window (14), and being limitedly rotatable on the base element (2) between a dispensing position in which the window (14) faces the dispensing light (11) and the cavity (12), and a closed position in which the dispensing light (11) is closed by said wall (13), the movable closing element (3) providing a stop (16) which, at least when said movable closing element (3) is in the closed position, limits or prevents the stroke of said push-button (6) by resting on at least a part thereof (18), a vent passage (15) being formed in the base element (2) inside said cavity (12), the vent passage (15) connecting at least a part of said cavity (12) with an inner compartment (19) of said device, said inner compartment (19) being hidden from view during the use of said device (1).
2. Device according to claim 1, wherein said vent passage (15) has a U-shaped configuration with a concavity facing said dispensing light (11), which is substantially circular.
3. Device according to claim 1, wherein between said cavity (12) and said window (14) is provided a raised rim (25) configured to substantially tightly connect said cavity with said window (14) when said movable element (3) is in said dispensing position.
4. Device according to the preceding claim in which the raised rim (25) is made on the base element (2), and is configured to slide on the wall (13) during movement of the movable closing element (3).
5. Device according to claim 1, wherein the movable closing element (3) comprises a scraper (20), the scraper (2) being positioned to slide, during rotation of the movable closing element (3), on a surface of the base element (2) defining said cavity (12) so as to clean it of any residue of fluid substance.
6. Device according to claim 5, wherein said scraper is defined by at least one rib (20) made on said wall (13) facing said base element (2).
7. Device according to claim 1, wherein said window (14) is formed at the bottom of a concave area (21) of said wall (13).
8. Device according to claim 1, wherein said base element (2) and said movable closing element (3) are snap-coupled together.
9. Device according to claim 1, wherein said stop (16) provides a cradle portion that accommodates, in a closed position, said part (18) that is wall shaped.
