Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of artificial turfs, and more particularly to a filling-free artificial turf.BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the use of artificial turf has also become more and more extensive. The artificial turf may be used in sports projects, such as football fields, tennis courts, golf courses, and the like, as well as in environment and landscaping, such as airports, apartment greening, public buildings, commercial areas and entertainment venues.

[0003] In order to increase the elasticity of artificial turf to make the artificial turf closer to a good natural turf, a surface layer of the artificial turf needs to be filled with quartz sand and elastic rubber granules in the construction process of traditional artificial sports turf. With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the European Commission has approved a proposal of "Ban on Sale of Microplastic Fillers for Artificial Grass Systems". Once the ban comes into effect, rubber granules cannot be added to the artificial turf, so the research and development of a filling-free artificial turf has become a research and development hot spot in recent years.

[0004] CN215405410U discloses a filling-free artificial turf, and the filling-free artificial turf is prepared by means of tufting or weaving, with a straight yarn pound weight of 9,000D-13,000D, a curly yarn pound weight of 4,000D-5,500D, a row spacing of grass clusters of 0.5-1.2 cm, a height of the grass clusters of 20-40 mm and a density of the grass clusters of 18,000-28,000 clusters / m 2< . Because of the low curly yarn pound weight, during actual use, the artificial turf has poor elastic effect, and the curly yarns exhibit poor support for the straight yarns, resulting in that the straight yarns are easy to fall down, thereby the turf surface is slippery, and athletes are prone to fall. CN219195543U discloses a filling-free artificial turf, which is prepared by adopting wide-leaf curved monofilament fibers (having a pound weight of 8,000 Dtex-9,000 Dtex and a height of 12-25 mm) and thin-leaf curved fibers (having a pound weight of 5,000 Dtex-5,500 Dtex and a height of 5-12 mm) according to a row spacing of 0.7-1.0 cm and a density of 18,000-40,000 clusters / m 2< . Since this artificial turf is made of all curly fibers, a carpet surface of the turf is too flat, such that in actual use, the ball has too small rolling resistance and too large rolling distance, resulting in that athletes consume more energy and get tired prematurely when exercising in such venues.

[0005] Therefore, how to provide a real filling-free artificial turf is an urgent problem to be solved by those of ordinary skill in the art.SUMMARY

[0006] The present application aims to solve at least one of the foregoing technical problems in the prior art to a certain extent.

[0007] To this end, an objective of the present application is to provide a filling-free artificial turf.

[0008] In order to achieve the foregoing objective, the present application adopts the following technical solutions.

[0009] The filling-free artificial turf includes a base cloth layer, an adhesive layer and a grass fiber layer, where the adhesive layer is positioned at a bottom of the base cloth layer, and the grass fiber layer is tufted on a top of the base cloth layer; and the grass fiber layer includes two types of curved artificial turf fibers and at least one type of straight artificial turf fiber.

[0010] Preferably, a pound weight of the straight artificial turf fiber is 5,500-15,000 DTEX, pound weights of the curved artificial turf fibers are each 5,500-10,000 DTEX, and a tuft row spacing of each row of grass fibers in the grass fiber layer is less than 0.8 cm.

[0011] Preferably, the straight artificial turf fiber includes a net artificial turf fiber and / or a monofilament artificial turf fiber, and the curved artificial turf fibers each include a net curved artificial turf fiber and / or a monofilament curved artificial turf fiber.

[0012] Preferably, the two types of curved artificial turf fibers include a first curved artificial turf fiber and a second curved artificial turf fiber; and a height of the straight artificial turf fiber is 20-50 mm, where the first curved artificial turf fiber has a height 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the height of the straight artificial turf fiber, and the second curved artificial turf fiber has a height 1 / 2-4 / 5 of the height of the straight artificial turf fiber.

[0013] More preferably, the height of the straight artificial turf fiber is 28-40 mm.

[0014] Preferably, the first curved artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber are both monofilament curved artificial turf fibers, the first curved artificial turf fiber consists of 6-16 strands, and the second curved artificial turf fiber consists of 4-8 strands.

[0015] Preferably, the first curved artificial turf fiber has the same or different height as the straight artificial turf fiber after being straightened.

[0016] Preferably, the grass fiber layer is tufted on the top of the base cloth layer in a way of mixed tufting in the same cluster or mixed tufting row by row.

[0017] Preferably, the grass fiber layer is tufted on the top of the base cloth layer by mixed tufting row by row, in accordance with a sequence of a row of the straight artificial turf fiber, the first curved artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber and then a row of the first curved artificial turf fiber; or, the grass fiber layer is tufted on the top of the base cloth layer by mixed tufting row by row, in accordance with a sequence of a row of the straight artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber and then a row of the first curved artificial turf fiber.

[0018] Preferably, the straight artificial turf fiber, the first curved artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber are tufted on the top of the base cloth layer by mixed tufting in the same cluster; or, the grass fiber layer is tufted on the top of the base cloth layer by mixed tufting row by row in accordance with a sequence of a row of the straight curved artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber and then a row of the first curved artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber.

[0019] Preferably, a cross-sectional shape of the grass fiber layer includes any one or a combination of more of rhombus, triangle, olive shape, S shape, V shape and the like.

[0020] Preferably, a weight of the grass fiber layer is greater than or equal to 2000 g / m 2< .

[0021] More preferably, the weight of the grass fiber layer is greater than or equal to 2400 g / m 2< .

[0022] Preferably, a weight of the base cloth layer is 100-360 g / m 2< .

[0023] More preferably, the weight of the base cloth layer is greater than 200 g / m 2< .

[0024] Preferably, the filling-free artificial turf further includes a glass fiber cloth layer, the glass fiber cloth layer is connected to the bottom of the base cloth layer, and the adhesive layer is arranged at a bottom of the glass fiber cloth layer.

[0025] Due to the high density and large weight of the turf fiber layer, the low-gram-weight base cloth layer cannot support the turf fiber layer, resulting in low backing strength and poor dimensional stability of the turf. Because of its extremely high strength and low shrinkage characteristics, the glass fiber cloth layer can adequately meet the problems of the backing strength and dimensional stability.

[0026] As can be seen from the technical solutions described foregoing, compared to the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present application are as follows. 1. For the filling-free artificial turf provided by the present application, the first curved artificial turf fiber layer has a height 1 / 3-2 / 3 of that of the entire filling-free turf, and thus is very thick, providing sufficient elasticity for the filling-free artificial turf and being able to replace traditional cushioning elastic pads in use. A variety of curved artificial turf fibers are intertwined with each other to jointly support the straight artificial turf, ensuring that the straight artificial turf fiber does not lodge in use. The straight artificial turf fiber and the second curved artificial turf fiber can cooperate to adjust the resistance required for ball rolling, ensuring that the athletes do not consume excess energy when exercising on the field and are avoided from feeling fatigue. 2. The filling-free artificial turf provided by the present application adopts a high-gram-weight base cloth, and includes a glass fiber layer with greater strength and extremely low thermal shrinkage performance, thus ensuring the dimensional stability of the filling-free artificial turf in use and avoiding occurrence of quality problems such as bulging and shrinkage. 3. The filling-free artificial turf provided by the present application adopts a high-gram-weight artificial turf fiber surface layer, completely does not need to be filled with quartz sand and rubber particles, and has the advantages of easy production and convenient paving.
