Abstract
Description
Description Title: Receptacle for a warehouse storage and transport system, and system comprising such a receptacle
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a receptacle for a warehouse storage and transport system, but also to a warehouse storage and transport system comprising such a receptacle. Technical field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of warehouses which comprise a storage system comprising at least one storage rack defining several storage cells for receptacles, superimposed on each other.
[0003] Such a storage rack typically comprises a vertical structure, formed by a set of vertical uprights, often in the form of vertical metal profiles.
[0004] The different cells are materialized by pairs of mechanical interfaces secured to the uprights, usually called "brackets" which ensure the centering and support of the different receptacles in the storage cells.
[0005] Each pair of interfaces comprises a first interface attached to at least two uprights of the vertical structure and a second interface attached to at least two other uprights of the vertical structure, support portions of the two interfaces being oriented towards each other in cantilever of the uprights, configured to provide support of the receptacle at the two support portions of the mechanical interfaces. Prior art
[0006] The present disclosure relates more particularly to a receptacle for a warehouse storage and transport system, said receptacle being intended to be housed in the cells of the rack as previously described. Such storage racks are served by a transport system comprising typically automatically guided vehicles, the system being capable of picking up and depositing receptacles in the cells of said rack. These receptacles contain articles which are likely to be assembled in order to fulfill orders, said orders ultimately being intended to leave the warehouse to be delivered to an end customer or a distributor. Such storage systems are called ASRS according to the English acronym "Automated Storage and Retrieval System" (in French, “Automatic Storage and Retrieval System”).
[0007] Document EP 3638607A1, in the name of the present Applicant, is an example of such a state of the art which is illustrated in Figure 8b of the present application. Such a storage and transport system thus comprises: - at least one receptacle (or “bin” according to EP 3638607 A1) capable of receiving an object, said receptacle capable of being housed in the shelving, in particular resting on two mechanical interfaces (or brackets) secured to the uprights, - a motorized trolley (the vehicle) comprising climbing means configured to cooperate with the uprights of the storage rack to allow the trolley to rise along the uprights of the storage rack, the trolley comprising a device for gripping and depositing said receptacle.
[0008] The gripping device comprises a support mounted to move relative to the carriage between, on the one hand, a deployed position, in which said support extends at least partially over a lateral edge of the carriage out of alignment with the chassis and, on the other hand, a retracted position, in which said support is housed opposite the chassis.
[0009] Such a gripping system is configured, during loading, to load a receptacle arranged above the chassis from the retracted position of the mobile support, and up to the deployed position of the mobile support for which the receptacle can be placed in the cell, the receptacle supported by simultaneously pressing on the first interface and the second interface of the cell.
[0010] Conversely, the gripping system is configured to extract a receptacle by simultaneously pressing on the first interface and the second interface of a pair of interfaces from the deployed position of the mobile support, then load it onto the chassis of the trolley in the retracted position of said mobile support.
[0011] Document EP3638607A1 further discloses in particular: - the mobile support comprising a plate (or a frame or a bar), and a finger fixed relative to the plate (or a frame or a bar), the fixed finger projecting upwards, - the receptacle (or tray) comprising an imprint configured so as to be able to accommodate at least a portion of the finger.
[0012] The person skilled in the field of storage and transport systems, in particular ASRS, typically uses bins configured to withstand the conditions of use, and in particular the following conditions of use: - take up the load of an item received in the tray, typically of the order of 30 kg in maximum weight, sustainably over time, when the tray rests simultaneously on two support portions of the mechanical interfaces, distant from each other, and without excessive deformation of the central portion of the bottom arranged between the two support portions, not supported by the mechanical interfaces, - resist fatigue during the numerous loading / extraction cycles of the gripping system, in particular due to friction between the mechanical interfaces and the bottom of the bin and / or due to interactions between the finger and the bottom imprint, - in the event of heat and / or smoke detection and triggering of a sprinkler fire extinguishing system, resist water while ensuring stable support of the stacked receptacles in the cells, in particular those loaded with articles, and without risk of the receptacles falling.
[0013] Document WO2022 / 229453 discloses the replacement of the usually plastic containers in order preparation storage and transport systems with containers that are at least partly metallic. According to the teaching of document WO2022 / 229453, the container notably comprises a metallic body forming a base and side walls. of the container. The metal body provides the structural strength of the container under conditions of use in the transport and storage system. An internal coating ("liner"), made of a food-grade material, may preferably cover the internal surfaces of the metal body. This coating may be cellulose-based, typically paper or cardboard.
[0014] According to document WO2022 / 229453, the use of a metal body ensures; - protection of the storage system against fires, metal being a non-flammable material, and - said structural resistance of the container under the conditions of use, and in particular a resistance to the load of the container which can weigh at most 35 kg, 30 kg representing the load of the articles, and 5 kg representing the typical load of the metal container according to the description of document WO2022 / 229453.
[0015] According to the inventors' findings, although such a metal container is advantageous for the aforementioned qualities in terms of robustness and fire retardancy compared to a plastic receptacle, it has the disadvantage of an ecological cost (in particular significant CO2 emissions), particularly for its manufacture, and is the cause of a significant excess weight which has a negative impact, either in terms of energy consumed by the transport system during its use, in particular the frequent lifting of loaded containers, or by reducing the loading capacity of the containers in articles. Description of the embodiments
[0062] Also, the present disclosure relates to a receptacle 1 for a warehouse storage and transport system S. Such a storage and transport system has at least one storage rack Rac1, Rac2 comprising a vertical structure comprising a set of vertical uprights M1, M2, M3, M4 and several pairs of mechanical interfaces defining several storage cells for said receptacle.
[0063] Each pair of mechanical interfaces comprises a first interface It1 fixed to at least two uprights M1, M2 of the vertical structure and a second interface It2 fixed to at least two other uprights M3, M4 of the vertical structure.
[0064] Supporting portions of the two interfaces are oriented towards each other, cantilevered from the uprights, configured to provide support for the receptacle. The two supporting portions of the mechanical interfaces are spaced apart from each other, typically separated by a dimension of the order of 350 mm, for example between 330 mm and 370 mm.
[0065] In Figure 4 is illustrated in section, the cooperation between the two mechanical interfaces and the receptacle supported by the interfaces, the receptacle receiving a load W. A first reaction force RITI is exerted by the support portion PS of the first interface It1 on the receptacle Rlti and a second reaction force Rlt2 is exerted by the support portion of the second interface It1 on the receptacle.
[0066] The receptacle comprises on the one hand, a base 10, extending, in use condition, along a horizontal plane XY forming a bottom wall 100 of the receptacle, and a peripheral belt 11, extending projecting above the base at least along a vertical component Z typically along the vertical Z. The belt forms side walls 111, 112, 113, 114, which are typically four in number, comprising a first transverse wall 111, and a second transverse wall 112, opposite, extending along the width of the receptacle, and a first longitudinal wall 113, and a second longitudinal wall 114, extending along the length of the receptacle.
[0067] For information purposes, the receptacles may typically have a length dimension of between 600 mm and 700 mm and a width dimension of between 400 mm and 500 mm. For example, the receptacle has dimensions of 650 mm x 450 mm (length by width). The receptacle may have different heights (for example from 30 mm to 300 mm). The length dimension (in particular 650 mm) typically extends parallel to the longitudinal X direction of the interfaces, namely along a depth direction of the storage rack, parallel to the direction of insertion or extraction during loading or unloading operations, and the width direction typically extends perpendicularly
[0068] The receptacle delimits a receiving volume for a load W such as one or more articles, resting on said base. The maximum nominal load in service conditions is typically of the order of 30 kg maximum.
[0069] The receiving volume is delimited between the bottom wall and said side walls. The base is configured to come to bear on the two support portions of the first and second mechanical interfaces.
[0070] Notably, according to the present disclosure, said base 10 and the belt 11 comprise for the most part cardboard. The % by weight of the cardboard in said base and the belt relative to the sum of the total weights of the base and the belt is greater than 50%, preferably greater than 75%, very preferably greater than 90%. At least according to one embodiment, the quantity of material sufficient to reach 100% is plastic.
[0071] In this Application, the term "cardboard" means a material of a nature similar to paper and obtained from cellulose, presented in thick and rigid sheets. This may include corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, gray cardboard, wood, folding cardboard, laminated cardboard, laminated cardboard or boiled cardboard.
[0072] The advantages of using cardboard are: - a manufacturing of the receptacle consuming CO2 emissions significantly lower than others materials, and in particular plastic or metal, - cardboard is easily recyclable, - cardboard also offers a calorific value that is typically much lower than plastics, limiting the spread of fire in the event of a fire in the storage system compared to plastic receptacles, - a density lower than that of plastic and metal, allowing the production of a receptacle with contained weight, for example, limiting the weight moved by the transport system.
[0073] Notably again, the use of a receptacle according to the present disclosure made of cardboard may allow a receptacle design which can be stored and / or transported in the form of flat sheet(s), typically on pallets, with the cardboard sheets only being expanded during assembly of the receptacle.
[0074] Figures 5a, 5b, and 5c illustrate, for information purposes, such an embodiment of the receptacle whose receptacle body is obtained by assembling three sheets typically made of cardboard (namely a first sheet F1, a second sheet F2, and a core), initially flat. The three sheets of cardboard are preferably transported / stored in their flat state to be put into volume on site during assembly of the receptacle: the storage volume and / or the transport capacities required are advantageously very significantly reduced compared to storage or transport of the receptacle (in volume), and typically by a factor greater than 10.
[0075] The weight of the receptacle (unloaded), for the aforementioned dimensions (length between 600 mm and 700 mm and a width dimension between 400 mm and 500 mm, typically 650 mm by 450 mm) may be strictly less than 5 kg, or even less than 4 kg, or even preferably less than 3 kg, typically less than 2 kg such as for example 1 kg, or even less.
[0076] In the context of the present disclosure, the cardboard material contributes at least in part, or even completely, to the structural strength of the receptacle, and preferably to a major extent to the structural strength of the receptacle and in particular of the base. In order to limit the weight, the base may comprise a sandwich structure. The use of corrugated cardboard, with a single corrugation (also called fluting), or preferably multiple corrugations, or even a honeycomb cardboard, having a cardboard core in a honeycomb structure, is preferred.
[0077] Particular importance is given to the robustness and / or rigidity of the receptacle 1, in particular to the base 10 in that its use in the storage and transport system involves support of the base of the receptacle in two distant support positions, by the first mechanical interface It1 and the second mechanical interface It2, namely without support of the base of the receptacle between the two mechanical interfaces, and while the receiving volume of the receptacle receives a load (typically one or more articles) typically of 30 kg maximum resting on said base, the load conventionally resting on the base at a median portion of the base not supported in itself by the two mechanical interfaces.
[0078] The inventors further note that such support for the cardboard receptacle in the storage rack must be durable during operation of the storage and transport system, and in particular withstand fatigue work during operations of loading or extracting the receptacles from the cells.
[0079] The inventors also note that such support is not conventional in the field of cardboard receptacles, a field in which it is customary to support the bottoms of the receptacles by shelving trays supporting the entire surface of the bottom of the cardboard receptacle.
[0080] Generally, said base may be configured to provide resistance to bending of said receptacle when said receptacle is supported between the two support portions, separated by a dimension L greater than 350 mm, and when a load W of 30 kg is received in said receiving volume, supported on the base, in a median position between the two said support portions, with a maximum deflection in said median position of a value less than 5 mm.
[0081] Thus, and with reference to Figure 4, the structural strength of the base is such that the application of a load W in the receiving volume of the receptacle, in the middle position between the first reaction force Rlti and the second reaction force Rlt2, generates a maximum deflection of the base of a value less than 5 mm, in said middle position of the receptacle not supported by said mechanical interfaces, and in comparison with the unloaded receptacle.
[0082] According to a first possibility, notably explained according to various embodiments in figures 1 to 7, said base 10 may comprise or even be a sandwich structure SD comprising: - an upper skin 101 formed by a first sheet F1, - a lower skin 102 formed by a second sheet F2, - a core 103, intermediate between said upper skin and said lower skin, said upper skin 101, said lower skin 102 and said core 103 being assembled to form said sandwich structure.
[0083] According to one embodiment, said intermediate core 103 is glued to said skins, the upper skin 101 being glued to an upper surface of said core and the lower skin 102 being glued to a lower surface of said core. According to another embodiment, said core 103 may be in simple support against the skins 101, 102, respectively upper and lower.
[0084] The first sheet F1 may be a cardboard, for example a compact cardboard, or a corrugated cardboard, in particular a single corrugation. Similarly, the second sheet F2 may be a cardboard, for example a compact cardboard, or a corrugated cardboard, single corrugation.
[0085] Said core may be a cardboard, typically a corrugated cardboard, single corrugation, preferably multiple corrugations. The thickness of said core is typically greater than the thickness of the upper skin 101 and greater than the thickness of the lower skin 102.
[0086] According to one embodiment, notably illustrated by way of example in FIG. 3, said core 103 may be a corrugated cardboard comprising a structure comprising: - a third upper sheet 1031, flat, configured to come to bear on said skin upper 101 of the sandwich, preferably glued to said upper skin - a fourth lower sheet 1032, flat, configured to come to bear on said lower skin of the sandwich, preferably glued to said lower skin - at least one intermediate corrugation 1033, for example a simple corrugation (or groove) as illustrated in figure 3, or preferably several corrugations (or several grooves) according to an example not illustrated.
[0087] According to one embodiment (not illustrated), said core 103 is a honeycomb cardboard comprising: - a third upper, flat sheet, configured to bear on said upper skin 101 of the sandwich, preferably glued to the upper skin 101, - a fourth lower sheet, flat, configured to come to bear on said lower skin 102 of the sandwich - an intermediate honeycomb alveolar structure, presenting a hexagonal network.
[0088] According to one embodiment, the peripheral belt forming said side walls 111, 112, 113, 114 is made of cardboard or at least comprises a majority of cardboard.
[0089] According to an advantageous embodiment, illustrated in the examples in particular in Figure 2 or in Figure 6, the cardboard side walls of the peripheral belt can be formed by the first sheet F1 forming the upper skin 101 and / or the second sheet F2 forming the lower skin 102, said first sheet F1 and / or second sheet F2 extending on the sides of the base 10, beyond said intermediate core 103 and the sandwich structure, projecting above said base 10 to form said side walls 111, 112, 113, 114.
[0090] In particular, the first sheet F1 and / or the second sheet F2 may extend beyond said core 103: - along the two short sides of the base 10, forming two opposite, transverse side walls, constituting the first transverse wall 111 and the second transverse wall 112, - along the two large sides of the base, forming two opposite, longitudinal side walls constituting the first longitudinal wall 113 and the second longitudinal wall 114.
[0091] Generally, at least according to one embodiment, the receptacle may comprise external chamfers CH, between the base and the side walls. Such chamfers make it possible to eliminate all or part of the external edges between the base and the side walls 1 11 to 1 14.
[0092] For this purpose, the second sheet F2 can extend beyond said intermediate core 103: - along the two short sides of the base, forming two of the opposite, transverse side walls, constituting the first transverse wall 111 and the second transverse wall 112 with the presence of a chamfer CH connecting the lower skin 102 and the first transverse wall 111, and a chamfer CH connecting the lower skin 102 and the second transverse wall 112 and / or, - along the two long sides of the base, forming two of the opposite, longitudinal side walls constituting the first longitudinal wall 113 and the second longitudinal wall 114, with the presence of a chamfer CH connecting the lower skin 102 and the first longitudinal wall 113, and of a chamfer CH, connecting the lower skin 102 and the second longitudinal wall 114.
[0093] The mechanical interfaces, in particular the first mechanical interface It1 and the second mechanical interface It2, generally have, in addition to the support portion PS, a guiding and centering portion PG configured to ensure the centering of the load towards the support portion by displacement of the load under gravity, and as illustrated in Figure 4.
[0094] Such PG centering portions of the interfaces ensure automatic centering of the receptacle during gravity removal, in the event of load misalignment.
[0095] The support portion PS may extend to a distal end, following a downward inclination relative to a horizontal direction, at an angle preferably strictly greater than 0°, typically between 0° and 5°. The centering portion PG has a greater inclination than the support portion PS and extends it by its proximal end, for example in a direction inclined relative to a horizontal direction at an angle between 45° and 65°.
[0096] During a misalignment, in the transverse direction Y, to the right or to the left, in figure 4, and when the receptacle is lowered, the guide portion PG of the first interface (during a left misalignment) or the guide portion of the second interface (during a right misalignment) interacts with the receptacle, to ensure centering of the receptacle between the two interfaces. The presence of the chamfers CH, right or left, advantageously allows these centerings, possibly repeated during removal, to be carried out by contact between one of the guide portions PG and one of the chamfers CH, limiting in particular the wear of the cardboard material at these external edges.
[0097] According to one embodiment, the body of the receptacle 1 comprising said base 10 and said belt 11 may comprise an assembly of said first sheet F1, said core 102, and said second sheet F2, which may initially take a flat storage / transport position. Figures 5a, 5b and 5c respectively illustrate these three components, before their assembly, in the form of flat cardboard blanks, which may typically be obtained by stamping cutting techniques.
[0098] More particularly, said first sheet F1 may comprise a central part PC forming the upper skin, resting on an upper surface of said core, or even glued to said core, a first flap V1 and a second flap V2, extending transversely to said first sheet F1 secured to said central part by two transverse fold lines PLT, on the two short sides of said central part, the first flap and second flap, folded at right angles to the central part (in said assembly position illustrated in Figure 6), and a third flap V3, and a fourth flap V4 extending longitudinally to the first sheet, secured to said central part by two longitudinal fold lines PLL, on the two long sides of said central part PC, the third flap and the fourth flap, folded at right angles to the central part.
[0099] The second sheet of cardboard F2 may include a central part PC forming the lower skin, as well as: -- a fifth flap V5 and a sixth flap V6 extending transversely to said second sheet F2 along the two short sides of the second sheet along two transverse fold lines PLT, the fifth flap V5 going around the first flap V1 from above (in said assembly position illustrated in figure 6), to form said first transverse wall 11 1 , the sixth flap V6 going around the second flap V2 from above, to form said second transverse wall 1 12, -- a seventh flap V7 and an eighth flap V8 extending longitudinally to said second sheet F2 following the two long sides of the second sheet along two longitudinal fold lines PLL, the seventh flap V7 going around the third flap V3 from above to form said first longitudinal wall 113, the eighth flap V8 going around the fourth flap from above to form said second longitudinal wall 114.
[0100] Each of the panels among the fifth to eighth panels V5 to V8, may include fold lines PL1 to PL4, parallel to each other and parallel to the longitudinal fold line PLT or to said transverse fold line PLT of the panel, including: - a first fold line PL1 defining with the transverse fold line PLT or longitudinal fold line PLL, a first section of the flap defining one of the chamfers CH, the first section of the flap (V5 V6, V7 or V8) delimited between the first fold line and the transverse or longitudinal fold line, - a second fold line PL2, defining with the first fold line PL1, a second section of the flap (V5 V6, V7 or V) intended to run vertically outside the receptacle, along a flap among the first to fourth flaps, (V1 to V4) folded at right angles, - a third fold line PL3 defining with the second fold line PL2, a third section of the flap (V5 V6, V7 or V8) delimited between the lines PL2 and PL3, the third fold line PL3 intended to cover from above an upper edge of said flap folded at a right angle; - a fourth fold line PL4 defining with the third fold line PL3, a fourth section of the flap (V5, V6, V7 or V8) delimited between the fold lines PL3 and PL4 intended to run vertically inside the receptacle, along a flap among the first to the fourth flaps, (V1 to V4) folded at right angles, a fifth section, distal to the flap, which can be configured to be placed flat on the bottom wall of the receptacle, or even be glued to the latter.
[0101] When assembling from flat components: - said core 103 is superimposed on the second sheet F2, then the first sheet F1 on said core, - the first, second, third and fourth sections V1 to V4 of the first sheet F1 are folded upwards at 90°, - the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth flaps V5 to V8 are then folded, going around respectively from the outside, from above, to the inside of the receptacle 1, the first, second, third and fourth flaps V1 to V4, respectively, - the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth flaps of the second sheet F2 are secured at their distal end, on the first sheet, in the bottom wall 100.
[0102] The joining of the distal ends of flaps V5 to V8 can be achieved by gluing and / or mechanical assembly.
[0103] For example, and with regard to the mechanical assembly, the receptacle 1 may have projecting assembly tabs LG belonging to the fifth flap V5, the sixth flap V6, the seventh flap V7 and the eighth flap V8 of the second cardboard sheet F2, the assembly tabs LG locked, in assembly openings OA in the central part of the first cardboard sheet. In Figure 5c, it can be seen that the assembly tabs LG are obtained by cutouts in the fifth section of the flaps extending from the fourth fold line PL4, while the assembly openings are provided, respectively for the different tabs, in the central part PC of the first sheet F1, in the vicinity of the longitudinal fold lines PLL and the transverse fold lines PLT.
[0104] According to one embodiment, extensions Ext may extend laterally in whole or in part of the fifth flap V5, sixth flap V6, seventh flap V7 and eighth flap V8, forming corner closures between the transverse side walls 111, 112 and the longitudinal walls 113, 114 of the peripheral belt 11.
[0105] The shutter extensions V5, V6, V7, V8, ensure the closure of the corners, each respectively between two consecutive side walls, longitudinal and transverse.
[0106] In the flat position of the second sheet F2: - the Ext extensions of the fifth section V5 and sixth section V6 extend beyond the limits of the central part PC, following the transverse direction., - the Ext extensions of the seventh V7 and eighth V8 shutters extend beyond the limits of the central PC part, following the longitudinal direction.
[0107] All or part of the Ext extensions may comprise assembly teeth DA, intended to engage in assembly slots FA of the flaps V7 and V8 in particular made in the third sections of the flaps. The distal portions of the Ext extensions are engaged inside the folded flaps V5, V6, V7, V8.
[0108] According to one embodiment, all or part of the outer surface of said base 10 and of the belt 11 may be coated with a waterproof film, for example a plastic film, such as a polyethylene film. In the event of actuation of the nozzles, such a coating limits the intake of water into the cardboard, which retains sufficient structural strength to ensure the stable maintenance of the receptacles in the cells, supported by the pairs of mechanical interfaces It1, It2, even when the receptacles are loaded with articles.
[0109] According to a second possible embodiment illustrated for information purposes in Figure 9, the receptacle 1 may comprise: - a CA box, comprising side walls and a lower Pinf wall, - a PR stiffening plate, housed by interlocking in the box, preferably simply resting on said lower wall Pinf, i.e. without the need for gluing.
[0110] The box CA can define the belt 11, including a first transverse wall 111, a second transverse wall 112, but also a first longitudinal wall 113, and a second longitudinal wall 117, the four side walls 111, 112, 113, 114 preferably adjoining at the corners, but also the lower wall Pin.
[0111] The stiffening plate is sized, preferably according to a rectangular plate, to be housed by fitting the interior volume of the box, with the fitting clearance.
[0112] The box may typically be formed from a thin cardboard sheet with a thickness of less than 4 mm, for example a solid cardboard sheet, or a corrugated cardboard sheet, typically with a single corrugation. The stiffening plate may be a honeycomb cardboard or a corrugated cardboard, having one or preferably several corrugations.
[0113] According to an advantageous embodiment, the outer surface of the CA box may be coated with a waterproof film, for example a plastic film, such as a polyethylene film.
[0114] According to one embodiment, the storage and transport system may comprise a motorized trolley CM comprising climbing means capable of cooperating with the uprights M1, M2, M3, M4 of the storage rack to allow said trolley to rise along said storage rack.
[0115] The motorized trolley may in particular be an automatically guided vehicle, configured to travel on a horizontal surface, for example the warehouse floor, in the two horizontal directions X and Y, using rolling means, but also vertically using climbing means.
[0116] The climbing means may typically comprise one or more motorized sprockets or toothed wheels, intended to mesh with one or more climbing elements extending along the height of the uprights M1, M2, M3, M4. The climbing elements may typically be a rack or a roller chain.
[0117] The CM trolley also notably comprises a device for gripping and depositing said receptacle, which comprises a support SM mounted movably relative to the CHA chassis of said trolley between a deployed position, in which said support extends at least partially over a lateral edge of said trolley out of alignment with said chassis, and a retracted position, in which said support is housed opposite said chassis.
[0118] Said support comprises a structural element, such as a tray, a frame or a bar, and at least one finger D1, D2, D3, D4 projecting fixed relative to said structural element and oriented upwards, and in which said base comprises at least one imprint configured to be able to partially house said at least one finger D1, D2, D3, D4, and in a manner known per se from document EP 3638607 A1
[0119] According to an advantageous embodiment, said at least one EP imprint can be formed by at least one insert 1ST, for example a synthetic material, in particular plastic, in said base 10 which is mainly made of cardboard. Such an insert makes it possible to ensure numerous cycles of gripping between the finger and the imprint, without risk of damaging the cardboard material by punching.
[0120] In particular and as illustrated non-limitingly in Figures 5b and 5c, the central portion PC of the second sheet F2, on the one hand, and said core 103, on the other hand, may comprise openings 101 facing each other, two by two, configured to receive the inserts 1ST. The dimensions between the inserts 1ST and the openings 101 preferably allow a tight fit of the inserts in the openings 101, and thus their retention in the base, preferably without requiring gluing.
[0121] Generally speaking and according to another exemplary embodiment, the EP imprint(s) allowing the insertion of the protruding fingers is produced by one (or more) cutout(s) in the cardboard of the base 10, opening downwards, namely that the finger (or fingers) comes into contact with the cardboard when gripping.
[0122] According to an illustrated embodiment, the lower surface of the base 10 of the receptacle, typically made of cardboard, can come into direct contact with the mechanical interfaces It1 and It2, typically metallic.
[0123] According to the inventors' findings, the contact between the cardboard material and the metal of the PS support portions of the interfaces can generate friction during the cycles of extraction of the receptacles by the gripping system, causing wear of the metal portion, causing a reduction in thickness through repetition.
[0124] According to one embodiment, not illustrated, the base may be provided with plastic pads, at least locally at the areas of the base intended to come into contact with the support portions of the mechanical interfaces It1 and It2.
[0125] A third possible embodiment, illustrated for information purposes in Figures 10 to 15, is described below.
[0126] According to this third embodiment, said receptacle may comprise: - a lower receptacle 1 a, in particular a tray, comprising a lower base 10 a and a peripheral lower belt 11 a extending projecting from the periphery of the lower base 10 a, the volume between the lower base 10 a and the lower belt 11 a, preferably parallelepipedal, defining a nesting volume, - an upper receptacle 1 b, in particular a box, comprising an upper base 10 b and an upper belt 11 b extending projecting on the periphery of the upper base 10 b, the outer surfaces of the upper base 11 a and at least a lower portion of the upper belt 11 b defining a volume which fits said nesting volume. In other words, the upper receptacle 1 b fits at least partially in the lower receptacle 1 a.
[0127] The interior volume defined between the upper base 10b and the upper belt 11b corresponds to the load receiving volume W. Optionally, an optional stiffening plate PR can be fitted into the interior volume, resting on the upper base 10b. This stiffening plate can be useful for limiting the bending of the receptacle resting on the two mechanical interfaces.
[0128] The upper receptacle 1 b is fitted into the fitting volume of said lower receptacle 1 a, for example with a tight fit. This may be a simple fitting, without gluing between the two receptacles 1 a, 1 b. Alternatively, the two receptacles may be glued or stapled.
[0129] The lower receptacle 1a and the upper receptacle 1b are formed mainly of cardboard.
[0130] The lower receptacle 1 a may have a vertical dimension, in particular a height of the lower belt 11 a, less than the vertical dimension of the upper receptacle 1 b, in particular the vertical dimension of the upper belt 11 b, and so that the upper receptacle 1 b protrudes vertically from the lower belt 11 a of the lower receptacle 1 a.
[0131] Generally speaking: - the upper receptacle 1 b (in particular the box) is designed to meet the requirements of rigidity and / or robustness, and delimits the volume for receiving the articles, which can possibly be compartmentalized by internal partitions, preferably made of cardboard - the lower receptacle 1 a (in particular the tray) is preferably made of sealed cardboard, configured to ensure resistance in the event of water dispersion during a fire: it prevents the cardboard receptacle from losing its structural resistance during humidification and from falling between the two mechanical support interfaces, - the optional stiffening plate is intended to limit the bending of the receptacle when resting on the two mechanical interfaces.
[0132] According to one embodiment, illustrated for information purposes in Figure 14, the lower receptacle 1 a can be obtained from a pre-cut cardboard blank F1 a, which can take a flat position comprising: - a central part PC, forming said interior base 10a - a first transverse flap V1a and a second transverse flap V2a, folded at right angles to the central part by two transverse fold lines PLT, - a third longitudinal flap V3a, and a fourth longitudinal flap V4a, folded at right angles to the central part by two longitudinal fold lines PLL,.
[0133] Said first, second flap, third flap and fourth flap form the lower belt 11a of the lower receptacle, and can be joined two by two via lateral flaps VL of the flaps. According to one embodiment: - the first flap V1 may include a second transverse fold line PLT2, the first flap V1 folded on itself around the second transverse fold line, - the second flap V2a may comprise a second transverse fold line PL2, the second flap V2a folded on itself around the second transverse fold line.
[0134] When folded, the first flap and the second flap each form transverse side walls, double-thickness of cardboard sheet, at the short sides of the base.
[0135] The side flaps VL extend laterally, covering the longitudinal side walls, at the level of the long sides of the lower base 10a in order to ensure the continuity of the peripheral lower belt 11a, at the level of the corners of the belt.
[0136] According to one embodiment: - the first flap V1 may comprise a distal portion folded around a third transverse fold line PLT3, the distal portion PDI being glued or pressed flat onto the central part PC of the cardboard blank, - the second flap V2a may comprise a distal portion folded around a third transverse fold line PLT3, the distal portion being glued or pressed flat onto the central part PC of the cardboard blank.
[0137] The distal portion PDI of the first flap V1 a, and the distal portion PDI of the second flap V2a may comprise one (or more) cutouts similar to another cutout (or other cutouts), in the central portion of the cardboard blank F1 a, and which are placed opposite and superimposed when the distal portion of the flap is glued or pressed flat on the upper surface of the central portion PC
[0138] Also, and according to at least one embodiment, at least one imprint EP can be formed by at least two cutouts of the cardboard blank F1a facing each other, belonging to the central part PC, and to said distal portion PDI of the first flap and / or the second flap, superimposed and glued to each other.
[0139] When gripped by the gripping device of the motorized trolley, the projecting finger engages with an orifice in the base of the lower receptacle 1a, at a reinforced area of the latter, with two thicknesses of cardboard, allowing direct contact between the finger and the cardboard, and thus preferably, without requiring the presence of a synthetic, plastic insert.
[0140] According to one embodiment, illustrated for information purposes in Figure 13; the upper receptacle 1 b can be obtained from a pre-cut cardboard blank F1 b, which can take a flat position comprising: - a central part PC forming the upper base 10b, - a flap, in particular fifth flap V5b, transverse and another flap, in particular sixth flap V6b, transverse, folded at right angles to the central part by two transverse fold lines PLT, - a flap, in particular seventh flap V7b, longitudinal, and another flap, in particular eighth flap V8b) longitudinal, folded at right angles to the central part by two longitudinal fold lines PLL. Said longitudinal and transverse flaps form the upper belt 1 1 b.
[0141] Said flaps V5b to V8b form the upper belt 11b of the upper receptacle b, and can be joined two by two via lateral flaps VL of the flaps,
[0142] According to one embodiment, said receptacle may comprise the stiffening plate PR, preferably made of cardboard, fitted into the upper receptacle 1 b.
[0143] Preferably, the lower receptacle 1 a comprises a waterproof coating and preferably the upper receptacle 1 b is devoid of said waterproof coating, in particular with a view to limiting the accumulation of water in the water-permeable upper receptacle 1 b, or even to limiting the cost of the receptacle. In the event of a fire, and in the event of water being sprayed by a sprinkler device, the upper cardboard receptacle 1 b is permeable to water and advantageously allows water to pass through, however at the expense of its mechanical properties which deteriorate, while the waterproof lower receptacle retains its mechanical properties by ensuring the stable maintenance of the loaded receptacle resting on the two mechanical interfaces, avoiding or limiting the risks of the loaded receptacle deforming and falling with its contents into the clearance between the two mechanical support interfaces. The waterproof coating used may also be an anti-abrasion coating, in order to limit wear during loading and / or unloading cycles of the receptacle on the mechanical interfaces of the storage rack.
[0144] A set of water drainage openings OVE, passing through the upper belt 11 b and / or the lower belt 11 a can be distributed respectively on the upper belt of the upper receptacle and / or on the peripheral lower belt of the lower receptacle in order to facilitate the drainage of water and thus limit the load of the receptacle due to the water. Advantageously, the water drainage openings of the upper belt and the lower belt are superimposed to ensure a passage between the interior volume of the upper receptacle and the exterior of the receptacle.
[0145] Generally speaking: - the cardboard of the lower receptacle 1 a, in particular of the sheet F1 a, may be a compact cardboard comprising a density of between 900 g / m 2 and 1500 g / m 2 such as 1200 g / m2; - the cardboard of the upper receptacle 1 b can be double-layer corrugated cardboard, - the cardboard of the stiffening plate can be corrugated cardboard, double or preferably triple layers.
[0146] The present disclosure also relates to a storage and transport system for a warehouse, said storage and transport system having at least one storage rack and one or more receptacles according to the present disclosure comprising a belt and a base mainly made of cardboard, said at least one storage rack Rac1, Rac2 comprising a set of vertical uprights M1, M2, M3, M4 and several pairs of mechanical interfaces defining several storage cells for said receptacles, each pair of mechanical interfaces comprising a first interface It1 fixed to at least two uprights M1, M2 of the vertical structure and a second interface It2 fixed to at least two other uprights of the vertical structure, support portions of the two interfaces being oriented towards each other in cantilever of the uprights, configured to ensure the support of the receptacle between the two support portions of the mechanical interfaces, distant from each other.,
[0147] According to one embodiment, the transport system may comprise the motorized trolley CM, previously described, which comprises the climbing means capable of cooperating with the uprights of the storage rack to allow said trolley to rise along said rack.
[0148] Said trolley may comprise the device for gripping and depositing said receptacle which comprises a support mounted movably relative to the chassis of said trolley between a deployed position, in which said support extends at least partially on a lateral edge of said trolley out of alignment with said chassis, and a retracted position, in which said support is housed opposite said chassis, said support comprising a structural element, such as a tray, a frame or a bar.
[0149] Such a gripping system is configured, during loading, to load a receptacle arranged above the chassis from the retracted position of the mobile support, and up to the deployed position of the mobile support for which the receptacle 1 can be placed in the cell, the receptacle supported by simultaneously pressing on the first interface It1 and the second interface It2 of the cell.
[0150] Conversely, the gripping system is configured to extract a receptacle 1 by simultaneously pressing on the first interface It1 and the second interface It2 of a pair of interfaces from the deployed position of the mobile support, then load it onto the chassis of the trolley in the retracted position of said mobile support.
[0151] According to an advantageous embodiment, the support comprises at least one finger D1, D2, D3, D4 projecting fixed relative to said structural element and oriented upwards, configured to be partially housed in said at least one imprint EP formed for example by said at least one insert ST in said cardboard base 10 of the receptacle.
