When the combination of technical solutions is contradictory or cannot be realized, it should be considered that such a combination of technical solutions does not exist, nor is it within the scope of the present invention.

[0033] Heating assemblies such as dry heaters generally have a heating tube and a sleeve. The sleeve is provided inside the tank, and the heating tube is provided in the sleeve. When the heating tube is working, the heating tube is energized to convert electrical energy into thermal energy, and then the heat is exchanged with the water in the tank through the sleeve, thereby heating the water in the tank.

[0034] However, when assembling the heating tube in the related art, it is necessary to first install the heating tube into the sleeve, adjust the angle of the heating tube, then install the support piece on the stud and move it to the support position of the heating tube, and then fix the support piece through the nut to fix the heating tube. During disassembly, it is necessary to loosen and remove the nut, then remove the support piece, and then take out the heating tube. During this disassembly and assembly, it is not only necessary to tighten the nut, but also to disassemble and assemble the support piece and adjust the position of the support piece. This causes problems such as troublesome disassembly and assembly of the heating tube and low disassembly and assembly efficiency.

[0035] Based on this, the present invention proposes a heating assembly 100, aiming to reduce installation steps, simplify installation operations, and improve the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the heating tube. This is achieved by providing a first flange 3 on the heating tube 2, and driving the first flange 3 to be assembled onto the fixed column 13 along with the heating tube 2 when the heating tube 2 is inserted into the sleeve, without the need for additional support piece. The structure of the heating assembly 100 is described below through embodiments.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating assembly 100 comprises a sleeve assembly 1, a heating tube 2 and a fixed member 4.

[0037] One end of the sleeve assembly 1 is closed and the other end of the sleeve assembly 1 is open. The open end of the sleeve assembly 1 is provided with a fixed column 13. The heating tube 2 is provided in the sleeve assembly 1 and partially extends out of the open end of the sleeve assembly 1. The first flange 3 is fixed at the position where the heating tube 2 extends out of the sleeve assembly 1. The first flange 3 is assembled at the fixed column 13. The fixed member 4 and the fixed column 13 are detachably fixed to support and fix the first flange 3, to fix the heating tube 2.

[0038] In this embodiment, one end of the sleeve assembly 1 is closed and the other end of the sleeve assembly 1 is open. The closed end is used to extend into the tank of the water heater, and the open end is used to insert the heating tube 2 into the interior of the sleeve assembly 1. The sleeve assembly 1 can protect the heating tube 2 and prevent the heating tube 2 from directly contacting the water in the tank of the water heater. The heating tube 2 partially extends out of the open end of the sleeve assembly 1 to electrically connect with the power source outside the sleeve assembly 1 to ensure the normal operation of the heating tube 2.

[0039] The open end of the sleeve assembly 1 is provided with the fixed column 13, and the first flange 3 is fixedly provided at a part of the heating tube 2 that is located outside the sleeve assembly 1. When the heating tube 2 is inserted into the sleeve assembly 1, it drives the first flange 3 to move together and assemble with the fixed column 13, and then the fixed member 4 is installed on the fixed column 13 to fix the first flange 3, to realize the fixing function of the heating tube 2. This eliminates the need for installing and adjusting the position of the support piece in the related technologies, improving assembly efficiency. In the same way, when disassembling the heating tube 2, it only necessary to remove the fixed member 4 from the fixed column 13, the heating tube 2 can be taken out of the sleeve assembly 1, to realize the disassembly of the heating tube 2. This eliminates the need for disassembling the support piece in the related art, improving the disassembly efficiency.

[0040] It should be noted that the specific structure of the detachable fixation method of the fixed member 4 and the fixed column 13 is not limited in this embodiment. For example, it can be screw fixation, snap-fit fixation or other connection methods, as long as it can realize the assembly and disassembly functions of the two. When the fixed member 4 is assembled on the fixed column 13, it can fix the first flange 3. It can be understood that the fixed member 4 can push the first flange 3 toward the sleeve assembly 1; or it can also lock and fix the first flange 3 with the fixed column 13.

[0041] In practical applications, the fixed column 13 can be configured as a column structure extending from the end surface of the sleeve assembly 1 away from the sleeve assembly 1, or it can also be a column structure extending in a vertical direction along the axial direction of the sleeve assembly 1, etc. In this embodiment, considering the convenience of installation, the fixed column 13 is configured as a column structure extending along the axial direction of the sleeve assembly 1, which can provide more installation space for the first flange 3 and the fixed member 4. In an embodiment, the fixed column 13 can be welded, screwed or integrally formed with the sleeve assembly 1.

[0042] In practical applications, the assembly method of the first flange 3 and the fixed column 13 can be determined according to the actual situation, for example, it can be a socket assembly, a snap-in assembly, or a plug-in assembly, etc. The fixing method of the first flange 3 and the heating tube 2 can also be determined according to the actual situation, for example, it can be interference fixing, welding fixation, snap-in fixation, etc.

[0043] In summary, in the heating assembly 1 of the technical solution of the present invention, the fixed column 13 is provided at the open end of the sleeve assembly 1, and the first flange 3 is fixedly provided on the heating tube 2, so that when the heating tube 2 is inserted into the sleeve assembly 1, it can drive the first flange 3 to move simultaneously to assemble with the fixed column 13, and the first flange 3 can be fixed through the fixed connection between the fixed member 4 and the fixed column 13, to realize the fixed installation function for the heating tube 2. In addition, during disassembly, only the fixed member 4 is removed from the fixed column 13, and the heating tube 2 can be taken out of the sleeve assembly 1 to realize the disassembly function of the heating tube 2. Therefore, whether it is the installation or disassembly of the heating tube 2 in this embodiment, compared with the method that requires additional disassembly and position adjustment of the support piece in the related art, the installation structure is simplified, the disassembly and assembly steps are saved, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the heating tube is improved.

[0044] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the first flange 3 is provided with an installation opening 301, and the first flange 3 is sleeved on the outside of the fixed column 13 through the installation opening 301. The fixed member 4 is provided at the side of the first flange 3 away from the sleeve assembly 1, and presses against the first flange 3 towards the sleeve assembly 1.

[0045] In this embodiment, by providing the installation opening 301 on the first flange 3, when the heating tube 2 is inserted into the sleeve assembly 1, it can drive the first flange 3 to move in the axial direction of the sleeve assembly 1, so that the installation opening 301 is sleeved on the outside of the fixed column 13. Then, the fixed member 4 is installed on the fixed column 13. The fixed member 4 can press against the side of the first flange 3 away from the sleeve assembly 1, and press against the first flange 3 towards the sleeve assembly 1 until the heating tube 2 is fixed to the sleeve assembly 1.

[0046] In an embodiment, the first flange 3 and the fixed column 13 can be connected by a shaft-hole fit or a snap fit. It can be understood that when the first flange 3 and the fixed column 13 are connected by the shaft-hole fit, the installation opening 301 can be a through hole. When the first flange 3 and the fixed column 13 are connected by the snap fit, the installation opening 301 can be a notch. The specific assembly methods of the two are not limited here.

[0047] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the first flange 3 is interference-fitted on the outside of the heating tube 2.

[0048] It can be understood that the heating tube 2 is partially inserted into the sleeve assembly 1. In order to avoid short circuit, the outer surface of the heating tube 2 is configured as an insulation surface. Therefore, the first flange 3 is interference-fitted on the outside of the heating tube 2, and the assembly process is simpler.

[0049] In an embodiment, the first flange 3 is riveted to heating tube 2.

[0050] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the fixed column 13 is a stud, the fixed member 4 is a nut, and the fixed member 4 is screwed to the fixed column 13.

[0051] It can be understood that, in the related art, a nut fixing structure is used to fix the support piece to the heating tube 2. In this embodiment, by using the fixed column 13 as a stud and the fixed member 4 as a nut, the structure of the fixed column 13 and the fixed member 4 in the related art can be directly used, eliminating the need for special structural design and manufacturing for the fixed column 13 and the fixed member 4. Therefore, this embodiment can simplify the manufacturing process and improve production efficiency.

[0052] In practical applications, a gasket 5 can also be provided on the fixed column 13. The gasket 5 is first sleeved on the stud, and then the nut is installed on the stud for tightening. The gasket 5 can balance the pressure, which makes the pressure against the first flange 3 more even.

[0053] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, a part of the heating tube 2 extending out of the sleeve assembly 1 comprises two terminals 221 arranged at an angle. The fixed column 13 is opposite to a gap between the two terminals 221.

[0054] It can be understood that the two terminals 221 of the heating tube 2 extending out of the sleeve assembly 1 are respectively the positive terminal and the negative terminal of the heating tube 2. The two terminals 221 are arranged at an angle, forming a "V" shape structure. This ensures that the two terminals 221 have sufficient creepage distance to prevent short circuit between them.

[0055] In this embodiment, by arranging the fixed column 13 to be opposite to the gap between the two terminals 221, the arrangement of the two terminals 221 will not interfere with the fixed column 13. At the same time, the first flange 3 is assembled on both the heating tube 2 and the fixed column 13, ensuring a more balanced force distribution on the heating tube 2 and preventing its misalignment. This guarantees reliable installation and electrical safety.

[0056] In an embodiment, the fixed column 13 is provided on the central axis connecting the centers of the two terminals 221 to further improve the force uniformity of the heating tube 2.

[0057] In practical applications, the specific structure of the heating tube 2 can be determined according to actual conditions.

[0058] For example, as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, In an embodiment of the present invention, the heating tube 2 comprises a tube body 21 and two heating elements 22. The tube body 21 has a first tube end 211 and a second tube end 211 opposite to the first tube end 211. The first tube end 211 is provided inside the sleeve assembly 1, and the second tube end 211 is provided outside the sleeve assembly 1. Two heating elements 22 are arranged side by side in the tube body 21. The two heating elements 22 are electrically connected at the first tube end 211, and the two heating elements 22 respectively have the terminals 221 extending out of the second tube end 211. The first flange 3 is installed at the position of the tube body 21 adjacent to the second tube end 211.

[0059] In this embodiment, the heating tube 2 has a straight tube structure. The tube body 21 serves to install the heating element 22 and conduct heat from the heating element 22 to the sleeve assembly 1. It can be understood that the tube body 21 and the heating element 22 are insulated, and the tube body 21 can be a metal tube or a non-metal tube with good thermal conductivity. The tube body 21 itself can be made of insulating material or non-insulating material. When the tube body 21 is made of non-insulating material, the tube body 21 can be isolated and insulated from the heating element 22 by filling the inside of the tube body 21 with insulating material. The two heating elements 22 are arranged side by side in the tube body 21. It can be understood that the two heating elements 22 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart in the tube body 21. The heating element 22 can be a structure that only comprises a resistance wire with high heating efficiency, in which case the heating element 22 is a resistance wire structure as a whole; or the heating element 22 can also comprise a resistance wire and other conductive structures, in which case the lead-out rod structure or wire structure can be provided at both ends of the resistance wire.

[0060] By electrically connecting the two heating elements 22 at the first tube end 211 of the tube body 21, the two heating elements 22 respectively have terminals 221 extending out of the second tube end 211 for electrical connection with the power supply outside the tube body 21, to realize the normal heating function of the two heating elements 22 in the tube body 21. The two terminals 221 of the heating element 22 both extend out of the same tube end 211 of the tube body 21, thereby eliminating the need to fold the tube body 21 using hydraulic pressure, simplifying the processing technology, and reducing mechanical damage to the tube body 21 and the heating element 22. At the same time, it is convenient to control the outer diameter of the tube body 21, and the processing precision is high, which greatly reduces the gap between the heating tube 2 and the inner wall of the sleeve assembly 1, ensuring that the heat of the heating tube 2 is transferred to the sleeve and water for heat exchange in a timely manner, and ensuring the life of the heating tube 2.

[0061] It should be noted that the two terminals 221 extend out of the same tube end 211 of the tube body 21, and the two terminals 221 extend at an angle in the direction away from the tube body 21. If a support piece is provided between the two terminals 221 for support in the related art, sufficient creepage distance may not be guaranteed, and short circuit failure may easily occur. In this embodiment, the first flange 3 is installed at the position of the tube body 21 adjacent to the second tube end 211, and the heating tube 2 is installed through the cooperation of the first flange 3, the fixed column 13 and the fixed member 4, without affecting the creepage distance between the two terminals 221, ensuring the reliability of the structural assembly while also ensuring the electrical safety.

[0062] For example, as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, the heating tube 2 comprises a tube body 21 that is folded in half and a heating element 22 provided in the tube body 21. The two tube ends 211 of the tube body 21 are located at the same end of the heating tube 2, and two ends of the heating element 22 respectively extend from the two tube ends 211 to form the terminals 221. One end of the heating tube 2 away from the two tube ends 211 is provided inside the sleeve assembly 1, and the two tube ends 211 are located outside the sleeve assembly 1. The first flange 3 is installed at the position of the heating tube 2 adjacent to the two tube ends 211.

[0063] In this embodiment, the heating tube 2 has a U-shaped tube structure. The materials and functions of the tube body 21 and the materials and functions of the heating element 22 can be consistent with the previous embodiments, and will not be repeated here. The difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is that one heating element 22 is provided in the tube body 21. The heating element 22 is provided with terminals 221 at both tube ends 211 of the tube body 21. After assembly of the heating element 22 and the tube body 21, the entire assembly is folded and hydraulically formed, so that the two tube ends 211 are located at the same end of the heating tube 2. At this time, the two terminals 221 are also located at the same end of the heating tube 2, that is, the two terminals 221 are located outside the sleeve assembly 1, for electrical connection with external power supply.

[0064] The first flange 3 is installed at the position of the heating tube 2 adjacent to the two tube ends 211. It can be understood that the first flange 3 is sleeved on the outside of the two tube sections after the tube body 21 is folded. On the one hand, it can ensure the structural reliability of the heating tube 2 itself. On the other hand, it can improve the installation reliability of the heating tube 2 and the sleeve assembly 1.

[0065] It can be seen from this that the installation structure of the heating tube 2 of the present invention is not only suitable for straight tube-shaped heating tubes 2 but also for U-shaped tube-shaped heating tubes 2, and has higher versatility.

[0066] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the sleeve assembly 1 comprises a sleeve 11 and a second flange 12. One end of the sleeve 11 is closed and the other end of the sleeve 11 is open. The second flange 12 is connected to the open end of the sleeve 11 and is open corresponding to the position of the sleeve 11. The heating tube 2 is provided in the sleeve 11 and extends out of the second flange 12. The fixed column 13 is provided at one end of the second flange 12 away from the sleeve 11.

[0067] This embodiment illustrates the structure of the sleeve assembly 1. The sleeve 11 is installed at one end of the second flange 12. In an embodiment, the sleeve 11 and the second flange 12 can be integrally formed or welded together as a separate structure. When used in a water heater, the second flange 12 is fixed to the tank, and the sleeve 11 is provided inside the tank. The second flange 12 is open corresponding to the sleeve 11 to allow the heating tube 2 to extend into the inside of the sleeve 11 from the outside of the second flange 12. In addition, to facilitate electrical conduction with the outside, a portion of the heating tube 2 extends out of the second flange 12.

[0068] To facilitate the assembly of the first flange 3, the fixed column 13 can be configured as a columnar structure extending from the end surface of the second flange 12 away from the sleeve 11. This allows the first flange 3 to be sleeved on the fixed column 13 during the insertion of the heating tube 2. In an embodiment, the fixed column 13 can be welded to, screwed to or integrally formed with the second flange 12.

[0069] The present invention also proposes an electric water heater, as shown in FIG. 9, the electric water heater comprises a tank 200 and a heating assembly 100. The specific structure of the heating assembly 100 refers to the above-mentioned embodiments. Since this electric water heater adopts all the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments, it at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solution of the above embodiments, and will not be repeated again. The sleeve 11 of the heating assembly 100 extends into the tank 200, and the second flange 12 of the heating assembly 100 is fixed to the opening 201 of the tank 200.

[0070] In this embodiment, the tank 200 has a water inlet pipe 310 and a water outlet pipe 320. The water inlet pipe 310 is used to feed cold water into the tank 200, and the water outlet pipe 320 is used to discharge hot water from the tank 200. The tank 200 is provided with an opening 201, and by fixing the second flange 12 to the opening 201, the sleeve 11 is fixed to the inside the tank 200. The heating tube 2 is installed in the sleeve 11, and the water in the tank 200 is heated through the sleeve 11. When the heating tube 2 fails, it can be directly removed without disassembling the second flange 12 or draining the water from the tank 200. The disassembly and installation are very simple.
