Object of the invention

[0001] The object of the present invention application is to register a toilet tank filling device which incorporates significant innovations and advantages over the techniques used up until now.

[0002] More specifically, the invention proposes the development of a toilet tank filling device, which, due to its particular arrangement, allows its main assembly and working position to be secured, thus avoiding possible accidental disassembly.Background of the invention

These valves incorporate an elongated body that can be connected at various points to water supplies. In this way, valve components can be standardised for various locations of the water intake.

This will ultimately result in a poor operation, which can impair the use conditions of the toilet and even lead to a relatively serious incident in terms of flooding or accidental water spills, with the obvious damage that this entails.

1. A toilet tank filling device, comprising a tap body (1) for supplying water to a tank and a floating buoy (2) with means for adjusting the same, wherein said buoy (2) is arranged in the same tank, and the aforementioned adjusting means and the same tap body (1) are mutually linked and enabled for regulating the water supply from the tap body (1) to the tank according to a float level of the buoy (2) in the same tank; wherein the tap body (1) is in turn equipped with upper closing elements (11) arranged and positioned on the same tap body (1) for closing and which are detachable, removable from their position on the same tap body (1) and capable of rotating with respect to the main body of the tap, wherein the removal of the said closing elements (11) enables access to the interior of the tap body (1); characterised in that it further incorporates means of attachment enabled by their positioning to maintain the closing elements (11) in their closing position on the tap body (1), wherein said means of attachment are enabled to interact simultaneously by their positioning on the closing elements (11) and on the tap body (1) and are also removable from their positioning.

The toilet tank filling device according to claim 1, wherein the closing means comprise a pin element (3), said pin element (3) and the closing elements (11) and the tap body (1) being mutually enabled in such a way that the same pin element (3) simultaneously passes through the closing elements (11) and the tap body (1).

3. The toilet tank filling device according to claim 2, wherein the pin element (3) has a fork-like arrangement.

4. The toilet tank filling device according to claim 3, wherein the fork-like pin element (3) is locked using through holes in the closing elements (11).

5. The toilet tank filling device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the fork-like pin element (3) is enabled to be attached externally to the closing elements (11) as well as jointly to the tap body (1).

6. The toilet tank filling device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the means of attachment in their positioning are also enabled for positioning of the means for adjusting the buoy (2).

7. The toilet tank filling device according to claim 6, wherein the means for adjusting the buoy (2) comprise a height adjusting screw (21) of the buoy (2), and wherein the means of attachment are also enabled for positioning of said height adjusting screw (21) of the buoy (2).

8. The toilet tank filling device according to claim 7 when it is also dependent on claim 2 or 3, wherein the pin element (3) has a space (31) enabled for the height adjusting screw (21) of the buoy (2) to pass through and maintain its position.

The toilet tank filling device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closing elements (11) incorporate a notch (110) in the lower opening thereof and the tap body (1) incorporates a pair of steps (12), such that the notch (110) and the steps (12) are mutually positioned to limit rotation of the closing elements (11) on the tap body (1).

The toilet tank filling device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closing elements (11) comprise a conduit (112) for the passage of water into the tank which is solidly connected to the same closing elements (11), and as the closing elements (11) are capable of rotating with respect to the main body of the tap (1) and, in turn, are interconnected with the connection and support means of the buoy (2), this means that the position of said buoy (2) can also be adjusted rotationally with respect to the main body of the tap (1).

The toilet tank filling device according to claim 10, wherein the conduit (112) for the passage of water into the tank is oriented vertically towards the buoy (2) itself, which means that said buoy (2) directly receives the water that enters the tank through the tap body (1), which ensures that said buoy (2) is automatically positioned at its lower point of travel.

12. The toilet tank filling device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the buoy (2) incorporates at least one upper cavity (22) as a basin.
