Sewage treatment system for use in marine toilet and other remote toilets

The method for marine sewage treatment comprises the steps of (a) dispensing with each toilet flush a controlled amount of heterotrophic bacteria culture into the boat's holding tank in order to substantially denitrify the sewage and liquefy the solids, (b) pumping raw sewage from said holding tank to fill a radiation loop, (c) applying microwave energy for a predetermined duration to the raw sewage contained within said radiation loop in order to disinfect said sewage, and (d) passing the disinfected hot sewage through a phosphate filter to substantially reduce the phosphate level. The marine sewage treatment system comprises: a toilet, a connection from a water source to said toilet, a connection from a dispenser of heterotrophic bacteria culture to said toilet, a holding tank for toilet sewage having an inlet coupled to said toilet, a macerator pump having an inlet coupled to the outlet of said holding tank and an outlet coupled to the inlet of a radiation loop, a phosphate filter having an inlet connected to the outlet of said radiation loop, an effluent discharge pump having an inlet coupled to the outlet of the phosphate filter and an outlet coupled to an effluent discharge opening to the sea and structure for applying microwave energy to said radiation loop to substantially disinfect and heat the waste water effluent in said radiation loop before filtering out the phosphates and discharging the treated effluent into the sea.

Regenerated coal prepared by oil-containing sludge from oil production field and oil-extraction plant and preparation technology thereof

The invention relates to an oily sludge renewable coal and a production technology thereof for an oil field and a refinery. The renewable coal composition is composed of 10 percent to 30 percent of oily sludge, 60 percent to 80 percent of coal, 3 percent to 6 percent of sulfur fixing matter and 1 percent to 5 percent of preservative according to the weight percentage. The production technology comprises the following steps: sludge thickening to flocculation reaction to sludge dehydration to stirring and mixing to extrusion forming and drying by a tunnel kiln. The production technology further comprises the disposal technology of wastewater containing oily sludge: wastewater to an oil separating tank to an air flotation tank to an anaerobic tank to an aerobic tank to a secondary sedimentation tank to a transition tank to an electricity charge payment device to a coagulation and air flotation tank to a clean water tank. The wastewater can achieve the national first level discharge standard after the treatment, and the outlet water is reused for green irrigation or car washing or toilet flushing. The oily sludge renewable coal has the advantages of high calorific value, low ignition point and low production cost, thereby truly realizing the purposes of reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization of the oily sludge.

Domestic sewage treatment and reuse method

According to a scheme adopted by the invention, the domestic sewage treatment and reuse method is characterized in that: the domestic sewage is classified and then discharged, according to different natures and sources of the sewage, the sewage is divided into high concentration black water and low concentration grey water, the black water is drained and separated, and then passes through an anaerobic treatment tank, an aeration contact oxidation tank, an aeration high stain resistant ecological tank, an aeration low stain resistant ecological tank and an ecological sedimentation treatment tank in order, the treated black water is combined with the grey water, then the mixture enters a regulation tank for regulation and is then sent into an underground infiltration device for treatment, the water treated by the underground infiltration device is disinfected and then used for toilet flushing or up-to-standard discharge. By means of the scheme, the invention, directed at the problems in existing sewage treatment systems, puts forward the technological method for effective on-site treatment and reuse of domestic sewage.
